20대의 필라테스 매트운동이 체력과 척추교정에 미치는 영향

The influence of Pilates mat exercise on 20s on physical strength and straightening spine. The purpose of the current study is to examine the influence to the scoliosis and imbalance of a bodily shape, examining randomly selected 20s university students who were diagnosed as imbalance of a bodily shape and scoliosis, and the study divided the 40 students into 20 exercise group(17 male and 3 female) and 20 comparing group, and had the exercise group conduct Pilates mat exercise 60 minutes a day for 16 weeks; three times a week, while having the comparing group conduct walk exercise 60 minutes a day for 16 weeks, three times a week. The study results are followed, 1) In the example group, the abdominal muscular strength, agility, flexibility and static balance meaningfully increased and decreased dynamic static balance. In the comparing group, the abdominal muscular strength and dynamic static balance meaningfully decreased. 2) In the change of scoliosis, the example group meaningfully decreased, while the comparing group had no meaningful change. The result of this examine, it is proved that Pilates mat exercise was desirable to improve physical strength and scoliosis of 20s university students, however it is needed more long term examine.
