Since the New Globe Theatre opened in 1996, they have used the yard as an acting area or entrances. Even though the authenticity of using the yard is disputable, nobody denies that the yard must be a very effective tool for performing Shakespeare at the Globe Theatre. The yard is an essential part of traditional Korean theatre, called 'talchum (mask dance)' or 'talnori (mask play).' The yard is its stage as well as the auditorium. Therefore, the players are surrounded by the audience, and the players can, and often do interact with the audience, speaking to the audience, or treating them as players, or acting as if they were some of the audience. The theatrical style of using the yard has much influenced the modem theatre of Korea. And some Korean directors, such as Oh Tae-suk, Yang Jung-ung, and Lee Hyon-u, have applied the yard techniques to their Shakespearean productions. Yang Jung-ung's A Midsummer Night's Dream used the yard exactly the same way as talchum performances. Oh Tae-suk's Romeo and Juliet adopted the acting style of talchum players, they would face the audience and speak toward the audience as they act. And Lee Hyon-u's Coriolanus set up 15 television monitors on the stage in order to let the audience see themselves as part of the play, and made the underground entrance between the auditorium and the forestage in order to give the illusion of players appearing from the audience and disappearing into the audience. Sometimes the actors actually became part of the audience thus including them in the performance both orally and physically like traditional Korean theatre. Korean Shakespearean productions, which use the yard actively, can be more evidence that the yard must be an effective tool for Shakespeare, not only at the Globe Theatre but also at any kind of theatres of today. No one knows whether Shakespeare actually used the yard or not. But the fact that many Shakespearean productions have used the yard successfully, means that Shakespeare's texts themselves have enough room for the yard.

형사소송에 있어서 기소협상제도의 가능성과 한계

미국에서는 대부분의 형사사건이 정식재판이 아니라 기소협상으로 마무리된다. 개념적으로 기소협상은 협의를 거쳐 이루어진 기소로 볼 수 있다. 정부로부터 일정한 배려를 기대하면서 피고인이 자신에 대한 유죄의 기소를 받아들이는 것이다. 기소협상은 묵시적으로 이루어지기도 하고 공공연하게 이루어지기도 한다. 대부분은 그의 사건에 대하여 피고인에게 정부가 일정한 양보를 약속하면서 이루어진다. 이 제도에 대하여 긍정적으로 보든 부정적으로 보든 제도의 운영과정이 피고인에 대하여 인정될 그 무엇인가를 위한 협의, 정부가 범죄자인 피고인에게 무엇인가 양보를 한다는 것이며 이는 어렵고도 중요한 법적 논란의 여지를 남기는 것이다. 한국, 독일, 일본에서는 직업법관이 수사기록을 살펴보고 유죄의 증거는 충분한가를 결정한다. 이러한 절차는 때로는 무죄추정의 원리를 크게 훼손하는 절차라는 비판을 받는다. 판사가 중립적인 심판이 아니라 적극적으로 절차를 통하여 사실조사를 하는 지위를 갖기 때문이다. 이러한 직권주의 형사절차 국가에 있어서 법개혁의 움직임은 영미식의 당사자주의 절차를 적극 수용하여야 한다는 방향에 서 있다. 수십년간 미국의 기소협상제도에 대하여 비판의 목소리가 높았지만 전 세계적으로 기소관련 합의가 형사절차의 불가결한 한 부분으로 인식되기에 이르른 것이 현실일 것이다. The great majority of criminal cases in the United States are disposed by plea bargaining rather than by trial. Plea bargaining is very often a negotiated plea, that is, a defendant’s agreement to plead guilty to a criminal charge with the reasonable expectation of receiving some consideration from the government. Sometimes this plea is the result of nothing more than implicit plea bargaining. But more common is explicit bargaining in which the defendant enters a plea of guilty only after a commitment has been made that concessions will be granted in his particular case. Regardless of evaluation on the plea bargaining, there is no denying that this process of negotiation for and granting of concessions can give rise to difficult and important legal issues. In Korea, Germany and Japan, it is the trial judge himself who reads the investigative documents and decides whether there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. According to some commentators, this procedural configuration undermines the presumption of innocence, for in each of these systems the trial judge is usually a trier of the facts as well. The recent approach in law reform in inquisitorial states is to introduce of Anglo-American adversarial reforms into their criminal procedures. Despite decades of biting criticism of American “Plea Bargaining” as a form of bargaining of justice, it has become understood worldwide that consensual procedural forms are an integral part of criminal procedure worldwide.

First of all, what kind of QAT in the Korean textbooks and Korean dialogues? Second, why Korean language users make different QAT in their dialogues very easily. Thirdly, how Korean language users understand different QAT in their dialogues very quickly. For those questions, I will discuss the characteristics of Korean dialogues such as rules and principles of the QAT, and I will explain the structure and system of the each QAT in everyday language. And I also present the model of Korean QAT and their usage based upon my database. After that I will present a teaching model of Korean QAT that can be applied to Korean language teaching particularly to foreigners. And I will suggest an appropriate answer to how Korean language users can cognitively process the right meanings of QAT dialogues, even in different contexts in the real world and how Korean language users can encode all the kinds of information in the QAT dialogues. Data in this paper come from spoken language in everyday language, especially informal talks and conversations. The data in the database is from many sources and situations (e.g. classroom talk, telephone talk, house talk, etc.). And I select the data from written language in the Korean textbook for foreigners. The results can be applied to pedagogical areas such as the following: developing teaching materials/ textbooks/ contents, training of conversation skills, promoting communicative ability in Korean language education. In addition, the model of QAT that I present can be applied to linguistic studies: pragmatics, sociolinguistics, linguistics, language teaching and so on. (Sangmyung University)

정보기술 환경이 빅데이터 클라우드 모바일 기반으로 변화함에 따라 과거 통화나 메신저 그리고 인터넷을 활용 한 전자상거래 등의 기능에만 머물던 모바일 단말은 이제 회사 업무 대부분을 움직이면서 처리할 수 있는 모바일 오피스 형 태로 변화하고 있다 하지만 단말의 분실과 도난 악성코드 감염으로 인한 도청 및 정보유출 등의 위협이 발생하고 있으며 특히 기업의 핵심정보가 유출되는 경로로서 활용되는 사례가 발생하여 이에 대한 조치가 시급하다 기업은 핵심정보의 유출 을 방지하기 위해 출입통제를 강화하고 스마트폰 카메라에 대한 스티커 부착을 통해 보안을 강화하고 있지만 원천적인 보호 조치로는 미흡한 실정이다 본 논문에서는 높은 수준의 보안을 유지하기 위하여 비콘 등을 활용한 위치기반서 비스가 적용된 보안통제와 더불어 역할기반 접근통제 및 위험평가기반의 출입자 보안정책을 통한 종합적인 모바일 출입통 제 방안을 연구하고자 한다

Dr. Hyon Sook Yheo. 2000. A Study of Counseling through Christian Language Activity. Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. On the basis of the Bible, this paper inguires into the theories of many other researchers for counseling and language activity. In this connection, this paper makes an introductory remark in Chapter 1, arguing the concept of counseling and its types and practice in Chapter 2, the concept of language centering around Christian idea in Chapter 3, the types of language activity in Chapter 4, the relation of counseling language in Chapter 5, and finally, this paper reaches a conclusion in chapter 6. In conclusion this paper proposes that our lips should keep knowledge in the fear of God, so that people may seek the law of the Lord, as seen in Malachi Chap. 3, "The law of turth was not in his mouth, injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with me in peace and equity, and turned many away from iniquity. For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, and the people should seek the law from his mouth ; for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts.(6-7) In this connection, our counseling which is kept knowlege with our lips is to have a helpful opportunity for us to genuinely listen and respond with open mind and love to those who suffer from deep wounds, emotional scars, and hidden problems that can hardly be shared with others. RE-09 : High mobility group box-1 and Toll like receptor 4 in Endometriosis: Mediating NF-kB pathway

목적: The aim of the study was to examine the sterile, chronic inflammatory status in endometriosis by detecting High mobility group box-1 (HMGB-1), and HMGB-1 signaling through toll like receptor (TLR) 4 in endometrial stromal cell, which activates NF-kB pathway that might play a pathogenic role in endometriosis. 방법: Total 69 patients who had undergone hysterectomy from March, 2012 to March, 2014 were included: 39 patients who had endometriosis as case group, 30 participants without endometriosis as the control. Expression of HMGB-1 in endometrium was examined by immunohistochemistry. From endometriosis patient, eutopic endometrium was obtained and used to culture in vitro. To confirm the association of HMGB-1 and TLR4 in NF-kB pathway, the cultured human endometrial stromal cells (HESCs) were treated with recombinant HMGB-1 (15 ng/mL) for 0, 12, 24, 48 hrs. TLR4 antagonist (LPS-RS) was added after rHMGB-1 treatment to HESCs to see the change of proliferation after inhibiting TLR4. CCK8 proliferation assay kit. Real-time PCR and western blotting were used to examine the proliferation, quantification of the mRNA and protein. Specific inhibitor of NF-κB signaling pathway (TPCA-1) was used to explore the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in HESCs proliferation. 결과: HMGB-1 expression was significantly higher in glandular epithelial and stromal cells of endometriosis group compared to the controls. rHMGB-1 significantly enhanced cell proliferation in HESCs and increased TLR4 expression by dose dependent fashion. Inhibiting TLR4 by LPS-RS, cell proliferation in HESCs and expression of TLR4 were significantly decreased comparing to the controls. After blocking NF-kB pathway with TPCA-1, cell proliferation in HESCs was significantly decreased by dose dependent fashion. 결론: This study showed that HMGB-1 may play an important role through TLR4 and NF-kB pathway, in inflammatory cascade of pathogenesis in endometriosis.
