      • 진동법을 이용한 케이블의 장력측정기법과 계측환경의 영향분석

        Recently, cable-supported long-span bridges are widely constructed due to the quality improvement of cables and the development of design and construction techniques. Cable is an important and essential element in cable-supported bridges and the tensile force of cable is an important factor to evaluate the load carrying capability, current state of bridge, and structural safety. In this study, cable tensions of bridge are measured using vibration method, and the variation of cable tensions due to the temperature change and moving vehicles is analyzed. Experimental results show that the cable tensions are a little higher in day times rather than early morning, however the difference can be negligible. The variation of cable tensions due to moving vehicles is also very small. The result of this study shows that, in the maintenance point of view, the acceleration of cable measured under any daily circumstances such as day time and/or uncontrolled moving vehicles does little affect to the evaluation of the cable tensions.

      • 시판 참깨제품중의 미량 금속함량에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study was to investigate the contamination of trace metals in sesame products on the market. Seven varieties of both domestic and imported sesames(Sesamum indicum L.) were examines. Ten trace metals, i.e. arsenic, cadmium, cobalt chromium, copper, mercury, manganese, molybdenum, lead and zinc, were detected by inductively coupled plasma(ICP) atomic emission spectrometry. The results were summerized as follows : 1) The overall ranges and mean(ppm) were : As, 0.737-0.93(0.80ppm) Cd, 0.076-0.126 (0.084ppm) Co, 0.216-0.574(0.309ppm) Cr, 0.159-0.245 (0.203ppm) Cu, 8.26-12.3(10.45ppm) Hg, 0.069-0.179(0.125ppm) Mn, 11.0-26.4(17.24ppm) Mo, 0.301-1.01 (0.681ppm) Pb, 0.936-1.15(1.036ppm) Zn, 43.1-49.9(45.7ppm) 2) The level of arsenic was below the tolerance limit of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs and FAO/WHO, but was high value as compared with that of other studies. 3) The levels of lead and cadmium in imported sesame were higher than other samples. 4) Especially, the level of zinc which ranged from 43.1 to 49.9ppm was 8-times higher than the level of other studies. In the cases of hazardous heavy metals such as arsenic cadmium, mercury and lead, the level of arsenic was below the tolerance limit and the levels of cadmium and lead in imported sesames were higher compared to domestic sesames. It is concluded that the tolerance limits of trace metals must be enforced to protect public health from potential contamination problems in sesames.

        코어방적사직물의 구김회복거동에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the fabric specimen undergoes repeated laundering under given condition. After this cyclic laundering was applied, the crease recoveries of the specimen were measured using shirley crease revovery tester in order to evaluate the effect of factors at given condition during crease deformation. 5 samples of grey plain cloth were desized, alkali-scoured, bleached, whased with water, and air-dried. All tests were made on samples preconditioned to 65% RH and 20℃. The experimental results were analysed statistically to relate crease recoveries and the properties of smaples, recovery periods (time) of crease. Furthermore, the crease recoveries of core-spun yarn woven fabrics were discussed in comparison with those values for 100% combed cotton yarn woven fabric and 65% polyester 35% carded cotton blended yarn woven fabric. The results obtained are as follows; 1. Regardless of materials, remarkable decrease are observed in crease recoveries about 1-5 cycles of the repeated laundering, but slack decrease are observed in crease recoveries after 5 cycle of the re-peated laundering. 2. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to recovery periods (t) of crease as follows; loga=0.01415 logt+2.1168 (r^2=0.94) 3. Core-spun yarn woven fabrics were superior to 100% combed cotton yarn woven fabrics and 65% polyester 35% carded cotton blended yarn woven fabric in crease recoveries. 4. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to cover factor (CF), thickness (T) at pressure 0.5gf/㎠, weight (W) as follows; loga=-0.3482 logCF-0.4924 logT-0.4727 W+2.4243 (r^2=0.88) 5. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to 2HB/B, 2HB/W, ^3√B/W, WC/T which are concerning to formation of weared clothes and bending tran formation behavior as follows; log a=0.0091 2HB/B+0.4667 2HB/W+0.0185 ^3√B/W-+0.0114 WC/T+1.8433 (r^2=0.86)

      • 한국 고등학교 학생들의 환경문제 및 환경교육에 대한 인식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop guiding priciples of the environment education in high school geography courses through the search for the consciousness of the matter of environment and environment education on the part of high school students. The method of questionaire is taken up for the inquiry. The subjects of this inquiry include 260 students in Seoul,the metropolice, 150 students in an industrial city, Incheon, 60 in a small and medium sized city, Choon-chun, and 60 in a farming community. The investigation into the consciousness of environment iclude the degree of environmental interest, the degree of virtual contamination in the inhabited regions, general knowledge of environment, and the policy of environment. The investigation into the environment education comprises general environment education, environment education in geography class, teaching methods in environment education, and thepractice of environment education and the preservation of environment. The guides at which should be aimed in environment education in every situations and geography class are as follows. At first, the environment education should be done, with the awarness of respective regional aspects; the awarness of virtual degree of contamination and the cause of environmental pollution vary in every situation. Secondly, despite of high awarness of the degree of interest in the matter of environment and environment education, the degree of awarness of term, representing the amount of environmental pollution, and of the government's policy toward environment is somewhat low. The majority become aware of the necessity of environment preservation and the environment-related information chiefly by mean of mass media, so the reinforcement of environment education toward these area is required through formal environmental education. Thirdly, the students emphasize on active participation in theactivities, in which are at the formation of the pleasant environment. In view of their inactive participation in environment preservation at home and in and out their campuses after school, the greatest emphasis should be put on the practical aspects of life with ecological understanidng of relationship between human and environment for the purpose of practice of environment education in every day life. Fourth, the current curriculum should be shifted from the emphasis on individual phenomenon and individual cases to those of multiple phenomena and materials dealing with common environmental issues. The field of study in class should be emphasized not only their own inhabitation areas but also other areas, which will help enhance the abilites to think in a comprehensive way and to make their decisions in a reasonable way. Finally, the use of multimedia including photographs, maps, tables, and statistic data, is required in environment education in geographic class, in addition to these, the use of a variety of audio-visual aids and a variety of new teaching method are recommended.

      • 돼지에서 정맥, 근육 그리고 경구 투여시의 enrofloxacin의 약물동태학

        In order to characterize pharmacokinetic profiles according to route of a new enrofloxacin salt form (Enrotil®), it was given to 4 healthy pigs via oral (p.o.), intramuscular (i.m.) or intravenous (i.v.) administrations at a dose rate of 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight. Enrofloxacin (ENFX) in serum was detected by bioassay using E. coli BE1186 as a test organism. The biological elimination half-lives (t_1/2(β)) of ENFX were 6.76±0.99 h (i.v.), 7.16±2.30 h (i.m.) and 11.45±3.90 h (p.o.), Volume of distribution (Vd) of enrofloxacin was 2.20±0.31 L/㎏ (i.v.), 2.52±0.60 L/㎏ (i.m.) and 1.88±0.33 L/㎏ (i.m.). Mean residence time (MRT) was 8.77±1.26 h after i.v. injection and the maximal concentration time (Tmax) following p.o. and i.m. administration was 0.76±0.09 h and 0.60±0.12 h, indicating a rapid absorption from these routes. Bioavailibility (F) was calculated as 64.1% for p.o. administration and 59.71% for i.m. injections. In summary, the newly formulated enrofloxacin salt form has shown a high water solubility, rapid absorption and large tissue distribution, suggesting a potential antibacterials for oral application on a large scale in veterinary sectors.

      • 중·고등학교 교과서의 문학사 기술 양상에 대하여

        이 연구는 그 동안 중·고등학교의 문학교육 현장에서 소홀하게 다루어졌던 문학사 연구에 대한 반성에서 출발한다. 문학사 교육은 교육과정에서나 교과서에서 그 의의나 위상을 명확하게 정립하지 못했을 뿐만 아니라 다른 문학교육 영역들과의 연관성도 명확하게 밝히지 않은 채 상당히 주관적인 수준에서 이루어져 왔던 것이 사실이다. 문학사 교육의 의의는 우선 개별 작품 중심의 문학교육 수준에서 한 시대의 문학에 대한 전체적인 이해와 총체적인 안목을 기르는 데 있다고 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 문학사 교육은 문학이 한 시대의 사회와 어떤 연관관계 하에서 발전하였는가 하는 사회역사적 관계를 이해함으로써 삶 가운데서 물학을 총체적으로 조감할 수 있게 한다는 데 그 의의가 있다고 본다. 이런 점들을 감안한다면 문학교육 현장에서 문학사 교육은 더욱 강조되어야 할 것이다. 이 글은 그와 같은 문제의식에서 중·고등학교 교과서에 기술되어 있는 문학사 기술 양상을 검토하고자 한다. 나아가 이 글은 이 작업을 통해 문학사 교육이 문학교육의 독자적인 한 영역일 수 있다는 점을 밝혀보고자 한다. 이 연구는 크게 세 장으로나뉜다. 첫 번째 장은 문학사에 대한 기본적인 이해를 제공할 것이다. 문학사는 크게 두 가지로 이해 할 수 있다. 하나는 '실재로서의 문학사'이며, 다른 하나는 '벙법으로서의 문학사'이다. 이 두가지 개념은 나름대로 역사성을 지니지만, 후자가 우선한 것처럼 보인다. 또한 문학사는 기술하는 문학사가의 세계관의 반영이라고 볼 수 있기 때문에 설명 방법도 다르게 나타난다. 기술 방법론은 존재하지만, 절대적 기준으로 수행되는 것은 없다고 보아야 할 것이다. 두 번째 장은 중·고등학교 교과서에 있는 문학사 기술의 양상을 고찰한다. 중학교 국어교과서에 나타난 문학사는 현대 문학과 고전 문학으로 양분되어 편의적으로 기술되어 있다는 점, 장르 이론에 너무 치우쳐 있다는 점, 그리고 대체로 일관된 방법에 의한 문학사 기술이 거의 없다는 점 들을 보여주게 될 것이다. 18종의 고등학교 문학 교과서에 기술된 문학사 또한 비슷한 문제를 안고 있다. 더욱이 방법론이나 기준 설정에 있어 일관된 기준을 가지지 못한 채 기술의 편의성을 우선으로 고려한 것으로 판단한다. 세 번째 장에서는 교과서에 있는 문학사에 대한 견해를 살펴본다. 교육과정과 교과서에 녹아있는 이데올로기의 문제는 물론 문학사 기술에 나타난 문학사관을 통해 대안에 대한 가능성을 제언했다. 마지막으로 이 연구는 문학사의 기술 양상을 연구함으로써 바람직한 문학사 교육을 위한 제언을 대신했다.

      • 엔로플록사신 액제의 닭유래 병원세균에 대한 시험관내 항균효과 시험

        In this study the antimicrobial spectrum and sensitivity of a liquid formulation of enrofloxacin against the major six pathogenic bacteria isolated from the diseased poultry in Korea were evaluated in comparison with ciprfloxacin (CFX), gentamicin (GM) and penicillin (PC). A liquid form of enrofloxacin, a test material and ciprofloxacin showed at least 83% antibacterial activity against all of six test pathogenic microorganisms at the fixed concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. Gentamicin and penicillin revealed much lower antibacterial activity at the same condition. We evaluated the liquid form of enrofloxacin as having widespread antibacterial spectrum against poultry infections. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed potent antibacterial activity, with the MIC range being 0.12∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram positives, 0.06∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram negatives and 0.5∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Mycoplasma spp. These values were equivalent to or somewhat higher than those of ciprofloxacin, but much lower than those of gentamicn and penicillin. This new liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its way in application of mixing with drinking water for the prevention and treatment of diverse infections in chickens.

        獨樂堂 一廓의 造營과 空間構造에 관한 硏究

        This study is to analyze the courses of building of and space characteristic of Dokrakdang, one of the houses in Chosun Dynasty. Specially, to analyze the space configuration of the Dokrakdang which was built by Hoejae , Lee UnJuk. The space configuration of Dokrakdang can be summarized as the followings: First, The courses of building it were made up of by several stages through long time. In other words, Dokrakdang is prior decision factor that should consider at enlargement of other domain buildings, and arrangement of building and fence and exterior space of Madang are used on active domain limitation constituent. Second, early Kyejeung which is father's pavilion and Jeung-Hye-Sa, and Hoejae's rustication by political retirement are the background of Dokrakdang construction and became important factors to determine building's characteristic. Accommodation of such various purpose gave completion and holistic to each part of it through closing and opening, connection and disconnection. Third, Exterior space of the individualized Madang was reinforced immanence of space by control of moving line by entrance position, and had suitable component ratio between the building and the fence for each domain. Fourth, by presuming original design of Anchae, Dokrakdang contains YouGang Lee's who is Hoejae's family architectural characteristics than Walsung Son's who built Seobaikdang and kwankajeung.
