        <박효랑전>의 인물 형상과 서사적 지향

        <박효랑전>은 조선후기 성행하던 묘지 송사의 실화를 바탕으로 한 작품이다. 이 글에서는 송사 내용과 인물의 관계를 살피고 실사를 소설화하면서 지향했던 바가 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 그리고 <박효랑전>이 갖는 송사소설적 가치에 관해 살펴보았다. 논의한 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 송사의 내용과 인물의 관계를 살펴보았다. <박효랑전>의 송사의 내용은 크게 ‘송사 원고인물의 소개, 송사 원고인물의 사망, 원고 유가족의 대응과 위기, 원고 유가족의 상경과 격쟁’으로 정리할 수 있다. 이 작품은 조선후기 일상에서 일어났던 송사 사건을 소재로 하였기에 권력을 가진자, 피해를 보는 자, 사건을 바라보는 대중으로 구분하여 인물 양상을 강자형 피고인물, 약자형 원고인물, 조력자형 참고인물로 나누었다. 둘째, 인물 형상화를 통해 본 지향의식을 고찰하였다. <박효랑전>은 원고와 피고인물의 대비를 통해 권력형 비리를 폭로하여 당시 사회문제를 비판하고자 하였다. 그리고 하층형 참고인물이 계 낭자의 성심에 동정하면서 권력형 비리에 대응하는 민중의식을 담아냈다. 마지막으로 상층형 참고인물을 통해 어지러워진 사회 질서를 바로잡고 강상의 윤리를 제고하였다. 셋째, <박효랑전>의 송사소설적 가치를 조망하였다. <박효랑전>은 당시 빈번하게 발생했던 산송 사건을 두고 사회적 분위기와 인물의 정서를 개연성있게 구성하여 리얼리티를 강화했다. 또한 대를 이어 송사를 펼치는 과정을 통해 읽는 사람에게 흥미를 더했으며, 다양한 계층의 민중을 가담시켜 당시 정치 권력의 편파적 송사처결과 부도덕성을 비판하는 민중의식을 반영했다. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > is a literary work based on litigations upon burial grounds, which were widespread during late Joseon dynasty, and it has been examined in this article that the trends in structure of narrative, appearance of the characters and narrative functions which the concept of filial piety serves. Summarizing the points discussed above is shown in the following. Firstly, the structure of the story and appearance of the characters were examined. the structure of < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > can be broadly broken down into ’Death of father-death of Miss Baek-Miss Gye traveling to the capital-Miss Gye’s appeal-the return of miss Gye’, and type of characters can be classified as ‘corrupt characters, opposing characters, or assisting characters.’ Secondly, the narrative functions of ‘filial piety’ has been reviewed. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > has the narrative function which criticizes predatory practices of the ruling class, which had been pervasive during the period, through the confrontation of filial piety and corrupt powers. the work tried to illustrate that the fundamental fabric of the country is the people, by attempting to purge the greed with filial piety, and demonstrating the people‘s sentiments from different social classes. Finally, this work aimed to consolidate the confucius social order through resolute students of confucianism. In < Park Hyo-rang Jeon >, confucius scholars provide advices reflecting the people‘s aspirations to restore perplexing social order. Thirdly. the significance of < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > in the literary history has been analyzed. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > challenged the ruling classes that employ marauding tactics on the common people and depicted their voices standing against them through focusing on a litigation case that had been frequent during the time. Moreover, < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > expanded the interpretation of the concept of filial piety, one of pillars of the confucianism ideology that governed Joseon, to the manifestation of humanitarianism, and extended the horizon of familial and social relationships, marking the work as tremendously significant in the literature history.

      • 근린단위 친환경 인증제도 분석을 통한 제도 개선방안 연구

        This study suggests ways to improve the domestic institutional system based on analysis of environmentally friendly certification system in neighborhood unit. The main results of the study are summarized as follows. First, major developed countries have expanded the environmentally friendly certification system based on building certification system. On the other hand, Korea has an eco-friendly building certification system, but there is no eco-friendly certification evaluation system that can be applied in neighborhood units. Second, it is necessary to effectively manage incentives as a way to reduce the environmental impacts and carbon emissions during the development process and to activate the environmentally friendly certification system in the neighborhood. Third, in Korea, greenhouse gas emissions are calculated using environmental impact assessment and unit cost in the case of traffic impact assessment, but application is limited because concrete incentive items are not available. Therefore, it is necessary to actively induce the development of eco-friendly neighborhood by establishing environmentally friendly certification system in connection with the current eco-friendly building certification system and providing various incentives according to the evaluation result.

        수술 전 통증자가조절기에 관한 교육이 수술 후 통증에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of a structured preoperative PCA education to that of the usual informal teaching provided by hospital staff in alleviating postoperative pain through more effective use of PCA therapy. Method: As an advanced research, the knowledge about the use of PCA therapy and the attitude about the use of the pain medicine were estimated, and then as a later research, the knowledge about the use of PCA therapy, the attitude about the use of the pain medicine, and the score of the pain were estimated. Result: The experimental group those who received structured preoperative PCA education had statistically significant higher knowledge regarding the use of PCA therapy, the attitude about the use of he pain medicine, and the score of the pain were estimated. Result: The experimental group those who received structured preoperative PCA education had statistically significant higher knowledge regarding the use of PCA therapy(p=0.026) and more positive attitudes toward using pain medicine(p=0.004). The experimental group those who received structured preoperative PCA education reported better pain control 4(p=0.002), 8(p=0.014) and 24 hours(p=0.018) after the operation. Conclusion: The structured preoperative PCA education increases the knowledge for the use of patient's PCA therapy and changes their attitude toward the use of the pain medicine positively and consequently enable the use of PCA therapy to be more effective and then finally reduced the patient's pain after the operation.

        웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 초음파 펄스 에코 신호의 디컨볼루션

        초음파 펄스-에코법을 매우 얇은 층을 갖는 다층구조물에 적용할 때 그 얇은 층의 상하면에서의 반사파가 중첩되게 되면 검사가 곤란하게 된다. 이런 문제는 반도체 내부에서의 심각한 감쇠를 피하기 위해 20MHz 이하의 비교적 저주파수를 사용하는 초음파 현미경으로 반도체의 얇은 실리콘 칩을 검사하는 경우에 쉽게 볼 수 있다. 기존에 이런 초음파 신호의 중첩을 분리하기 위해 디컨볼루션 기법이 사용되어 왔으나, 송신파의 파형이 전파하면서 왜곡되어 수신되는 경우에는 적절치 못하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 디컨볼루션 기법이 사용되어 왔으나, 송신파의 파형이 전파하면서 왜곡되어 분리해 낼 수 있는 새로운 신호처리 기법으로서 웨이브렛 변환 기반 디컨볼루션 (WTBD) 기법을 제안한였다. 여기서 웨이브렛 변환은 송신파와 왜곡된 수신 신호의 공통 파형을 추출하기 위해 사용되고 추출된 공통 파형에 대해 디컨볼루션 처리한다. 제안하는 방법의 성능은 모형신호에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 인위적으로 실리콘 칩 상면에 들뜸 결함을 만든 반도체 시편에 대한 실험을 통해 검증되었다. Ultrasonic pulse echo method comes to be difficult to apply to the multi-layered structure with very thin layer, because the echoes from the top and the bottom of the layer are superimposed. Wecan easily meet this problem when the silicon chip layer in the semiconductor is inspected by a SAM epquipment using fairly low frequency lower than 20MHz by which sebere attenuation in the epoxy mold compound of packaging material can be overcome. Conventionally, deconvolution technique has been used for the decomposirion of superromposed UR signal, however it has disavilities when the waveform pf the transmitted signals is distorted according th tje prpagation. In this paper, the wavelet transform based deconvolution (WTBD)technique is ptoposed as a new signal processing processing method that can decompose the superimpose the echo signals with superior performances compared to the conventional decovolution technique. WTBD method uses the wavelet transform in the pre-stage of deconvolution to extract out the common waveform from the transmitted and received signal with distortion. Performances of the proposed mehtod are shown by through computer simulations using model signal with noise and are demonstrated by through experiments for the fabricated semiconductor sample with partial delamination at the pot of silicon chip layer.

      • 식사관리와 영양지식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate meal management and nutrition knowledge of the housewives according to their region, age, educational level, income and occupation. The subjects consisted of 2082 housewives residing in big city, middle or small city and agricultural and fishing villages. The portion of housewives living in the middle or small city was 44.1% and the major portion of age distribution was 30's(34.2%). More than half of the housewives(58.5%) had a job. Meal management included in this sutdy was their attitude for meal, nutritional balance in their dishes and harmonizing nutrition knowledge in the life. The meal attitude of the housewives who had no job was the lowest score. Dishes arrangement and harmonizing nutrition knowledge in the life were shown the highest score at the age of 60's. They had experience of nutritional education(63.8% ), The source of nutritional information were in order of TV., radio, relatives & neighbors, newspapers and magazines. The average score of nutrition knowledge was 7.07 out of possible 10 point. Nutrition knowledge had significant correlation with region, age, educational level and income. With increasing educational level, income and decreasing age, the score of nutrition knowledge was getting higher. Also, the housewives of urban was the higher in the nutrition knowledge score than those of rural. The frequency of food intake appeared at the higher in fruits, milk & products than meats & fishes, fishes of eatable bone, yellow green vegetables, and frying and parching food etc.

      • Histone 분획 H1의 Subfraction 에 관한 연구

        The very lysine-rich histones(H1) from normal leucoctyes, myelocytic leukemia leucocytes, human and bovine colostrum, and bakers' yeast were prepared according to the method of Johns, and Phillips and Johns. The purity of H1 fractions from various sources was checked by 15% polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis. The amino acid composition of each H1 fraction were determined by ion exchange chromatography procedure described by Spackman et al. These very lysine-rich histones were, further, subfractionated by chromatography on Amberlite IRC-50 with a shallow guanidinium chloride gradient. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1) The yield of H1 fractions from various sources greatly differed each other. For example, in myelocytic leukemia leucocytes the levels of H1 was many times that of H1 in normal colostrum, suggesting that the levels of H1 is dependent on the function of tissue proper. 2) The electrophoretic mobility of individual very lysine-rich histone fractions gave similar patterns to those of corresponding fraction from various sources. 3) The chromatographic profiles of very lysine-rich histones from leucocytes, colostrum and bakers' yeast revealed that there were significant differences in molecular species and relative amounts between various biological species. 4) Amino acid composition of histone H1 examined in the present studies, could be classified into two categories. One of these groups resemble the very lysine-rich histone found in eukaryotic cells, i.e., normal leucocytes, human and bovine colostrum. The other group, which may be confined to the myelocytic leukemia leucocytes and bakers' yeast, exhibited quite lower Lys/Arg ratio which due to lesser contents of arginine residues in the subfraction molecule.

      • 생합성 플라스틱 Poly-β-Hydroxybutyrate의 생분해와 토양온도의 관계

        생분해성 플라스틱인 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB)의 미생물에 의한 분해에 대하여 2, 10, 20, 30 및 40℃의 항온이 유지되는 토양에서 49일간 배양하면서 조사하였다. 무게 감소로 측정한 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해속도는 배양 온도가 높을 수록 증가하였다. 배양온도 40℃에서 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate는 하루당 3.5%의 무게감소 속도로 빠르게 분해되었다. 한편 토양에서 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해는 토양의 pH, 전기전도도와 같은 화학적 특성에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 탈수소효소 활성도로 나타낸 토양미생물의 활성도는poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해에 따라서 증가하였다. The microbial degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB) films was studied in soil microcosms incubated at a constant temperature of 2, 10, 20, 30 and 40℃ for up to 49 days. The degradation rate measured through loss of weight was enhanced by incubation at a higher temperature. At the soil temperature 40℃, poly-β-hydroxybutyrate was rapidly degraded at a decay rate of 3.5% weight loss per day. The degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate did not affected significantly the chemical properties of soils such as pH and electric conductivity. However, microbial activity of soil in terms of dehydrogenase activity was increased by the degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate.

      • 오차드그래스(Dactylis glomerata L.)의 품종에 따른 종자유래의 캘러스 형성률과, 캘러스 크기 및 식물체 재분화 효율의 비교

        Comparison results of callus formation ratio from seed explants, callus sizes, regeneration ratios from callus and regeneration efficiency [calculated by following formular; callus formation ratio(%) × regeneration ratio(%)/100]for 27 ochardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.)varieties imported and Hapsung 2 developed in Korea are as follows; 1. Among ochardgrass varieties showing more than 50% callus formation ratios, the descending order of callus formation ratio after bedding the seed explants for 4 weeks was 93>Sparta>Pizza>Condor>Lidaglo>Glorus>Hapsung2>Frode. 2. The callus sizes after bedding for 4 weeks were in the range of φ 0.43cm~4.2cm in which there was 10 times size difference between the largest one and the smallest one but most of them were between φ2.5cm~4cm. 3. The regeneration ratio from callus among varieties were in the range of 0~36% and descending order of the upper 6 varieties was Plano>Akimidori>Justus>Lidacta>Currie>Hall mark. 4. The regeneration efficiency which is calculated by the ratios of regeneration from seed explant numbers was between 0 to 17.4% among which Justus showed the highest value in the 4-week treatment. 5. The correlation between callus formation ratios and the callus sizes, callus formation ratios and regeneration efficiency, and callus sizes and regeneration efficiency were r=0.5765, r=0.6365 and r=0.6246, respectively in 4-week callus and all the correlations were significant on the 1% level. 6. In 6-week callus, the descending order callus formation ratios from seed sxplants for the best 6 varieties was Condor>Sparta>93M>Justus>Potomac>Lidaglo>Frode. 7. The callus sizes formed were between φ1.5~5.7cm in which Sparta, the largest one of φ5.7cm was five times larger than the smallest one. The callus size of the control variety. Hapsung 2 was φ3.8cm, which belonged to larger size. 8. Regeneration ratio showed a great deviation among varieties from 6-week old calli by showing from 0% to 100% in which all the calli were regenerated in Plano while no callus was regenerated in Juno, 9. The range of regeneration effciency was between 0~28% among varieties in which the values from 6-week callus treatment were larger than those from 4-week callus treatment. Especially, the value of Potomac in 6-week was 3 times larger than that in 4-week. 10. The correlation between callus formation ratios and the callus sizes, callus formation ratios and regeneration efficiency, and callus sizes and regeneration effciency were r=0.8369, r=0.6683 and r=0.5937, respectively in 6-week callus, and all the correlations were significant on the 1% level.
