        This paper was made for the purpose of analyzing primary school child's concept formation about Topological Space. Using clinical method, this research was executed to 420 children at a primary school and a kingdergarden in Inchon City. (1) The concept formation of drawing about Topological Space is later than that of piaget's research. (2) The concept formation of perception and order about. Topological Space is well accord with piaget's result. (3) Sex Difference of concept formation about Topological Space is as follows: boy's concept formation is as fast as girl's except concept of order.

      • 보행시 가방의 휴대 방법에 따른 몸통 근육의 근활성도 변화 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes muscle activity of by various carrying a pack methods during walking. Method: The subjects were consisted of normal thirty persons (15 males and 15 females). They were from 20 to 25 years old. The carrying a pack methods were divided into three group; backpack group, shoulder bag group, cross bag group. To evaluate electromyography was divided into 3 areas: upper trapezius, middle trapezius, lower trapezius, each electromyography were measured and analyzed. The one-way analysis of variance was used to get difference between three group and difference between left and right trapezius muscle activity. Results: The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. In the comparison of left upper trapezius muscle activity were significantly differ- ent between group (p<.05), and right upper trapezius muscle activity were significant- ly different between group (p<.05). 2. In the comparison of left middle trapezius muscle activity were significantly differ- ent between group (p<.05), and right middle trapezius muscle activity were signifi- cantly different between group (p<.05). 3. In the comparison of left lower trapezius muscle activity were significantly differ- ent between group (p<.05), but right lower trapezius muscle activity were not signif- icantly different between group (p>.05). 4. In the comparison of difference between left and right upper trapezius muscle activity were significantly different between group (p<.05), and middle trapezius mus- cle activity were significantly different between group (p<.05), and lower trapezius muscle activity were significantly different between group (p<.05) Conclusion: According to the preceding study asymmetric load of pack by carrying methods changed the posture of trunk and limbs. Also in this study various carrying methods changed the upper, middle, lower trapezius muscle activity significant differ- ence. Also, asymmetric load of pack by carrying methods affected symmetry of mus- cle activity between left and right trapezius.

        Tricho-dento-osseous Syndrome Mutant Dlx3 Shows Lower Transactivation Potential but Has Longer Half-life than Wild-type Dlx3

        Dlx3 is a homeodomain protein and is known to play a rolein development and differentiation of many tissues. Deletionof four base pairs in DLX3 (NT3198) is causally related totricho-dento-osseous (TDO) syndrome (OMIM #190320), agenetic disorder manifested by taurodontism, hair abnor-malities, and increased bone density in the cranium. Themolecular mechanisms that explain the phenotypic charac-teristics of TDO syndrome have not been clearly determined.In this study, we examined phenotypic characteristics ofwild type DLX3 (wtDlx3) and 4-BP DEL DLX3 (TDO mtDlx3)in C2C12 cells. To investigate how wtDlx3 and TDO mtDlx3differentially regulate osteoblastic differentiation, reporterassays were performed by using luciferase reporters containingthe promoters of alkaline phosphatase, bone sialoprotein orosteocalcin. Both wtDlx3 and TDO mtDlx3 enhancedsignificantly all the reporter activities but the effect ofmtDlx3 was much weaker than that of wtDlx3. In spite ofthese differences in reporter activity, electrophoretic mobilityshift assay showed that both wtDlx3 and TDO mtDlx3formed similar amounts of DNA binding complexes withDlx3 binding consensus sequence or with ALP promoteroligonucleotide bearing the Dlx3 binding core sequence.TDO mtDlx3 exhibits a longer half-life than wtDlx3 and itcorresponds to PESTfind analysis result showing thatpotential PEST sequence was missed in carboxy terminal ofTDO mtDlx3. In addition, co-immunoprecipitation demonst-rated that TDO mtDlx3 binds to Msx2 more strongly thanwtDlx3. Taken together, though TDO mtDlx3 acted as aweaker transcriptional activator than wtDlx3 in osteoblastic cells, there is possibility that during in vivo osteoblastdifferentiation TDO mtDlx3 may antagonize transcriptionalrepressor activity of Msx2 more effectively and for longerperiod than wtDlx3, resulting in enhancement of osteoblastdifferentiation.

        아동복지 종사자의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 조직과 조직구성원과의 상호교환관계를 중심으로

        본 연구는 사회교환이론의 관점에서 조직과 조직구성원과의 교환관계에 초점을 두어 아동복지 종사자의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 그 요인들 간의 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 종사자들이 조직 의사결정과정, 정보 및 자원의 공유, 동료관계 등에 얼마나 포함된 다고 인식하는지(조직에의 포함/배제)가 조직지원인식을 통해 조직몰입에 영향을 줌으로써 결과 적으로 이직의도에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 전국 가정위탁지원센터, 아동보호전문기관, 아동양육시설에서 직접 사례를 담당하는 353명의 종사자로서, 그들에 대한 정보는 우편을 통한 자기보고식 설문지를 통해 수집되었다. 구조방정식모형을 통한 분석결과, 종사자들이 조직에 포함된다고 느낄수록 조직지원인식이 높아졌으며 이는 조직몰입을 높이는 결과로 이어졌고, 최종적으로 이직의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 아동복지 종사자의 이직을 줄이는 데에 장기적이며 무형의 교환에 해당하는 조직의 긍정적 처우와 지원의 중요성을 강조하였다. The study applies theoretical concepts derived from Social Exchange theory to develop and estimate a causal model of turnover intention among front-line child welfare workers. The study argues members of an organization develop relationships with their organizations based on the norm of reciprocation. The study examines the hypothesized causal relationships among organizational inclusion/ exclusion, perceived organizational support(POS), organizational commitment, and turnover intention. It relies on structural equation modeling(SEM) of data from a cross-sectional survey of 353 child welfare employees within foster care, child protective services, and child residential facilities. The results shows that organizational inclusion/exclusion contributes to the development of POS, POS mediates their effects on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment is negatively related to turnover intention. Implications for future research and practical applications are discussed.

        유아의 부정적 정서성, 주의력 결핍 과잉행동 성향과 또래놀이 상호작용 관계에서 언어능력의 중재영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of language abilities associated with between emotionality, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and peer play interactions. Two hundred fifty-two participants were 3 year olds, with 136 boys and 116 girls. They were recruited from day care centers and preschools in Gyunggi province and Incheon city. Peer play interaction was assessed by the Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale (PIPPS). Emotionality was measured by Child Behavior Questionnaire (CBQ). ADHD was assessed by teacher ratings of ADHD syndrome. Language abilities were measured by Korean Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (K-WPPSI). Teachers completed questionnaires to assess peer play interactions, emotionality, ADHD. The results revealed that language abilities moderated relationships between emotionality and play in isolation. The magnitude of associations between emotionality and play in isolation was greater for high levels of language abilities. Moreover, there were moderating effects of language abilities associated between ADHD and play disruptions. Although ADHD was significantly associated with play disruptions, the association was stronger at the higher levels than the low levels of language abilities. It can be deduced that language abilities of 3 year old children affects the protection factor between emotionality and peer play isolation; whilst, it affects the risk factor on peer play disruptions and ADHD propensity.

        연구논문 : 작업장 혁신프로그램 토착화에서 인사부서 및 노동조합의 역할과 활동 탐색

        인사부서는 회사의 경쟁력의 원천인 인적자원을 담당하는 부서로서 조직의 전략을 설계하고 실행하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 본 연구는 인사부서의 활동과 역할에 있어서 전략적 비중의 증대와 작업장 혁신성과와의 연계를 밝혀 조직성과에 기여하는 방안을 제공하기 위해 이루어졌다. 현재 한국기업들은 작업장에서 혁신성과를 올려 조직경쟁력을 향상시키고자 노력을 기울이고 있다. 인사부서와 노동조합간에는 이견이 존재하므로 이들은 작업장 운영을 둘러싸고 협력도 하지만 긴장관계에 놓일 수도 있다. 따라서 인사부서와 노동조합이 작업장 혁신활동에서 상호작용하는 방식에 따라 작업장 혁신성과가 달라질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인사부서의 전략적 역할과 활동이 작업장 혁신활동에서 노동조합과 어떠한 형태로 맞물려야 혁신성과와 조직경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는지 탐구하였다. 분석결과, 인사부서의 전략적 역할과 활동이 높아질수록 노동조합은 혁신활동에서 효율성을 강하게 추구하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 노동조합이 ``효율성``과 연관된 혁신활동에 높은 수준으로 관여하게 되면 작업장 혁신프로그램 토착화가 활성화되어 기업 재무성과에 기여하는 것으로 검정되었다. 이와 반면에 ``형평성``과 연관된 혁신활동은 혁신성과를 저하시켜 기업성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 인사부서와 노동조합이 어떠한 형태로 상호작용하여야 작업장 혁신성과를 올릴 수 있는지 탐구하여 기업체들이 작업장 혁신프로그램을 효율적으로 실행하는 데 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This study uses WPS2009(Workplace Panel Survey) data to examine how the fit between strategic involvement of HR department and labor union`s attitudes toward workplace innovation contributes to firm innovation outcomes. The results of the current study indicate that strategic involvement of HR department facilitates innovation outcomes through increases in ``efficiency-oriented`` attitudes of labor union. Moreover, the ``equity-oriented`` attitudes of labor union provide reduced effects on innovation outcomes at workplaces. The present study shows that the alignment between HR department and labor union`s roles and activities is a key factor to the innovation success.
