Kaposi's sarcoma is a lympho-angioproliferative disease that primarily affects the skin and subcutaneous tissues. Most importantly, Kaposi’s sarcoma occurs in the immunocompromised, especially AIDS patients and organ transplant recipients being treated with immunosuppressants. The occurrence of classic Kaposi’s sarcoma after the diagnosis of any primary solid tumor has rarely been reported. We experienced a 70-year-old man, who had received surgery and chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of primary gallbladder cancer, that developed multiple tender deep purple papules on his trunk, back and feet which were proven to be pathologic symptoms of Kaposi’s sarcoma.

Gender equality and gender mainstreaming are recognized as a global common problem over the nation in spite of the difference of politics, economy and culture between countries. Gender responsive policy intends to support the fair participation of both sexes in the policy making process and prevent unintended gender discrimination. In Korea, the gender responsive budgeting was introduced in 2006 according to the National Finance Act. According to the law, the government must submit the gender responsive budget bill as an attached document with the government budget bill to the National Assembly from the 2010 FY. The purpose of this study is to introduce the gender responsive budget to Seoul in order to spread the gender equality policy of the central government. Here, we study why Seoul should introduce the gender responsive budget and the administrative base of Seoul to practice this system. Also, we study the current budgetary process and how it should be changed for the implementation of gender responsive budget in Seoul. Seoul has a superb environment to introduce this system related to "Yeohang Project" which is the system to improve the quality of the life of women. So, we need to graft the gender responsive budget on "Yeohang Project". In conclusion, this study proposes the new budget system including the gender equality estimation, and to revise the law related to the local finance and the municipal ordinance in order to introduce the gender responsive budget system.

Objective: Instent restenosis (ISR) remains still an important issue even in drug-eluting stents era. We hypothesized that higher inflammatory reaction, which is known as an important atherosclerotic process, at the culprit lesion may have higher restenosis. We sought to evaluate the baseline coronary plaque composition in patients with ISR. Methods: Study population consisted of 241 patients with coronary artery disease, who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention with virtual histology- intravascular ultrasound (VH-IVUS) and 9 months follow up coronary angiography. We compared coronary plaque composition between patients with ISR and those without ISR. Results: Patients with ISR (n=27, 11.2%) were likely to be older (66.2±9.5 years vs. 58.7±11.7 years, p=0.002), increased high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP, 1.60±3.59 mg/dl vs. 0.31±0.76 mg/dl, p<0.001) than those without ISR (n=214, 88.8%). Baseline angiographic, procedural findings and gray scale IVUS findings showed no significant differences between 2 groups. VH-IVUS examination showed necrotic core volume (22.1±19.9 mm3 vs.14.2±12.7 mm3, p=0.045) and percent necrotic core volume (14.3±8.7% vs. 19.5±9.1%, p=0.005) were higher in those without ISR than those with ISR, whereas percent fibrofatty volume was higher (16.6±9.7% vs. 12.4±8.4%, p=0.018) in those with ISR than those without ISR. The independent predictors for ISR were hs-CRP (Odd ratio=3.334, 95% confidence interval (CI); 1.158~9.596, p=0.026), and age (Odd ratio=3.557, 95% CI; 1.242~10.192, p=0.018). Conclusions: This study suggests that ISR was not associated with baseline coronary plaque composition but old age and an increased inflammatory marker such as hs-CRP. 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력의 조직문화와 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력의 조직문화와 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. 연구대상은 노인의료복지시설의 간호 인력 523명을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 조직문화와 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력의 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 직접적인 영향뿐만 아니라 조직문화를 통해 직무몰입의 상승효과가 커지고 직무몰입의 효과를 통해 조직시민행동이 부분적으로 증대된다는 결론을 도출하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 갖는다. 이는 조직문화의 중요성과 함께 직무몰입의 효과가 부분적으로 입증되었기 때문에 최근에 실천 개념으로 대두되고 있는 직무몰입의 중요성을 확인하는 의미를 가진다. 따라서 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력에서 조직 공동목표를 추구하면서 동시에 조직 내 관계적, 혁신적, 위계적, 과업적 분위기를 조성하고, 이와 더불어 이들의 조직문화가 정착될 때 직무몰입과 동시조직 시민 행동의 긍정적인 영향력을 높일 수 있는 기제임을 시사해주었다. This paper is intended to inquire into the effect of nursing human resources` organizational culture and job commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in senior medical welfare centers. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 523 nursing human resources through multiple regression analysis. This research showed that organizational culture and job commitment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Consequently, nursing human resources in senior medical welfare centers should create the relational, innovative, hierarchical and task climate while pursuing an organizational common goal. In addition, they should establish a organizational culture. In that case, the organizational culture will be a mechanism to raise a positive influence of job commitment and organizational citizenship behavior at the same time.
Design Concept of High-performance Flexible Tactile Sensors with a Robust Structure

We introduce a new concept of a flexible tactile sensor array capable of sensing contact force and position with high performance and high spatial resolution. The proposed sensor array consists of a sub-millimetre-size bar-shaped semi-conductor strain gage array attached to a thin and flexible printed circuit board covered by stretchable elastomeric material on both sides. This design incorporates the benefits of both materials, the semiconductors' high performance and the polymer's mechanical flexibility and robustness, while overcoming the drawbacks of those two materials. For this paper, we have tested the feasibility of using this concept to develop high performance flexible tactile sensors; we fabricated a $5{\times}5$ sensor array of tactile sensors with commercial semiconductor strain gages. Each sensor element shows the good performances in terms of resolution better than 0.4 kPa, repeatability less than 1%, hysteresis less than 3%, zero return error less than 1%, and no observable drift over time.

This paper describes the development of multi-axis force/moment sensor calibration system and its uncertainty evaluation. This sensor, which has maximum capacities of 2000N in forces and 400Nm in moments, can generate the continuous forces (±Fx, ±Fy and ±Fz) and moments (±Mx, ±My and ±Mz.). In order to be used multi-axis force/moment sensors in many kinds of industries, they are carried out the characteristic test or the calibration with the system that can generate the forces and the moments. The developed calibrating systems are the disadvantages of the low capacity, the generation of step force and moment with weights, the high coasts in manufacture and so on. In this paper, the multi-axis force/moment sensor calibration system that can generate the continuous forces and moments was developed. Its maximum capacities are 2000N in forces and 400Nm in moments. And the system was evaluated in the expanded relative uncertainty. They were ±0.0004 in forces ±Fx , ±Fy, ±Fz, and ±0.0004 in moments ±Mx, ±My, ±Mz.
