      • 새로운 Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors의 합성

        노인성 치매의 일종인 alzheimer's disease의 효과적인 억제제를 합성하기 위해 우리는 분자 모델링에 의한 가장 적합한 물질인 m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid를 합성하였다. 출발물질인 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate의 경우 boronic acid의 작용기인 hydroxyl group을 protecting시킴으로써 반응의 안정성을 기하였다. Quarternary ammonium salt는 과량의 methyliodide와 염기 촉매인 potassium hydrogen carbonate를 사용하여 용매인 methanol에서 반응시켜 상당히 높은 수율을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 과량의 methyliodide와 염기촉매인 potassium hydrogen carbonate를 사용하여 용매인 methanol에서 반응시킨 결과 boronic acid의 protection없이도 안정하게 반응이 진행되어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. In order to syntheisize a effective inhibotor for alzheimer's disease, we synthesized m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4 which is designed by molecular modeling form. We protected the hydroxyl group of 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 with ethlyne glycol to remove the reactivity if hydroxyl group. To synthesize m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4, we reacted 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 with ezcess methyl iodide and potassium hydrogen carbonate as a base-catalyst in methanol. but On executed reaction without protection on hydroxyl group, we found out the result that the hydroxyl group of boronic acid group at 3-aminophenylboronic acid monohydrate 1 didn't react with excess methyliodide. Synthesized m-[(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)phenyl]boronic acid 4 is in progress about biological tests as a plausible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.

      • ??C追跡子法에 依한 柑橘의 糖과 有機酸에 關한 硏究 : Effects of Foliar Application of ?? ??의 葉面處理效果

        柑橘(Citrus unshiu Marc.)의 糖, 有機酸 및 아미노酸에 대한 ??의 영향을 보기 위하여 KCI과 K₂SO₄溶液을 葉面處理하고 ?? 를 同化시킨 뒤 ??C로 標識된 同化産物의 徑時的 變化를 3週間 調査하였다. ?? 處理後 1週日間 果實에 轉流된 ??C 同化産物의 比放射能(cpm/㎖)은 ?? 處理區에서 더컸다. 果汁의 糖分劃 放射能은 그 水準과 變化樣相이 ?? 處理間에 差異가 없었지만, 有機酸分劃에 있어서는 ?? 處理後 2週日 以後에 有機酸分劃의 比放射能 減少量이 ?? 處理區에서 더 많았다. 有機酸分劃의 比放射能에 對한 糖分劃比放射能의 比率이 SO?? 處理區에서는 時間이 경과함에 따라 增加하는 경향이었으나 ?? 處理區는 급격히 減少했다. 따라서 ??가 ??보다 果汁의 甘味比를 증가시키는 것으로 생각되었다. 아미노산分劃의 比放射能은 ?? 處理區보다 ?? 處理區에서 더 많이 增加했다. The effects of spraying ?? solutions on sugar, organic acid and amino acid levels in citrus(C. unshiu Marc.) fruit juice were examined using the ?? method. Each ?? compound under investigation was measured during the three weeks after ??assimilation. The total carbon compound, which was measured as the specific activity (cpm/㎖) of ??, was transported more into the fruit juice within one week after ??assimilation with the SO treatment than with the ?? treatment. The ?? activity changes of the sugar fraction were very similar in both ?? and ?? treatments although the organic acid fraction was reduced more by ??. The specific activity ratio of the sugar fraction to organic acid was increased rapidly when treated with ??. This indicates that ?? plays a role in raising the ratio of sugar to organic acid. It was found that the ?? activity in the amino acid fraction was higher when ?? was applied.

        The hydraulic excavator has been a popular research object for automation because of its multi-workings and economic efficiency. When it works crane tasks, most of disasters happen. The objective of this paper is to design each components and to construct boom, arm, bucket circuit. These models modeled with AMESim show us change of variables and behavior of excavator. Simulation model will be used for simulator of excavator.

      • 투과 저면을 고려한 잠제 주변의 파형에 관한 수치해석

        The wave profile by a submerged breakwater on porous bottoms is computed numerically using boundary element method. The analysis method is based on the wave pressure function with the continuity in the analytical region including fluid and structures. Wave motion within the porous structures is simulated by introducing the linear dissipation coefficient and the added mass coefficient. The results indicate that the wave over porous bottoms travels being damped.

        Today's schooling falls short of giving a proper answer for the claim, "education for all." The sudden deluge of knowledge and technology, coupled with sharp changes in society, has brought about a lot of ill-effects awaiting immediate solution. At this critical juncture, calls for a practical adjustment or an educational organization are increasingly given by critical minds. With their systmatic rigidity, however, schools of this community have not merely built at most ineffectual plans for students' qualify education, but they have also failed to meet the needs of what we call "life-long education" for youth and adults, when they finish their schooling. Community education is conducted by the community inhabitants as participants and centers on the educational necessities that arise from the course of life. In collaboration with schools and other agencies, which are directly or indirectly concerned. the community as a whole makes joint educational efforts to satisfy such necessities Herein lies the significance of community education The community education aims partly at improving the curriculum and arranges adult education, which is established for adults in schools particularly open to them. There are also provided other programs on the part of society, economy, and recreations that will provoke the community into positive participation,and thereby secure an inclusive process through the required human resources as well as those of physical and systematic revenue get coordinated or modulated. While taking part in the programs, the community may attempt self-actualization, improve the quality of life, and solve problems that are facing the community This bears a relationship of cross-influence of complex forces that must ultimately give a contribution to local development. This study puts its main concern in seeking a process model to give an effecient orientation to the school that is to realize the ideals of the community education. For this purpose, I set up draft models by illuminating community education in its philosophy, goals, and its process components As a new educational philosophy, community education presents a wide variety of ideals-equality of educational opportunity, Public service, construction of an educative community. performance of participatory democracy, and community-actualization itself, And this education that consists of the programming part and its actualization-process includes an increased use of school facilities, a grasp of community necessities, resources-utilization, cooperation and coordination among the agencies concerned, and the community's participation as well as development of the community, to cite a few. Finally, and established process model is presented as an approach substitute that will enable the school to achieve such contents. The model is in turn to be subcategorized as follows: (A) school-based models-① a community school model, ① a community college model, and ③ a university extension program; (B) inter-agency cooperation models-① a partnership model of the local government and public schools, ② a cooperation model between recreation agencies and the school, and ③ a cooperation extension service commonity education model;(C) community-based models-① a community-based CE model, ② a community human-resources center model. When additionally followed by an organizational model, this subclassification is expected to offer some useful susgestions.

        One of the challenges of school institution today is how to maintain the social relevance of education. The modenr institution of education tend to be rigid and knowledge·oriented with the increasing specialization of social function, and so the difficulty Is to achieve organic combination of school education as an institution for the benefit of the community with the whole needs of that community, the desirable solution of social problems, and the further development of society Hence comes the demand that community education should keep the intimate relationship with the social institution, meet the needs of the community people, and contribute to the community development. This paper is to clarify this demand in such components as, ① comprehensive and dynamic approach the education ② extends the role of the school ③ serves the entire community ④ citizen involvement ⑤ systematic way of looking ⑥ achieve a balance. The additional aim of this paper is to discuss the components of community education and to help the conceptinal comprehension of it laying emphasis on its purposes as, ① coperation ② surveying ③ demonstrating ④ programming the educational opportunity ⑤ training ⑥ promoting the school.

      • 學校의 地域社會開發過程에 관한 硏究

        In this study special importance is attached to school educational efforts of Saemaul Education in the process of community development. This is an extended organizational task of a school, necessary in the context of the nature of educational ideology. I tried to study the aspect of community education involved in the problem. The reason is that the extension of the school educational function, and the task of lifelong education, are required of us in this time of transition. Therefore we must fundamentally understand educational practice on the process for the school community development in all the aspects of education. First of all, I examined the relation between school education and community development according to the purpose and problem of community development. Next, I made a model of the development process by various factors on the supposition that there are effective processes to promote community development. Besides, I induced the conception of community education and introduced several developed examples in order to show the school-based development process practically. I expect that the presentation of a practical standard on community development process frill make this study apply to educational fields and contribute to the ideological foundations of education.

        담낭 방선균증 1예

        저자들은 우상복부 통증과 소화불량을 주소로 내원한 83세 여자 환자에서 국내 최초로 담낭 방선균증을 진단하고 치료 관찰 중으로 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous disease, characterized by abscess formation, tissue fibrosis, and draining sinuses. Actinomycosis of the gallbladder is very rare and has not yet been reported in Korea. We report a case of actinomycosis of the gallbladder in an 80-year-old women with history of cholelithiasis for 3 years, preoperatively misidentified as gallbladder cancer. Histologic section of the gallbladder showed Gram-positive branching bacilli compatible with actinomyces. After cholecystectomy, the patient received intravenous ampicillin for 4 days, followed by amoxicillin for 4 months thereafter.

      • 農村開發過程에 있어서의 學校의 敎育的 課題에 관한 調査 硏究 : 光令 1理를 中心하여

        This study, first of all, aims at discovering the educational tasks of the school that can contribute to the development of a rural community. The subject of investigation is the standard model village, Kwangyung Ri where the Institute of Cultural Affairs undertakes rural development. This paper is also for the purpose of showing us the role of the school education which enforces the community education on the basis of the theory of the community school. The writer presents the process model of the community development in the preceded study on the theoritical background and tries to approach all the domains of the development synthetically and simultaneously. The writer limits himself to study the economic life, consciousness, attitude of the inhabitants and to investigate the tasks of the development in the role of school education. The contents of study are as follows: 1) The jobs of the inhabitants are mainly agriculture and livestock. They possess the advantage of getting a side job as they live near the city. They, however, offset the advantage since they lack in money and technical know-how. 2) They expect that their desires are fullfilled in the future life and they have the steady view of self-reliance. The necessity and attitude of the cooperative life is affirmative but is immature in practical life. The necessities of life are much improved but should be more rational. As a whole they have three children. Most of them want to go to the college. Especially there still remains the method of the priority of men in having the opportunity of going to school. They want to enter the business world. 3) The inhabitants of the Kwangyung Ri have the vision of making their village specialized in the areas of agriculture, livestock, oranges and tourism. 4) They want to lay out and carry out rules of the village, and to develop a village festival and to train volition of the development. in the aspects of spiritual development. For the environmental improvement they want to pave, improve the structure of a house and mend a toilet. Widening a farming street, compost production and handling facilities of special products are needed in forming the livestock, pig breedding, Korean cattle raising, and silo construction. The works for the development of forests are cooperative planting and pasture cultivating. The special products and gardening are arranges, radish and cabbage in the vinyl house, sweet potato, medical plants and so on. The tasks of the education development are enlargement of an elementary and establishment of a middle school, employment of talented teachers and facilities of a pre-school. In order to accomplish these tasks the inhabitants should have money and cooperate with each other while they try to learn skills and to awake themselves. 5) The primary school in Kwangyung Ri is now on good terms with the inhabitants while it has done various service activities to help them and accomplish the self-reliant school and localization of curriculum, making in the area of oranges, the school itself. The people of the village realize the educational values of the school. They want a school teacher to bring up their children well, train their minds, promote farming skills and to contribute of the country. 6) For the purpose of developing the program of the adult education in agriculture the problems of hospitals, drugstores, markets. attending middle and high school, farming skills, bus service routes, unsanitary kitchen, children problems in the farming season, and the public sanitary facilties should be solved. The cooperative developmental works are common markets, village safe, handling facilitiies of special products, expansion of the common pasture and a aide job. In particular they want a leader of the school of the New Village Movement to solve the problems of child education, to advice the farming skills, to educate them for the income increase of the side job, and to make an educational program of sanitation and improvement of life. Young boys and girls, eve.1 though they can't to to school, want to be taught by the teachers for two hours or so to learn livestock, fruit culture, special agricultural products and secondary education curriculum. Proposal 1) The function of a school is little considered in the process of the development plan of the Present Kwangyung community. In the model village development the role of the school is not only opening itself but also winning the inhabitants over to school. To do so a school has to take the leadership rolein the process of the village development. 2) A school must work out an educational and intentional plan for the inhabitants. The plan must consist of the inhabitants' vision and educational necessities about the village development. 3) The tasks of the development are of agricultural special products, livestocks, oranges and tourism. It is necessary to train will of the development of the inhabitants, to train their mind, to improve environments, and to solve the problems of farming skills of the side job and of the improvement of life. 4) An extracurricular program is united into the school activities and must be converted into the type of the school for the village devlopment, for the educational facilities are greatly needed in educating the inhabitants. Along with this, the school must prepare for more facilities. 5) A school must make the hest out of the programs of the several social organizations plus radio and T. V., which it is studying the development activities of the various educational programs and materials. 6) In odor to carry out the development tasks the function of all the organizations in and out of the village should be appropriately enforced. Especially in the ways of educational administration, the employment of talented teachers who are born in the same community, plus support the budget, should be importantly considered. 7) The opportunities of self-training and retraining for the teachers are allowed since the inhabitants want to learn farming skills. The contents of training consist of the process of the community development and group dynamics about human relations, the compulsory acquisition of knowledge, and skills about special domains of activities. Furthermore it is desirable to appoint the studying school of the community devlopment in order to devlop the programs. 8) The inhabitants agree that the extracurricular service activities are valuable educational activities. The localization of curriculum must be expanded and developed through the systematic extracurricular service activities. 9) These activities should be directed with the common purpose and be extracted in the cooperative process.

        The limitations and disfunctions of schooling today are immediate problems to solve with respect to deschooling society. Learning is now a basic need and a life-long task far all people. Learning can not be conducted only by schools. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen family education and adult and youth education, as well as to develop a stronger connection between them, making the most of out-of-school educational institutions. Education is basically different from schooling. The problems of education, even those with regard to schooling, are closely related to family or community. Education for all or a viewpoint fulfilling the educational needs of all citizens, from the life-long education perspective, does not limit educational problems to youth or school. In order to satisfy their basic rights, educational needs, we believe, the citizen himself or the community should participate in their own education, being its main body, out of concern for control of initiative toward schooling, and should adapt its developmental process to the unit of community. Therefore, educational institutions must recognize what elements are related to its educational process and systematically approach them. The educative community means a society by which we systematically solve educational problems by a synergistic integration of their related elements. That is, it is a society in which everyone learns and everyone teaches. Hence, for making an approach to this society, it is more desirable to form a collaborative partnership than take an independent attitude toward its solution. It is also necessary to foster a social atmosphere, in which all are always thinking about education and to make strategic plans and take sreps to realize the educative community. What is more important is that we go on our way towards becoming a learning society, which means that everyone being motivated, goes on learning in some subject at least at the level of dominant schooling today, and progresses to an educational society, which implies that all the people, institutions and systems can help foster one anothers learning, no matter where they live. It is difficult to proceed towards an educative community without a new educational philosophy and some plans to realize such a community. The current notion, that community education supports the various theories and empirical evidence which enable us to build up philosophical ideas are effective practices. When we prospect the developmental trends of educational systems, the educative community is an evident task to be immediately realized, with the development of acoordinative or facilitative model in educational practice. This paper discusses the developmental trends of educational systems and the concept of educative community, and deals with partership in education as an approach to these. To educate all citizens and to conduct effective schooling, it is indispensible that all human, material and institutional resources of the community should be involved in education and in developing the educational process. This citizen involvement in education can be promoted through the practice of voluntaryism and partnership in all resoutces. When we attach importance to school, it means that we carry on a practicable project, through the networking, cordination, cooperation and collaboration of family, public and private organizations of the community.
