저자들은 우상복부 통증과 소화불량을 주소로 내원한 83세 여자 환자에서 국내 최초로 담낭 방선균증을 진단하고 치료 관찰 중으로 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous disease, characterized by abscess formation, tissue fibrosis, and draining sinuses. Actinomycosis of the gallbladder is very rare and has not yet been reported in Korea. We report a case of actinomycosis of the gallbladder in an 80-year-old women with history of cholelithiasis for 3 years, preoperatively misidentified as gallbladder cancer. Histologic section of the gallbladder showed Gram-positive branching bacilli compatible with actinomyces. After cholecystectomy, the patient received intravenous ampicillin for 4 days, followed by amoxicillin for 4 months thereafter.
자기동조 PID제어기에 의한 전력계통 안정화에 관한 연구

A new technique for the exitation control of synchronous generator is presented in this paper. The proposed technique employs a self-tuning proportional-integral-derivative(PID) power system stabilizer in order to improve the dynamic performance of a synchronous machine. The self-tuning-regulator(STR) PID using recursive-least-squares(RLS) estimated K? K?, K? Gains. A application voltage control of power system terminal voltage deviation, angular velocity deviation, and rotor angle deviation considered dynamic. Simulation results establishment that proposed STR PID control technique superiorited conventional PSS(power system stabilizer) control.
진공증착중합법에 의해 제조된 PMDA / 4,4'-DDE 폴리이미드의 내열 특성

The Polyimide thin films based on PMDA and 4,4'-DDE were fabricated by VDPM, and their heat resistance characteristics were invastigated by TGA(Thermogaravimetry Analyzer). It was found that deposition rate decreased with increasing substrate temperature and the thin films were not fabricated over the substrate temperature of 70℃. T_TG of 5% weight loss temperature is 565℃, 397℃ and 210℃ at the substrate temperature of 20℃, 40℃ and 70℃, respectively. It is realized that the endurace temperature for 20,000 hour of thin films fabricated at 20℃ and 40℃ is 230℃ and 200℃, respectively.
한천-Acrylamide 미생물 고정화법을 이용한 Polyester 감량폐수의 처리

폴리에스테르 감량폐수의 주요성분인 EG(ethylene glycol)와 TPA(terephthalic acid)를 분해하기 위하여 분해균주인 Pseudomonas EAW 및 TS2를 한천-acrylamide에 고정화시킨 공정을 개발하였다. 최적 배양조건은 pH 7.5, 온도 35 'C로 나타났다. 체류시간 36시간, 유입 ????? 및 ?????이 각각 5,235 mg/ℓ 및 6,750mg/ℓ 일 때 EG 및 TPA 합성폐수에 대한 이 공정의 ?????? 및 ???? 제거효율은 각각 98% 및 96%로 나타났다. 그리고 EG및 TPA를 탄소원으로 하는 혼합폐수의 경우 유입농도가 ????? 3,141mg/ℓ,???? 13,320 mg/ℓ 일 때 제거효율은 각각 94.3%, 98.2%로 나타났다. 고정화 bead의 평균직경이 4mm일 때 bead의 표면으로 부터 반지름의 18% 이상의 영역에서는 기질과 산소의 전달사항으로 인하여 세포의 성장이 저해를 받았다. 비기질제거속도와 유출 ?????농도의 관계로 부터 비기질이용 속도상수, ???및 ????는 각각 8.57 및 18.8l/ℓ bead.day로 나타났다. A process was developed to degrade EG (Ethylene glycol) and TPA (Terephthalic acid). Bacteria of Pseudomonas strains EAW and TS2 were immobilized in agaracrylamide. The optimum culture conditions were found to be pH 7.5 and 35 "C, respectively. ????? and ???? removal efficiency of this system for EG and TPA synthetic wastewater were 98 % and 96 % at retention time 36 hrs, when influent concentration was ????? 5235 mg/ℓ and ????? 6750 mg/ℓ. And, for the mixed synthetic wastewater of EG and TPA as carbon source, they were 94.3 % and 98.2 %, respectively, when influent concentration was ???? 3,141 mg/ℓ and ????? 13,320 mg/ℓ. The growth of cells in the other region of bead except 18 % of bead radius from surface was inhibited by substrate and oxygen transfer resistance. From relationship of specific substrate removal rate and effluent ????? concentration, the kinetic constants were found as ??? = 8.57 ℓ/ℓ bead.day and ???? = 18.8ℓ/ℓ bead.day, respectively.
Streptobacillus sp.가 생산하는 pullulanase에 관한 연구

A bacterium with the highest pullulanase activity was isolated from the soil and identified as Streptobacillus sp. Y-716. The optimum culture condition of Streptobacillus sp. for the production of pullulanase was as follows; 1.2%(w/v)soluble starch, 0.7%(w/v) CH₃COONH₄, 0.05%(w/v) MgSO₄7 H₂O, 0.01%(w/v)FeSO₄7H₂O, at 30℃, for 48 hrs. The pullulanase from the culture broth of Streptobacillus sp. Y-716 was purified about 46 fold by ammonium sulfate precipitation, dialysis. DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The purified enzyme was stable between pH 5.0 and pH 7.5. It was inactivated rapidly above 35℃. The Km value and Vmax of the purified enzyme were 0.0137mg/m/ and 0.666μm/min. on pullulan, respectively.

Ogapi(Acanthopanax senticosus) is being used for a tonic in the oriental medicine from ancient times, Even though it being used frequently for a tonic in the clinical medicine, basic study to make sure the mechanism of its action is the rare. Therefore, in this study, the author tried to know the effects of ogapi on the innate and specific immune systems in association with antitumor activity. The results obtained in this study are as follows: 1) Ogapi increased the phagocytic activities of murine peritoneal macrophages in vivo and in vitro. 2) Ogapi enhanced the production of such reactive oxygen intermediates as superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the macrophages in vivo and in vitro. 3) Ogapi enhanced such humoral immune responses as hemagglutinin and hemolysin formations. 4) Administration of ogapi increased the number of rosette forming cells in the spleen. 5) Ogapi decreased the contact hypersensitivity against dinitrofluorobenzene. 6) Ogapi showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia cell line (K562) 7) Ogapi increased the ratio of helper T cell versus suppressor T cell by increasing CD4^+ T cells and decreasing CD8^+ T cells. The above results show that ogapi increase the host antimicrobic and antitumor activities by the action on individual innate and specific immune systems in vitro. So this is considered as experimental results back up powerfully that ogapi can be used for a tonic in such a case when administered to a person lacking vital energy.
