Strain distribution in plane-strained (rolling) and simple-sheared (torsion) Al–Mg alloy has been estimated using both X-rayline profile analysis and electron backscatter technique. The strain analyses under unified texture distribution by orientationrotation showed that torsion has relatively homogeneous strain distribution regardless of texture component in contrast toinhomogeneous strain in rolling. In addition, annealing texture of torsion has more random texture than inhomogeneousrolling texture. Lower texture difference index in annealed torsion specimens suggest homogeneous strain distribution insimple shear has a higher resistance to strain-induced boundary migration, which has been known to be main reason forstrong development of ND||⟨100⟩ component during annealing of rolled Al sheet.

Background Coptisine is a natural alkaloid compound and is known to have multiple benefcial efects including antioxidant activity. However, whether it can protect lung fbroblasts from oxidative damage has not been studied yet. Objectives To investigate the potential inhibitory efect of coptisine against oxidative stress in V79-4 lung fbroblast cells. Methods V79-4 cells were treated with H2O2 (1 mM) in the presence or absence of coptisine (50 µg/ml), N-acetyl cysteine (NAC, 10 mM) or zinc protoporphyrin IX (ZnPP, 10 µM) for the indicated times. The alleviating efects of coptisine on cytotoxicity, cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, DNA damage, mitochondrial dynamics, and inhibition of ATP production against H2O2 were investigated. Western blot analysis was used to analyze the expression levels of specifc proteins. Results Coptisine inhibited H2O2-induced cytotoxicity and DNA damage by blocking abnormal ROS generation. H2O2 treatment caused cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase accompanied by increased expression of cyclin-dependent kinase (Cdk) inhibitor p21WAF1/CIP1 and decreased expression of cyclin B1 and cyclin A. However, these efects were attenuated in the presence of coptisine or NAC. Coptisine also prevented apoptosis by decreasing the rate of Bax/Bcl-2 expression in H2O2-stimulated cells and suppressing the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential and the cytosolic release of cytochrome c. In addition, the activation of nuclear factor-erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) was markedly promoted by coptisine in the presence of H2O2. However, zinc protoporphyrin IX, a potent inhibitor of HO-1, attenuated the ROS scavenging and anti-apoptotic efects of coptisine. Conclusions Based on current data, we suggest that coptisine can be used as a potential treatment for oxidative stress-related lung disease.

This study analyzed temperature, pH, electric conductivity, moisture contents and organic materials for composting which mixed bulking agents and composting necessaring additional materials a discharged sludge in water treatment plant. 1. Temperature was sustained at 55-65℃, highly at the water purifier sludge rate of 30%. 2. pH was neared neutral as passed the composting time. 3. The electric conductivity of organic materials compost was decleased to increasing of the composting time. 4. The content of moisture was showned from 20 to 30%. 5. The percentage of organic materials in compost was decreased to the composting time.

The purpose of this study was to compare the physical properties between high copper amalgam and gallium restorative material. In this study, the specimens for the 4 experimatal groups(Valiant, Valiant PhD, Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ, Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ triturated with some addition of alcohol) were prepared in the manner of which stated in ADA specification No. 1 for amalgam alloy. And then, measured and compared the value of compressive strength, creep, and dimensional change during hardening of each sample. The results were as follows: 1. In the compressive strength, the valiant-lathe cut type high copper amalgam-had the highest value of strength(p<0.05), and the Valiant PhD-admixed type high copper amalgam-showed the higher value of strength than the Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ(p<0.05) but had no significant difference with Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05). 2. In the creep, the Valiant PhD showed the highest value of creep(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ and Valiant(p>0.05). 3. In the dimensional change during hardening, no two groups were significantly different at the 0.050 level. 4. There was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ and the same material which was triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05).
S.D. Rats를 이용 1, 1-Dichloro-1-fluoroethane의 아민성 흡입독성 연구

There were no specific effects for test materials on Sprague-Dawley (S.D.) rats in clinical symptoms, amounts of food intakes, weight changes, laboratory findings, and pathology after whole body l, l-Dichloro-1 -fluoroethane (used as coolant, metal cleaner and solvents) exposure(0, 1,500, 3,000, and 6,000 ppm) for 13 weeks (6 hour/day, 5 days/week). However, the loss of capillary vessels in eyeball (pupil) was observed in a female rat among 6,000 ppm group. Though there was a tendency for MCHC (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration) in rat to be decreased (p<0.05), it was not regarded as abnormal because the values were within normal limits. In asthma-stimulation related evaluations, there was also a tendency for inflammatory cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavages to be increased. But it had no statistical significance, and also no dependency on sex and the exposed concentration. Based on this result, the non observed effect level (NOEL) induced by 1, 1-Dichloro-l -fluoroethene inhalation was evaluated in groups with 3,000 ppm below (S .D. Rats, 13 weeks). Finally, it was concluded that the short term exposal of 1, 1-Dichloro-l-fluoroethane is not considered as a asthma stimulant by inhalation despite of some study limitations such as test animals use and short-term exposure .

Various surgical approaches to the orbits have been used. But the transconjunctival approach, also called the inferior fornix incision, provides adequate access to the orbital floor with esthetic results. Additionally, transconjunctival approach with lateral canthotomy allows more wide surgical field and good access to the orbital area. Generally, preseptal approach is more used rather than postseptal approach in the transconjunctival incision for the prevention of fat herniation during surgery. There are some complications in transconjunctival approaches but these complications can be prevented with careful surgical techniques. We report clinical results in 12 patients who were treated by preseptal transconjunctival incision with lateral canthotomoy for the treatment of orbital trauma. We were satisfied with this technique for reduction and reconstruction of the orbital trauma and we could also observe relatively good esthetic results.
무속적 상상력과 초논리성 연구 : 오태석의 <백마강 달밤에>를 중심으로

In this study, I tried examining how Shaman imagination was dramatized in Oh Tae-Suk's work, 〈In a Moonlight Night of Baekma River〉. Modernizing traditional plays has become a contemporary dramatists' topic of importance, Most dramatists devote themselves to the work of modernizing a Shaman ritual of Gut to seek out a Korean archetype. Since Gut can always make past and present, reality and illusion, and this world and the other world harmonized spontaneously in the same space and time, it has been thought of very attractive. Especially, in that its mechanism is a course that leads conflict and opposition to reconciliation, Gut has a greater correlation to a play. This element characteristics is introduced very actively in 〈In a Moonlight Night of Beakma River〉. first, on the aspect of the plot, "Eunsan Byulsin - Gut"and "Bari Princess"offer the frame for its composition. Especially, 'Sunan',a dramatic character, has a similarity to Bari Princess. Next, on the aspect of content, I looked into "Coexistence of ordinary feature and ritual one"and "Madness and Super-logicality"In "Coexistence of ordinary feature and ritual one", Oh describes that the dramatic principle of 〈In a Moonlight Night of Baekma River〉is based on a Shaman imagination, that is, a harmony of space and time. Particulary, in "Scene on going on the stone bridge"in the latter half, it is shown that a real figure and a mythic figure are joined together without any difference. This ritual is also connected to consciousness that the dead are closely related to the living. "Madness and Super-logicality"gives and account of 〈In a Moonlight Night of Beakma River〉's ending part, where the mechanism of Gut is made use of. Gut has a structure that conflict and opposition end in an amicable settlement. The Motif of King Eu-je who was reincarnated as a school captain at the in the conclusion, is a part which presents a little logical jump. Farther prudential link should have been made so that the work could have been formed as one preserved super-logicality, escaping illogicality. In this way, Gut is a treasury from which you can extract rich imagnation and new devices on a stage. It, however, can result in another problem, an excess of subjectivity, if the source itself depends on just imgaination. That is, you ought to bear logical linkage based on free imagination in mind.
컴프리 葉의 조직배양에서의 植物體 再分化에 미치는 식물호르몬의 영향

This study was conducted in order to regenerate plants from leaf explants and callus induced from the leaves of comfry (Symphytum peregrium). Calli were induced from leaf blade on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D and 1.0~2.0 mg/l kinetin. The shoot formation from leaf explants was initiated on MS medium supplemented with IAA in combination with kinetin. The root was also induced on MS medium supplemented 0.5-1.0 mg/l IAA and 0.1-2.0mg/l kinetin. The organogenesis from callus was formed to roots on B5 medium supplemented with kinetin, BAP, 2iP, irrespective to their kind and quantity Plantlets were regenerated from callus in B5 medium containing kinetin in combination with IAA or Containing BAP in combination with IAA. The optimum concentration of growth regulator for plant regeneration was estimated to be 2.0 mg/l BAP.

디지털 워터마크는 디지털 자료를 모사로부터 보호하는 방법이다. 그르므로 디지털 워터마크는 파일변환, 컬러변환, 약간의 몽롱화, 압축과 같은 치리에서 뿐 아니라 인쇄, 복사, 스캐닝에 대해서도 강인해야한다. 본 논문은 워터마크 추출을 위한 키 데이터와 독립성분분석을 이용하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 기법에서는 워터마크는 사람의 눈에 덜 민감한 원 영상의 웨이블릿변환 계수에 삽입된다. 그리고 독립성분분석 알고리즘은 서로 확률 분포가 다른 워터마크와 계수를 분리한다. 실험결과 워터마크가 워터마크 영상에서 사람 눈으로 인지할 수 없음을 보였으며, 워터마크 영상으로부터 키 데이터를 이용 영상이 일부 제거된 경우, 잡음이 첨가된 경우, JPEG 압축에서 워터마크의 추출이 가능함을 보였다. A digital watermark is a method to protect digital material from counterfeit. Therefore, it must be robust to withstand any processing, such as file format conversions, color conversions, slight blurring, sharpening color adjustment and compression as well as printing, copying and scanning. This paper proposed a method using key data and ICA algorithm for extraction of watermark. In this Method, we embed the watermark to the wavelet transform coefficients of original image which located in less sensitive subband to human eyes. ICA algorithm separated between watermark and coefficient that differs with probability distribution function each other. The experiment results have shown that the watermark is invisible to human eyes in watermarked image, and it is possible for watermarked image to extract the watermark with key data in various environment, such as removing, mixed noises and JPEG compressions.
