        초소형 E-Mobility 디자인 형태의 색채 감성요소에 대한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 한국의 온실가스 감축 목표는 2020년 30% 감축에서 2030년에는 배출량 전망치의 37% 감축이 이루어 져야 한다. 이는 자동차 산업 전반적으로 기회와 재앙을 한꺼번에 가져 왔다. 온실가스 문제는 스마트 시티의 일환인 모빌리티 플랫폼 시장을 앞당겼다. 모빌리티 사회가 대두되면서 고령자, 주부, 장애인, 1인 가구 등 고가의 차량을 운영할 여력이 없거나 상시 이용이 필요 없는 경우 활용할 수 있는 저비용의 차량을 찾고 있다. 모빌리티 사회는 나홀로차량 확대로 경제적인 이유로 초소형 전기차를 찾는 고객이 나날이 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 고객 선택의 폭을 다양하게 할 시대요구를 반영한 디자인이 필요하다. (연구방법) 연구방법으로는 초소형 전기차는 용도에 따라 다양한 형태로 분석 되기 때문에 여기서는 초소형 전기차의 전기승용차에 한정 짓고자 한다. 디자인의 형태 분석에 따라 형태, 기능, 시스템으로 일반적으로 연구를 하지만 본 연구자는 연구의 질적 향상과 심도있는 연구를 위하여 형태에 초점을 두고 그 중에서 디자인형태 구성요소 중에서 형태, 점, 선, 면, 입체, 색등 다양한 자료가 있지만, 시지각적으로 가장 가독성이 높은 색채를 중점으로 연구하고자 한다. (결과) 본 연구에서는 국내의 초소형 전기차를 EK-001, EK-002, EK-003경우 주조색과 보조색, 강조색이 다양하게 포지션으로 배색된 것에 비하여 해외의 EO-004, EO-005, EO-006의 경우 주조색을 메인으로 두고 보조색, 강조색은 아주 적은 배색 비율을 가지고 있다. 따라서 향후 국내 초소형 전기차개발시 이러한 연구내용을 적용한 색채 계획이 수립 필요하다. (결론) 초소형전기차의 다양한 디자인형태는 실내외 색채 디자인, 공간 조명 디자인, 개인 맞춤형 색채 디자인 플랫폼 등을 비롯하여 외관 색채의 다양한 확장으로 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 창출되길 기대한다. 특히 해외 색채의 경우 사용자의 취향에 따라 다양하게 가변가능한 색채를 사용하고 있으며 기존 색채의 방향에서 벗어나 운전자 선택의 폭을 넓게 하고 있다. 하지만 국내는 해외의 색채계획 수립과 다르게 주조색, 보조색, 강조색 포지션이 명확하지 않은 단점이 있다. 이는 문화적, 민족성의 차이 일수도 있기 때문에 심도 있는 접근과 연구가 향후 필요하다. (Background and Purpose) Korea's greenhouse gas reduction goal has developed from a 30% reduction in its emission forecast by 2020 to a 37% reduction by 2030. This has created both opportunities and disasters in the automobile industry as a whole. The greenhouse gas problem has accelerated the mobility platform market, which is part of smart cities. With the emergence of a mobile society, demand for low-cost vehicles that can be used for people such as the elderly, housewives, the disabled, and single-person households, or people that do not need to use them all the time, is growing. In the age of mobility, the number of customers looking for ultra-small electric vehicles for economic reasons is increasing. Based on these social realities, a design that reflects the era of diversifying customer choices is needed. (Method) As a research method, ultra-small electric vehicles are analyzed in various forms depending on their application; in this study, we limit them to ultra-small electric vehicles. In general, many types of research are conducted by dividing design into form, function, and system according to the analysis of the form of the design. However, this research focuses on the form of design for improving research quality through an in-depth study. In addition, among the design type components, there are various data such as shape, dot, line, face, solid, and color, but this study focuses on the color with the highest visual readability. (Results) Therefore, in the case of EK-001, EK-002, EK-003, the casting color, auxiliary color, and highlight color were colored in various positions, whereas in the case of EO-004, EO-005, EO-006 overseas, the auxiliary color and highlight color had a very small color ratio. Therefore, the color plans that have been applied to the results of this study ought to be used when developing ultra-small electric vehicles in the future. (Conclusions) Various design forms of ultra-small electric vehicles are expected to create new business models by expanding exterior colors, including indoor and outdoor color design, spatial lighting design, and personalized color design platforms. In particular, in the case of overseas colors, various variable colors are used depending on the user's taste, and the driver's choice is broadened away from the direction of the existing color. However, unlike overseas color planning in Korea, there is a disadvantage in that the positions of casting, auxiliary, and highlighted colors are not clear. As this may represent cultural or ethnic differences, in-depth approaches and further research are needed in future.

        This paper analyzes the significant meaning of ‘death’ in Daddy and Edge written by Sylvia Plath. She was the one of remarkable feminist poets in literature history. However, Plath has lived with trauma for all her life due to the absence of dad and She was suffering from unhappy marriage with Ted Huges. And she had killed herself tragically in the end. This paper aims to explore her two poems which depicted the death profoundly considering her struggle to get over her inner problems.

        Fabrication of carbon nanofiber electrodes using poly(acrylonitrile‑co‑vinylimidazole) and their energy storage performance

        For electrodes in electrochemical double-layer capacitors, carbon nanofibers (CNFs) were prepared by thermal treatment of precursor polymer nanofibers, fabricated by electrospinning. Poly(acrylonitrile-co-vinylimidazole) (PAV) was employed as a precursor polymer of carbon nanofibers due to the effective cyclization of PAV polymer chains during thermal treatment compared to a typical precursor, polyacrylonitrile (PAN). PAV solutions with different comonomer compositions were prepared and electrospun to produce precursor nanofibers. Surface images obtained from scanning electron microscopy showed that their nanofibrous structure was well preserved after carbonization. It was also confirmed that electrospun PAV nanofibers were successfully converted to carbon nanofibers after the carbonization step by Raman spectroscopy. Carbon nanofiber electrodes derived from PAV showed higher specific capacitances and energy/power densities than those from PAN, which was tested by coin-type cells. It was also shown that PAV with an acrylonitrile/vinylimidazole composition of 83:17 is most promising for the carbon nanofiber precursor exhibiting a specific capacitance of 114 F/g. Their energy and power density are 70.1 Wh/kg at 1 A/g and 9.5 W/kg at 6 A/g, respectively. In addition, pouch cells were assembled to load the higher amount of electrode materials in the cells, and a box-like cyclic voltammetry was obtained with high capacitances.

      • Diel variations of chemical and isotopic compositions of a stream in King George Island, Antarctica: Implications for hydrologic pathways of meltwater

        Polar regions are under dynamic hydrological conditions due to the presence of active layers, which are freezing and thawing repeatedly. This study aims to investigate the hydrological process in a stream of a snow-dominated headwater catchment in King George Island in Antarctica using isotopic and chemical signatures of stream water. We identified that the chemical composition of stream water was correlated to the degree of interaction with soil and rock materials, and the isotopic composition was correlated to the rate of snowmelt rate. Our results showed a negative correlation between electrical conductivity (EC) and streamflow (r=0.65, p<0.0001). Additionally, we also observed a positive correlation between the stable isotopic composition of stream water and streamflow (r=0.64, p<0.0001). Based on these results, it was suggested that the active layer thickness played an important role in interpreting hydrological pathways at the catchment. During the cold summer period, the contribution of supra-permafrost groundwater was dominated because streamflow decreased, resulting from a refreezing of the snowpack, a cessation of snowmelt inputs, and a recession in the saturated soil layer. However, snowmelt runoff was also produced by limited infiltration of meltwater when active layer thickness was thin due to predominantly frozen soils in the morning with low temperatures during the cold summer period. Therefore, diel variations in the isotopic compositions of snowmelt were clearly observed during that period. During the warm period, the large amounts of snowmelt were recharged with groundwater due to the thickened active layer, and the soil layer was fully saturated, resulting in increased runoff as streamflow increased. During these periods, diel variations in the isotopic compositions of snowmelt were not distinct and disappeared because the amplitude of diel variation in air temperature was low and persist in high streamflow. Our findings will help to improve the understanding of water source inputs and hydrologic pathways of meltwater in polar catchments.

        Muscle oxygenation, endocrine and metabolic regulation during lowintensity endurance exercise with blood flow restriction

        [Purpose] The present study investigated the effect of endurance exercise with blood flow restriction (BFR) performed at either 25% maximal oxygen uptake (V3 O2 max) or 40% V3 O2 max) on muscle oxygenation, energy metabolism, and endocrine responses. [Methods] Ten males were recruited in the present study. The subjects performed three trials: (1) endurance exercise at 40% V3 O2 max without BFR (NBFR40), (2) endurance exercise at 25% V3 O2 max with BFR (BFR25), and (3) endurance exercise at 40% V3 O2 max with BFR (BFR40). The exercises were performed for 15 min during which the pedaling frequency was set at 70 rpm. In BFR25 and BFR40, 2 min of pressure phase (equivalent to 160 mmHg) followed by 1 min of release phase were repeated five times (5 × 3 min) throughout 15 minutes of exercise. During exercise, muscle oxygenation and concentration of respiratory gases were measured. The blood samples were collected before exercise, immediately after 15 min of exercise, and at 15, 30, and 60 minutes after completion of exercise. [Results] Deoxygenated hemoglobin (deoxy-Hb) level during exercise was significantly higher with BFR25 and BFR40 than that with NBFR40. BFR40 showed significantly higher total-hemoglobin (total-Hb) than NBFR40 during 2 min of pressure phase. Moreover, exercise-induced lactate elevation and pH reduction were significantly augmented in BFR40, with concomitant increase in serum cortisol concentration after exercise. Carbohydrate (CHO) oxidation was significantly higher with BFR40 than that with NBFR40 and BFR25, whereas fat oxidation was lower with BFR40. [Conclusion] Deoxy-Hb and total Hb levels were significantly increased during 15 min of pedaling exercise in BFR25 and BFR40, indicating augmented local hypoxia and blood volume (blood perfusion) in the muscle. Moreover, low-and moderate-intensity exercise with BFR facilitated CHO oxidation.

When we finished the task, we deliver our thought and have a talk with manager. We see the possibility and feel rewarding from the part that this helps Geumnam market's future a little. Therefore, we have to keep an eye on how the traditional mar- kets will reinforce the competition in distribution channel.

      • Nanoscale Resistive Switching of a Copper–Carbon-Mixed Layer for Nonvolatile Memory Applications

        <P>The nanoscale resistance switching property of copper-carbon-mixed (Cu-C) layer was investigated for nonvolatile memory applications. The Cu-C layer of the cross-point cell array showed typical filament switching with two orders of on/off ratio, exhibiting stable resistance switching and a narrow distribution of set and reset voltages in the nanoscale junction. In addition, we investigated the area dependence of operation current. Based on these results and current-voltage dependence on temperature, we discussed a potential switching mechanism of Cu-C layer.</P>

      • The effects of red ginseng intake on central and peripheral fatigue in non-trained and trained mice

        Exercise training is a process of enhancing one’s performance level by using the adaptability of the body towards certain exercise stimulus. Fatigue is an inevitable physiological phenomenon that develops in accordance with training that is caused by the peripheral and central nervous systems. Fatigue is mainly divided into central nervous system fatigue, which the cerebrum perceives, and peripheral fatigue, which occurs in muscle and nerve tissues. There are a few natural substances that are so-called adaptogen in Korea, including Korean ginseng and red ginseng (RG), as well as otherfamiliar medicinal herbs. Ginsenoside (Rg1, Rb1, Rg2, etc.) is known to be the main ingredient that shows such effects in RG. Also, it has been found to have beneficial effects on physical and brain activity. This study aims to analyze energy utilization from RG administration alone and from the combination of RG administration and exercise, and to investigate the mechanism and the effect of RG administration on exercise-induced fatigue by analyzing 5-HT mRNAs, a central nervous system fatigue factor that is induced during pre-exercise, post-exercise, and recovery, energy utilization during resting and exercise (a peripheral fatigue factor), and glycogen contents in tissues and change in proteins related to energy control through 2 weeks intervention of RG and treadmill training in an animal model. In study 1, the resting metabolic rate was measured for 24 hours before and after the 2 week experimental periods. The total amount of food intake was significantly higher in the RG group than in the control group (CON) (p<0.05), whereas mean body weight was the same. Oxygen uptake during 24 hours both before and after the experimental session was the same between the two groups. Resting carbohydrate oxidation and fat oxidation were the same between the two groups. Likewise, there was no difference in the expression of mRNAs related to energy substrate utilization in skeletal muscle (gastrocnemius) between the groups. Accordingly, we suggest that for the administration of red ginseng at rest to be more effective, a follow-up study (Study 2) was needed as the administration of RG at rest was different from that during exercise. In study 2, the neurotransmitter associated with central fatigue, TPH and 5-HTT mRNAs appeared to be not significantly different in the brain. And, in the RG group with treadmill exercise training (RG-Tr), the expression of 5-HTT and 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A m RNA in the hypothalamus, dorsal raphe and hippocampus were lower compared to the CON-Tr group. The inhibition of expression of 5-HTT and the 5-HT receptors (5-HT1A and 5-HT2A) was shown to be effective on fatigue caused by exercise. However, in this study brain analysis showed only a tendency, not a significant difference, which was caused by the limited number of analyzed subjects (n=3). The changes in energy utilization parameters associated with peripheral fatigue, and the resting metabolic rate for 24 hours were measured before and after the 2 week experimental periods. There was no change in resting metabolism between the CON-Tr and RG-Tr groups. However, the increased fat oxidation occurred after the initial 20 min of the 1 hour exercise period. Also it significantly saved glycogen in the liver. The glycogen saving effect tended to increase in white gastrocnemius after the 2 week training, immediately after 1 hour of exercise. Nevertheless, there were no changes in related expression of mRNA related to carbohydrate or fat metabolism in the gastrocnemius muscle. In conclusion, sole intake of RG did not induce any noticeable effect on resting (study 1). However, RG intake did have an effect on the response to body’s changing conditions from exercise, which induces strenuous impact to body like disruptive homeostasis and induced exercise stress. Therefore, the results of our study taken together, show that the intake of RG is an effective ergogenic aid in improving endurance exercise. From this study, it is seen that further research on finding a supplement (ergogenic aids) that helps improve exercise ability is required.
