Today, a broad comprehension of society for the disabled persons has been increased with the industrial development and sustained economic growth. But unequal elements of social environment have bring about many constraints for the daily living of disabled, and turn out a major causes that can not so much as guarantee their own legal rights. The establishment of facilities which guarantee the free approach and movement of disabled persons in the campus is the first way that minimizes the distinct elements which restrict educational opportunity with obstacles, and acts a part as improvement for the quality of disabled with their positive social participation. In this study, we want to propose the improved schemes that minimize the physical obstacles of educational facilities through the analysis of problems and situations which are obtained from the investigation of the actual conditions for the facilities of disabled in the yeungnam college of science and technology. And we wish to use the results of this paper as a basic data for the future construction plan of campus.

아파트團地內 어린이 놀이터에 대하여 : 大邱地域을 中心으로 Those in Daegu area

In these days, large apartment communities have been constructing in our country. In these communities, various facilities for public welfare need for residents. Specilly, I have payed attention to children's playground. Therefore, I investigated into 53 apartment complex in Daegu area from 1st July, 1982 to 15th August, 1982. This paper shows the data for design of apartment building and analyzed the results.

The housing policy is dependent upon apartment in order to supply of houses effectively. But apartment alone does not make a supply of all houses, and private houses also account for an adequate numbers of all housing supply. They are built planlessly and it moves backward in architectural environment. Living room is the first consideration with the design in housing. The design of Living room is secure of the adequate area and it is desirable for the area to have 14~18% of all.

The history of house share with that of human life. The house which reflects the social state of that age, have been changed and effected our today's life style very much. Moreover, for the acceleration of population concentration and the trend of nuclear family in large city increased the number of house rapidly in that city. As a result, insufficient residence occured serious trouble of ground for house and unbalance of house supplement. Therefore, in the shape of appartment which disregarded residential conditions, house supplement have been performed in a great hurry. This phenomenon stimulated large scale of apartment construction on the basis of progressed construction techniques, also 12th-15th's multistory and near 20th super multistory apartments were started to construct in the period of 1970-190. The apartments which were constructed that type have been found the basic solutions of household trouble in the side of quantity from the residential problem, but a great questions in the concept of quality that life style, desire or exterior residential circumstance of the residents. But in spite of these problems, the construction of multistory apartment will be continued according to the development of construction technique and serious trouble of land for house. When this phenomenon be continued the problems of residential circumstance which is most important in human life are appeared more seriously. This study is to find the problems of exterior residential circumstance from the relationship between the apartment building and the site of that, and then make the foundation which is to find the solution methods through the concept of feng-shui which is Korean traditional thought.

Kimchi is a typical and important food native to Korea, which stimulates appetite and supplies Vitamin-C liable to be deficient in Winter. Moreover, Kimchi varies in taste and kinds according to region, manufacturing process and people's taste. Some families have their own typical kind of Kimchi. But storage of Kimchi is very difficult in an apartment house which has been introduced as a method of relieving a grave house famine and increasing facility of life, because an apartment house doesn't have a storeroom for Kimchi. Though a higher apartment house has a utility room or a storeroom of food, this kind of space is unsuitable to store Kimchi owing to the influence of interior temperature. So most apartment dwellers store Kimchi at other places than apartment, or buy ready-made Kimchi at markets, or make a little amount of Kimchi repeatedly. This little treatise considers installing storage room for Kimchi to help enjoy comfortable eating life for the Korean dwellers in an apartment house. This study will cover the whole process of building an apartment house from design to construction.

Ras 단백질 Cysteine Carboxyl Methyltransferase의 특성에 관한 연구

To understand the mechanism by which ras oncoprotein exhibits its physiological guanine nucleotide triphosphatase (GTPase) activity and pathological influence such as carcinogenesis, in depth knowledge on posttranslational processing is underscored. In the context, we focus on the biological role of enzymatic carboxyl methylation of C-terminal cysteine in ras family protein. Characterization of ras-protein cysteine carboxyl methyltransferase is the current objectives. Membrane extracts from bovine brain catalyze the transfer of methyl groups from S-adenosyl-L-methionine (AdoMet) to N-acetyl-S-farnesyl-L-cystein (AFC). It was determined by counting the radioactivity from[^(14)C] methyl AFC, the product of the methylation reaction as the α-carboxylmethyl ester derivative of AFC. According to subcellular cell fractionation, significant AFC is 11.1 μM, for AdoMet 3.8 μM and S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine (AdoHcy) was a competitive inhibitor with respect to AdoMet with an apparant Ki=1.8 μM. The change of methyl transferase activity following development of rat brain was analyzed and the highest specific activity was found 38 days after birth. respect to AdoMet with an apparant Ki=1:8 μM The change of methyl transferase activity following development of rat brain was analyzed and the highest specific activity was found 38 days after birth. Our results suggest that cystein carboxyl methyltransferase is distinct entity from protein methylase-Ⅱ (PM-Ⅱ) and associated with membrane in bovine brain conforming to previous reports.

뇌호흡수련의 효과에 관한 실증적 연구

최근 개발된 뇌호흡수련은 단기간의 수련으로도 투시력 등의 초능력이 개발되는 사례가 잇달아 보고되고 있어 관련학계 뿐만 아니라 일반 대중의 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 특히, 뇌호흡수련이 수련자 의 심리적 안정, 감성지수 및 기억력 등을 향상시킬 수 있다는 주장은 그 수련의 대중적 효과를 교육적 측면에서 연구할 필요성을 제기하고 있다 본 연구에서는 뇌호흡의 학습능력에 미치는 효과를 측정하기 위하여 일반학생들을 대상으로 간단한 뇌호흡수련을 단기간 ( 약 8주)에 걸쳐 실시하고 수련전과 수련이후의 변화를 살펴옴으로써 수련효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 초등학생 빚 중동학생 138 명을 뇌 호흡 실험집단으로 선정하고 수련을 받지 않는 144 명의 학생을 통제집단으로 선정하여 실시한 연구의 결과 는 대체로 뇌호흡수련의 긍정적 효과를 입증하고 있다. 공분산분석을 이용하여 분석한 결과 심리적 안정 생에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았지만 뇌호홉수련으로 학생들의 감성지수, 단기기억력 및 직감력은 증대되는 것으로 나타났다 이러한 연구결과는 뇌호흡수련이 학생들의 학습능력 향상에 크게 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Recently, the brain respiration (BR) which 1S a brain development program using 'KI' has been widely discussed not only by academic but also by people 10 general. There are more than several cases reported that students who participated In the BR training program show signs of Improvement In scholastic aptitude This suggests that a scientific study measuring the educational effect of the BR is desirable In this study, we examined the BR's educational effect in the four area Including emotional stability, emotional maturity (i e, BQ), short-term memory and Intuition. For this purpose, we chose three classes from three elementary schools and one class from one middle school, a total of 138 students (experimental group) To get a clear result of the BR effect, we also created a control group which consisted of 144 students from the same schools and the same grade as in the experimental group While the experimental group received the BR training for an 8 week period, the other group did not However, before and after the BR training, both groups took an Identical test for the educational attitude and ability By computing the difference between the scores a pre-training and post-training tests for the experimental group and comparing the results With tims for the control group, we attempted to measure the J11re effect of the BR training The results of the analysis of covariance shows that the BR gives an Improvement m the scores of EQ, short-term memory, and intuition but no significant Improvement in emotional stability These results provide evidence for the argument that the BR can be a powerful tool to Improve the educational quality m Korea.
