        황시(黃時)간 시(詩) 연구(硏究)

        황시간에 대한 연구는 아직 학계에 소개된 바 없다. 따라서 본고에서의 그의 생애와 교유관계, 그리고 시에 대한 일부분을 소개하고자 한다. 황시간은 상주(현 문경) 출신의 인물로, 방村 黃喜의 7세손이다. 장수황씨가 상주 대도리에 정착한 이후 황시간에 이르러 굳건한 자리매김을 한다. 특히 그는 시에 일장을 보였는데, 당시 사람들은 우복 정경세의 부와 함께 ``黃詩鄭賦``라 병칭되었다. 또한 그는 蒼石 李埈, 愚伏 鄭經世, 沙西 全湜과 함께 商山四老로 일컬어졌다. 이 외에 교유한 인물로는 月澗 李□, 月峯 高仁繼, 泰村 高尙顔 등이 있다. 황시간은 전원적, 은일적 삶을 추구한 인물이다. 비록 67세의 만년에 벼슬길에 올라 형조정랑의 벼슬을 지내기도 하였으나, 이는 선비라면 누구나 한번 쯤 조정에 나아가 자신의 정치적 이상을 펼쳐보려는 욕구에서 비롯된 것이지, 삶의 궁극적 목표는 아니었다. 그래서 그는 삼가현감을 마지막으로 5년간의 벼슬살이를 마감하고 결국 전원의 보금자리를 찾게 된다. 이런 그의 족적을 바탕으로 본고에서는 그의 시를 크게 네 가지로 분류하여 고찰하였다. 첫째, 부귀명예를 추구하지 않고 가난을 편안히 여기면서 만족할 줄 아는 安貧守道의 삶을 추적해 보았다. 둘째, 그는 역사의 최대 혼란기였던 壬亂과 丙亂을 모두 체험하였다. 이때의 애한을 사실적이며 생동감 있게 그리고 있다. 셋째, 황시간은 벼슬에 대한 갈망이 내재된 그였기에 추천의 의한 벼슬을 마다하지 않고 벼슬길에 올랐다. 그러나 5년간의 관직생활에서의 지향점이자 목표는 고향으로의 회귀였다. 이때의 심정을 노래한 작품을 중심으로 규명해 보았다. 마지막으로 그가 전원으로 돌아온 이후에 새롭게 맛보는 흥취를 추적해 보았다. The study on Hwang Si-gan has not been reported to the academia yet. Thus, this paper introduces his life, and companionship, also a part of his poems. Hwang Si-gan was from Sangju (present Mungyeong), and was the seventh generation of Hwang Hui(黃喜), whose honored name is Bang Chon (방村). Since after Jangsu Hwang`s clan settled down in Daedor-ri, Sangju, the clan members firmly positioned at the town by the time of Hwang Si-gan. In particular, he showed his talent in writing poems, and the people in those days classed him with Jeong Gyeong-se, also known as his pen name, Ubok, as two greatest poets: Hwang had a distinguished talent in writing poems and Jeong in writing rhythm prose(黃詩鄭賦, pronounced "Hwangsi, Jeongbu"). Also, Hwang Si-gan was called a member of ``Sangsan Sano`` (商山四老, Four sages in the Mountain, Sangsan) together with Lee Jun(李埈), also known as pen name, Changseok(蒼石); Jeong Gyeong-se (鄭經世), aka Ubok(愚伏); and Jeon Sik (全湜), aka Saseo (沙西). In addition to them, he used to associate with Lee Jeon (李□), aka Wolgan(月澗); Go In-gye (高仁繼), aka Wolbong (月峯), and Go Sang-an(高尙顔), aka Taechon (泰村). Hwang Si-gan was a person who pursued pastoral and secluded life. Even though he entered the government service in his later years, at the age of 67, and promoted to Hyeongjo Jeongnang (刑曹 正郞, a section chief of the Ministry of Punishments), his career in the government post merely resulted from a scholar`s desire to join the conference in the royal court to follow his political ideals, which was usually grown from the classical scholars in those days, his government position was not the ultimate goal of his life. So, he ended his career as government official for five years by quitting the magistrate post of Samga county in the last place, and, eventually, he returned to his home where he could enjoy his pastoral life. Based on his traces as such, this paper investigated his poems by dividing it largely into four categories. First, the paper traced such lifestyle as; not seeking the wealth and honors, but live at your ease even under the state of being poor knowing how to satisfy yourself, in short, Anbinsudo(安貧守道, in literal sense, satisfying with what you have and keeping focused on the righteous path) Second, he had experienced both Japanese invasion of 1592 and the Manchu war of 1636, so then he depicted such hard life in his poems, joy and sorrow, during the years of war in a realistic and vivid manner. Third, Hwang Si-gan had a desire to serve as a government official, so that he entered the government service following the recommendation. Meanwhile, however, the point of his public service career for five years and the goal thereof was returning home. This paper studied his works with a focus on the poems that expressed his feeling and heart in those moments. Lastly, the paper analyzed his life after returning hometown, which he was yearning for even in his dreams, through his poetic pieces

        수종의 피부종양에서 Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen과 Ki - 67 의 표현에 관한 비교 연구

        Background : Both PCNA and Ki-67 have been used as marker for cellular proliferation. The drawback of Ki-67 antibody in immunohistochemistry was that it can be labelled only on fresh tissue, however, MIB1 is a newly developed Ki-67 antiboc which can be labelled on formalin-fixed tissue. Objective : The purpase of the present study is to compir the stainability of the Ki-67 antibody with that of the ICNA antibody on formalin-fixed, para fin embedded tissues. Methods : Using MIE1, the newly developed Ki-67 antibody and PC10(PCNA antibody), speci mens of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC), Bowens disease(BL), actinic keratosis(AK) and basal cell epithelioma(BCE) were stained by one hour immunocytial, mistry using a Microprobe immuno/DNA stainer. Results : The labelling indices (LI) of MIB1 were 82.6%, 37.4%, 38.3% & 81.1% respectively in SCC, BD, AK & BC, while the LI of PC10 were 77.69%, 26.6% & 64.4%. The labelled cells of both antibodies differed in distribution patterns on turmor tissues. Conclusion : MIBI cain be used to be an alternative m.rl r for proliferating cells. MIBI PC10, when used together, will be mutually compensatory the study of proliferating cell kinetics. (Kor J Dermatol 1995;33(3): 453-458)

        For the characteristics of the concrete using Hwang-Toh aggregate, thermal Insulation capacity test, absorption capacity of heavy metals several test were performed. The study found that the Hwang-Toh concrete could improved the characteristics of conventional normal concrete. The Hwang-Toh concrete shows 67.7% lower thermal conductivity than normal concrete, so it shows good thermal insulation capacity. And the leaching test results showed that 96% of heavy metals such as Pb, Zn, Mn were absorbed by the Hwang-Toh concrete.

      • Recombinant canstatin inhibits angiopoietin‐1‐induced angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>We describe the effect of recombinant canstatin, the NC1 domain of the α2 chain of Type IV collagen, on suppression of angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis both <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I>. Recombinant canstatin produced from stably transformed <I>Drosophila</I> S2 cells reduced the expression of angiopoietin‐1 in hypoxia mimetic agent, CoCl<SUB>2</SUB>‐treated CT‐26 cells. Recombinant canstatin inhibited proliferation, tube formation and migration of human angiopoietin‐1 (rhAngpt‐1)‐treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and lymphatic endothelial cells (LEC). Recombinant canstatin suppressed the expression of Tie‐2 and vascular endothelial growth factor‐3 (VEGFR‐3) transcripts in rhAngpt‐1‐treated HUVEC and LEC, respectively. The inhibitory effect of recombinant canstatin on tumor growth was also investigated using a heterotopic CT‐26 colon carcinoma animal (BALB/c mice) model. Recombinant canstatin reduced the final volume and weight of tumors, and blood and lymphatic vessel densities of tumors, which were evaluated by CD‐31 and LYVE‐1 immunostaining. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that recombinant canstatin dramatically reduced the expression of angiopoietin‐1 in CT‐26 colon carcinoma‐induced tumor, but not the expression of VEGF‐C. Tie‐2 and VEGFR‐3 expressions were also reduced in recombinant canstatin‐treated tumors. These results indicate that recombinant canstatin has anti‐tumoral activities against CT‐26 colon carcinoma cells. Recombinant canstatin reduces the expression of angiopoietin‐1 in hypoxia‐induced CT‐26 cells and inhibits the angiogenic and lymphangiogenic signaling induced by angiopoietin‐1. Recombinant canstatin probably inhibits angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis <I>via</I> suppression of the integrin‐dependent FAK signaling induced by angiopoietin‐1/Tie‐2 and/or VEGFR‐3.</P>

        예천(醴泉) 선몽대(仙夢臺)의 장소성과 그 의미

        본고는 醴泉 仙夢臺의 장소성과 그 의미에 대한 연구이다. 선몽대는 遇巖 李閱道가 그의 나이 26세 때인 1563년에 건립한 것이다. 이열도는 퇴계 이황의 從孫子로 선몽대 건립 후에 퇴계가 직접 편액을 써 줄 정도로 특별한 사랑을 받았다. 이열도는 유년시절부터 퇴계의 조카인 遠巖李㝯와 퇴계의 손자인 李宗道 그리고 松巖 權好文 등과 함께 퇴계의 문하에서 학문을 익혔다. 퇴계가 지은 칠언절구 한 수는 선몽대를 마음을 수양하고 학문을 탐구하는 일반적인 정자와는 다른 측면이 있고, 遊賞의 이미지와도 그 의미에 있어서 차별성을 지니게 하였다. 그리하여 명현석학과 시인묵객들로 하여금 선몽대를 찾게끔 종용하였고, 그 결과 차운시라는 결과물이 창작되었다. 선몽대는 450년이라는 장구한 세월 동안 약포 정탁, 서애 류성룡, 학봉 김성일, 청음 김상헌, 한음 이덕형, 동원 정호선 등의 홍유석학과 송암 권호문, 청대 권상일 등 시인묵객들의 시적소재로 각광을 받았다. 뿐만 아니라 한음의 후손, 동원의 후손, 그리고 청음의 후손은 이곳에 들러 선조의 시판을 보며 조상의 정신을 기리는 추모의 공간으로 재인식함으로 인해 선몽대의 장소성과 그 의미가 더욱 구체화되기에 이른다. 여기에서 우리는 선몽대가 유상처의 기능을 넘어 추모의 공간으로 활용되었음을 알 수 있다. scenic views of Yecheon(醴泉), were examined. Seonmongdae was built in 1563 when Wuam(遇巖) Lee Yeol-do(李閱道) was 26 years old. Lee Yeol-do was Toegye Lee Hwang’s brother’s grandson, and was loved by Toegye so much that Toegye even wrote the tablet of Seonmongdae himself after its construction. Lee Yeol-do studied under Toegye’s instruction with Toegye’s newphew named Wonam(遠巖) Lee Kyo(李㝯), Toegye’s grandson named Lee Jong-do(李宗道), and Songam(松巖) Kwon Ho-mun(權好文), etc. since his childhood. One phrase from the seven-Chinese character-quatrain written by Toegye created a new image of Seonmongdae with that of a Taoist hermit, which was different from the images of general pavilions, that is, self-cultivation and academic study, and also differentiated from the images of enjoyment at leisure in its meanings. Accordingly, noted wisemen, great scholars, poets and calligraphers were encouraged to visit Seonmongdae, and as the result, Chawun poem was created. Seonmongdae had been spotlighted as the poetic material by respectable great scholars, such as Yakpo Jeong Tak, Seoae Ryu Seong-ryong, Hakbong Kim Seong-il, Cheongeum Kimsangheun, Haneum Lee Deok-hyeong, Dongwon Jeong Ho-seon, and poets and calligraphers, such as Songam Kwon Ho-mun and Cheong-dae Kwon Sang-il for the vast reaches of time as long as 450 years. Moreover, the descendants of Haneum, Dongwon and Cheongeum rediscovered Seonmongdae as the place to commemorate the spirit of their ancestors visiting it and reading the poems written by their ancestors, so the placeness and its meaning of Seonmongdae became more specific. Here, we can see that Seonmongdae was used as a place for commemoration beyond the place for enjoyment.

        논쟁사를 통해서 본 한국 서양사학의 자기이해 ― 한국 독일사학회 현황과 방향을 중심으로 ―

        Clearly, big data-based digital technology is the main industry of the Republic of Korea and the leading field of the world. Nevertheless, a new historical methodology based on digital technology is being tried in Western history. History based on digital technology at the beginning stage has yet to produce accurate methodologies or tangible results. But it is only a matter of time and is expected to change the paradigm of history in the near future. Under these circumstances, digital technology, which is leading the fourth industrial revolution, is expected to make new breakthroughs in Korean and German studies as well as Korean Western history. Of course, digital technology cannot be the only key to solving the problems faced by Korean Western history. However, none of the new attempts to transcend existing methodologies in times of historical crisis are more extensive than those based on digital technology and are most suitable for changing the times. In particular, the fact that this field is on the starting line all over the world gives us a lot of meaning. Just as the boundaries between studies in the humanities have become meaningless, the boundaries between natural sciences and humanities are also about to be broken down. At this point, Korean Western history may be forced to recognize itself for its future. The stable environment of university has even become suspicious of its existence, and new digital technology is disabling the function of history as ‘knowledge’. Whatever it may be, the future of Western history is not so bright. Therefore, it is time to start anew the self-awareness of Western history. Such recognition means destroying existing regionalism and reconstructing it from a huge framework called “history,” as emphasized by Kim Ki-bong. And the paradigm shift brought by the fourth industrial revolution is forcing new changes in history as well.

        Effects of High Cholesterol Diet on Newly Generated Cells in the Dentate Gyrus of C57BL/6N and C3H/HeN Mice

        <P>In this study, we observed and compared the effects of a high cholesterol diet (HCD) on cell proliferation and differentiation in the subgranular zone of the dentate gyrus of C57BL/6N (B6, susceptible strain) and C3H/HeN (C3H, resistant strain) mice. Ki67 (a marker for cell proliferation) positive cells) were significantly decreased in HCD-fed B6 mice compared to those in B6 (49.7%) and C3H mice fed a low cholesterol diet (LCD). In addition, doublecortin (DCX, a marker for cell differentiation or neuroblasts)-immunoreactive cells in HCD-fed B6 mice were significantly decreased compared to those in LCD-fed B6 and C3H mice. These results suggest that B6 strains are sensitive to HCD, which impairs cell proliferation and differentiation.</P>

      • 十二經脈의 經脈名에 관한 考察

        In the present study, we aimed. to consider the name of twelve main Meridian in order to understand the concept of the Meridian system and to applicate acupuncture theory in the clinical field properly and fundamentally. We referred to several literatures on the matter and we found out that the name of present twelve Meridian was not settled until the period of Yellow Emperor's Classic. In the time of Yellow Emperor's Classic, the two theory of Internal Organ and Meridian system were combined and added new theory of 'WoonGi'. The general rule of combination is that the component of name of Meridian consist of 'Hand' or 'Foot', 'three Eum and Yang' and internal organ. The internal organ coupled with the root ki or middle ki of 'three Eum and Yang' and the 'Hand' or 'Foot' depend on the location of internal organ that belongs to meridian. The name of Twelve Meridian is a kind of system formed to analyze the two concepts organically and dynamically. One is material internal organ and the other is immaterial meridian system.

      • Effects of pyridoxine on a high‐fat diet‐induced reduction of cell proliferation and neuroblast differentiation depend on cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein in the mouse dentate gyrus

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>In this study, we challenged pyridoxine to mice fed a high‐fat diet (HFD) and investigated the effects of pyridoxine on HFD‐induced phenotypes such as blood glucose, reduction of cell proliferation and neuroblast differentiation in the dentate gyrus using Ki67 and doublecortin (DCX), respectively. Mice were fed a commercially available low‐fat diet (LFD) as control diet or HFD (60% fat) for 8 weeks. After 5 weeks of LFD or HFD treatment, 350 mg/kg pyridoxine was administered for 3 weeks. The administration of pyridoxine significantly decreased body weight in the HFD‐treated group. In addition, there were no significant differences in hepatic histology and pancreatic insulin‐immunoreactive (‐ir) and glucagon‐ir cells of the HFD‐treated group after pyridoxine treatment. In the HFD‐fed group, Ki67‐positive nuclei and DCX‐ir neuroblasts were significantly decreased in the dentate gyrus compared with those in the LFD‐fed mice. However, the administration of pyridoxine significantly increased Ki67‐positive nuclei and DCX‐ir neuroblasts in the dentate gyrus in both LFD‐ and HFD‐fed mice. In addition, the administration of pyridoxine significantly increased the protein levels of glutamic acid decarboxylase 67 (GAD67) and brain‐derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and the immunoreactivity of phosphorylated cyclic AMP response element binding protein (pCREB) compared with the vehicle‐treated LFD‐ and HFD‐fed mice. In contrast, the administration of pyridoxine significantly decreased HFD‐induced malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in the hippocampus. These results showed that pyridoxine supplement reduced the HFD‐induced reduction of cell proliferation and neuroblast differentiation in the dentate gyrus via controlling the levels of GAD67, pCREB, BDNF, and MDA. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.</P>
