심환지(沈煥之)의 정치 생애와 벽파 의리

심환지의 정치적 생애는 조정에서 김귀주 가문을 대변하고 홍봉한 가문을 배척한 것으로 요약된다. 그는 일찍부터 노론 남당계 청류의 영수였던 김종수와 정치 의리를 공유하면서도 외척인 김귀주 가문에 한층 경도되어 있었다. 노론 벽파는 정조의 추왕 시도에 적극적으로 반대해 왔다. 영조대 후반 이래 김종수·심환지가 이끌었던 벽파는 추숭 반대론자로 익히 알려져 있었고, 순조대 초반에 노론·소론·청남 일각의 추왕 추진 세력 제거를 주도했던 정파이기도 했기 때문이다. 그러나 정조 말년의 노론 벽파를 추숭 반대세력으로 일괄 규정할 수는 없다. 이때 김종수·심환지 등은 정조의 추왕 계획에도 내밀하게 호응하였기 때문이다. 순조 초에는 정순왕후가 황극의 역할을 대행하였으나, 그는 이를 철저히 노론 벽파를 위주로 운용하였다. 김귀주계 벽파의 영수인 심환지는 정순왕후에 편승하여, 정조로 인하여 제어되고 있었던 노론 벽파의 지론을 거침없이 관철시켰다. 살육을 동반한 환국이 조정을 다시 갈라놓았다. 이에 대한 광범한 반발은 정순왕후의 사후 노·소론 시파의 정치 보복을 초래하였다. 심환지는 김종수와 더불어 역적이 되고 관작이 추탈 되었으며, 김귀주계 벽파는 정국에서 완전히 배제되었다. 심환지는 정조대에나 순조대에나 노론 김귀주계 벽파의 정치 의리에 투철하였다. 이를 기반으로 그는 정조의 선세자 추왕 의사를 봉행하고자 하였고, 정순왕후의 선세자 추왕 세력 배척에도 앞장섰다. 그 결과 정조대 후반 화평의 정치에 기여했던 심환지는 순조대 초반 살육의 정치를 주도한 것으로 기억되었다. 이를 심환지 개인의 처신만으로 설명할 수는 없다. 정조에서 정순왕후로 황극이 교체된 것은 심환지의 정치적 일생을 뒤집어 놓았다. 일견 모순되어 보이는 심환지의 정치 생애는 황극의 작용 여부가 대신을 비롯한 신하들에게 얼마나 큰 영향을 끼치는지 잘 보여준다고 하겠다. Shim Hwan-ji(沈煥之)'s political career is summed up as representing the Kim Gwi-joo(金龜柱) family in the imperial court and rejecting the Hong Bong-han(洪鳳漢)'s family. He had earlier shared his political loyalty with the Noron(老論) Namdang(南黨) Cheongryu(淸流) but was more inclined toward the Kim Gwi-joo family. Since the late era of King Yeong-jo(英祖), Kim Jong-soo(金鍾秀) and Shim Hwan-ji have been well known for opposing the king, and they were also leading the elimination of the king's forces in the early days of King Sun-jo(純祖). But It can't be defined Noron Beyocpa(僻派) as opposing from the king in early parts of King Jeong-jo(正祖). At that time, Kim Jong-soo and Shim Hwan-ji responded to King Jeong-jo' plot secretly. The early times of King Sun-jo, Queen Jeong-sun(貞純王后) acted as agent of Hwang-geuk(皇極), but she became to operate the government mainly Noron-Beyopa. Shim Hwan-ji rode on the Queen Jeong-soon, and carried out the political principles of the No-ron's Kim Gwi-joo. Even the slaughter, the imperial court had been re-devided. So the widespread backlash caused political retaliation by No-ron and So-ron(少論)'s Si-pa(時派) after the queen's death. Shim Hwan-ji and Kim Jong-soo became a traitor and was lost government official, and Kim Gwi-joo was completely excluded from the political situation. The replacement of the Hwang-geuk from King Jeong-jo to Queen Jeong-sun has upset Shim's political life. Shim Hwan-ji's seemingly contradictory political career shows how much influence Hwang-geuk's actions have on his subjects, including his deputy.

진성리더십, 긍정심리자본, 잡크래프팅, 직무성과 간의 구조적 관계에 관한 분석 - 재중 한국기업 중국현지 종업원을 대상으로 -

본 연구에서는 재중 한국기업의 중국현지 종업원들을 대상으로 하여 한국인 직속상사의 진성리더십이 종업원들의 긍정심리자본, 잡크래프팅 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중국에 진출한 한국기업에 근무하고 있는 295명의 중국현지 종업원들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집한 후 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진성리더십은 긍정심리자본과 잡크래프팅 및 직무성과에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 잡크래프팅과 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 잡크래프팅은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 재중 한국기업의 조직관리자들에게 중국현지에서의 성공적인 조직운영 및 인적자원관리를 위한 바람직한 리더십 발휘와 관련한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of Korean direct superior’s authentic leadership on positive psychological capital, job crafting and job performance of local employee of Korean firms in China. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 295 employees working in Korean firms in China and then hypothesis were verified through the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results obtained by actual analysis are as follows. First, authentic leadership has a positive effect on positive psychological capital, job crafting and job performance respectively. Second, positive psychological capital has a positive effect on job crafting and job performance. Finally, job crafting has not effect on job performance. These findings have practical implications which is related exercise the desirable leadership for the successful management of organization and human resource administration to organization administrators of the Korean firms in China.

‘정조 - 심환지 어찰’과 조선후기 정치사 연구의 전망

It appears that Jeongjo continued to maintain a personal correspondence with a leader of the major political party, in an attempt to make an impact on the dynamics between political forces of the time. The letters exchanged between King Jeongjo and Shim Hwan-ji could be considered as a prime example. The second half of King Jeongjo's reign can be characterized as a period in which several policies were employed in order to help the King abdicate his throne to his successor in the Gapja/甲子 year, and also resolve the issue of posthumously recognizing Prince Sado's status as a 'late king.' It was not until the 20th year of his reign that the exchange of letters between Jeongjo and Shim began. This shows that Jeongjo took Shim's actions and position very seriously, so it was never an odd thing to do for themselves, exchanging letters for many years and discussing issues of personnel matters and also of the "Euli(義理)" politics("moral principles"). It seems that Jeongjo sought to exalt Shim to the highest position of the No'ron(老論) party, in an attempt to 'reform' the existing "Euli Politics." His efforts to exchange views with a well-known political opponent like Shim, exemplifies how the highly developed mechanism of Joseon politics founded upon Neo-Confucianism unfolded itself. Therefore, future studies of the nature and role of their efforts, and not to mention their letters made to each other, should examine the broader picture of politics that existed at the time.

중고제 판소리 명창 방만춘, 방진관 연구

동편제, 서편제와 함께 판소리 세 가지 유파 중 하나인 중고제 판소리는 충남 논산 강경의 김성옥을 위시로 한 금강유역권과 서산 해미의 고수관, 방만춘, 방진관 등을 위시로 한 내포문화권에서 크게 발달하였는데, 주로 양반상류층의 애호 속에 담담하고 고아古雅한 가곡풍으로 발전해온 것으로 보인다. 극도의 노력으로 성가를 이뤄 심청가를 완성한 방만춘은 조선 전기8명창 중 한사람으로 판소리사에 큰 업적을 세운 인물이며 가계를 이은 손자 방진관은 방응교와 동일인으로 일제강점기 신제판소리가 유행할 때에도 끝까지 중고제 전통을 지켰고, 그 정통성이 음반과 방송을 통해 확인되고 있다. 음반에 전하는 방진관의 소리 〈군사설움〉 대목의 악조 분석을 통해 현행 민속악이나 동, 서편제 소리와 다른 계면조의 평조적 표출, 구성음의 차이, 붙임새와 선율의 단조로움과 반복, 가곡풍의 창법 등의 특징을 확인할 수 있으며 이러한 사실들은 방진관의 판소리가 다른 중고제 명창들의 소리와 유사성이 많으며 이는 동, 서편제에 비해 보다 앞선 시기 고제판소리의 특성으로 볼 수 있다. 허흥식 소장본 심청가 소리책은 내포제의 고장 서산지역에서 전해진 것으로 방진관의 SP음반에 남겨진 판소리 사설 부분과 일치함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 이 소리책이 조선창극사에 기록된 방만춘의 심청가 사설로 방진관을 거쳐 가계에 전해지던 필사본이 아닌가 면밀히 연구해볼 가치가 있다. 판소리의 古調를 고수해온 방진관의 중고제 판소리는 이제 전승이 끊긴 매우 희귀한 소리가 되었다. 통속성의 결과로 갈수록 설움조로 계면화되고, 유파나 바디를 떠나 하나같이 소리의 깊이와 다양성이 사라지고 있는 현실에서 방진관의 소리는 판소리 미학의 다양성을 보여주는 매우 귀중한 자료이다. 이제 방진관, 이동백, 김창룡, 심상건, 조학진등 중고제 명창들의 이채로운 소리제에 대한 학술적 연구와 함께 실기인들의 활발한 복원 작업을 체계화해야 한다. 이를 통해 단순한 복원을 넘어, 대동소이하기만한 현대 판소리의 음악관을 더 폭넓게 하고 장차 새로운 현재적 전통을 창조하고 수립하는데 확고한 내적 근거와 자산으로 삼아야 할 것이기에 중고제 판소리의 부활은 매우 긴요하다. Junggoje as one of three pansori schools, along with Dongpyeonje and Seopyeonje has been much developed in the Qeum River Basin with Kim seong-ok in Ganggyeong-eup, Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do and in the aepo cultural area with Go su-gwan, Bang man-chun, and Bang jin-gwan, Haemi-eup, Seosan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. It seems that it has been loved by the upper class of yangban, aristocrat and developed into calm and graceful aria style. Bang man-chun, one of 8 great singers in the Joseon Dynasty who had collected hymns ? and completed Simcheongga with great efforts, performing a feat in the history of pansori. His grandson Bang jin-gwan, an identical person to Bang eung-gyo took over the family business and protected the tradition of Junggoje to the end even under the popularity of new pansori. Its legitimacy has been verified via albums and broadcasting. Through the tone analysis on Bang jin-gwan's pansori, 'A Soldier's Lamentation' from an album, we can identify the characteristics such as an expression like Pyungjo of Gyemeonjo different from the present folk music, Dongpyeonje, and Seopyeonje, differences of composing notes, monotonous and repetitive Buchimsea (attachment for effectiveness in drumming method) and melodies, and a singing method with an aria style. These kinds of facts have made us justify that Bang jin-gwan's pansori has lots of similarities to other master singers' songs of Junggoje and that it shows properties of old pansori earlier than Seopyeonje. Heo heung-sik's collection of a sori book Simcheongga has been handed down in the region of Seosan, the hometown of aepoje and checked as it is identical to the story part of the pansori left in Bang jin-gwan's SP album. Based on this information, it is worthwhile to research in detail if the sori book as Bang man-chun's story of Simcheongga recorded in the history of changgeuk of the Joseon Dynasty is the manuscript succeeded in his family by Bang jin-gwan or not. Bang jin-gwan's Junggoje pansori which has adhered to the old tone? of pansori has become a precious sori, without handed down more. His sori is a very valuable material showing the diversity of aesthetics of pansori under the present situation when it has become Gyemyeonjo as the tone of sadness as a result of the popularity, and when the depth and diversity of sori are disappearing regardless of schools or Bodi. Now, it is time to research on the diverse Junggoje master singers including Bang jin-gwan, Lee dong-baek, Kim chang-ryong, Sim sang-geon, and Jo hak-jin and also systematize performers' activities for the enthusiastic restoration. By doing that, we will be able to widen the viewpoint of the pansori music which is not at present, leading to consider it as the solid internal basis and property in creating and establishing the new present tradition. Therefore, it is very essential to resurrect Junggoje pansori.
