In Korea, most of the annual precipitation was concentrated in summer, making it difficult to secure stable water sources. On the other hand, the continuous inflow of pollutants into these water sources has led to problems such as the creation of algae, and many policies have been studied and applied around the basin used as water resources to alleviate these problems. In addition to improving water quality, artificial wetlands also have various side effects such as ecological conservation, hydrophilic and educational space, which have the meaning of nature-friendly facilities. However, most of the artificial wetlands currently in operation often had no improvement in the effluent quality compared to the incoming water quality. In response, this study provided intensive monitoring of artificial wetlands currently operating in the Geumbon-F watershed to identify whether or not water quality was improved and to suggest management measures. Artificial wetlands in the Geumgang watershed showed reduced runoff water quality by storing a lot of pollutants during the rainy season, but during the dry season, runoff water quality tended to be worse than inflow water. Accordingly, plans such as assessment of location adequacy and preparation of design standards for pollutant loads should be prioritized in the future.

Alfalfa weevil, Hypera postica Gyllenhal, is regarded as one of the most important insect pests on Chinese milk vetch and hairy vetch. The insect usually feed on leaves, stems and pods of the green manure which causes severe reduction of biomass. This study was conducted to observe the occurrence of H. postica larva and adult on Chinese milk vetch in 2009 to 2010, and to evaluate host plants preference of 11 different seedlings in 2010, Milyang, Korea. Occurrence of H. postica larvae on Chinese milk vetch was observed to increase from early April clearly and its peak population was showed during middle to late April. The 1st generation of newly emerged adult of H. postica was appeared on 20th May. Newly emerged H. postica adult was fed on green manure such as Chinese milk vetch and hairy vetch as well as various seedlings located at nearby upland. And then the insects were migrated into aestivating places in middle to late of June. Thus, host plant preference of H. postica adults were evaluated with 11 different seedlings using transparent acrylcage and at Chinese milk vetch field. As a result, H. postica adult preferred on Chinese cabbage, followed by soybean, kale, foxtail millet and proso millet. The damaged rating of seedlings were shown to have the same trend with adult occurrence. In particular, few H. postica adults were occurred on eggplant, lettuce, corn, crown daisy and peanut, and thereby those crops were regarded as non-preference plants due to the absence of damage. These informations can be used by upland farmers who sowing from late May to early June for effective management of H. postica.
Building Component Detection by Using Context Information and Multiple Cues for Outdoor Robot

This paper describes an approach to detect the components, specially the windows, of building for understanding and exploring environment of outdoor robot. Firstly, building surface and wall region are extracted then the wall region is binarized. The noises such as the thin connection, small regions are rejected. The context information and multiple cues such as the coordinates, aspect ratio and aligned coexistence are used to detect the windows. The proposed approach has been experimented with 150 surfaces comprising 1607 windows. We obtained 93.34% detection rate. Furthermore, the method also extracts the candidate regions for detecting the doors of building.

Everyone has the desire to rejuvenate and appears to be a more realistic looks is a social importance for people to invest with and it is growing abundantly. Recently, there is an increase in Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic and its cheap enough to afford the cost of treatment .And this has led, beauty treatment in Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic as one of the most popular era in the present. However, In the area of doctors of medicine and medical equipment parts, the therapeutic section were made much progress. On the contrary, the medical community is not still in active favor of normal skin care and treatment program followed by applying the early medical treatment. In terms of beauty treatment and therapy in the era of popularization,both doctors and patients, prefer new forms of general skin care, wound healing and therapeutic for recovery. Hospitals tend to meet the needs of the cosmetic skin care program through elements and customer care. This study on skincare of Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic, there were 500 people who visited the customer to target 26-question survey analysis and clinical experiments for 10 people. One of the beauty treatment is the oxygen mist therapy treatment that strives for a successful beauty business.Doctors and Clinics of beauty treatment to all of our customers for new skin care hospital could be a model to evaluate the present.
연근음료의 영양학적 특징 및 흰쥐의 혈관개선에 미치는 기능성 평가

The purpose of this was investigate the possibility of medicinal plants application as an edible functional food resources. We arried out to develop a beverage by using Nelumbo nucifera and we examined the nutritional characterics. Also we examined the effects of drink on physiological function in aorta relation. Thus, the effect of developed beverage on phenylephrine induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. Contractile force was measured with force displacement thansducer under 1.5g loading tension. Brix, pH and titratable acidity of developed drink were 12.25%, 4.5 and 0.092%. The approximate nutritional composition of beverage was carbohydrate, 9.40%, crude protein, 0.30%, crude fat, 0.25% and ash, 0.15%. Also insoluble fiber and soluble fiber were 1.30%, 0.80%. Developed beverage contained Na(11.45 ㎎%), K(6.87 ㎎%), Ca(2.53 ㎎%). The contraction forces by injection of phenylephrine in isolated thoracic aorta were significantly law in each beverage treatment groups compared with control group. These results that developed drink with medicinal plants can be used as a functional material to decrease aorta contraction.
