This study investigated the expression of cytochrome P 4502E1 or level of liver functional parameters like GOT, GPT and LDH. Many exogenous inducers of CYP4502E1 seem to increase CYP4502E1 by post-translational activation. This study shows that administration of a dose of ethanol (30%) produces a significant increase in the activity of the hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 and level of GOT, GPT and LDH in obese Zucker rats whereas exercise (0% grade, lhr/day, 5days/wk, during 12weeks) treated obese Zucker rats with ethanol except lean-type, obese Zucker rat-control and obese Zucker rat-exercise markedly suppressed this enhanced activity of the hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 and decrease level of serum GOT, GPT and LDH. These results indicate that both ethanol consumption and running exercise suppressed hepatic microsomal CYP4502E1 with decreasing serum GOT, GPT and LDH than those of ethanol group in obese Zucker rats.
TMS320F240을 이용한 PWM 인버터 유도전동기 구동 시스템의 전도노이즈 저감을 위한 스위칭 기법

PWM 인버터에 의해 구동되는 유도전동기에 발생되는 고주파 커먼 모드 전압은 전도성 EMI, 전동기 접지전류, 베어링 전류 및 다른 원치 않는 결과의 주원인이 된다. 인버터 제어의 무효벡터 스위칭 상태는 나머지 유효벡터 스위칭 상태에 비교하여 큰 커먼 모드 전압을 일으킨다. 그러므로 이 논문은 커먼 모드 전압을 완화하는 스위칭기법을 다룬다. 즉 정현파 PWM기법을 기본으로 한 커먼 모드 전압 제거방법을 제안하였다. PWM 신호는 각각의 정현파 기준신호와 120˚위상차가 나는 3개의 캐리어 파형과 비교하여 발생된다. 시뮬레이션과 실험적결과는 제안된 PWM 기법에서 커먼 모드 전압이 종래의 PWM 기법보다 약 66% 더 저감됨을 보였다. High frequency common mode voltage produced by PWM inverter fed induction motor is a major cause of conducted EMI. creation motor ground currents, bearing currents and other hamful products. The zero switching states of inverter control invoke large in comparison with the non-zero switching state of inverter control. We proposed a common mode voltage reduction method based on sinusoidal PWM technique. PWM signal are generated by comparing respective sinusoidal reference signal with three triangular carrier wave displaced of 120˚. Simulation and experimental result show that common mode voltages in the propsed PWM technique are reduced by approximate 66% more than conventional PWM technique.

To investigate the relationship between mucin phenotypes and prognostic factors in gastric adenocarcinoma, immunohistochemical stainings against antibodies(Muc 5AC, Muc-6, Muc-2, CD10, HMG 45M1, and p53 were performed in 104 cases of adenocarcinomas of the stomach. The most frequently expressed mucin phenotype is mixed mucin phenotype, followed by gastric mucin phenotype and intestinal mucin phenotype. In terms of invasiveness and lymph node metastasis, gastric adenocarcinoma with mixed mucin phenotype seems to be more aggressive than those with gastric and intestinal mucin phenotypes. There is no significant difference in expression of p53 protein among three mucin phenotypes. These results suggest that mixed mucin phenotype is the most frequently expressed mucin phenotype in gastric adenocarcinomas and seems to be associated with aggressiveness.

물류활동의 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 물류정보시스템의 구축이 필수적이다. 그리고 물류정보시스템은 각 물류활동의 문제점에 대한 명확한 관리지표를 제시할 수 있는 통합적인 시스템으로 구성되어야 한다. 연구결과 물류정보시스템에는 통합, 의사결정지원, 유연성, 예외적인 처리, 성과측정, 피드백, 물류관리 지식등에 문제가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류정보를 합리적, 유기적으로 결합, 제공하여 물류비용 절감과 고객서비스 향상을 기하고 상대적 우위를 차지하기 위한 전략적인 차원의 물류정보시스템의 구축이 필요하다.
Tight Junction의 투과성 변화가 근위세뇨관 재흡수에 미치는 영향

The proximal tubular model is based on a simulation of fluid and ion transport across the tubular wall. This model includes a space between the basolateral cell membrane, tight junction and the basement membrane as lateral interstitial space. Salt transport into the interspace would induce an osmotic water flow across this membrane. The accumulation of salt and water solute within the interspace would create a sufficient hydrostatic pressure to drive this solution out across the permeable basement membrane ( σ, reflection coefficient = 0). We tested with this model the influence of σ and permeability characteristics (Pi) of the proximal tubular epithelium on transmembrane volume(Jv) and ion(Ji) fluxes and potential difference. Epithelial transport mechanism specifically included the possibility of coupled transport processes and the linear theory of nonequilibrium thermodynamics. The model predicted the following results. An increase in PNa decreased the reabsorption of all the major ions and water due to diffusion of Na into the lumen. An increase in Pa had an opposite effect: The electrochemical gradient favoring chloride reabsorption was established shortly after the initial segment. PHCO3 was ineffective in affecting proximal tubular transport of water and ions. While σNa, and σcl had very little effect on the proximal tubular transport, σHCO3 had a significant effect on JNa, Ja but not on JHCO3. It was due to an increase in convective flow of sodium and chloride secondary to an increase in Jv. It is concluded that the changes in σi or Pi for specific ions can have a differential effect on tubular transport since ion fluxes are the sum of both diffusive and convective components; the electrochemical gradient affects the former, and water flux and σi between which there is a kind of reciprocal relation affect the latter.
