MXene has been considered as a promising two-dimensional material for supercapacitors owing to itslarge surface area, high conductivity, and excellent cycling stability. However, its low specific capacitancerestricts its extensive applications. Therefore, to address the issue, we homogeneously deposited NiCo2S4nanoflakes on the surface of MXene on conductive nickel foam (denoted as MXene-NiCo2S4@NF), whichwas used as a composite binder-free electrode for supercapacitor applications. The NiCo2S4 nanoflakesincreased the surface area of the composite electrode, thereby increasing its specific capacity from106.34 C g 1 to 596.69 C g 1 at 1 A g 1. Compared to the pristine MXene, MXene-NiCo2S4@NF maintainedthe high retention rate of pristine MXene and exhibited excellent cycling stability with 80.4% of its initialspecific capacity after 3000 cycles. The composite electrode exhibited improved electrochemicalperformance for supercapacitors, owing to the combined merits of NiCo2S4 (high specific capacity) andMXene (high retention rate and good cycling stability. The fabricated asymmetric solid-statesupercapacitor using MXene-NiCo2S4 as a positive electrode and active carbon as a negative electrode, exhibited an energy density of 27.24 Wh kg 1 at 0.48 kW kg 1 of power density.
Quasiclassical Trajectory Calculations for the Reaction Ne + H2 + → NeH+ + H
Hui Li,Juna Chen,Yuliang Wang,Baoguo Tian,Liangsheng Qu 대한화학회 2011 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.32 No.12
Quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) calculations of Ne + H2+ reaction have been carried out on the adiabatic potential energy surface of the ground state 12 A'. The reaction probability of the title reaction for J = 0 has been calculated, and the QCT result is consistent with the previous quantum mechanical wave packet result. Quasiclassical trajectory calculations of the four polarization-dependent differential cross sections have been carried out in the center of mass (CM) frame. The P(θr), P(φr) and P(θr, φr) distributions, the k−k'−j'correlation and the angular distribution of product rotational vectors are presented in the form of polar plots. Due to the well in 12 A' PES, the reagent vibrational excitation has greater influence on the polarization of the product rotational angular momentum vectors j' than the collision energy
Influence of Degree and Betweenness on Infrastructure-less Ad hoc Networks
Hui Li,Liang Yuan 한국산학기술학회 2014 SmartCR Vol.4 No.3
In an ad hoc network, each node has a communication range in which it can establish communication links or connections with other nodes. The density of nodes and the communication range determine the degree of connectedness of nodes. The shortest paths from each source-destination pair are calculated and the betweenness of certain nodes along the path are counted. In some weighted total-connected networks, clusters may form stochastically and the betweenness of some nodes becomes much bigger than that of others. The average delay and cost of networks without largest-degree nodes and largest-betweenness nodes were compared. The statistical results indicate that nodes with the largest degree and betweenness would most influence the delay and cost. However, in a complete totally-connected network, their influence is much smaller, since many substitute paths are available.
Robust Model Predictive Control for Multi-phase Batch Processes with Asynchronous Switching
Hui Li,Lijun Song,Xueying Jiang,Huiyuan Shi,Chengli Su,Ping Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2022 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.20 No.1
A robust asynchronous switching model predictive controller is designed for multi-phase batch processes with uncertainties, unknown disturbances and time-varying set-point. Firstly, in view of the influence of timevarying set-point and disturbances, an asynchronous switching model with stable and unstable cases is established. Based on the switching model, a robust asynchronous switching model predictive control law is designed. Secondly, by using relevant theories and methods, the sufficient conditions with the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) are given to ensure that the multi-phase batch processes are asymptotically stable at each phase and exponentially stable at each batch. Then, these LMI conditions are solved online to obtain the control gain of each phase, the shortest running time of each stable case, and the longest running time of each unstable case. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by taking the injection molding process as an example.

This study investigated the effects of hydroxylase cyptochrome P450 inducers on the efficiency of the biotransformation of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) to 3β, 7α, 15α-trihydroxy-5-androsten-17-one (7α,15α-diOHDHEA)by Colletotrichum lini ST-1. Special attention was given to the substrate DHEA being the best inducer and the fact that it could improve the yield of 7α, 15α-diOHDHEA. Based on the effects of the DHEA pre-induction phases and additional concentrations on 7α, 15α-diOHDHEA production, a substrate pre-induction process was established as follows: 2 g/L DHEA was added for the first time after 12 h of inoculation, followed by the second addition of 6 g/L DHEA after 12 h later. The results showed that this substrate pre-induction process improved the content of cytochrome P450 and that the 7α, 15α-diOH-DHEA yield reached 90.1%, which was 26.9%higher than that obtained in the original process.

It is vital to understand the changing characteristics of interphase microbial communities and interspecies synergism during the fermentation of Chinese liquors. In this study, microbial communities in the three indispensable phases (pit mud, zaopei, and huangshui) of Luzhou-flavored liquor manufacturing pits and their shifts during cellars use were first investigated by polyphasic culture-independent approaches. The archaeal and eubacterial communities in the three phases were quantitatively assessed by combined phospholipid ether lipids/ phospholipid fatty acid analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization. In addition, qualitative information regarding the microbial community was analyzed by PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis. Results suggested that the interphase microbial community profiles were quite different, and the proportions of specific microbial groups evolved gradually. Anaerobic bacteria and gram-positive bacteria were dominant and their numbers were higher in pit mud (109 cells/g) than in huangshui (107 cells/ml) and zaopei (107cells/g). Hydrogenotrophic methanogenic archaea were the dominant archaea, and their proportions were virtually unchanged in pit mud (around 65%), whereas they first increased and then decreased in zaopei (59%-82%-47%) and increased with pit age in huangshui (82%-92%). Interactions between microbial communities, especially between eubacteria and methanogens, played a key role in the formation of favorable niches for liquor fermentation. Furthermore, daqu (an essential saccharifying and fermentative agent) and metabolic regulation parameters greatly affected the microbial community.
Asymmetric Variable Universe Adaptive Landing Fuzzy Controller for Carrier-Based Aircraft
Hui Li,Xiao-dong Su,Hai-tao Jiang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.9 No.5
During the process of aircraft landing, the control manners of carrier-based aircraft are always used to study. This is one of the important ways to avoid pilot-aircraft adverse coupling. In order to keep the accuracy of landing, this paper presents an improved asymmetric variable universe adaptive landing fuzzy controller with Safe Flight Area during approach for carrier-based aircraft. By means of universe-conversion factors and contraction–expansion factors, universe of discourse can be modified online, and fuzzy rules can reproduce automatically to adapt to the modified universe of discourse. The model simulation results indicate the better performance of the new method in comparison with the traditional controller with more accuracy and practicability.
An Improved Multiplicative Updating Algorithm for Nonnegative Independent Component Analysis
Hui Li,Yue-hong Shen,Jian-gong Wang 한국전자통신연구원 2013 ETRI Journal Vol.35 No.2
This paper addresses nonnegative independent component analysis (NICA), with the aim to realize the blind separation of nonnegative well-grounded independent source signals, which arises in many practical applications but is hardly ever explored. Recently, Bertrand and Moonen presented a multiplicative NICA (M-NICA) algorithm using multiplicative update and subspace projection. Based on the principle of the mutual correlation minimization, we propose another novel cost function to evaluate the diagonalization level of the correlation matrix, and apply the multiplicative exponentiated gradient (EG) descent update to it to maintain nonnegativity. An efficient approach referred to as the EG-NICA algorithm is derived and its validity is confirmed by numerous simulations conducted on different types of source signals. Results show that the separation performance of the proposed EG-NICA algorithm is superior to that of the previous M-NICA algorithm, with a better unmixing accuracy. In addition, its convergence speed is adjustable by an appropriate user-defined learning rate.
