조영제 주입전 온찜질을 통한 환자 혈관통 경감에 대한 고찰

Purpose This study was to know that if the site of intravenous(IV) was warmed by a warming band before the injection of the contrast meclia(CM) gave a patient relief from the blood vessel’s pain or not. Materials and methods During 8 months from July 2009 to February 2010, we selected sensitive 500 people about IV injection of the CM who bad operated breast cancer. We divided them to 2 groups. The first group(A group) were warmed on the IV site by a warming band before injection of the CM then they were injected the CM. The other group(B Group) were injected the CM without warming on the IV site. We gained the blood vessel’s pain of two groups according to Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization(JCAHO)’s face pain intensity rating scale. Then we compared data by SPSS 11.5 version. Results A group’s average JCAHO’s pain intensity rating scale was 1.34 and B group’s was 2.78. A group was below than B group about 51.79%. Conclusion From the results of this study, warming on the IV site before injecting the CM gave a patient more relief. Warming on the IV site before injecting the CM will give a patient relief when a patient have a sensitive pain on the blood vessel during the injection of the CM.

KULAN Ⅱ는 Microcomputer를 이용한 링 형태의 LAN으로서, 본 고는 KULAN Ⅱ의 물리층, 데이타 링크층 및 트랜스포트층에 대해 소개한다. KULAN Ⅱ는 또한 ring failure 문제를 위해 몇 가지 메카니즘을 도입하였다. 각 계층은 하나의 프로세스로 표현되었고, 스케쥴러는 이 프로세스들의 context를 스위칭해 준다. 인접 계층의 프로세스들은 상호 배제 원칙이 성립하고, 동기 문제를 해결해 주는 Interface buffer를 통해 통신한다. KULAN Ⅱ is ring type LAN which connects microcomputers. In this paper, we describe its physical layer, data link layer, and transport layer. To face with ring failure, some reliability mechanisms are introduced. Each layer is presented by process and scheduler switches the context of each process Processes of adjacent layer communicate through interface buffer winch provide mutual exclution and synohronization.

최근 스마트 폰, 스마트 와치 등과 같은 전자기기의 크기가 작아지면서, 그에 사용되는 체결 볼트의 크기 또한 작아지고 있다. 초소형 나사는 제품을 체결하는 데 있어 충분한 체결 토크나 풀림 방지효과를 갖지 못한다. 그래서 초소형 나사의 체결력과 풀림방지 효과를 유지 및 강화하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초소형 나사의 풀림방지 효과를 강화하기 위해 나사의 머리 밑 면에 쎄레이션 형상을 추가하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 쎄레이션 볼트는 풀림과정에서 피체결체 윗면을 변형시켜 풀림 방지 턱을 생성해 풀림을 방지하는 역할을 한다. 쎄레이션 개수와 체결 깊이를 변수로 하여 그 영향을 분석하고 풀림 방지 성능에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. As the size of electric products such as mobile phones and smart watches decrease, the bolts used to assemble these products should also be miniaturized. A miniature-sized bolt has to provide sufficient joining torque and anti-releasing torque to keep the components together. We studied a serrated bolt as a candidate for a miniature-sized fastener to increase the anti-releasing torque. In a serrated bolt, a serrated shape is formed on the bottom surface of the bolt head to create an obstacle to releasing. In this study, finite element analyses for the joining and releasing of bolts were carried out, and the anti-releasing performance was predicted. Based on the results of analyses using various numbers of serrations and fastening depths, the effects of the number of serrations and fastening depth on the anti-releasing performance were investigated.
시각장애인 실내 내비게이션을 위한 머신러닝 기반 점자블록 인식모델 비교

시각장애인들은 처음 가보는 실내 시설이나 복잡한 실내시설을 이용하게에 많은 불편함이 있다. 이에 독립 보행할 수 있도록 도와주는 시각장애인을 위한 실내 내비게이션의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 시각장애인에게 명확하게 길안내를 하기 위해 점자블록을 기반으로 길안내 하는 방안을 제시하고 보행자가 올바르게 점자블록을 기준으로 보행하는지 판단하기위해 머신러닝(Machine Learning)을 기반으로 점자블록을 인식하는 방안을 제시한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실내 내비게이션에 적용되는 적절한 인식 모델을 선정할 수 있도록 여러 이미지 인식 방법을 비교한다.
Two-Sample Mendelian Randomization Study of Lipid levels and Ischemic Heart Disease

Background and Objectives: Associations between blood lipids and risk of ischemic heart disease (IHD) have been reported in observational studies. However, due to confounding and reverse causation, observational studies are influenced by bias, thus their results show inconsistency in the effects of lipid levels on IHD. In this study, we evaluate whether lipid levels have an effect on the risk of IHD in a Korean population. Methods: A 2-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) study, using the genetic variants associated with lipid levels as the instrumental variables was performed. Genetic variants significantly associated with lipid concentrations were obtained from the Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (n=35,000), and the same variants on IHD were obtained from the Korean Cancer Prevention Study-II (n=13,855). Inverse variance weighting (IVW), weighted median, and MR-Egger approaches were used to assess the causal association between lipid levels and IHD. Radial MR methods were applied to remove outliers subject to pleiotropic bias. Results: Causal association between low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and IHD was observed in the IVW method (odds ratio, 1.013; 95% confidence interval, 1.007–1.109). However, high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) did not show causal association with IHD. In the Radial MR analysis of the relationship between HDL-C, TG and IHD, outliers were detected. Interestingly, after removing the outliers, a causal association between TG and IHD was found. Conclusions: High levels LDL-C and TG were causally associated with increased IHD risk in a Korean population, these results are potentially useful as evidence of a significant causal relationship.
