중국고대희곡의 지위가 낮아지면서 전통 희곡작가들은 위로는 조정법령으로부터,아래로는 지방각급의 관부와 학부(學府), 종족의 규례와 가훈 및 다수의 정통문인과 이학가(理學家)들로부터 각종 제약과 공격을 받는 신세가 되었다. 특히 통치자들은 자신의 정권을 공고하게 다지고자 ‘풍기 문란 및 민심을 어지럽게 하는’ 희극 작품을 규제하고 자신들이 정한 범주를 벗어나지 못하도록 규제하였는데, 이는 전체적으로 전통희곡창작의 여건을 형성한다. 이로 인해 고대 희곡 작가들은 자신의 신분에 대한 초조감과위기감을 느끼고 정권의 이데올로기와 정권에 타협함으로써 희극창작의 합법성을 획득하고자 하였다. 또한 여기서 비롯되는 초조함과 위기감을 해소하기 위해 희곡작가들은다양한 심리조절 기제를 모색하였다. 창우 및 예인들과 척을 짐으로써 문인의 신분을유지하는 동시에 세인들의 편견에서 벗어나고자 하였고, ‘시문가’, ‘문이재도를 통한 사회교화자’ 및 ‘문인’의 신분을 긍정함으로써 문인으로서의 신분과 역할을 강조한 것이다. 그러나 그 결과 희곡창작은 무대와 괴리되기 시작했고, 대량의 문인화된 ‘책상물림’형작품들이 출현하고 말았다. 고대희곡 역시 쇄락의 길을 피할 수 없게 된 것이다.

Biodegradable hydrogels carrying adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) have been highlighted with promising potential regarding adipose tissue engineering. In this study, covalently crosslinked natural/synthetic hybrid hydrogels were prepared from methacrylated water soluble chitosan (N-succinyl-chitosan, SCS) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) by photoinitiaing polymerization under the existence of Irgacure 2959 and the irradiation of UV light. The effect of the incorporated PEG on the in vitro morphologies, equilibrium swelling, weight loss and compressive modulus of SCS/PEG hybrid hydrogels in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 37 oC were studied. In order to evaluate the ability of hydrogels to effectively deliver the adipogenic factor, insulin was entrapped within hydrogels by copolymerizing methacrylated SCS/PEG. The insulin would be released from the hydrogels into the local microenvironment via the controlled weight ratio of SCS/PEG. Results demonstrated that the hybrid hydrogel with 10 wt%PEG showed a higher efficiency of insulin delivery compared to the control hydrogels. ASCs were seeded into the insulin-loaded SCS/PEG hydrogels in vitro to assess the biological performance and applicability of hydrogels as cell carriers. These characteristics provide potential opportunities for the hybrid SCS/PEG hydrogels as injectable scaffolds in soft tissue engineering applications.

Although exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is a common way to suppress the nitrogen oxide (NO X ) emissions, it also brings some negative impact on soot emissions and the thermal efficiency in internal combustion engines. We investigated the effects of ambient oxygen concentrations on engine performance, combustion characteristics, and emissions using a four-cylinder diesel engine equipped with an endoscopic visualization system. To estimate the flame temperature and soot distribution, we analyzed these images using a postprocessing program. Experimental results showed that the luminosity of flames in the images was degraded comparatively for the reduced oxygen concentration. Flame temperature distribution also showed similar behavior. As the oxygen concentration decreased, area of soot distribution significantly reduced at IMEP = 0.13 MPa, and only a slight decrease at IMEP = 0.3 MPa. But locally high soot concentration regions increased.

In the present study, the effects of biodiesel-methanol blends on the performance and emissions of diesel engine at an altitude of 2400 m, were investigated experimentally and using response surface methodology (RSM). The RSM models were developed using experimental data. Methanol ratio, injection pressure (IP) and injection timing (IT) were selected as the input parameters, while power output, brake specific energy consumption (BSEC), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and smoke emissions were chosen as the response parameters. The desirability approach of the RSM was used to optimize the methanol ratio and injection system parameters for improved engine performance and lower emissions at high alitiude. The optimum values of input parameters were 95.27 MPa of IP, 15.13 BTDC of IT and 17.32 % methanol ratio, and the corresponding responses of power output, BSEC, NOx and smoke with a high desirability of 0.767 were 23.7 kW, 9.94 MJ/kWh, 7.08 g/kWh NO X and 0.020 g/kWh, respectively.
The Study on EU ETS(欧盟航空减排交易体制评析) -From the Perspective of China-

European Union unilaterally included the emissions from aviation activities into EU ETS on 19 November 2008 by amending Directive 2003/87/EC. According to the Directive all the emissions(mainly against the CO2) from aviation activities shall be subject to the regulation of EU ETS from 2012. For the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012, the total quantity of allowances to be allocated to aircraft operators shall be equivalent to 97% of the historical aviation emissions. From 1 January 2013, the allowances will be reduced to 95%. The allocation of allowances which may be applied by each operator with free of charge will be reduced from 85% to 82% from 1 January 2012 to 1 January 2013. Since the Directive will affect every country’s airline industry more or less, the nations and international organizations respond variously. The controversial focus is that whether EU has the right to unilaterally include the emissions from international aviation activities into EU ETS. This article firstly analyzes the effect caused by EU ETS to China’s airline industry, and then studies the legality of the action of EU subject to current positive international law, and finally draws the conclusion that EU enjoys no such right to unilaterally include the emissions from international aviation activities.

Technological innovation talent is the core element of economic and social development. It is a symbol of a country's soft power reflected from the perspective of knowledge. Therefore it is theoretically valuable and practically significant for a country to evaluate the comprehensive level technological innovation. Based on the construction of evaluation index system of the technological innovation talents’ competitiveness, we will use BP neural network to evaluate in this paper. We determine the actual situation of the evaluation system according to the input layer, hidden layer and output layer of the model as well as the number of neurons in each layer. The number of neurons in the input layer is the number of indices of technological innovation talents evaluation. The output layer represents the comprehensive ability level and has only one neuron. However, it is difficult to figure out the number of hidden layers of BP neural networks. We use the golden section method to accurately select their layers. This can effectively avoid the problem of excessive training error due to the random selection of hidden layer. Then we illustrate the accuracy and usefulness of this algorithm with the case of the technological innovation talents of the six central provinces. Tests show that the comprehensive ability of technological innovation talents of Hubei is the most powerful in the six central provinces and is followed by Anhui. The remaining four provinces have similar levels. The actual development of technological innovation talents agree well with the experimental results.
Reparation for Victims of the International Civil Aviation Arising from Armed Conflict Zones

The downing of the MH17 reminds the world that the international civil aviation is not as safety and security as people expected. Such tragedy is partly due to the risk and danger of the armed conflict zones, but is more attributed to the ignorance to the international law by the responsible parties concerned. International laws applicable to the armed conflict zones shall be strictly followed, and the reparation shall be provided to the victims, otherwise such disaster could not be avoided in the future.
A Fuzzy TOPSIS Based Evaluation Method for Supply Chain Collaborative Technological Innovation

The collaboration between the company and its partners is becoming a competitive advantage to achieve long-term business success. Especially from the perspective of the supply chain, corporate profitability depends increasingly on their overall competitiveness in the supply chain rather than a single company. This paper is an attempt to the current issues and development of the supply chain collaborative technological innovation, and fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is employed to assess the performance of the collaborative technological innovation from the supply chain perspective. An empirical study is illustrated to testify the effectiveness of this method. The managerial implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
