The low cycle strain fatigue of steel 16NiCo was investigated in details, and the cyclic stress-strain behaviors were discussed and analysized. The results have shown that the strain fatigue strength of steel 16NiCo is comparable to the same kind of steel AF1410 produced in U.S.A., and the cyclic softening would occur during the cycle loading. In addition, the analysis and calculation for plastic strain energy have indicated that the best combination of the strength with ductility of steel 16NiCo can be achieved under standard heat treatment.
Since ancient times, the body as a form of narrative has existed in a wide range of art forms. From ancient Greece to the second half of the 20th century, with the development of society, people"s understanding of the body has undergone a great change from the ternary theory of body and mind to the return of the body to its own nature. This paper researches body narration in new media art, and takes HOU JING's work “Relative Space” as the main line. Furthermore, it uses the structure of thematic research to explore the basic artistic connotation conveyed by the body as a media tool.

<P>Water interaction with surfaces is very important and plays key roles in many natural and technological processes. Because the experimental challenges that arise when studying the interaction water with specific crystalline surfaces, most studies on metal oxides have focused on powder samples, which averaged the interaction over different crystalline surfaces. As a result, studies on the crystal orientation-dependent interaction of water with metal oxides are rarely available in the literature. In this work, water adsorption at 8 mol % yttria-stabilized cubic single crystal zirconia (100) and (111) surfaces was studied in terms of interfacial hydration structures using high resolution X-ray reflectivity measurements. The interfacial electron density profiles derived from the structure factor analysis of the measured data show the existence of multiple layers of adsorbed water with additional peculiar metal adsorption near the oxide surfaces.Surface relaxation, depletion, and interaction between the adsorbed layers and bulk water are found to vary greatly between the two surfaces and are also different when compared to the previously studied (110) surface [Hou et al., Sci. Rep. 2016, 6, 27916]. The fractional ratio between chemisorbed and physisorbed water species were also quantitatively estimated, which turned out to vary dramatically from surface to surface. The result gives us a unique opportunity to reconsider the simplified 2:1 relation between chemisorption and physisorption, originally proposed by Morimoto et al. based on the adsorption isotherms of water on powder metal oxide samples.</P>

Background/Aims MicroRNAs (miRNAs) were reported to be responsible for intestinal permeability in diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) rats in our previous study. However, whether and how miRNAs regulate visceral hypersensitivity in IBS-D remains largely unknown. Methods We established the IBS-D rat model and evaluated it using the nociceptive visceral hypersensitivity test, myeloperoxidase activity assay, restraint stress-induced defecation, and electromyographic (EMG) activity. The distal colon was subjected to miRNA microarray analysis followed by isolation and culture of colonic epithelial cells (CECs). Bioinformatic analysis and further experiments, including dual luciferase assays, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, western blot, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, were used to detect the expression of miRNAs and how it regulates visceral hypersensitivity in IBS-D rats. Results The IBS-D rat model was successfully established. A total of 24 miRNAs were differentially expressed in the distal colon of IBS-D rats; 9 were upregulated and 15 were downregulated. Among them, the most significant upregulation was miR-200a, accompanied by downregulation of cannabinoid receptor 1 (CNR1) and serotonin transporter (SERT). MiR-200a mimic markedly inhibited the expression of CNR1/SERT. Bioinformatic analysis and luciferase assay confirmed that CNR1/SERT are direct targets of miR-200a. Rescue experiments that overexpressed CNR1/SERT significantly abolished the inhibitory effect of miR-200a on the IBS-D rats CECs. Conclusions This study suggests that miR-200a could induce visceral hyperalgesia by targeting the downregulation of CNR1 and SERT, aggravating or leading to the development and progression of IBS-D. MiR-200a may be a regulator of visceral hypersensitivity, which provides potential targets for the treatment of IBS-D. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2018;24:656-668)
Background: Among the complications within the renal transplantations, early or delayed graft dysfunction is important issue because of its predictive value for chronic graft loss. Encapsulated peritoneal sclerosis (EPS) is the fibrotic change of the peritoneum in peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients. The longer duration of PD treatment is related to the occurrence of the EPS. Based on the lacking understanding of the EPS and its effect on the graft, we would like to present a case with pre-transplantation EPS, which caused delayed graft function by persistent ascites drainage. Methods: A 52-year-old female received maintained PD since 2010 due to diabetic nephropathy with end-stage renal disease. The patient received PD with the following regimen; 2.5% Dianeal 2 L with duration of 4 hours for each session. Pre-transplantation EPS was noted. On January 7, 2020, the patient received a living-unrelated renal transplant. Results: One day after transplantation, the patient's serum creatinine was still 10 mg/dL. Oliguria was noted. Persistent exudative drainage from peritoneal cavity was noted. The daily output was 1,000 mL/day. After intravenous fluid was given, serum creatinine regressed. The daily amount of dialysate output decreased at the same time. In August 2020, the follow-up computer tomography demonstrated the regression of encapsulated sclerotic change. Serum creatinine regressed to 1.3 mg/dL. Conclusions: EPS is an important complication during the treatment of PD therapy. Persistent abdominal fluid drainage by ascites by EPS is rare and is a neglected etiology for delayed graft function. Further focus on the pre-transplantation EPS is needed.
Silverlight technology is a new generation of rich internet application technology. The paper proposes a new solution based on the Silverlight technology to achieve a 3D virtual reality system which takes the pictures around the objects with 360 degree displaying in the local computer or a web page. The 3D visual sense and image matching of this system are the key technical problems. The automatic matching technology in image synthesis field plays a very important role in the system. Based on the SURF algorithm, this paper takes strategies of density threshold suppression to reduce the number of matched feature points; using the quasi Euclidean distance to complete the feature points matching process, the improved algorithm also greatly reduces the matching time of feature points and improves the matching accuracy. Through theoretical analysis and experimental contrast, demonstrates the reliability and validity of the algorithm.
Objective: In order to improve fermentation quality of natural grasses, their silage preparation and fermentation quality in meadow steppe (MS) and typical steppe (TS) were studied. Methods: The small-scale silages and round bale silages of mixed natural grasses in both steppes were prepared using the commercial lactic acid bacteria (LAB) inoculants Chikuso-1 (CH, Lactobacillus plantarum) and cellulase enzyme (AC, Acremonium cellulase) as additives. Results: MS and TS contained 33 and 9 species of natural grasses, respectively. Stipa baicalensis in MS and Stipa grandi in TS were the dominant grasses with the highest dry matter (DM) yield. The crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber and water-soluble carbohydrate of the mixed natural grasses in both steppes were 8.02% to 9.03%, 66.75% to 69.47%, and 2.02% to 2.20% on a DM basis, respectively. All silages treated with LAB and cellulase were well preserved with lower pH, butyric acid and ammonia-N content, and higher lactic acid and CP content than those of control in four kinds of silages. Compared with CH- or AC-treated silages, the CH+ AC-treated silages had higher lactic acid content. Conclusion: The results confirmed that combination with LAB and cellulase may result in beneficial effects by improving the natural grass silage fermentation in both grasslands.
