        The purpose of this study was to measure an strengths of electromyogram activity of anterior tibial muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, medial vastus muscle during take-off, air-borne, and landing phase in the 5th hurdle section. gastrocnemius. The subjects for the paper included two general hurdlers and college one's. The result of measurement is as follows. 1. The analysis of the agonist muscle in the 5th hurdle 1) The variation of gastrocnemius muscle is the hightest during take off of lead leg and the variation degree of cut leg is put in order, gastrocnemius muscle, medial vastus muscle, anterior tibial muscle. 2) The variation degree of both lead leg and cut leg during air-bone phase is put in order, medial vastus muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, anterior tibial muscle. 3) The variation of medial vastus muscle is the lowest during landing phase of lead leg and there is little variation difference about cut leg among gastrocnemius muscle, medial vastus muscle, and anterior tibial muscle.

        EMED system의 활용방안에 대한 이론적 고찰

        When we compare the result of pedar system with that of ground reaction system, the former has more errors in both time and force variation than the latter. Data value measured by pedar system is usually less than that measured by emed system. There must not be the difference between the condition of wearing both shoes and oratoric and that of wearing only shoes, but it is reported that there is difference between them(이성철외 1인). Because the range of using emed system is limited according to its types, the result of ground reaction system is more exact than that of pedar system. Therefore, The choice of experiment equipments fitting for experimental conditions and their practical application are sufficiency taken into consideration. In short, in using emed system, we have to do preliminary experiments and exact material testing. Then, we can use it as experimental equipments and minimize the errors caused by the differences among experimental equipments. In particular, if pedar system should be used in various kinds of sports, it is most desirable to use it in measuring the load amount of each foot part working between shoes and insole.

      • Windows CE기반에서 GameAPI를 이용한 효율적인 게임 컴포넌트 설계 및 구현

        Recently, many variable mobile contents enter the stage according as increase of mobile device user. Mobile game among many mobile contents have being developed from the main projects. But mobile Game must design to set variable condition of which, small hardware, variable platform, and etc. Therefore we must design the fast small game and the fast update game. In this paper, we designed efficient game components on PDA with the Windows CE platform and modulated the function of game. Therefore we can less term of game development, and reuse the components to fit each game architecture. Also we modulated the function of GameAPI, is game API of Windows CE, that can make real-time game and high level game. In the last of paper, we implemented the shooting Game made use of our Game Components and studied the faculty of Game Components.

        ABSTRACT Since the economic crisis in late 1997, the ratio of non-standard workers to all employees was heavily increased from 41.3% lo 51.7%. Therefore, the interest groups like companies, employees end the government respond positively or negatively. This paper give you some attractive proposals on employment matters of non-standard workers as follower : flexibility of employment period, enlargement of social insurances, practice of equal work & equal wage, abolition of premium in favor of standard workers, design of of employment portfolio, upgrde of working conditions, opportunity of transfer from non-standard worker to standard employees.

      • 중량물 운반시 잡기유형에 따른 근전도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine EMG changes of the body according to method the holding during carrying object. The experiments were conducted with utilizing EMG analyses for five male and five female adults as subjects. The results were as followed. 1. The higher muscle action potential of vertical holding was shown than that of right holding when carrying objects in MMH work in proportion to the weight of the object. The came from the subjects using their brachial muscles much to maintain the angles of their wrist joints and elbow joints for keeping their stable postures while walking. 2. The higher muscle action potential of right holding was shown in right and left elector-muscles of their spines(L1-L2, L4-L5) while carrying in all stages of weights except 25kg objects than that of vertical holding. These results were caused from more use of brachial muscles than elector-muscles of spines in carrying weight objects. So vertical holding is more effective in carrying weight objects at a short distance than right holding.

        The trade unions and the managements are heavily conflicting owing to a matter concerning a payment of wage & salary for local union officers by their employers in each individual companies. Korean labor law now states that a payment of wage & salary by their employer is unfair labor practice. Therefore, the unions insist on amendment of the provision, the managements don't agree with the daim. This artide suggest some proposals for reasonable settlement between the unions and the managements as follows : 1) A payment of wage & salary for local union representatives must be decided by two parties, not a labor law's regulation. 2) The number of full-time local union officers need to be decreased, but on the other hand the number of part-timer must be increased. 3) It is necessary that the trade unions make efforts to highten the autonomy and the efficiency of operation. 4) Specific collective bargaining agreement on all types of compensation for union officers had better to be made in each companies respectively.

        구급일지를 통한 병원 전 환잔 분류 및 처치의 적절성 평가 연구

        Background: Recently, patients' demands for emergency medicine are increasing, and most of prehospital medical care, including basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and triage, are provided by paramedics or emergency medical technicians. Evaluation of the adequacy of prehospital management and triage has become important for improving the quality and the effectiveness of the emergency medical system. Methods: The 202 patients who were transferred by ambulance with paramedics, nurses, or emergency medical technicians to the Emergency Department in Gil Medical Center from July 1, 1999, to September 31, 1999, were enrolled. This study was conducted prospectively by using the emergency physician,s log and newly devised protocols recorded by paramedics or nurses. Results: 1) Male to female ratio was 1: 0.8, and the peak age of the patients were the 4th(18.8%) and 6th decade(15.3%). 2) Of the 202 patients, 84 patients were transferred for trauma and 118 for medical problems. The mean transfer time was 6±1.73 minutes. 3) The validities of prehospital triage and decisions using the trauma severity measure and the disease severity measure, were 33.3% in trauma patients and 57.6% in medical patients.4) The results for the adequacy rate in prehospital management analyzed by using the rate of necessity of treatment. performance of treatment, and adequate treatment were as follows: oxygen supply.38.1/41.6/93.8 ; wound dressing. 19.3/71.8/92.9 ; immobilization of the cervical spine, 15.8/56.3/92.9 ; application of a spinal board. 12.9/42.3/72.7 ; application of a splint, 9.9/50.0/60.0 ; manual maintenance of an airway. 9.9/55.0/63.6 ; and CPR, 4.5/66.7/0. 5) Kind of ALS(Advanced Life Support) were not conducted(peripheral IV, EKG. intubation, medical administration. defibrillation, pacing). The rates of necessity of treatment were as follows: peripheral IV, 40.6%; ECG monitoring, 23.3% ; endotracheal intubation, 8.9% ; medical administration, 8.9% ; defibrillation. 3.5%; and pacing. 1.5% Conclusion: The adequacy of prehospital triage and decisions using trauma and disease severity measures was relatively low. To improve the adequacy of BLS(Basic Life Support) and to increase the performance of ALS(Advanced Life Support), we must create challenges to develop new protocols and to supplement new equipment.

        In case that the length of Backfill behind wall is confined, the active earth pressure acting wall will be reduced as compare with that calculated by conventional active earth pressure theories. Consequently, in this research , the theoritical formula of active earth pressure is proposed and conclusions are following. The angle of failure plane, 'α' of backfill soil is inclined to reduce as 'B/H' increase regardless of the angle of internal friction of backfill soil and earth pressure increase as the angle of internal friction reduce. The reduction effect of active earth pressure according to backfill length increase as 'B/H' more reduce than 'B/H=0.6'.

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of upper arm muscles according to characteristic of a racket. the results obtained are as follows: 1. In the accumulative distribution rate of racket string tension, 65Ibs is higher in all muscle active potentials except male flexor carpi radialis muscle than 55Ibs or 60Ibs, and this result shows that 65Ibs gives lower efficiency to athletes. 2. In the muscle load rate of racket string tension, 55Ibs shows the lowest active muscle potential and is thought to be better in its efficiency, but 66Ibs shows a little high active potential and is thought not to be good in its efficiency.

        Vehicles must be parked at least temporarily at each end of a vehicular trip before the occupants can partake in their activity. Parking is therefore a fundamental component of urban transportation system. The parking problems however have been got from bad to worse due to high cost of parking improvement. The city governments have formulated the synthetic policies to solve the parking problems without considering the characteristics of night-parking. In this study the direction of the parking policies is presented.
