세계화는 문화의 다양성을 수용하기보다는 파괴할 가능성이 있어 과거 식민의 경험이 있는 나라들은 세계화의 확산을 자기 정체성 상실로 여길 수 있다. 심지어 세계화는 지배국에게도 그것에 대한 저항의 한 양상으로 테러리즘같은 또 다른 도전을 경험하게 했다. 세계화 이후의 현상에 대한 사무엘 헌팅턴의 '문명 충돌' 이론이 새롭게 조명됨도 위와 같은 맥락에서 이해될 수 있다. 우리 한반도역시 미국과 중국의 힘이 충돌할 수 있는 기축으로의 가능성이 고조되고 있으며 미국주도의 세계화에 대한 도전의 장으로 점차 그 윤곽을 나타내고 있다. 이 논문은 아일랜드와 우리 대한민국은 과거 식민 역사와 그로인한 분단국으로서 여러가지 유사한 경험과 통일에 대한 소망을 공유하고 있어서 아일랜드를 비교 연구함은 우리의 문제 해결에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라는 가정 하에 쓰여 졌다. 그리고 이 논문의 목적은 셰무스 히니의 시를 읽어 탈 식민 저항의 가장 이상적인 모델을 찾으려는데 있다. 그 하나의 근거로서 셰무스 히니 시는 지역 작가의 저항에서 시작해 자유를 억압하는 큰 힘에 도전하면서 시적 자유를 추구하고 있기 때문이다. 한편 셰무스 히니 시를 다시 읽은 결과 그의 초기시 에서는 지역적 정체성을 추구하고 정의 내리려는 강한 의지를 통한 지역작가로의 저항정신을 찾아낼 수 있었다. 그러나 다음 단계에 이르면 그의 시들은 지배문화 확산의 결과인 혼종화를 수용하려는 태도를 보임으로써 전유의 단계를 거쳐 간다 그리고 1987년 이후의 작품세계에서는 실용성과는 다른 시적 자유의 추구를 통한 새로운 휴머니즘 및 지역문화의 창조라는 단계로 변해갔음을 확인하게 되었다. 한편 그의 저항은 프란츠파농식의 과격성과 정치성을 배제하고 보다 온건하고 문화적 저항의 특색을 지니고 있음도 알 수 있었다.

Hong JeongHa's Tianyuanshu and Zhengcheng Kaifangfa

Tianyuanshu and Zengcheng Kaifangfa introduced in the Song-Yuan dynasties and their contribution to the theory of equations are one of the most important achievements in the history of Chinese mathematics. Furthermore, they became the most fundamental subject in the history of East Asian mathematics as well. The operations, or the mathematical structure of polynomials have been overlooked by traditional mathematics books. Investigation of GuIlJib (九一集) of Joseon mathematician Hong JeongHa reveals that Hong's approach to polynomials is highly structural. For the expansion of $\prod_{k=11}^{n}(x+a_k)$, Hong invented a new method which we name Hong JeongHa's synthetic expansion. Using this, he reveals that the processes in Zhengcheng Kaifangfa is not synthetic division but synthetic expansion.

The basic purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between selected time variables involved in the jumping and blocking action, and three kinds of step techniques (Slide, cross-over, jab-cross over) for moving laterally in a controlled situation. Ten 'p'high school volleyball players who are ranked national top level served as subject for this research. From this research, the following conclusions are drawn. 1) left direction; Jab-cross over step is sperior to slide step (p<0.01). 2) right direction; Jab-cross over step is superior to Slide and cross-over step (p<0.05). 3) between left and right direction showed no difference. We need to Pay attention to the results of this research that jab-cross over step is superior to other two step techniques used in fast volleyball blocking.

아세톤-물 혼합용매중의 브롬화 펜아실과 치환 아닐린과의 반응속도

The rate constants of the reactions of phenacyl bromide with substituted anilines in acetone-water were conductometrically determined, and the activation parameters were also evaluated. In results, the rate constants were first order with respect to each reactant and increased as higher water consent and in the other of substituents as p-Cl<H<p-CH_3. It was concluded that the reactions were to be S_N2 mechanisms. Ham mett and Broensted relationships were considered too.

2-Phenylethyl Benzenesulfonates와 1,4-Diazabicyclo-[2.2.2] octane 반응에 미치는 치환기 효과

Substituent effects of substrate for the reaction of substituted 2-phenyle-thyl benzenesulfonates with 1,4-diazabicyclo [2。2.2] octane were studied conductometrically in methanol at 44.5℃ and 54。5℃. The rate constants were calculated by Guggenheim equation and activation thermodynamic parameters were also evaluated. The rates of reaction were increased with electron donating ability of substituent in substrate. The isokinetic relationship between ΔS^≠ VS. ΔS^≠ was well correlated and this reaction is entropy controlled. The Gammett plots were correlated with good linearity and ρvalue is -0.16. From the activation parameters and the Hammett relationship, this reaction was found dissociative S_N 2 mechanism.

Acetonitrile-Methyl alcohol 혼합용매중에서 β-phenylethyl ρ-chlorobenzenesulfonate와 Aniline과의 반응속도 연구

The reactions of β-phenylethyl p-chlorobenzene sulfonate with aniline have been studied in acetonitrile-methyl alcohol by conductometric method. The temperature of reaction were 45℃, 50℃, 55℃ and the activation thermodynamic parameters were evaluated. In results, the rates of reaction were increased with MeOH content. The isokinetic relationship was shown ΔH^≠ and ΔS^≠ its temperature was 293.1°K It was also found that the specific solvent effects were more important than the bulky solvent effect in the rate of reaction.

Modern psychological novel in Europe was appeared in 1913 to 1915. It was occured as novels by Marcel Proust, James Joyce, Dorothy Rich-ardson was presented. The distinguishing mark of modern Psycholical novel is the technique of Stream of consciousness. Stream of consciousness grasp man's internal consciousness as a stream. This technique was introduced to Korea in the middle age of the 1930's. Nalgae(날개,the wings)by Lee, Sang (李箱) is known to the leading works in Korean psychological novel. Besides,Choi, Myun-ik's(崔明翊) and Tancheung group's (斷層派) work's can be seen to the trend of psychological novel. In Lee, Sang's works, heroes of the first person are frequently entranced on that. These heroes is mostly a immoral person who live a abnormal life. Plot is unsystematic and develops like essay. In technique, stream of consciousness can be often seen. Poetic metaphor and autobiographical technique is generally used. In Choi, Mynng-ik's works, heroes of the third person are ususaly entranced and they are mostly urban intellectuals who hold excessive self-consciousness. Plot is plane and develops with historical time. The prominent technique is epiphany. Tancheung group is tend to select young sentimental intellectuals as a hero. Plot is mostly unsettled. Stream of consciousness and autobiographical technique is generally used. First, these psychological novels changed pre-modernistic character in Korean novels into modernistic that. Second, these psychological novels expanded novel's territiories from man's external appearance to the internal. Third, these psychological novels showed the change of value-sytem that regards the individuals as the subject of creation. The weak-point in Lee, Sang's works lie in the immaturities in description. Choi, Myung-ik used unskilled technique. Tancheung group committed a fault of excessive exposure of sentimentalism. But these weakpoints results in the difference between the individuals and culture. The very element is the character of Korean psychological novel.

도로교통시설물 관리 하자와 법적 책임에 관한 연구 : 판례를 중심으로 Focus on the Judicial Precedent

우리나라의 경우 외국과 달리 도로교통시설물의 설치·관리의 하자에 대한 책임에 대하여 도로이용자는 물론 도로관리자 양측 모두 소극적인 실정이다. 그러나 국민의 권리의식 향상 등으로 이와 관련된 행정책임 관련 소송은 급격히 증가될 것으로 예상된다 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구는 도로교통시설물의 설치·관리의 하자에 관한 국내·외 판례를 탐색적 방법으로 조사·분석하여 하자(瑕疵)의 판단기준을 제시함으로써 도로이용자나 도로관리청 양측의 예측가능성을 높이고 책임한계를 명확히 하고 도로의 하자로 인한 교통사고를 예방함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 한계 때문에 개별적인 도로교통시설물의 하자 유형별 그 판단기준을 도출하는 대신 모든 도로교통시설물의 하자가 가지고 있는 공통적인 하자판단 요소에 대해 판례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로는 하자의 유형을 교통안전시설물, 노면관리, 도로의 결손, 공사구간, 갓길의 관리 등으로 나누어 각각의 판례를 조사하고 이를 종합하여 최소한의 하자 판단기준을 제시하였다. In our country, both road user and road manager are passive with respect to a duty for a certain defect in an installation and management of a road traffic facility, differently from other foreign countries. However, it is expected that an administration duty related suit will be sharply increased based on an enhancement of a right awareness of people. Therefore, it is an object of this research to search and analyze a local and foreign judicial precedent concerning any defects in an installation and management of a road traffic facility based on a search method and to increase a prediction possibility for both road user and road managing organ by suggesting a judgment reference with respect to any defects and to clarify a duty limit, for thereby preventing a certain traffic accident due to a defect in road. In this research, a judicial precedent is intensively analyzed with respect to a common defect judgment element of a defect of a road traffic facility, instead of extracting a type based judgment reference of a separate road traffic facility due to various limits. In detail, the judicial precedents are searched in such a manner that the types of the defects are divided into a traffic safety facility, a road surface management, a defect in a road, a construction period, and a management of side road, and a minimum defect judgment reference is suggested by integrating the above matters.

운동선수의 임장불안에 대한 연구

This study is designed to grasp the elements and situations of stage fright in order to propose a part of ways to cope with it. We make 511 top-class high school players, male and female, in the central districts (Seoul, Inchon, Kyungki, Chungbuk, and Kangweon Province) on object of questionnaire, and get the following results. Through players generally have all-round characters they show weakness in the superiority and emotional stability while showing strength in the sonformity. This fact comes to be related to the elements which cause stage fright. Physiological changes also have many effects on the symptom of stage fright. Especially, stage fright increases when players show sensitive reaction to the self-consciousness of final consequence which comes from the tension or uneasiness of sympathetic nerve, Thus, it turns out that players make use of reducing psychological burden by physical exercise or adjusting the level of demanded result in order to release the stage fright.
