Two new glucosides (1 and 2) of geldanamycin (GA) analogs were obtained from in vitro glycosylation by UDP-glycosyltransferase (YjiC). Based on spectroscopic (HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D-NMR) analyses, the glucosides were elucidated as 4,5-dihydro-7-O-descarbamoyl-7- hydroxyl GA-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1) and ACDL3172-18-O-β-D-glucoside (2). Furthermore, the water solubility of compounds 1 and 2 was about 215.2 and 90.7 times higher respectively, than that of the substrates. Among compounds 1-4, only 3 showed weak antiproliferative activity against four human tumor cell lines: MDA-MB-231, SMMC7721, HepG2, and SW480 (IC50: 13.6, 15.1, 31.8, and 22.7 μM, respectively).
Robust Multi-mode Flight Control Design for an Unmanned Helicopter Based on Multi-loop Structure
Hong-qiang Wang,Dao-bo Wang,Hai-bin Duan,Ashfaq Ahmad Mian 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2009 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.7 No.5
In this paper, a novel multi-mode flight control strategy for unmanned helicopter, in presence of model uncertainty, atmospheric disturbances and handling qualities specification requirements (as in ADS-33E), based on multi-loop control structure combining robust H-infinity and PI control is presented. In inner loop H-infinity optimal control technique is utilized ensuring the stability of flight control system in case of change of helicopter dynamics, model uncertainties and eliminates effect of gust disturbance on helicopter states and collective/cyclic inputs. PI control in outer loop is used to improve the dynamic and static operation characteristics. Attitude control and attitude holding flight mode with satisfactory command response and decoupling characteristics is designed using the proposed control strategy. Analysis and simulation results show that Level 1 handling requirements as defined in ADS-33E are accomplished even when helicopter is under constant wind circumstance.
Improved Dynamic Subjective Logic Model with Evidence Driven
Qiang, Jiao-Hong,Xin, Wang-Xin,Feng, Tian-Jun Korea Information Processing Society 2015 Journal of information processing systems Vol.11 No.4
In Jøsang's subjective logic, the fusion operator is not able to fuse three or more opinions at a time and it cannot consider the effect of time factors on fusion. Also, the base rate (a) and non-informative prior weight (C) could not change dynamically. In this paper, we propose an Improved Subjective Logic Model with Evidence Driven (ISLM-ED) that expands and enriches the subjective logic theory. It includes the multi-agent unified fusion operator and the dynamic function for the base rate (a) and the non-informative prior weight (C) through the changes in evidence. The multi-agent unified fusion operator not only meets the commutative and associative law but is also consistent with the researchers's cognitive rules. A strict mathematical proof was given by this paper. Finally, through the simulation experiments, the results show that the ISLM-ED is more reasonable and effective and that it can be better adapted to the changing environment.
Optimum Design of the Interdigitated CB Structure
qiang, Yang-Hong,bi, Chen-Xing The Institute of Electronics and Information Engin 2002 Journal of semiconductor technology and science Vol.2 No.3
Some measures are provided for the optimum design of specific on-resistance $R_{on}$ and breakdown-voltage $V_B$ of interdigitated CB (Composite Buffer) MOSFET, including introducing opposite type impurity into the P region near the $N_+$contact, separating P region from N region with an oxide film, and a groove in the N region near the $P_+$ contact. The new relationship between the $R_{on}$ and $V_B$, which proved by numerical device simulation, are more exact and minute than the qualitative results before.
Dynamic Cloud Resource Reservation Model Based on Trust
Qiang, Jiao-Hong,Ning, Ding-Wan,Feng, Tian-Jun,Ping, Li-Wei Korea Information Processing Society 2018 Journal of information processing systems Vol.14 No.2
Aiming at the problem of service reliability in resource reservation in cloud computing environments, a model of dynamic cloud resource reservation based on trust is proposed. A domain-specific cloud management architecture is designed in which resources are divided into different management domains according to the types of service for easier management. A dynamic resource reservation mechanism (DRRM) is used to test users' reservation requests and reserve resources for users. According to user preference, several resources are chosen to be candidate resources by fuzzy cluster analysis. The fuzzy evaluation method and a two-way trust evaluation mechanism are adopted to improve the availability and credibility of the model. An analysis and simulation experiments show that this model can increase the flexibility of resource reservation and improve user satisfaction.
