        An optical iodine laser generation system is designed and set up, and the output characteristics for lasant gas ?? is studied. Discharged capacitor of 7.5μF low-inductance is used and Ar-flashlamp made by our laboratory is used as the pumping light source instead of Xe-flashlamp. The output energy is obtained up to 20mJ at Ar-pressure 40torr, iodine pressure 40torr, discharge voltage 17KV for transmittance partial mirror 30%.

        부문별 환경세 도입이 경제에 미치는 효과분석 : 소비부문 VS 생산부문

        The purpose of this paper is to compare the effect of a production pollution tax vs and a consumption pollution tax on the economy. In doing so, the paper uses the dynamic general equilibrium model. The main findings are as follows. The production pollution tax have a negative effect on consumption, leisure and capital, while the consumption pollution tax have no influence on leisure, capital. In sum, the consumption pollution tax is more efficient than production pollution tax.

      • 용인대학교 대학생들의 Sports 손상에 대한 분석

        Yong-In Hospital Annexed to Yong-In University, Yong-In, Korea This clinical analysis was based on 844 cases of sports injuries, which were observe(1 and treated in Yong-In university hospital during last year. 844 cases of sports injuries were developed in 515 athletic students of Yong-In university. The results obtained are as follows: 1) Of 844 cases of sports injuries, the most common injury was sprain(54.7%), the next contusion(18.5%), ligament injuries(5.5%), HNP(35 cases), fractures(33 cases), joint dislocation(21 cases) and laceration(19 cases) in order. 2) Most commonly injured part was the ankle joints of 135 cases, occupied 16% of overall injuries. Knee joints of 129 cases 15.3%, lumbar spine of 115 cases, shoulder joints of 97 cases, foots of 71 cases and hands of 69 cases. 3) The highest incidence by month was in May of 141 patients, the next was November of 122 patients. The lowest incidence was December of 19 patients and July of 20 patients. Seasonal incidence was so significant in relation of student physical activities, that in spring the largest portion of 324 cases were occupied 38.4%. 4) Age distribution of this analysis was almost from 18 year old to 29. Of them, 19 year old of freshmen was the most frequently involved patients in sports injuries. 5) 173 cases of sports injuries was developed in judo students, 168 cases in taekwondo students, 106 cases in 격기학과생, 86 cases in경호, 20 cases in athletic science, 18 cases in social athletic and 10 cases in special athletic students. 6)Average incidence rate of injuries per student was 1.49 in this analysis. Single time injury were involved in 378 students, 2 times injury in 136 students, 3 times injury in 33 students, 4 times injury in 12 students, 5 times injury in 4 students, and 6, 7 times injury in each a students.

        The objective of this study is to analyze the stability of international wheat market and the impact of the Uruguay Round on international wheat market and major wheat trading countries. In order to achieve the objective of the study, standard error and coefficient of variation are estimated by country, region and different periods for the comparison of stability of wheat market. To draw prospects of international wheat market after the Uruguay Round negotiations, major wheat trading countries' country schedule and results of previous studies are reviewed. Major findings of the study are; (1) Stability of international wheat market has been increase and the result of the Uruguay round will contribute to enhance market stability. (2) exporters' behavior is more stable than importers' mainly because of export subsidy. (3) Implementation of the result of the Uruguay round will increase wheat price by 6% in international market and reduce quantity traded. (4) The U. S. will increase its market share while EU will lose.

      • 미국 쌀 산업의 실태

        The objective of this study is to show the present situation of the U.S. rice industry including rice producer, rice marketing system and miling sector. The major results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1.Rice production in the U.S has over 300 years of history and was introduced initially into the Colony of Virginia in the early 1600's. It gradually moved south and now had spread into southern states and alifornia. The basic reason of this shift is the law of comparative advantage. 2.One of characteristics in the U.S. rice industry is that the acreage devoted to rice has changed dramatically. It depends on mainly U.S. farm policy and export demand. Especially with the recent completion of the Uruguay Round of trade negotiations, U.S. rice industry has been interested in Korea and Japan rice market. 3.California produces the bulk of the U.S. medium-and short-grain rice which is often called Japonica rice. But the rapid expansion of rice production in this area can not be execrated because of the air pollution, water pollution and lack of water resources. Arkansas producing nearly over forty percentage of the total amount of U.S/rice is likely to expand Japonica rice production. Even though the profitability per acre of Japonica rice in the southern states is lower than that of Indica rice, the expect the additional demand of rice from Korea and Japan in the near future.

      • 기관절개창의 병리조직학적 연구

        The inevitable complications following tracheotomy are known to be the tracheal stenosis or the narrowing of tracheal lumen. The author have investigated the healing process of tracheal wall histopathologically after tracheotomy, using adult dogs. The results of this experiment are as follows; 1) The healing process on epithelial layer and lamina propria of tracheal wall were proliferated gradually from 1 to 5 weeks after extubation. 2) The significant histopathological relationships were identified between regeneration of tracheal cartilage and infection of tracheotomy wound. 3) In the group of the oval resection through five to seven ring of trachea, the regeneration and closure on the site of tracheotomy wound were not observed and granulation tissue was occurred into the tracheal lumen macro- and microscopically. 4. In the group of the vertical incision at the same position of tracheal ring, the regeneration and closure of tracheotomy site were observed, but granulation tissue in the tracheal lumen was not occurred macro- and macroscopically.

        세단뛰기 지지국면 시 사지의 각운동량과 운동수행과의 관계

        J. K. RYU, H. C. YEO. The Relationship between the Angular Momentum of the Limbs and the Performance during Support Phase of the Triple Jump. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 65-81, 2004. The purposes of this study were to determine the functions of actions of the limbs during each of the three support phases of the triple jump and their relationships with the performance of the triple jump. Four elite male triple jumpers were participated as subjects. The Pearson product moment correlation coefficient were used to determine and compare the relationships between the change in each component of the normalized angular momentum of the whole body about center of gravity and the actions of the extremities during different support phases. A level of significance at a=.05 was set. After analyzing the angular momentum and correlation during support phase of the hop, step, and jump, the following findings are obtained: The actions of the arms created a side-somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity toward the side of the free leg during the support phase of the step, and a somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity during each support phase. The action of the free leg created a somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity during the support phases of the hop and step.

        도마 손 짚고 몸펴 앞 공중 돌아 540도 비틀기의 운동역학적 분석

        H. C. YEO, J. K. RYU. The Mechanical Analysis of the Hand spring forward and Salto forward straight with 3/2 Turn on the Vault. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 13-26, 2004. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the kinematical and the kinetical factors that calculated from preflight to postflight of salto forward straight 3/2 turn motion between skitters and less-skillers. Four S-VHS video cameras operating at 60Hz were used to record the performances. Five elite male gymnasts were participated in this study as subjects. Three-dimensional coordinates of 21 body landmarks during each trial were collected using a Direct Linear Transformation method. The raw 3-D coordinates of the 21 body landmarks were smoothed using a second order lowpass, recursive Butterworth digital filter and a cutoff frequency of 10Hz. Load cells attached on the beneath of a board were used to attain the kinetic variables. It was found that the more angular momentum in the longitudinal axis, the less vertical velocity and these angular momentum effected the height of peak in the preflight. Also, it was revealed that the larger angular momentum in the medio-lateral axis was rather than it in the longitudinal axis to increase vertical height and rotation force of the body. For the reaction force of springboard, the vertical and the horizontal reaction force were 16.52BW and 3.45BW, respectively. It was found that the higher value of the vertical reaction force induced the faster vertical velocity and the higher angular momentum. of the whole body center of gravity.

      • 痺의 原因에 대한 文獻的 考察

        Throuth the bibliographical study upon the cause of Bi(痺), next conclusion have been obtained. 1. Insufficiency of Ki-blood(氣血不足) due to weakness of body, and infirmity of nutrient and defensive Ki(營衛不固) were the main endogenous cause of Bi(痺). 2. The exdogenous cause of Bi(痺) were wind evil(風), coldness(寒), and dumpness (濕) which arise from conditions of weather and living circumstance. 3. The other cause of Bi(痺) were stagnation of turbid phlegm and stasis of blood (痰濁瘀血) which flow into viscer and joints along meridian. 4. The various name of Bi(痺) which has been used with the changes of epoch, that is, Baek-Ho(白虎), Yeok-Jeol(歷節), Tong-Pung(痛風) can be concluded in Bi(痺) on a point of view of the same symtoms and causes.
