국내 공공 방송 · 영상아카이브 구축을 위한 해외사례 분석

방송 · 영상콘텐츠는 한 사회의 역사적 기록과 기억의 집합체로서 미학적 · 교육적 · 문화적 가치를 갖는다. 이에 더하여, 최근에는 창작자원으로서 경제적 가치의 중요성도 강조되고 있다. 공공 방송 · 영상아카이브는 이처럼 다양한 가치를 갖는 방송 · 영상콘텐츠에 대한 수집, 관리, 보존, 서비스 등을 수행하는 정책기구의 역할을 수행한다. 현재 국내에는 방송 · 영상콘텐츠를 공공 차원에서 수집하여 활용하는 정책과 시스템이 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 향후 국내 공공 방송 · 영상아카이브 구축을 모색하기 위해 법 · 제도, 핵심자원 수집, 공공서비스 이슈를 중심으로 프랑스, 미국, 영국, 호주, 일본 등 해외 사례들을 심층 분석했다. 법 · 제도적 측면에서 분석 기관들은 모두 법적인 근거에 의해 설립되고 그 기능이 법적 조항에 따라 운영되고 있다. 특히 핵심자원의 수집은 콘텐츠 공급자와의 협력 구조가 필수적이며, 아카이브의 개방과 활용은 온라인 검색 지원과 오프라인 서비스 제공의 투 트랙 전략이 모두 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공공 방송 · 영상아카이브의 구축 및 방송 · 영상콘텐츠 수집과 관련해, 미디어 채널과 콘텐츠의 공공성 측면을 중심으로 공공미디어 개념의 재범주화를 제안하고자 한다. As a body of records and memories of a society, audiovisual content has aesthetic, educational, cultural values. Plus, there is a growing emphasis on monetary values of audiovisual content, which are resources for creation. Public Audiovisual Archives perform a role of policy apparatus by collecting, managing, using audiovisual archives, which have multiple values. Now, there is neither policy nor institution for collecting and using audiovisual content as a public service. In order to find any policy for a new system for public audiovisual archives in Korea, this research does an in-depth analysis of foreign cases - France, Unites States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan - focusing on legal systems, collect policies, and public services of each institution. All institutions analysed in this paper were established by its law and their functions have been performed by its legal basis. Especially, it is necessary to build cooperative systems between an archival institution and content providers. For public services of an archival institution, it is also essential to take a two-track strategy of online retrieval system and offline consultation services. This study proposes the re-categorization of the concept of public media focusing on the public aspects of media channels and content in relation to the Public Audiovisual Archives.

그룹웨어를 위한 그룹통신 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 네트워크상에 분산되어 있는 다수 사용자들간에 컴퓨터의 도움을 받아 공동 작업을 수행하는 그룹웨어를 위한 그룹 통신 플랫폼을 설계, 구현하였다. 공동 작업을 수행하는 참석자들간에 사용되는 공유객체의 일관성 유지를 위한 멀티캐스팅 기능을 제공하기 위하여, ITU-TSS T.MCS모델에 기본한 중앙집중형 방식을 채택하였다. 이에 필요한 서비스 요구 사항을 분석하고, 통신 프리미티브를 정의하였으며, 사용자 응용 클라이언트와 서버간에 처리되는 IDU(Interface Data Unit)와 프로세스간 통신 모델을 설계하였다. 참석자 관리 모듈을 설계하여, 사용자에게 분산환경에 투명한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고, 불필요한 통신을 제거하였으며, 동적으로 변화하는 참석자들을 관리하도록 하였다. 이를 위한 프로세스 테이블, 프로세스 그룹 테이블, 호스트 그룹 테이블을 설계하였다. 이를 실제 그룹 통신 플랫폼을 이용한 화일 전송 응용을 통하여 시험하였으며, 이를 위한 화일 전송 프로토콜을 설계, 구현하였다. This paper describes an design and implementation of a group communication platform capable of cooperative works between users in distributed environment. A centralized model based on ITU-TSS T.MCS(Multicast Communication Service) model has been adopted to provide multicasting service while maintaining the consistency of shared(common) objects used in cooperative working environment. In order to design an interprocess communication model and IDU(Interface Data Unit) intervened between user application client and server, service requirements have been analyzed and communication primitives have been designed. Participants management module containing Process table, Process group table and Host group table has been designed not only to effectively manage dynamically-varing-participants but also to eliminate unnecessary communications while providing an user friendly interface transparant to distributed environments. File transfer protocol has been designed and implemented to verify results of this study in file transfer application.

e나라도움과 공공기관 ERP 시스템간 국고보조금 정보의 효율적 연계 방법

In this paper, we construct a connected architecture based on the connection method of files using the government subsidy connection agent provided by ‘GOSIMS’ that define the file transmission/reception patterns, the structure of the send/receive file, and propose a sending/ receiving servlet call module development methods and procedures. It also provides workflow and screen design for each task to manage related data with ‘GOSIMS’. It is believed that this will increase the convenience by allowing the selection of the connection types that fits public / private institutions to link with the ‘GOSIMS’, such as the size of the projects, the number of projects and users related to enrollment registration. 본 논문에서는 e나라도움에서 제공하는 국고보조금 전용 연계 에이전트를 이용한 파일 연계 방법에 따라 연계 아키텍처를 구성하고 파일 송수신 패턴과 송수신 파일의 구조를 정의하며, 송수신 서블릿 호출 모듈 개발방안과 송수신 절차를 제안한다. 또한 e나라도움과 주고받는 연계 데이터의 관리를 위한 업무 흐름과 각 업무별 화면 설계를 제공한다. 이를 통해 사업규모, 사업별 집행건수, 집행등록에 관련한 사용자수 등을 e나라도움과 연계하고자 하는 공공/민간 기관의 상황에 맞는 연계 유형을 선택할 수 있도록 하여 편의성을 증대시킬 것으로 사료된다.

Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) requires a data-centric collaboration platform. To date, Korea"s LTER has had difficulty conducting data-centric research due to factors such as the absence of a pre-negotiated integrated protocol, data management issues, and restrictions on integrated data utilization, thereby making global data exchange impossible. In this paper, we propose a systematic LTER data management model that can link with international data and allow for data quality management.

본 논문에서는 주 업무 기능 중 생산 및 물류분야에서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 도입하고자 할 때 프로세스는 어떻게 표준화를 해야 하고, 시스템은 어떻게 통합해야 하며, 기존에 보유하고 있는 시스템들과는 어떻게 인터페이스를 해야 하는지에 대하여 그 해결책을 제시하고자 하였다. 각 기업이나 기관에서 보유하고 있는 프로세스가 본 논문에서 제시한 프로세스와 정확하게 일치하지는 않겠지만 대부분의 공정들이 서로 비슷하고 각 기업이나 기관의 특수성이 있는 부분만 상이한 부분으로 판단되며 그 상이한 부분에 대해서는 본 논문자료를 참고하여 기업환경에 적합하도록 업그레이드 하여 사용하면 될 것으로 판단된다. This study provides guidelines for ERP introduction in the field of production and logistics on how the process should be standardized, how the system should be integrated, and how the interfaces should be made between the pre-existing systems. Although the processes held by each company or institution may not exactly match the processes presented in this paper, it is deemed that most of the processes are similar to each other and only those that are specific to each entity or institution are considered to be different parts, and that different parts may be used by upgrading them to suit the business environment by referring to this paper material.

이미지 인식을 이용한 생활화학제품 성분정보제공 플랫폼

In this thesis, in order to supplement the problems of the existing household chemical product information service, Green Nuri service, distributed household chemical product information, ingredient information, and hazardous and risk information of chemical ingredients were collected and integrated into a database, and images collected separately. We propose a more convenient and real life chemical product information provision service platform configuration by realizing the function of recognizing and searching for household chemical products. Through the implemented services, a successful and efficient service development using public data is presented, and by providing correct and accurate information on household chemical products to users, a successful I look forward to becoming an example. 본 논문에서는 기존의 생활화학제품 정보제공 서비스인 초록누리 서비스의 정보 이원화와 편의성에 대한 문제점을 보완하고자 분산되어있는 생활화학제품정보와 성분정보, 화학성분의 유해·위험성 정보를 수집하여 데이터베이스에 통합하고, 별도로 수집된 이미지를 통해 생활화학제품을 인식하고 검색 할 수 있는 기능을 구현하여, 보다 편리하고 실생활에 맞는 생활화학제품 정보제공 서비스 플랫폼 구성을 제안한다. 구현된 서비스를 통하여, 공공데이터를 이용한 효율적인 서비스 개발 방향을 제시하고, 이용자에게 생활화학제품에 대한 올바르고 정확한 정보를 제공함으로써 안전하게 생활화학제품 사용을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 성공적인 사례가 되기를 기대한다.

시약의 성상에 따른 시약 관리 시스템

Recently for the safe and efficient management of reagents, Smart Reagent Cabinet Research is underway. The developed Smart Reagent Cabinet system manage’s the reagent information, like the reagent input, shipment record, information of the reagent in the cabinet, reagent cabinet information among other informations. However, there are not enough systems to manage and classifying the reagents and the properties of each reagent. In this paper, we design a reagent management system, applying 'Database Modeling' which classifies the existing reagents in Smart Reagent Cabinet System according to the properties and characteristics of the reagents. Therefore, it is considered that safe reagent management system will help manage the characteristics of each reagent separately. 최근 시약들을 안전하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 스마트 시약장 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 개발된 스마트 시약장은 시약 정보, 시약 입·출고 기록, 시약장 정보 등으로 나누어 시약들의 정보를 관리하고 있다. 하지만 시약들의 성상을 고려하여 관리하는 부분은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 스마트 시약장 시스템에 시약들이 가지는 성상과 특성에 맞춰 분류하는 데이터베이스 모델링(Database Modeling)을 적용한 시약 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 이에 따라 시약들이 가지는 각각의 특성에 맞는 관리 방법을 통해 안전한 시약 관리가 이루어질 것으로 사료된다.
