        개인용 클라우드 서비스에 대한 중국 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 실증 연구

        IT기술의 고속 발전에 따라 사용자들이 기술을 사용하는 방식에 큰 변화가 생기고 있다. 전통적인 서비스 응용과 저효율의 데이터를 처리하는 방식은 사용자의 요구를 만족할 수 없다. 사용자들이 데이터의 중요성을 알게 되었고, 빅 데이터에 관한 처리와 저장기술은 오늘날의 인터넷 회사의 주요 연구방향이 되고 있다. 115 네트워크 디스크는 중국에서 폭넓게 사용되기 시작하였고 각 인터넷 회사들은 클라우드 서비스 시장을 쟁탈하는 싸움에 참여하기 시작하였다. 중국의 클라우드 서비스는 아직도 스토리지 서비스 위주이지만, 이 기능을 바탕으로 확장하는 서비스 내용도 사용자의 인정을 받고 있으며, 사용자들이 이러한 새로운 서비스 방식을 사용하는 것을 시도하고 있다. 그래서 어떻게 하면 사용자들이 지속적으로 클라우드 서비스를 사용 할 것인지에 관한 연구방향이 더욱 필요해 졌다. 하나의 전통적인 정보 시스템에 대해, 학자들은 대개 TAM(Technology acceptance model)모형과 통계학을 결합하여 이 시스템에 대한 사용자들의 태도를 분석하고 검증한다. 하지만 기본적인 TAM모형은 날이 갈수록 방대해지는 시스템의 규모를 만족 할 수 없게 되었다. 따라서 TAM모형에 대한 적당한 확장과 조절이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 중국의 개인용 클라우드 서비스 사용자의 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증분석을 목표로 브랜드 영향력, 하드웨어 환경 등 외부 변수를 추가하고, 중국 클라우드 사용자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행했으며, 본 논문에서 분석을 통해 수정된 모형에 관한 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 주로 중국의 4개 주요 도시의 210명의 클라우드 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 인터넷 설문 조사를 실행하였다. 설문 데이터를 통해 3개의 외부 변수에 대한 분석을 진행하였고, 이 3개의 외부 변수를 세분화하고 외부요소에 영향을 주는 주요 원인을 찾아냈다. 이를 바탕으로 개인 클라우드 서비스 사용자들이 서비스를 지속적으로 사용 할 수 있는 태도를 강화 할 수 있는 것에 유용한 의견을 제시하였다. 이러한 의견들은 중국사용자들을 대상으로 하는 주요 서비스를 제공 하는 회사에게 향후 서비스 방향을 참고할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. With the rapid development of information technology, the ways of usage have changed drastically. The ways and efficiency of traditional service application to data processing already could not satisfy the requirements of modern users. Nowadays, users have already understood the importance of data. Therefore, the processing and saving of big data have become the main research of the Internet service company. In China, with the rise and explosion of 115 Cloud leads to other technology companies have began to join the battle of cloud services market. Although currently Chinese cloud services are still mainly dominated by cloud storage service, the series of service contents based on cloud storage service have been affirmed by users, and users willing to try these new ways of services. Thus, how to let users to keep using cloud services has become a topic that worth for exploring and researching. The academia often uses the TAM model with statistical analysis to analyze and check the attitude of users in using the system. However, the basic TAM model obviously already could not satisfy the increasing scale of system. Therefore, the appropriate expansion and adjustment to the TAM model (i. e. TAM2 or TAM3) are very necessary. This study has used the status of Chinese internet users and the related researches in other areas in order to expand and improve the TAM model by adding the brand influence, hardware environment and external environments to fulfill the purpose of this study. Based on the research model, the questionnaires were developed and online survey was conducted targeting the cloud services users of four Chinese main cities. Data were obtained from 210 respondents were used for analysis to validate the research model. The analysis results show that the external factors which are service contents, and brand influence have a positive influence to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, the external factor hardware environment only has a positive influence to the factor of perceived ease of use. Furthermore, the perceived security factor that is influenced by brand influence has a positive influence persistent intention to use. Persistent intention to use also was influenced by the perceived usefulness and persistent intention to use was influenced by the perceived ease of use. Finally, this research analyzed external variables` attributes using other perspective and tried to explain the attributes. It presents Chinese cloud service users are more interested in fundamental cloud services than extended services. In private cloud services, both of increased user size and cooperation among companies are important in the study. This study presents useful opinions for the purpose of strengthening attitude for private cloud service users can use this service persistently. Overall, it can be summarized by considering the all three external factors could make Chinese users keep using the personal could services. In addition, the results of this study can provide strong references to technology companies including cloud service provider, internet service provider, and smart phone service provider which are main clients are Chinese users.

        Bacterial Species and Biochemical Characteristic Investigations of Nostoc flagelliforme Concentrates during its Storage

        Preservation of fresh algae plays an important role in algae seed subculture and aquaculture. The determination and examination of the changes of cell viability, composition, and bacterial species during storage would help to take suitable preservation methods to prolong the preservation time of fresh algae. Nostoc flagelliforme is a kind of edible cyanobacterium with important herbal and dietary values. This article investigated the changes of bacterial species and biochemical characteristics of fresh N. flagelliforme concentrate during natural storage. It was found that the viability of cells decreased along with the storage time. Fourteen bacteria strains in the algae concentrate were identified by PCR-DGGE and were grouped into four phyla, including Cyanobacteria, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes. Among them, Enterococcus viikkiensis may be a concern in the preservation. Eleven volatile organic compounds were identified from N. flagelliforme cells, in which geosmin could be treated as an indicator of the freshness of N. flagelliforme. The occurrence of indole compound may be an indicator of the degradation of cells.

        Background-noise Reduction for Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy Based on an Improved Thresholding Method

        Fourier ptychographic microscopy (FPM) is a recently proposed computational imaging method that achieves both high resolution (HR) and wide field of view. In the FPM framework, a series of low-resolution (LR) images at different illumination angles is used for high-resolution image reconstruction. On the basis of previous research, image noise can significantly degrade the FPM reconstruction result. Since the captured LR images contain a lot of dark-field images with low signal-to-noise ratio, it is very important to apply a noise-reduction process to the FPM raw dataset. However, the thresholding method commonly used for the FPM data preprocessing cannot separate signals from background noise effectively. In this work, we propose an improved thresholding method that provides a reliable background-noise threshold for noise reduction. Experimental results show that the proposed method is more efficient and robust than the conventional thresholding method.

        Study on Multi-Field Coupled Evolution Mechanism of Laser Irradiated 40Cr Steel Quenching Process Based on Phase Change Induced Plasticity

        40Cr is essential to steel for the manufacture of hardened gears, and optimizing its laser quenching process will be of greatsignificance for gear wear and life extension. However, the complete reliance on the experimental trial-and-error approachdoes not effectively reveal the mechanism of the evolution of the laser quenching process in disk laser. Numerical simulationprovides an effective way to obtain the transient evolution of the laser quenching process. In this paper, the temperaturechanges physical parameters of the quenched material are calculated based on the CALPHAD method. Establish a thermoelastic–plastic multi-field coupling model for the laser hardening process of the disk laser 40Cr gear steel. Perform thenumerical calculations on the transient temperature, martensite phase fraction, and the transformation-induced plasticitystress evolution of the 40Cr laser hardening process. Focus on the mechanism of the mutual coupling between phase changebehavior and plastic strain. Calculations show that there is heat accumulation during quenching, with a peak temperatureof 1448 K. Plastic stress has a “hump” distribution, with a peak value of 834 MPa, which is 1.25 mm from the center ofthe focal point. The experimental analyses of the 40Cr gear steel quenching microstructure and hardness distribution stateby the Axioskop2 scanning electron microscope, the KEYENCE VH-Z100R super depth of field 3D microscope, and theQ10M microhardness tester reveal the mechanical behavior of the material and the phase hardening law during the quenchingprocess. That provided an essential theoretical basis for effective prediction on quenching residual stress and optimizingindustrial production parameters.

      • A Novel Coverage Holes Discovery Algorithm Based on Voronoi Diagram in Wireless Sensor Networks

        Coverage is a key and fundamental problem in wireless sensor networks. To provide high quality of service, high coverage ratio of sensor nodes in monitored area should be assured. Coverage holes may lead to routing failure and degrade the quality of service. A novel coverage hole discovery algorithm, VCHDA, is proposed for wireless sensor networks in this paper. The proposed algorithm is based on the well-known Voronoi diagram. It can recognize coverage holes and label the border nodes of coverage holes effectively. Simulations are conducted and the results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and with high accuracy.

        Force monitoring of Galfan cables in a long-span cable-truss string-support system based on the magnetic flux method

        Magnetic flux sensors are commonly used in monitoring the cable force, but the application of the sensors in large diameter non-closed Galfan cables, as those adopted in Yueqing Gymnasium which is located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China and is the largest span hybrid space structure in the world, is seldom done in engineering. Based on the construction of Yueqing Gymnasium, this paper studies the cable tension monitoring using the magnetic flux method across two stages, namely, the pre-calibration stage before the cable leaves the rigging factory and the field tension formation stage of the cable system. In the pre-calibration stage in the cable factory, a series of 1:1 full-scale comparative tests were carried out to study the feasibility and relability of this kind of monitoring method, and the influence on the monitoring results of charging and discharging voltage, sensor location, cable diameter and fitting method were also studied. Some meaningful conclusions were obtained. On this basis, the real-time cable tension monitoring system of the structure based on the magnetic flux method is established. During the construction process, the monitoring results of the cables are in good agreement with the data of the on-site pressure gauge.The work of this paper will provide a useful reference for cable force monitoring in the construction process of long-span spatial structures.

        Metabolic Engineering of Vitamin C Production in Arabidops

        Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, AsA) is a compound which provides major nutritional value, both for plants and humans. In this study, three distinct metabolic engineering strategies, including overexpression of biosynthesis enzyme, suppression of catabolism enzyme and switching the sub-cellular localization of compartment enzyme, were employed to enhance the production of AsA in Arabidopsis thaliana. The results showed that (1) overexpression of L-Galactose-1-P Phosphatase (GalPPase) enhanced AsA content to 3.96 μmol/g FW, which was 1.6-fold more than that in their wild-type (WT) counterparts; (2) RNAi suppression of ascorbate oxidase (AO) resulted in a significant increase of AsA accumulation (0.86 μmol/g FW) in apoplast; (3) both mitochondrion-target and none-target overexpression of L-Galactose dehydrogenase (GalDH) did not significantly promote AsA production compared with WT (1.96 μmol/g), however a dramatic enhancement was observed following infiltration with L-galactono-1, 4-lactone (L-GalL), both in transgenic and WT plants. The best line produced AsA with the content of 3.90 μmol/g FW, which was about 2-fold of that in the untreated control (1.99 μmol/g FW). This study provides new strategies including GalPPase overexpression, AO suppression as well as L-GalL feeding for modern breeding aimed at stimulating the AsA content in plants.

        Improved Thermal Conductivities of Epoxy Resins Containing Surface Functionalized BN Nanosheets

        The hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets (BN) were firstly treated by silane coupling agents 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550) and 3-glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxysilane (KH560) to introduce some amino and epoxy (EP) groups on the BN surface. These modified BN nanosheets were incorporated into an EP matrix to prepare BN@KH560/EP composites with excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties. Results showed that the thermal conductivity of BN@KH560/EP composite with 20 vol% BN dosage was found to be 0.442 W/(m · K), which was 81% higher than that of pure EP resin. Both BN/EP composites treated by KH550 and KH560 showed rather good electrical insulation properties, although the dielectric constant of BN@KH550/EP composites were slightly higher than BN@KH560/EP composites. Moreover, BN@KH560/EP composites also showed better thermal and mechanical properties than that of BN@KH550/EP composites.

      • Comparing building performance of supermarkets under future climate change: UK case study

        Focus on climate change and extreme weather conditions has received considerable attention in recent years. Civil engineers are now focusing on designing buildings that are more eco-friendly in the face of climate change. This paper describes the research conducted to assess the impact of future climate change on energy usage and carbon emissions in a typical supermarket at multiple locations across the UK. Locations that were included in the study were London, Manchester, and Southampton. These three cities were compared against their building performance based on their respective climatic conditions. Based on the UK Climatic Projections (UKCP09), a series of energy modelling simulations which were provided by the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) were conducted on future weather years for this investigation. This investigation ascertains and quantifies the annual energy consumption, carbon emissions, cooling, and heating demand of the selected supermarkets at the three locations under various climatic projections and emission scenarios, which further validates annual temperature rise as a result of climatic variation. The data showed a trend of increasing variations across the UK as one moves southwards, with London and Southampton at the higher side of the spectrum followed by Manchester which has the least variability amongst these three cities. This is the first study which investigates impact of the climate change on the UK supermarkets across different regions by using the real case scenarios.

        <P>This communication reports the use of click chemistry to site-specifically conjugate bioluminescent <I>Renilla</I> luciferase proteins to gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) for sensing protease activity.
