Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Early detection of COVID-19 and immediate isolation of infected patients from the naive population are important to prevent further pandemic spread of the infection. Real-time reverse transcription (RT)-PCR to detect SARS-CoV-2 RNA is currently the most reliable diagnostic method for confirming COVID-19 worldwide. Guidelines for clinical laboratories on the COVID-19 diagnosis have been recently published by Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine and the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. However, these formal guidelines do not address common practical laboratory issues related to COVID-19 real-time RT-PCR testing and their solutions. Therefore, this guideline is intended as a practical and technical supplement to the “Guidelines for Laboratory Diagnosis of COVID-19 in Korea”.

이 연구는 모바일 광고 유형을 크게 모바일진 광고와 SMS 광고로 나누어 각각의 효과 차이를 알아보고 나아가 모바일진 광고 효과가 소비자의 혁신성 정보태도 그리고 제품 관여도에 따라 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보았다. 첫째 모바일 광고 유형에 따라 소비자들의 광고 태도 브랜드 태도 구매 의도가 다르게 나타났다. 모바일 광고가 소비자의 긍정적인 반응을 이끌어 내려면 SMS 광고 보다는 모바일진 광고를 활용하는 것이 더 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째 모바일진 광고는 소비자의 혁신성이 높은 경우 광고 태도 브랜드 태도 구매 의도가 소비자의 혁신성이 낮은 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째 모바일진 광고는 소비자의 모바일 광고 관여도가 높은 경우 광고 태도 브랜드 태도 구매 의도가 광고관여도가 낮은 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 넷째 모바일진 광고 효과는 소비자의 정보 태도가 높은 경우 광고 태도 브랜드 태도 구매 의도가 정보 태도가 낮은 경우보다 높게 나타났다. This study confirmed effectiveness of the existing findings in order to verify the results which were elicited in a research on the advertising effect according to the form and the contents of the existing mobile advertisement. It can be seen to be result that supports a preceding research as saying that the image-based advertisement had the higher advertising effect in a research on the advertising effect according to the form and the contents of the existing mobile advertisement. Also the mobilezine advertisement showed significant difference in the advertising attitude brand attitude and purchasing intention according to consumers' innovation involvement in mobile advertisement and information attitude. This suggests the necessity for considering several characteristics such as consumers' innovation involvement in advertisement and information attitude when establishing a strategy for mobilezine advertisement. It arranged the effective standard for establishing a strategy for mobile advertisement and mobilezine advertisement by empirically verifying on the effect of mobilezine advertisement in the domestically mobile advertising market which is growing every year and on consumers' innovation involvement in mobile advertisement and information attitude which have influence upon it. Especially given considering our country's reality that mobile advertisement is rampant and that negative recognition on mobile advertisement according to it is high these findings will arrange useful standard given selecting mobile advertising type or choosing target after this.l Site type hub portal site that is the sectionized portal type which produce professional information deeply. Today's web site for cyber education follow the form of hub portal mostly but they have many problem like different standards of contents design and sides of visual and cognitive interface. In this study we grafted cyber education sites into hub portal concepts analyzed Interface design types for cyber education contents based on hub portal and deduced the usability index so there is the meaning of trying approach of web interface design.
COVID-19 Testing in South Korea: Current Status and the Need for Faster Diagnostics

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused an outbreak in China and is spreading worldwide [1]. As of March 23, 2020, the epidemic has spread exponentially in South Korea, with more than 8,961 patients found positive based on 338,036 tests conducted [2]. In the aftermath of the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) outbreak in 2015, the South Korean Government established a system that enables emergency use authorization (EUA) of in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) for infectious diseases [3]. As a result, South Korea could swiftly approve its first real-time reverse transcription (RT) PCR kit for COVID-19 testing on February 4, 2020 [4], following the country’s first reported case of COVID-19 on January 20, 2020 [5]. Shortly after, four additional kits were approved for testing [6]. Currently, 15,000 to 20,000 tests per day are being carried out by national central labs and 95 non-governmental clinical laboratories. These laboratories have been all certified by Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine (KSLM) and have also completed external quality assessments by the Korean Association of External Quality Assessment Service (KEQAS). This issue of Ann Lab Med presents the guidelines for the laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19, which is followed in clinical laboratories in South Korea [6].
신장이식 환자에서 HCMV 항원혈증 검사의 임상적 유용성

Background : This study was performed to determine the cut-off value and the predictability of symptomatic human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection according to the peak value of HCMV antigenemia assay in kidney transplant recipients. Materials and Methods : We reviewed the results of HCMV antigenemia assay (Chemicon, CA, USA) in patients who received kidney transplantation at our institution from May 2003 through May 2008, and investigated the existence and the type of HCMV infection by the medical record review. Patients who underwent the test only once during the episode or those who received ganciclovir for more than 48hrs before the test were excluded. The receiver-operator characteristic curve was drawn and the point showing maximum likelihood ratio (LR) was chosen as the cut-off value of symptomatic HCMV infection. Results : A total of 689 episodes were screened and 134 episodes were enrolled. Thirty-three (24.6%) episodes were symptomatic HCMV infection, 23 (17.2%) episodes were associated with HCMV syndrome, and 10 (7.5%) episodes were tissue-invasive diseases. The maximum LR was 7.5 (95% confidence interval, 4.014.2) and the cut-off value was 29.5 cells/200,000 WBC. The sensitivity, specificity, Positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 66.7%, 91.1%, 71.0%, and 89.3%, respectively. Conclusions : The cut-off value of symptomatic HCMV infection by the peak value of HCMV antigenemia assay in our study was similar with previous results, although the sensitivity was relatively low.
