Since the Apple's iPhone was released in Korea, many users use any smartphone. Since smartphones launch in Korea, many users change the previous feature phone to smartphone, and its users continue to increase. One of the advantages of smart phones is that user can install a wanted application like the computer, so the demand of applications has been increasing gradually. We are intended to study the development of smartphone application with location information by GPS. Instead of making the result of current location information by informing current position to users or approved third parties by them, we process their information which needs to be used internally them. And we study the application which changes the status of smartphone automatically by position information.
Molecular Genetic Diagnosis of Four Fruit Fly Species(Tephritidae)

The true fruit flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) are major agricultural pests worldwide. In Korea, imported crops are carefully scrutinized to prevent infestation by exotic tephritids and rapid species idnetification is required to make quarantine decisions. At quarantine checkpoints, tephritids are most commonly intercepted at the larval stage, however larvae have few diagnostic morphological features. Here we describe a molecular genetic method using restriction enzyme digestions of PCR products from the mitochondrial gene, cytochrome oxidase I(COI). This technique provides a simple diagnostic marker for Korean fruit flies in the genus Bacterocera(B. depressa, pumpkin fruit fly; and B. scutellata, pumpkin flower fruit fly) and wide spread fruit flies (B. dorsalis, oriental fruit fly; and Ceratitis capitata, medfly). The restriction enzymes ApaI, NheI and SacI were used to digest the 815 bp PCR product into fragments that uniquely diagnose each species. The simplicity and relatively low cost of this molecular approach will facilitate rapid quarantine decisions concerning exotic fruit flies.
Design of the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL) X-ray Free Electron Laser (XFEL) Test Machine

The Pohang Accelerator Laboratory is going to build an X-ray free electron laser (FEL) based on self-amplied spontaneous emission (SASE). This new machine will utilize the existing 2.5-GeV injection linac to the storage ring by upgrading its energy up to 3.7 GeV or more. The target wavelength will be 0.3 - 0.45 nm and its third harmonic 0.1 - 0.15 nm will also be used. The project will proceed in two stages: In the first stage, a visible light SASE machine with an energy of 200 MeV will be constructed and tested for the proof of principle. The full X-ray machine will be constructed in the next stage. This paper describes the updated design status of the first-stage test machine. HAPS와 NGSO 시스템의 Feeder Link상의 간섭분석

In this paper, interference effects between NGSO and HAPS in the feeder link have been simulated and analyzed by means of calculating excess time percent and duration below the C/I protection ratio. As the results, in the case of HAPS interference into NGSO, it can be obtained that the lowest C/I values are 20.42dB in 50Km and 12.73dB in 20Km of HAPS altitudes, respectively. And in the case of NGSO interference into HAPS, it can be obtained that the lowest C/I values are 13.94dB and 10.42dB respectively. HAPS system has more interference reception from other systems or effects more interference into other systems as its altitude is lower. Also, the lowest C/I values are appealed at difference time with its altitude.
Finding robust domain from attacks: A learning framework for blind watermarking

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In recent years, some researchers have been interested in whether robustness and blindness can be simultaneously secured in a watermarking based on machine learning. However, achieving robustness against various attacks at once is still difficult for watermarking techniques. To address the problem, in this paper, we propose a learning framework for robust and blind watermarking based on reinforcement learning. We repeat three stages: watermark embedding, attack simulation, and weight updating. Specifically, we present image watermarking networks called WMNet using convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Two methods to embed a watermark are proposed and these two methods are based on backpropagation and autoencoder, respectively. We can optimize the robustness while carefully considering the invisibility of the watermarking system. The experimental results show that the trained WMNet captures more robust features than the current watermarking schemes, which use the frequency domain. The trade-off between the robustness and the invisibility of each technique was measured. Also, we adopt a visual masking with which we can achieve the appropriate balance between robustness and invisibility of the watermark. Our reinforcement-learning-based technique has better robustness than the existing techniques for both attacks seen in learning and unseen attacks. Due to the generalization ability of WMNet, moreover, it shows high robustness against multiple attacks and various levels of attacks which are not considered in training stage.</P>

SLIS(Software License Integrated Solution) is composed of the 6 parts, Server Agent, Web Server, Client Agent, Client Manager, Service, and Install Shield. For the most part of the project is developed based on MFC platform except for the one, Client Manager, which is built on DDK(Driver Development Kit) and ASP.NET platform. Client Agent program installed on a customer's computer is implemented in 14 different classes. Its main function is able to limit and uninstall the purchased software by using teminateProcess. The purchased softwares expiration dates on customer's computer is being monitored by both Server agent and Client software itself. Client Manager hides the process of Client Agent program which shouldn't be killed by manipulating Process List in Kernel through DDK. To do this, Client Manager is internally implanted and registered in Windows Service to be ran as a part of windows system.
