폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템의 제어를 위해서는 처리조 내에서 감량되는 섬유가 목표 감량치에 도달했는지를 판단해 주는 장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가성소다용액의 초농도 및 섬유 감량 정도의 정확한 측정과 감량 종료시간의 산출 및 이에 따른 종료신호를 발생할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량기 전용의 자동적정장치를 개발하였다. To control caustic soda treatment system for the polyester fabric reduction, we need the device to determine that the fabric has been arrived target reduction value. In this study, we develope an automatic process titrator for the caustic soda treatment system. Major functions of the target titrating system are accurate measurements of the caustic soda concentration and then producing the end point signal for caustic soda treatment system.

This paper attempts to extract the crack tip stress intensity factors and to make a crack propagation model under mixed mode, from the finite element analysis of the concrete structures. In finite element analysis, all elements are initially assumed to be conventional quadratic isoparametric elements and are replaced by 6 node triangular singularity elements in the crack tip zone only. The stress intensity factors and the angle of propagation are carried out by displacement correlation technique and maximum circumferential tensile stress theory respectively. At the first part in a series of two papers, some numerical examples about the concrete SENB and DISK are presented to illustrate the practical effectiveness of the technique.

The obejective of this experimental study in fixed bed model is to provide effective data that find out maxium velocity from the mean velocity and water surface level with the radius of curvature in curved channel, for the purpose of improvement stream with theoretical formula. The flow in meandering channel has a great dangerous problum on curved bank revetment in river morphology at saturated season. In order to study for the solusion of these problems, compared with the result of hydraulic experiment and numerical analysis. RMA-2 program is more accurate than HEC-2 for an analysis of the stream in curved channel. Cofficient of streaming skewness is fond out 1.5 aduptable to calculate maximum velocity within one-third from centre line of top wide water surface.

Thus, rapid prototyping is appeared. If the graphic model was made by CAD, the production can be made in short term. That provide what the part was directly tested by the worker. 강우량은 미계측유역에서 배수구조물을 설계하기 위한 확률홍수량 결정에 기본적인 수문량이다. 본 연구는 인천지방에서 8개 확률분포형을 적용하여 11개 강우지속기간별 확률강우량을 추정하였고, 적합한 확률강우강도식을 유도하였다. Kolmogorov - Smirov법과 Chi-square법을 통하여 최적 분포형을 추정하고 재현기간별 확률강우량을 결정한 후, ⅰ) 최소자승법(least squares, LS), ⅱ) 최소 중간치자승법(least median squares, LMS), ⅲ) 재가중최소자승법(reweighted least squares, RLS) 및 ⅳ) 2개 선형제약회기모형(constrained regression, CR)을 이용하여 인천지방 확률강우강도식을 결정하였다. 강우강도식은 Talbot형, Sherman형, Japanese형, 통합-l(Unified-1)형 및 통합-2(Unified-2)형으로 유도하였으며 결정된 강우강도식을 평가하기 위하여 평균제곱근오차를 계산하였다. 강우강도 형식으로는 통합-1과 통합-2형이 가장 적합한 공식이었으며 공학적인 견지에서 볼 때 계수결적을 위한 본 연구에서의 5개 모형은 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

In order to find a way to utilize paper mill sludge, its composting was conducted with anaerobic waste of kraft paper sludge, raw kraft paper sludge, and CMC sludge(CMC : Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose) under aerobic condition at 50℃. It took 3 days for initial fermentation with anaerobic waste and CMC sludge, and six days with raw kraft paper sludge. Each compost was applied to radish(Rhaphanus Stativus L.), and absorption rate of staple nutrients increased 6.7~9.3 times higher in N, 17~21 times in P and 2~3 times in K than control at the harvesting stage. Also, organic matter contents were increased 1.5~2.3 times 4.5~5.3 times in CEC compared to control soil.

A study for development of natural red pigment in food and drug industry was proceeded to anthocyanin from prunus yedoensis Matsum, isolated through silica gel column and further subjected to TLC. The color effect and stability from several factors was detected by spectrophotometry in 520 nm and was compared to amaranth and then 1/200 times of it. The content of the color of the fruits of Prunus yedoensis Matsum was 0.6%. As this pigment was more safe about 7.4 times in ??,but was influenced by pH(3.0-8.0) and by some metal ions (??, ??, ??, ??),and respectively stable to temperature, sun light, ultra violet ray and organic acids than amaranth, and was not given a bad infouences by sugars, recovery of another characteristics of this pigment or co-factors to compensate and promote the color effect, for example Cu(), is expected.
