      • Polymorphism of Cefotaxime sodium

        Three crystal forms of cefotaxime sodium have been isolated by recrystallization and characterized by powder X-ray diffractometry, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis. The dissolution patterns of three crystal forms of cefotaxime sodium were studied in water at 37±0.5℃, 90rpm for 180 minutes. Three crystal forms of cefotaxime sodium showed difference in dissolution rate and solubility. After storage of two months at 52% RH (saturated solution of Na_(2)Cr_(2)O_(2).2H_(2)O / 20℃), all crystal forms showed no transformation.

        A reversed phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of primidone in human plasma. Propylthiouracil was used as an internal standard. Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 10-120 ng/㎖. The coefficient of variation of the intra- and inter-day precision were below 15%. The coefficient of variation of the accuracy were below 15% in the concentration range investigated. A bioavailability study was performed using the validated HPLC method. Twenty four healthy human male volunteers were orally administered 20 mg of primidone. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using WinNonlin. The mean values of AUC_(LAST) was 85.0±17.7 ㎍ hr/㎖, C_(max) was 4.22±1.04 ㎍/㎖, T_(max) was 1.85±1.13 hr, t_(1/2) was 17.7±2.4 hr. The pharmacokinetic parameters and the HPLC method can be used for the desigm of bioequivalence study of primidone.

        불교의 정치세력화와 정치의 불교세력화에 관한 성찰

        This paper describes the relationship of Buddhism and politics. Especially, it is focused on political power broking of Buddhism connected with Buddhist power broking of politics in Korea. The relationship of religion and politics is of three types, that is the case of reciprocal reflection without clash, including politics among religion, containing religion in politics. Among these, the most desirable relationship of religion and politics is the first case. The starring point of Buddhism was political. Gotama Siddhartha's entering the Buddhist priesthood was linked directly with a political affair. Buddhist political philosophy centered on republicanism is according to modern democracy. Political power broking of Buddhism in Korea should be performed under the viewpoint of the practice of altruism, laid stress on mutual understanding with civil society, and ought to keep watch the political maneuvering inter-locked with secularization and desire for power. Political power broking is different from political maneuvering. Political power broking of Buddhism means the practice of altruistic Buddhist spirit in the real world.

      • 無定形 실리카(왕겨재 및 실리카 흄)를 添加한 슬래그 시멘트의 蒸氣 養生에 의한 機械的 性質

        슬래그 시멘트에 무정형 실리카로서 왕겨재 및 실리카홈을 혼화재로 첨가한 조합물을 양생온도 90℃, 120℃, 양생시간 6,9,12hrs.로 변화시켜 증기양생한 경화체의 압축강도 및 미세조직을 관찰한 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 슬래그 시멘트에 왕겨재 또는 실리카 홈 0,3,5,7we.% 양생 조건 120℃-6,9,12hrs. 일때 9시간 증기양생시 가장 높은 압축강도를 나타낸다. 2. 동일한 상기 조건에서 혼합재료로서 왕겨재가 실리카 홈보다 높은 압축강도를 나타낸다. 3. 왕겨재 5%첨가시 120℃-9hrs 양생조건 일때 최고 압축강도는 793kg/㎠을 나타내었다. 4. SEM 미세조직 관찰에서 최고 압축강도가 높은 왕겨재의 경우는 미세기공이 적고 조직이 치밀함을 보여주었다. The mechanical properties and SEM micrograph of portland slag cement-amorphous silica(rice husk ash and silia fume) systems were studied with various compositions. Samples were steam cured at 90 and 120℃ for 6, 9, and 12hrs., respectively. The highest compressive strength (793 kg/ ㎠) was abtained the composition in weight ratio of portland slag cement : rice husk ash = 95 : 5 at 120℃-9hr steam curing. SEM micregraphs of the specimens with 5 wt.% RHA steam curing at 120℃-9hrs were more dense than specimen with 5 wt.% SF.

      • CaO-SiO₂계 수열반응의 속도론적 고찰

        For the study of kinetics and the rate determining stage on the hydrothermal reaction between CaO-SiO2 and CaO-SiO2-slag systems, the mole ratio of CaO/SiO2 was made to be 0.8 and slag was combined with same weight percentage of CaO/SiO2 mixture. For this study, discs were piled up one on another compactly for intercepted the steam penetration, exept one direction, and had autoclave treatment for 2,6, 10, 14 and 24 hrs. at reaction temperature 80,152 and 181℃. Contents of free lime and free silica were detected by quantitative analysis for the reaction conversion. And from this result reaction constant and activation energy were calculated. It was found that the rate determining stages are changed from phase boundary controlled reaction to diffusion controlled reaction in process of 10 hrs. at reaction temperature 80 and 152℃ for CaO-SiO2 system and at 152 and 181℃ for CaO-SiO2-slag system. And also was found that activation energy for CaO-SiO2 system is 6.6 kcal/mole and for CaO- SiO2 - slag system is 12.2kca1/mole.

        Starter 및 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치양념 및 겉절이 김치의 품질에 미치는 영향

        양념에 Leu. mesenteroides, Lac plantarum의 젖산균과 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치 양념의 대장균군 제어, 속성촉진여부 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Leu. mesenteroides과 젓갈을 첨가한 경우 초기 숙성이 촉진되나 후기 산패는 완만하였으며 Lac. plantarum의 첨가시에는 초기 숙성에는 큰 차이가 없고 후기 산패가 현저하게 진행되었다. 대장균군은 산도 0.80% 이상에서 사멸되었는데 leu. mesenteroides의 경우가 숙성이 촉진되어 보다 신속히 사멸시켰다. 총균수와 젖산균수는 초기에 starter 첨가구는 10^6CFU/mL 정도인데 반해서 starter를 첨가하지 않은 않은 처리구에서 총균수는 10^6CFU/mL , 젖산균수가 10^4CFU/mL 이었고 숙성 후에는 첨가균이 높은 수준을 유지하였다. 하지만 대체적으로 스타터의 첨가가 숙성 및 대장균에 크게 영향을 주지 못하는 경향으로 동일하게 나왔다. 관능적 특성에서는 Leu. mesenteroides 첨가구가 Lac. plantarum의 경우보다 우수하였다. 한편, 시판 겉절이 김치는 산도가 0.09~0.18%, ph 5.46~5.89, 총균수 2.2×10^6~3.1×10^7CFU/mL, 젖산균수는 2.1×10^4~6.6×10^5CFU/mL, 대장균수는 1.8×10^4~7.1×10^5CFU/mL, 염분 1.89%~2.51%으로 스타터 첨가 겉절이에 비해 ph와 염도를 제외한 품질 특성에서 전반적으로 낮은 값을 나타냈다. This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus plantarum and salt fermented anchovy extracts on Kimchi sauce. The sauce was fermented more rapidly by addition of Leu. mesenteroids or salt fermented anchovy extracts on the early fermentation stage than the control, but it was fermented slowly on the late fermentation stage. When L. plantarum was added to the Kimchi on the early fermentation stage, the acidity of Kimchi didn't show a significant difference from the control, but acidity was remarkably increased on the late stage. Coliform group was disappeared when acidity of sauce was higher than 0.8% during fermentation. It was controlled by Leu. mesenteroides but not by L. plantarum. Total count and lactic acid bacterial count of the sauces with starter were 6.30×10^6~1.0×10^7 CFU/mL and 1.04~2.04×10^6 CFU/mL, respectively, but those of the control sauce were 10^6 CFU/mL and 10^4 CFU/mL, respectively. Those count of the sauce with starter were higher than those of the control sauce on the later stage of fermentation. Organoleptic quality of the sauce with Leu. mesenteroides was superior to that with L. plantarum.

        Grade 2, 4 티타늄 마이크로 임플랜트의 식립 및 제거 토크와 식립 후 조직학적 반응의 비교

        마이크로 임플랜트는 순티타늄과 티타늄 합금을 사용하고 있다. 순티타늄의 경우 grade가 낮을 수록 생체적합성은 증가하나 기계적 성질이 낮다. 이에 본 연구에서는 순티타늄 grade 2와 grade 4를 재료로 한 마이크로 임플랜트를 각각 토끼의 다리뼈에 식립한 후 2, 8, 12주의 시간경과에 따른 조직학적 소견의 차이와 식립, 제거 시의 최대토크의 측정으로 그 티타늄 종류에 따른 차이를 살펴보았다. 토끼의 경골에 식립한 티타늄의 종류에 따른 식립시 및 시간의 경과에 따른 제거시의 토크를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, grade 2와 grade 4간의 식립 시 최대토크의 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 식립 후 2, 8, 12주 후의 제거 시 최대토크 측정에서 전체 마이크로 임플랜트의 그룹간 차이는 없었다. 셋째, 2주에서 8주로 시간이 경과함에 따라 제거 시 최대토크가 유의하게 증가하였으며 8주와 12주간에는 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 따라서 유지력은 grade 2 티타늄과 비슷하지만 물리적 성질이 더 단단한 grade 4 티타늄을 마이크로 임플랜트 재료로 사용하는 것이 좋은 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the light microscopic features and the maximum insertional and removal torque value of microimplants, made from titanium grade 2 or 4, in the tibia of 6 rabbits. First, the maximum torque values of microimplants at implantation were measured. After 2, 8, and 12 weeks of healing time, the microimplant-containing segments of tibia of 2 rabbits were removed and the maximum removal torque of each microimplant were measured. Comparisons of histologic examination and insertional and removal torque values were carried out for the two groups of microimplants. Removal torque values were significantly increased in both groups after 8 and 12 weeks as compared to 2 weeks after implantation. Other values measured did not show any statistically significant differences and there were no histological differences between grade 2 and 4 titanium. Based on these results, this study showed that there were no significant differences between grade 2 and 4 titanium. It seems better to use grade 4 titanium for making microimplants because grade 4 titanium is mechanically harder than grade 2 titanium and has similar retention.

      • 퀴니딘 정제의 건강한 한국인에 대한 약물동태

        The purpose of this study was to estimate the pharmacokinetics of quinidine sulfate in healthy Korean The parameters were examined on 16 volunteers who received a oral single dose(200mg quinidine sulfate). After dosing. blood samples were collected for a period of 24 hours. Plasma samples were analyzed for quinidine sulfate and DL-propranolol hydrochloride(internal standard) by HPLC/UV. The pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_(0-24hr), AUC_(inf). C_(max), T_(max), K_(a), K_(el), t_(1/2), Vd/F and Cl/F) were calculated from the plasma quinidine sulfate concentration-time data of each volunteer. The computer program "WinNonlin" was used for compartmental analysis. One compartment model with first order input, first order output was chosen as the appropriate pharmacokinetic model. The pharmacokinetic parameters(AUC_(0-24hr). AUC_(inf). C_(max), T_(max), K_(a), K_(el), T_(1/2), Vd/F and Cl/F) calculated 9.47±2.24 ㎍·hr·㎖^(-1), 10.95±2.62 ㎍·hr·㎖^(-1), 0.93±0.16 ㎍/㎖, 1.56±0.45 hr, 1.10±0.36 hr^(-1), 5.17+0.90 hr, 162.38±33.36 L and 22.27±5.35 L/hr, respectively.

      • 조도 센서를 이용한 단일 광원 대응 실내 위치 추정 기술

        In this paper, we tried to acquire the spatial information of unmanned mobile objects from the changes of measured values of illuminance sensor attached to unmanned moving objects in the indoor environment restricted by place and time. Therefore, the correlation of illuminance sensor according to single light source according to the position of unmanned mobile object is deduced. From this correlation, indoor positioning technique of unmanned mobile object is developed. As a result, the correlation between the illuminance sensor and the illumination position increased as the illuminance became closer to the light source. The correlation between data of illumination sensor and location of unmanned vehicles was increased as the distance from the light source was increased. There was less relationship between direction of sensor and distance from the light. The relationship between the distance from the light source and the data of illumination sensor was shown as a sixth polynomial equation. The illumination sensor under single light source might be used for indoor location information of unmanned vehicles. The additional experiment of finding position need to be verified to the in multiple source using illumination sensor.

        The authors do a literature review on gift exchange behavior. Despite its prevalence and importance to marketers, gift exchange behavior has drawn little attention among marking researchers. Traditionally, they have been interested in commercial exchange behavior. This review shows that marketing can learn much from such related disciplines as anthropology, sociology, and psychology. One the basis of their pioneering works, including a comprehensive review by Sherry Jr., key aspects of gift exchange including its functions, processes, self-gift, cultural differences, and women's roles are discussed. Some implications for further empirical as well as theoretical research constitute the conclusion section of this paper.
