      • Rocuronium의 애별투여방법이 모지내전근의 이완에 미치는 영향

        Objective : There are controversies in pnmmg technique of rocuronium whether it can or can't shorten the onset time. We want to compare the effects of two different priming doses and intervals of rocuronium. Materials and Methods : After giving propofol, 50 patients were randomly assigned to 5 groups. Group I received a placebo, followed 3 min later by rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg. Priming doses and intervals of Group II, Ill, N, V were 0.06 rng/kg and 2 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 2 min, 0.06 rug/kg and 3 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 3 min, respectively. Total dose of rocuronium was 0.6mg/kg. Train of four (TOF) count or ratio and 1st twitch height of TOF (T1) were monitored with 15 secondsintervals. TOF ratio of each groups just before bolus injection, duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were compared. Results : Duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were decreased in priming groups compared to Group 1 (P < 0.01) In group V, significant depression of TOF ratio just before bolus injection was seen (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Priming technique with rocuronium is effective method to shorten the onset of neuromuscular block. But priming dose of rocuronium itself could cause hypoxia and aspiration in awake patients and should be used carefully. Priming dose of rocuronium 0.06 mg/kg and 2 minutes interval maybe relatively safe method.

      • Distribution, Characteristics, and Deformation Tendency of Cracks in Landslide: a Case Study of Baishuihe Landslide, Puge County, Sichuan Province, China

        Deformed cracks are widely spread in landslide area, which have significant effects on geometry as well as motion patterns of landslides. A typical landslide named Baishuihe Landslide was selected here for giving a comprehensive analysis for deeply understanding about distribution, characteristics, and deformation tendency of landslide cracks. The landslide, with complicated deformation behaviors, activated in 2012 and reactivated in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Through detailed investigation, geological mapping, as well as unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) photos interpretation, in-situ monitoring, the cracks data as well as landslide patterns were deeply studied here. It suggests that the cracks types are highly related to slope failure motion patterns. According to the penetrating depth and geometry of the cracks, it can be divided into two types: shallow cracks and deep cracks. The shallow cracks would become the margins of local failures, while the deep ones could be the foundation for further slope instability. More importantly, the potential landslide with creeping slide state is determined by both shallow and deep cracks simultaneously, which contribute to the ongoing slope deformation. Moreover, cracks change soil stress distribution and make it be limit equilibrium state, resulting in landslides under small water infiltration, and also, that can aggregate surface water and increase the probability of rainfall-induced landslides. The research work, with the perspective of cracks, can give new insight for landslide risk assessments and mitigation countermeasures for potential failure.

      • Serum Protein and Genetic Tumor Markers of Gastric Carcinoma

        The high incidence of gastric cancer and consequent mortality pose severe threats to human health. Early screening, diagnosis and treatment are the key to improve the prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer. Gastroscopy with biopsy is an efficient method for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer, but the associated discomfort and high cost make it difficult to be a routine method for screening gastric cancer. Serum tumor marker assay is a simple and practical method for detection of gastric cancer, but it is limited by poor sensitivity and specificity. Therefore, people have been looking for novel serum markers of gastric cancer in recent years. Here we review the novel serum tumor markers of gastric cancer and their diagnostic significance, focusing on the discoveries from serum proteomics analyses and epigenetics researches.

        ADAPTABILITY OF LASER TEXTURED LINER TO THE EFFECTS OF METHANOL DILUTING OIL ON TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

        With the increase of methanol diluting lubrication oil, the dynamic viscosity of the mixture presents a downward trend, the total acid number grows while the total base number declines, and the corrosion degree of copper strip upgrades, which indicates that methanol dilution has negative effects on lubrication and anti-corrosion performance of oil. According to ball-on-plate friction test results, the friction coefficient and surface wear of this pair increase in turn with the rising methanol dilution rate, which tends to deteriorate the tribological performance of key friction pairs in methanol engine. After laser surface texturing cylinder liner, the friction coefficient of ring/liner pair is reduced, and the anti-friction effect is enhanced with the rising methanol dilution rate, because the oil storage capacity of textured micro-dimples on liner surface can improve the lubrication of ring/liner pair and reduce asperity contact. Moreover, the micro-dimples can store debris generated in the reciprocating friction process of this pair, so as to alleviate surface wear caused by abrasive wear, and improve the wear resistance of cylinder liner. Therefore, laser texturing cylinder liner can compensate the deterioration of friction and wear performance of ring/liner pair caused by methanol diluting oil with good lubrication adaptability.

        Synthesis of Novel Halobenzyloxy and Alkoxy 1,2,4-Triazoles and Evaluation for Their Antifungal and Antibacterial Activities

        A new class of halobenzyloxy or alkoxy 1,2,4-triazoles and their hydrochlorides were synthesized through cyclization starting from commercially available phenylhydrazine. The structures were characterized by MS, IR and 1H NMR spectra as well as elemental analyses. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activities in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC29213), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (N315), Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli (ATCC25922), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella dysenteriae, Eberthella typhosa, and antifungal activities against Candida albicans (ATCC76615), Aspergillus fumigatus by broth microdilution assay method. The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that 3-(2,4-difluorobenzyloxy)-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole hydrochloride exhibited the best inhibitory activity with an MIC value of 56.25 μM against P. aeruginosa superior to Chloramphenicol, and showed comparable activity with Chloramphenicol against E. coli (ATCC25922).

        Study of a hybrid modular exhaust turbocharging system and its application on an 8-cylinder marine diesel engine

        For turbocharging engines, the structure of the exhaust system directly affects the flow and energy transfer process of the exhaust gas, which has a big influence on the turbocharger performance. To evaluate the performance of various kinds of exhaust systems, two indicators, “available energy loss coefficient” and “pressure wave interference coefficient”, are proposed to evaluate the steady flow loss and transient flow anti-interference characteristics. Two kinds of exhaust system modular, Modular pulse converter (MPC) and Modular multi-purpose pulse converter (MMPC), are analyzed and compared by the three-dimensional calculation. The results show that the MMPC structure has a smaller available energy loss and a better anti-interference performance in the exhaust process. To solve the problems of scavenging interferences and exhaust temperature discrepancy on a highly boosted 8-cylinder marine diesel engine, a Hybrid modular exhaust (HME) system is proposed. Effects of MMPC, HME and MIXPC (Mixed pulse converter) on the engine performance are compared by one-dimensional simulation. This is followed by an engine test for performance comparison between MMPC and HME, which shows that the HME system can effectively relieve the problems of scavenging interference, and the maximum exhaust temperature discrepancy of all cylinders is reduced from 60°C to 31°C under the rated condition.

        Perovskite-type LaFe1− xMnxO3 (x=0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0) oxygen carriers for chemical-looping steam methane reforming: Oxidation activity and resistance to carbon formation

        The effects of Mn substitution of LaMnxFe1−xO3 (x=0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0) on the oxidation activity and resistance to carbon formation for chemical-looping steam methane reforming (CL-SMR) were investigated. The desired crystalline perovskite phases were formed by transferring from the orthorhombic structure of LaFeO3 to rhombohedral lattice of LaMnO3 as the degree of Mn-doping increased. Manganese ions have a mixed state of Mn3+ and Mn4+ in the LaFe1−xMnxO3, meanwhile inducing the states of highly mixed character of Fe2+, Fe3+ and Fe4+ in iron ions. Substitution of Mn for Fe with proper value not only increases the lattice oxygen, which is conducive to the partial oxidation of CH4 to produce syngas, but also enhances the lattice oxygen mobility from the bulk to the surface of the oxygen carrier particles. Judging from the points of the redox reactivity, resistance to carbon formation and hydrogen generation capacity, the optimal range of the degree of Mn substitution is x=0.3-0.5.

        An efficient and selective method for the synthesis of ethyl 2-amino/aryloxy-3-aryl-4-oxo-5-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxylate derivatives has been developed. The main process involved the reaction of diethyl 1-phenyl-3-((triphenylphosphoranylidene)amino)-1H-pyrrole-2,4-dicarboxylate and aromatic isocyanates, followed by addition of amines/phenols in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium ethoxide or solid potassium carbonate.

        <i>Yersinia pseudotuberculosis</i> Exploits CD209 Receptors for Promoting Host Dissemination and Infection

        <P><I>Yersinia pseudotuberculosis</I> is a Gram-negative enteropathogen and causes gastrointestinal infections. It disseminates from gut to mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), spleen, and liver of infected humans and animals.</P><P><I>Yersinia pseudotuberculosis</I> is a Gram-negative enteropathogen and causes gastrointestinal infections. It disseminates from gut to mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), spleen, and liver of infected humans and animals. Although the molecular mechanisms for dissemination and infection are unclear, many Gram-negative enteropathogens presumably invade the small intestine via Peyer’s patches to initiate dissemination. In this study, we demonstrate that <I>Y. pseudotuberculosis</I> utilizes its lipopolysaccharide (LPS) core to interact with CD209 receptors, leading to invasion of human dendritic cells (DCs) and murine macrophages. These <I>Y. pseudotuberculosis</I>-CD209 interactions result in bacterial dissemination to MLNs, spleens, and livers of both wild-type and Peyer’s patch-deficient mice. The blocking of the <I>Y. pseudotuberculosis</I>-CD209 interactions by expression of O-antigen and with oligosaccharides reduces infectivity. Based on the well-documented studies in which HIV-CD209 interaction leads to viral dissemination, we therefore propose an infection route for <I>Y. pseudotuberculosis</I> where this pathogen, after penetrating the intestinal mucosal membrane, hijacks the <I>Y. pseudotuberculosis</I>-CD209 interaction antigen-presenting cells to reach their target destinations, MLNs, spleens, and livers.</P>
