The purpose of this study was to identify effects of expectation whose are majonng in dance In order to get data, Self-administrated questionnaire was employed students(total 169 male 93%, female 93%) which major in dance in seoul & kyungki province. All data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The results of the research follow. 1. The effects of expectaion of dance education about increased physical fitness were differenciated from each university, The effects of expectation of dance education about increased physical fitness development were high in physical educatuon colleage. because they tried find in physical capacity development of dance education. 2. The effects of expectation about increased were high in art colleage because they tried find in physical capacity development of dance education. Also, the students who major in dance in art colleage focused in increasing quality of art. 3. The increasing of social through dance education were low expected value in university, year and minor major. The results showed the students who irujor in dance in art colleage thought uneffected dance education on increasing quality of social

Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.
A 10-㎓ CMOS LC VCO with Wide Tuning Range Using Capacitive Degeneration
Tae-Geun Yu,Seong-Ik Cho,Hang-Geun Jeong 대한전자공학회 2006 Journal of semiconductor technology and science Vol.6 No.4
In order to widen the tuning range, capacitive degeneration is applied to fully CMOS LC VCOs. Small signal analysis shows that the fixed MOSFET capacitance seen by the LC tank is smaller than that of the traditional LC VCO, resulting in significant extension in the tuning range. This improvement in the tuning range has been verified through measurement of a 10-㎓ LC VCO fabricated by 0.18㎛ CMOS process. The measured tuning range is from 9.8-㎓ to 12-㎓, which is better than those of the reported CMOS LC VCOs in 10-㎓ band. The measured phase noise is - 103㏈c/㎐ at 1㎒ offset.

In this paper, an in-plane deformation measuring system using a dual-beam shear interferometer was constructed to measure the in-plane deformation of the measuring object. The in-plane deformation of the object was quantitatively measured according to the load and surface treatment conditions of the object. We also verified the reliability of the proposed technique by simultaneously performing the technique with an electronic speckle pattern interferometry system (ESPI), which is another laser application measurement technology. Digital shearography directly measures the deformation gradient or strain components and has the advantages of being full-field, noncontact, highly sensitive, and robust. It offers a much higher measurement sensitivity compared with noncoherent measurement methods and is more robust and applicable to in-field tests.

Two-step Electroless Plated Pt Ohmic Contacts to p-type InGaAs

This work discusses a two-step electroless plating method for preparing a Pt thin film on p-type InGaAs substrate, which is defined as Pt Ⅰ and Pt Ⅱ. A thin Pt catalytic layer formed in Pt I bath on the substrate at 65℃. In the following Pt II bath, thick Pt films then easily grew on the sensitized layer on InGaAs previously formed in the Pt I bath. The growth of Pt film is strongly influenced by the plating temperature and pH value. To study the plating time effect, the plating of Pt Ⅱ bath is 5 to 40 min at 80℃ after using Pt Ⅰ bath at 50~65℃ for 5min of pH 8~13. Pt film for ohmic contact to p-type InGaAs was successfully prepared by using the two-step Pt electroless plating.

The objective of this study was to determine the degree of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) divergence between two subspecies of Mustela sibirica from Korea (M. s. coreanus on the Korean Peninsula and M. s. quelpartis on Jeju Island) and to examine the taxonomic status of M. s. quelpartis. Thus, we obtained complete sequences of mtDNA cytochrome b gene (1,140 bp) from the two subspecies, and these sequences were compared to a corresponding haplotype of M. s. coreanus, downloaded from GenBank. From this analysis, it was observed that the sequences from monogenic M. s. quelpartis on Jeju Island were identical to the sequences of four M. s. coreanus from four locations across the Korean Peninsula, and that the two subspecies formed a single clade; the average nucleotide distance between the two subspecies was 0.26% (range, 0.00 to 0.53%). We found that the subspecies quelpartis is not genetically distinct from the subspecies coreanus, and that this cytochrome b sequencing result does not support the current classification, distinguishing these two subspecies by pelage color. Further systematic analyses using morphometric characters and other DNA markers are necessary to confirm the taxonomic status of M. s. quelpartis.
