4차 산업기술 관련 인식이 기술의 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기술수용모형과 정부 신뢰를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업기술 인식이 4차 산업기술 수용에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기술수용모형에 근거하여 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 부작용 위험 인식, 사회적 인식을 독립변수로 구성하였으며, 정부 신뢰를 조절변수로 구성하여 4차 산업기술의 수용에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 사회적 인식은 4차 산업기술의 수용에 정(+)의 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 정부 신뢰의 경우, 직접적 영향은 없으나 인지된 용이성과 사회적 인식과의 상호작용을 통해 4차 산업기술의 수용에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과는 정부 신뢰는 정책 수용에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 기존 연구와는 달리, 개인의 노력이 필요한 정책 수용에 대해서는 부적 영향이 있을 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대한 국민의 수용도를 높이기 위해서는 관련기술의 유용성·용이성, 사회적 인식이 제고되어야 함을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the recognition of fourth industrial technology on the acceptance of fourth industrial technology. in this study, the dependent variable is the acceptance of fourth industrial technology and independent variable consisted of the recognized usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk of side effects, and social awareness based on the technology acceptance model. and It also aims to identify the impact of government confidence on the acceptance of fourth industrial technology. The study confirmed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social perception have positive effects on the acceptance of fourth industrial technology. In the case of government trust, there is no direct impact but it has been found to have a negative impact on the acceptance through interaction with perceived ease and social perception. it is unlike for the results in previous studies that government trust has a positive effect on policy acceptance, there may be an inappropriate effect on the acceptance that requires individual effort. This study shows that awareness of the usefulness of related technologies must be raised in order to increase public acceptance of the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Reaction Mechanism Underlying Atomic Layer Deposition of Antimony Telluride Thin Films

<P>The mechanism underlying the deposition of SbTe films by alternating exposures to Sb(NMe2)(3) and Te(GeMe3)(2) was investigated. Sb(NMe2)(3) and Te(GeMe3)(2) were selected because they have very high vapor pressure and are free of Si, Cl, and O atoms in the molecules. The mechanism of deposition was proposed by density functional theory (DFT) calculation and was verified by in-situ quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) analysis. DFT calculation expected the ligand-exchange reactions between the Sb and Te precursors to form Me2NGeMe3 as the byproduct. QCM analysis indicated that a single -NMe2 group in Sb(NMe2)(3) reacts with -TeGeMe3 on the surface to form an Sb2Te3 film, and that a small fraction of Sb is incorporated into the film by the thermal decomposition of Sb(NMe2)(3). The Te(GeMe3)(2) molecules were thermally stable up to 120 degrees C, while the Sb(NMe2)(3) molecules decomposed at temperatures of 60 degrees C and higher. Sb-rich SbTe films with different Sb contents were prepared by controlling the partial decomposition of Sb(NMe2)(3) molecules, which was enhanced by increasing the pulse time of the precursor.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We report the deposition of cobalt oxide films at 120–300°C using alternating injections of a novel liquid cobalt precursor, bis(1,4-di-iso-propyl-1,4-diazabutadiene)cobalt [C<SUB>16</SUB>H<SUB>32</SUB>N<SUB>4</SUB>Co, Co(dpdab)<SUB>2</SUB>], and ozone. The saturation doses of Co(dpdab)<SUB>2</SUB> and O<SUB>3</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> were 4×10<SUP>6</SUP> and 1×10<SUP>8</SUP> L, respectively. The atomic layer deposition (ALD) temperature window was between 120°C and 250°C with a maximum growth per cycle of 0.12nm/cycle. The deposited films showed excellent step coverage. This paper proposes a six-step operation strategy for direct self-control (DSC) method of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) based on the torque angle. Conventional DSC methods for induction motors (IMs) have been studied for railway applications since these methods are suitable for controlling high-power traction drives and for extending voltage utilization through a six-step inverter operation. However, IPMSMs controlled via conventional DSC methods for IMs cannot be properly controlled through a six-step operation since the torque angle is not considered. In addition, synchronous frame rotation causes a phase error at high speeds owing to the time delay of digital controllers. This paper presents a torque angle compensation that improves the dynamic performance. The effectiveness of the proposed DSC method was verified through experimental results.
FAST ANDROID IMPLIMENTATION OF MONTE CARLO SIMULATION FOR PRICING EQUITY-LINKED SECURITIES

In this article, we implement a recently developed fast Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) for pricing equity-linked securities (ELS), which is most commonly issued autocallable structured financial derivative in South Korea, on the mobile platform. The fast MCS is based on Brownian bridge technique. Although mobile platform devices are easy to carry around, mobile platform devices are slow in computation compared to desktop computers. Therefore, it is essential to use a fast algorithm for pricing ELS on the mobile platform. The computational results demonstrate the practicability of Android application implementation for pricing ELS.

This paper encompasses the past, present, and future of the United Nations Command, the command’s past establishment, present issues, and future roadmap. The five future options of preservation, expansion, relocation, transition, and dissolution will be proposed and decided order according to the Republic of Korea’s national interest and security environ-ment. Faced with future uncertainty of the Korean Peninsula, UNC’s future role should be carefully reviewed based on a phased approach. Although flexibility is a valuable tactic in handling the UNC issues due to unresolved security agendas, the ROK government should nonetheless formulate its position and clarify pertinent strategy to stay ahead in future discussions.
