        The scheduling problem in a die manufacturing system can be classified into the job shop scheduling problem. For some reasons, however, this problem can be viewed as the project scheduling problem with resource constraints and is known as the NP class problem. The reasons are as follows, firstly there are several operations such as machining, assembly and disassembly to be performed at the same time, secondly there are precedence relations among parts and operations, finally the available times of machines are different among them. In addition, it is very hard to obtain a schedule due to the characteristics of the die manufacturing system. In this study, we suggested a scheduling method that can generate a schedule in real-time with considering the characteristics of the die manufacturing system, and hierarchically structured schedule that consists of a high level, a middle level and a low level schedules. And we developed a scheduling system that can support making decision related to manufacturing planning and control, and we implemented the GUI for use's convenience.

        The existing solar tracking sensor for 2 axial control system to trace latitude and longitude is made of four phototransistor.The phototransistor-making is difficult and it" smanufacturing is more high-priced than a wide use phototransistor because they have to the same characteristics of each phototransistor output signal. This paper described the algorithm for supplement these weakness. The algorithm applied to signal normalizing method and vector decomposition law. The deviations of each a wide use phototransistor output signal are resolved by signal normalizing method and itis able to make a solartracking sensor using three phototransistor by vector decomposition law. Therefore, in this paper,it is reduced the number of phototransistor that is composed of solar tracking sensor and possible to use a wide use phototransistor by the proposed algorithm.

        Patient’s Perspective on Psychiatric Drugs: A Multicenter Survey-Based Study

        Objective We aimed to identify the expectations and preferences for medication and medical decision-making in patients with major psychiatric disorders.Methods A survey was conducted among patients with major psychiatric disorders who visited psychiatric outpatient clinics at 15 hospitals between 2016 and 2018 in Korea. The survey consisted of 12 questions about demographic variables and opinions on their expectations for medication, important medical decision-makers, and preferred drug type. The most preferred value in each category in the total population was identified, and differences in the preference ratio of each item among the disease groups were compared.Results A total of 707 participants were surveyed. In the total population, patients reported high efficacy (44.01%±21.44%) as the main wish for medication, themselves (37.39%±22.57%) and a doctor (35.27%±22.88%) as the main decision makers, and tablet/capsule (36.16%±30.69%) as the preferred type of drug. In the depressive disorders group, the preference ratio of high efficacy was significantly lower, and the preference ratio of a small amount was significantly higher than that of the psychotic disorder and bipolar disorder groups. The preference ratio of a doctor as an important decision maker in the bipolar disorder group was higher compared to the other groups.Conclusion This study revealed the preference for medications and showed differences among patients with psychiatric disorders. Providing personalized medicine that considers a patient’s preference for the drug may contribute to the improvement of drug compliance and outcomes.

        In this study, population migration to innovation cities is divided into the effects of population dispersion in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and population outflow in the non-metropolitan area, and the influencing factors affecting individual housing movement are classified into personal and regional characteristics, and innovation city development planning factors. Investigating the impact of innovation cities development characteristics on the population distribution in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, such as the size of innovatione cities, the number of relocation institutions, and the distance from the Seoul Metropolitan Area, will be used as important evidence for future balanced development policies.

        국내산과 수입 호두(Juglans regia L.)의 영양성분 분석

        본 연구에서 국내산 3품종과 수입 호두(중국산과 미국산)를 이용하여 5품종에 대한 유리당, 지방산, 무기질, 구성 아미노산, 비타민 E와 같은 영양성분 분석을 진행하였으며, 총 페놀성 화합물과 총 플라보노이드 함량을 함께 비교 · 확인하였다. 유리당 분석에서는 국내산 금곡 품종에서 glucose (10.58 mg/100 g) 함량이 가장 높았고 김천 1호 품종에서 maltose(34.20 mg/100 g)가 가장 높은 함량을 보여주었다. 지방산 함량은 모든 품종에서 linoleic acid(13.23~19.04g/100 g)와 oleic acid(6.85~9.79 g/100 g)가 높은 함량을 보였으며 미국산 호두가 가장 높은 총 지방산 함량을 보였지만 국내산 금곡 품종에서 가장 낮은 포화 지방산 함량과 가장 높은 다중 불포화 지방산 함량을 보였다. 무기질 분석에서는 나트륨(372.37~474.77 mg/100 g)과 황(334.02~417.02mg/100 g)의 함량이 다른 무기질들에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났고 칼륨, 인, 마그네슘(161.22~183.62, 124.37~137.35, 91.80~138.88 mg/100 g) 또한 비교적 높은 함량을 보였으며 품종 간의 편차는 크지 않았다. 주요 아미노산으로는 glutamic acid(96.52~118.37 mg/100 g), arginine(66.98~84.63 mg/100 g), aspartic acid(48.18~59.21 mg/100 g) 함량이 상대적으로 높았고, 국내산 중 비교적 우수한 김천 1호와 금곡 품종은 미국산 품종의 약 76% 정도로 나타났다. 비타민 E 분석에서는 γ-토코페롤이 주요 토코페롤로 나타났으며 미국산(73.01 μg/g)에서 가장 높은 함량을 보였고, 총 토코페롤 함량은 국내산 중 가장 우수한 김천 1호품종(78.16 μg/g)이 미국산 품종의 약 83%에 달하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 총 페놀성 화합물 함량 측정에서 금곡품종 60% 에탄올 추출물(349.50 mg of GAE/g)이 유의적으로 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며, 총 플라보노이드 화합물 역시 금곡 60% 에탄올 추출물(86.92 mg of RE/g)이 상대적으로 우수한 정량적 수준을 나타냈다. 결국 본 연구에서는 국내산 호두와 주요 수입산 호두 품종 간의 영양성분 분석을 통해 국내에서 생산되는 호두를 수입 호두와 비교했을 때 영양학적으로 충분한 경쟁력을 가지고 있음을 판단할 수 있었다. 더불어 총 페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 분석에서 유의적으로 우수한 함량을 보였던 금곡 품종은 항산화 효과와 함께 이와 연계된 다양한 생리활성 효과를 나타낼 것으로 기대된다. This study was investigated to compare the nutritional composition of walnuts (Juglans regia L.) between domestic cultivars such as Gimcheon 1ho, Geumgok, and Geumreung as well as imported cultivars from China and the USA. In the free sugar analysis, glucose and maltose were detected. The highest glucose content was found in Geumgok. The highest maltose content was found in Gimcheon 1ho. Linoleic acid and oleic acid were detected as major fatty acids in all walnuts. Total fatty acid contents were the highest in the USA cultivar. However, the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acid to total fatty acid of the Geumgok and USA cultivars were 54.73% and 49.35%, respectively. Further, α-linolenic acid was only detected in walnuts of the Geumgok and USA cultivars. As a result of the analysis of inorganic components, sodium, sulfur, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorous were detected as major components of walnuts. Major amino acids such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, and arginine were detected in walnuts. γ-Tocopherol was detected as a major tocopherol in walnuts, and it constituted the highest contents in Gimcheon 1ho and USA in domestic and imported cultivars, respectively. Finally, 60% ethanolic extract of Geumgok had the highest total phenolic and total flavonoid contents. Therefore, these results suggest that domestic Korean cultivars of walnuts are nutritionally competitive when compared with imported walnuts and should be available as high value-added income crop.

      • 酪農經營珍斷에 關한 調査硏究 : 釜山市 酪農家를 中心으로

        本 調査硏究는 酪農經營의 合理化와 酪農所得의 極大化를 圖謀하기 爲한 方策을 究明하기 爲하여 着手한 것으로 釜山市內 酪農家中에서 20戶를 選定하여 1967年 5月 1日부터 11月 30日까지 經營實態의 調査와 分析을 通하여 經營의 改善點을 發見하고 經營의 合理化 方案을 提示하였는데 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 飼育頭數 225頭中 窄乳牛 120頭, 乾乳牛 18頭, 育成牛(♂包含) 87頭며 窄乳牛率(窄乳牛 頭數/總飼養 頭數×100) 53% 乾乳牛率(乾乳牛 頭數/成牛 頭數×100) 13% 育成牛率(育成牛 頭數/成牛 頭數×100) 63%였다. 2. 窄乳牛(乾乳牛 包含) 138頭의 1頭 年平均 産乳量은 3,690kg였다. 3. 窄乳牛에 對한 飼料給與量은 1日 1頭 平均 濃厚飼料 9.4kg 粗飼料(風乾物) 9.0kg이며 養分含量은 TDN 9.09kg, DCP 1.24kg인데 標準(NRC)보다 TDN 53%, DCP 82%를 過量供給하고 있다. 한편 粗飼料量이 全體飼料量의 50% 未滿인데 이것은 經濟面이나 乳牛能力 增進面으로 볼 때 不利함으로 60% 以上으로 하여야 한다. 4. 生産費의 項目別 比率은 飼料費 44%, 勞動費 27%, 肥料 및 材料費 5%, 賃貸料 및 地代 5%, 乳牛 및 建物償却費 16%, 小農具費 및 其他 3%로 되어있다. 5. 牛乳生産費는 牛乳 1kg當 平均 32.25원인데 1kg當 乳價가 43.2원이기 때문에 牛乳 1kg當 10.95원의 收益을 얻고 있는데 牛乳 1kg當 28원 以下가 되도록 努力하여야 한다. 6.1頭當 年平均 勞動時間이 470時間인데 1人이 8~10頭를 管理하려면 365時間 以下가 되어야 한다. 7. 調査한 酪農家中 黑字經營이 14戶, 赤子經營이 6戶인바 年間 1頭當 純收益이 平均 2萬원으로 所得率이 낮았다. 8. 酪農經營의 診斷에 있어서 牛乳代와 飼料 및 勞動費만을 가지고 經營의 採算點을 生産面에서 把握하는 것은 簡易한 判斷을 爲하여 意義 있는 일이며 今般 調査한 結果를 보면 牛乳代 17,596원, 粗收益中 牛乳代 比率 86%, 飼料 및 勞動費 11,781千원, 生産費中 飼料 및 勞動費 比率 71%이므로 採算指數(牛乳代÷粗收益中 牛乳代比率/飼料 및 勞動費 ÷生産費中 飼料 및 勞動費比率=粗收益/生産費)는 1.29가 된다. 1頭當 年 35,000원의 所得을 爲해서는 採算指數가 1.5가 넘어야 한다. 蛇足 본 調査硏究는 1967年度 文敎部 學術硏究 助成費로 이루어진 것으로 硏究費를 補助해준 文敎當局에 對하여 深甚한 謝意를 表하는 바이다. 또한 調査에 協力하여 주신 釜山市牛乳協同組合과 釜山市 酪農家 畜産同人 諸位에 對하여 깊은 感謝를 드리는 바이다. This report aims to get a rationalization of dairy fanning and maximization of dairy income. In order to gain the suvey, I have selected -'0 dairy farm-houses in Pusan city. Then I have been caught some points of farm improvement and presented some rational plan of dairy farming through farm business survey and analysis from 1 May to 30 Nov. 1967. The summalized results of the research are as follows; 1. Out of 225 heads were milking-cow 120 heads, dry-up-cow 18 heads, rasing cattle 87 heads. 2. Average milk yield per a year of 138 heads milking-cow(including dry-up-cow) was 3.690kg. 3. Average 9.4kg of concentrate and 9.Okg of rougiiage(air dry matter) for milking-cow per a head were the daily feeding ration, nutrient content was 9.09kg of TDN and 1.24. kg of DCP, these content were more 53% of TDN and 82% of DCP than feeding standard (NRC). 4. The feed cost was 44%, the cost of labor 27%, manure and materials cost 5%, charge for renting and land rent 5%, depreciation cost of dairy cattle and building 16%, cost of small farming tools and other cost 3% of the total production cost. 5. Average production cost of milk per 1kg of milk was 32.25 won. average profit per 1kg of milk was 10.95 won (milk price was 43.2 won per 1kg). But it may be less than 28 won per 1kg of milk. 6. Average working time per 1 head of a year was 470 hours. But it may be less than 350 hours for the management of 8~10 heads per 1 person. 7. Out of the dairy farm-households surveyed, 11 houses were in the blade farming and 6 houses were in the red farming. Average pure profit per 1 head of a year was gained 20 thousand won that the rate of income may low. 8. Acording to the method of a simply commercial profit was gained to the rate of milk price for the gross profit and the rate of feed and labor cost for the production cost. Average commercial profit index has show 1.29 in the result of this farm survey. Commercial Profit index = milk price/rate of milk price for gross profit/cost of feed & labor/rate of feed & labor cost for production cost x 100 =17,956 thousand won/0.86/11,781 thousand won/0.71 x 100=1.29 It may be over 1.5 of the cmmercial profit index for 35 thousand won of the income per 1 head of a year.

      • S-9 Long-term efficacy of tenofovir for nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B

        Backgrounds:?Tenofovir (TDF) is nucleoside analogue with high potency for profound and durable viral suppression and genetic barriers against resistance; TDF is recommended for the first-line treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in current guidelines, but data in Korean patients from community studies are lacking. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of TDF, and to determine patient-dependent or laboratory variables that predict virological response. Methods:?We retrospectively investigated the efficacy of TDF treatment for more than 6 months in 456 nucleos(t)ide-naive CHB patients. The primary endpoint was a virological response (VR), defined as an HBV DNA level of <12 IU/mL. Secondary endpoints were rates of ALT normalization (ALT <upper limit of normal), HBeAg seroconversion, partial virologic response (PVR), virologic breakthrough (VBT), and safety.?Results:?The median duration of TDF therapy was 22.0 (range, 6-40) months. Two hundreds sixty-five (58.1%) patients were HBeAg positive. The mean pre-treatment HBV DNA level was 6.34±1.41 log10 IU/mL. Among the 380 patients with elevated ALT levels at baseline, 343 patients (90.3%) had ALT normalization. VR was achieved in 379 patients (83.1%) during treatment. The cumulative rates of VR at 6, 12, 24 and 36 months were 53.4%, 73.2%, 90.6%, and 95.5%, respectively. PVR was evident in 208 (45.6%) patients. VBT was observed in 25 patients (5.5%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis using selected baseline factors identified absolute HBV-DNA levels at baseline (p<0.001; OR, 0.512; 95% CI, 0.397-0.661) and HBeAg positivity (p<0.001; OR, 0.781; 95% CI, 0.717-0.852) as factors showing significant association with VR. Among 265 HBeAg-positive patients, 43 (9.4%) achieved HBeAg seroconversion. Most adverse events were mild in severity.?Conclusions:?TDF is effective and well tolerated in Korean CHB patients in real life practice, consistent with larger registration trials. The lower HBV DNA levels at baseline and HBeAg-negative CHB patients were significantly associated with VR.

      • Hexagonal boron nitride assisted growth of stoichiometric Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dielectric on graphene for triboelectric nanogenerators

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Here we demonstrate the deposition of a high-k dielectric material on graphene using hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanosheets as a buffer layer. The presence of an h-BN layer on top of the graphene facilitated the growth of high-quality Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> by atomic layer deposition (ALD). Simulation results also support the experimental observations and provide an explanation for the suitability of h-BN as a buffer layer in terms of mixed ionic-covalent B–N bonding. Additionally, h-BN works as a protective shield to prevent graphene oxidation during ALD of Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> for the fabrication of graphene-based devices. Finally, triboelectric nanogenerators (TNGs) based on both Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/h-BN/graphene and Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/graphene structures are demonstrated for further confirming the importance of h-BN for synthesizing high-quality Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> on graphene.       • 휴대폰에서 중국어 입력 방법에 관한 연구

        휴대폰에서 문자 입력방식은 전세계적으로 아주 중요해 지고 있다. 특히, 중국과 같이 많은 글자체를 가지고 있는 나라에서는 더욱더 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 중국어를 휴대폰 자판을 통하여 입력하는 기존 방식을 조사하고 기존 방식 보다 더 빨리 입력할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 좌우 구조의 한자가 너무 많기 때문에 기타한자와 다른 입력 방법을 쓰면 훨씬 효율적인 것을 발견하였고 이를 통한 입력 방식을 설계했으며 중국 현지인들을 대상으로 설문을 조사하였다.
