        Two different wet etching solutions, NaOH 40% and Acid, were used for etching in tri-crystalline Silicon(Tri-Si) solar cell fabrication. The wafers etched in NaOH40% solution showed higher reflectance compared to the wafers etched in Acid solution after SiN_x deposition. In light current-voltage results, the cells etched in Acid solution exhibited higher short circuit current and open circuit voltage than those of the cells etched in NaOH 40% solution. We have obtained 16.70% conversion efficiency in large area(156cm²) Tri-Si solar cells etched in Acid solution.

      • 경쟁상태불안 징후 해석과 경기력의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to interpret the symptoms of competitive state anxiety and it's effects on sports performance. The study was designed to confirm the multidimensionality of competitive state anxiety, examining exactly that the symptom interpretation, intensity dimension of cognitive and somatic anxiety have effects of performance. The subjects of this study were 13 male high school Korean golf players who participating in a first national Se-ri's Cup junior championship and 17 Korean western style archery players participating in a 30th national championship. All subjects completed the revised CSAI-2 which consisted of 45 items to measure intensity and frequency of cognitive and somatic anxiety, 30 mins prior to competition. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression anlaysis. The conclusions were as follows ; First, the intensity of anxiety alone could not effect sports performance, where as the symptom interpretation of somatic anxiety was represented as an effect on performance. Second, the intensity of somatic anxiety was represented by advancement of more the performance through an interaction with the symptom interpretation of somatic anxiety. Third, the intensity of cognitive anxiety and the symptom interpretation of cognitive anxiety were represented being closely realted with the somatic anxiety.

      • 寄生蟲의 管理 및 知識에 關한 調査 : 一部農村地域의 住民을 中心으로

        In this survey attempts were made to investigate the degree of medical knowledge and conrrol to parasitic infections from 632 inhabitants at Om-chun Myeon and Sin-jun Myeon, Gang-jin Gun, Chonnam, Korea for a month (from 1979, August 1st to 31th). Major findings obtained from this survey can be summarized as followings : 1) Respondents who recognized all resources of parasitic infections wcre 8.2% (M : 12.8%, F:4.2%), who recognized them partially 68.5% (M : 77.8%, F : 60.3%) and who recognized none 23.3% (M : 9.4%, F : 35.5%). 2) 31.8% (M : 34%, F : 29.9%) of examiness after examination of parasites were reinfected with parasites, and 68.2% (M : 66.0%, F : 70.1%) of them not reinfected. 3) Examinees who were injured severely in their health by parasitic infections were 47.0% (M : 53.9%, F : 40.9%), 27.4% (M : 21.2%, F : 32.8%) with little injuries and 25.6% (M : 24.9%, F : 26.3%) with no injuries. 4) Only 0.3% (M : 0.7%) of respondents were given a stool test once a year and 99.7%(M : 99.3%, F : 100.0%) of thein were not made it. 5) 81.5% (M : 87.2%, F : 76.4%) of examinees did not believe in the results of the stool test and 4.3% (M : 2.7%, F : 5.7%) of them were not confident it and it was not known by 14.2% (M : 10.1%, F : 17.9%) of them. 6) 3.5% (M : 6.1%, F: 1.2%) of respondents, had a suspicion about parasitic infections, had gone into the hospital or clinic for diagnosis, 88.3% (M : 90.9%, F : 86.0%) of them were administered anthelmintics, and 8.2% (M : 3.0%, F: 12.8%) of them were non-treated. 7) The respondents who were not given anthelmintics for extermintion of parasites were 94.2% (M : 93.3%, F : 94.9%), but once a year 4.4% (M : 4.8%, F : 4.2%) and twice a year 1.4% (M : 2.0%, F : 0.9%). 8) 2.4% (M : 0.7%, F : 3.9%) of respondents washed their hands regularly before every meal and 70.2% (M : 25.9%, F : 34.0%) of them irregularly, but 67.4% (M : 73.4%, F : 62.1%) of them did not. 9) 12.2% (M : 8.4%, F : 5.5%) of the examinees washed their hands regularly after every defecation and 37.7% (M : 43.1%, F : 32.8%) of them irregularly, but 50.2% (M : 48.5%, F : 51.6%) did not. 10) 78.2% (M : 93.3%, F : 64.8%) of respondents had experienced eating an uncooked fresh-water fish, but 21.8% (M : 6.7%, F : 35.2%) of them did not. Respondents who have eaten uncooked meet were 92.4% (M : 93.6%, F : 91.3%), but 7.8% (M : 6.4%, F: 8.7%) of them do not.

        건미역의 수침에 따른 흡수율과 보수율, 색도 및 무기성분의 함량 변화

        This study was conducted to examine the water absorption, water-holding capacity, color and mineral contents in natural and cultured dried sea mustards on soaking treatment. Four dried samples of natural and cultured sea mustards were used for the experiments. The effects of soaking treatment on water absorption and water-holding capacity in sea mustards were examined, as the results, these were rapidly accelerated 5 minutes after soaking. It showed that water-holding capacity was significantly high in the case of high absorption of water by soaking. The L a and b values were increased until 30 minutes after soaking, There was significant difference for potassium content between dried natural and dried cultured sea mustards and the natural sea mustard was 10 times as high as the cultured sample. All mineral elements in these materials were significantly decreased and especially, potassium were significantly more decreased at 50~80% of total content by soaking treatment. Ca/ P ratio in these materials by soaking was about 2~3 : 1 levels.

        The intensified enclosure of uncultivated lands, farmlands , and meadows which was a fragment of the modernizing process of England, resulting in the increase in population, centralized usage of capital, and fascination to lands, actually not only meant the alteration in agreculture and constituted the beginning of the commercial revalution aiming at technical reforms; overcoming the disorganization of monasteries, the rise of commodities and the stagnation of the woolen textile industry and carrying out legislation of poor laws with the enthsiasm in the public welfare manifested the aspect of social reformation accompanying with Industrial Revolution. From that time on, the enlargement of exports being performed under the active protection of this country finally achieved the economic growth, according to which fact, they reached the maturity of Industrial Revolution, thus developments in all fields realized the reformation democratic of modern history.

      • 하루 콩단백질 25g 섭취를 위한 메뉴작성 및 영양성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

      • 쑥 및 인삼 급여가 한국재래산양육에 있어서 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가가 흑염소육 중의 지질, 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 그 결과 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가 사육시 총지질을 유의하게(p<0.01) 저하시키는 작용이 있었으며 흑염소육의 지방산 조성을 크게 변화시켜 linoleic acid 함량을 낮추면서, palmitic acid 함량을 증가시켰다. 또한, 흑염소육의 TBA가를 유의하게(p<0.05) 낮추는 것을 볼 때 흑염소육에 다량 함유된 불포화 지방산의 산패를 억제하는 것으로 사료되었다. 이들 결과는 흑염소육의 노린내를 제거해 육질을 개선시키는 필요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of mugwort and ginseng on the fatty acid composition and TBA value of meats in Korean Native Goat. A Total of 12 Korean Native Goats were equally into four groups; Control, Mugwort(4%), Ginseng(1%), Mugwort & Ginseng(4%+1%) groups were supplemented to the basal diet for 40days. These Korean Native Goats with the liveweight of average 9.9kg were slaughtered to obtain samples from loin. Meat samples stored at -20℃ for 7days were analyzed quantitatively to obtain the changes of fatty acid composition and TBA value in total lipid. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Total lipid contents were significantly(P<0.01) low in Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control group. 2. Composition of fatty acid in total lipid of loin were categorized with 6 different fatty acids. Palmitic acid content from loin was highest among saturated fatty acid followed by stearic acid and myristic acid, and oleic acid content was highest among unsaturated fatty acids followed by linoleic acid and palmitoleic acid. Palmitic acid levels decreased remarkably in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control. Linoleic acid levels also decreased in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups. The ratio of the compositions of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in total lipids increased remakably in Mugwort, Gineng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups compared with the Control group. 3. TBARS(thiobabituric acid related substance) of mugwort, ginseng or mugwort & ginseng supplementation to the diet decreased significantly(p<0.05) in loin. These results indicate that mugwort or ginseng supplementation in Korean Native Goat may be effective, to increase the stability of meat or decrease total lipid and unsaturated fatty acids.
