본 연구에서는 고성능 공진형 전력변환기의 실용화를 위해 병렬공진형 직류링크 전력변환 시스템의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 반도체형 전력 스윗칭 소자에 비하여 제한적인 주파수 영역을 극복할 뿐만 아니라 전력손실량도 최소화 시켰다. 또한 이 시스템의 실용화를 위하여 시스템의 설계방향, 공진회로부의 구성부품, 그리고 주회로의 각 소자에 대한 설계사양도 함께 고려하였다. In this study, a design technology of the parallel resonance type DC-link power converting system is proposed to apply high-active resonance type power transducer in the industrial field. The proposed system not only alleviates the frequency limitation which is major drawback of the semiconductor type power switching device but also reduces the power loss. To realize the proposed system, we considered system design procedure, resonance circuit components, and design specification of each device of main circuit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various attitudes towards sports programs. Two-hundred and thirty-one high school students were selected according to a systematic stratified cluster random sampling, and the Self-Administration Method was used for the questionnaire survey. In the collected questionnaire data, those samples which were not reliable were discarded and only reliable data were analyzed, using a PC. In this analysis, tables, percentages, a t-test, and correlation tests were used. The results were as follows: 1. Male students showed a stronger inclination towards sports programs than did female students. 2. High school students showed a higher intensity of immersion than did middle school students. 3. There was no significant correlation between conversation and intensity of immersion. 4. There was a high correlation between inclination towards sports programs and intensity of immersion.

A module design aims to develop product architecture that consists physically detachable units such as module. To develop the system of module design, this paper suggests the methodology of part grouping, evaluation of modularization of a product for improving modularization. To determine modules, module concept is proposed to satisfy the objectives of a modular design. Therefore, there are functional, structural, and process modularizations in a modular concept. Module grouping can be accomplished by using an optimization model that maximizes the sum of the weighting. The present study proposes the p-median model and the direct clustering technique. The optimal clustering solution can be obtained by comparing two clustering techniques. To find the best solution among part groups, evaluation of modularization is performed based on the concept of module design. For the evaluation of modularization, evaluation criteria of modularization are used in the matrix table.

肋膜疾患의 臨床的 考察 : 非特異性肋膜?出에 關한 診斷的 考察 1.Diagnostic Studies on Idiopathi Pleural Effusions

Twenty-three patients with pleural effusion of unknown etiology were selected because by means of radiological and cytologic examination, smear of the sputum and pleural fluids for tubercle bacilli and eggs of the lung fluke had failed to provide a diagnosis, from September, 1974 to October, 1975 at the Department of internal Medicine, National Medical Center in Korea. Needle biopsy of the pleura using Vim-Silverman needle, culture of the sputum and pleural fluids for tubercle bacilli, red blood cell, lymphocyte, monocyte and mesothelial cell counts in the pleural fluids, and measurement of the pleural fluid glucose and pH levels were done to provide definite or suspected diagnosis. The results were as follows: 1) neeedle biopsies were done on 23 patients and 11 of these showed tuberculous findings, 2 of these showed lymphoma and the remaining 10 showed nonspecific chronic inflammation (43.5%). In one patient of the nonspecific group, an open pleural biopsy which showed paragonimiasis. 2) culture of the pleural fluid was positive for tubercle bacilli in only 2 of the tuberculous group and 1 of the nonspecific group. 3) Used in conjunction with pleural fluid red blood cell, lymphocyte, monocyte, rresothelial cell counts and glucose, pH levels, most provable tuberculous etiology could be established in 6 of 8 nonspecific group, and remaining 2 were as idiopathic pleural effusion. 21세기 새로운 시대를 준비하는 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표 개정과정

교육목적은 대학의 교육이 지향하는 대전제이다. 그러므로 대학교육 목적과 목표가 어떤가에 따라 교육과정과 교육방법이 달라진다. 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표는, '지덕겸수'로 요약되는 '과학과 도학을 겸비한 전인교육'의 건학정신과 '학술탐구'와 '덕성함양'의 원광대학교 교육목표와 일치하게 현재까지 유지되었다. 그러나 현행 교육목표의 여러 문제점이 발견되었고, 시대상의 변화에 따라 원광대학교 의과대학에서도 사회적 변화 빛 의료인에 대한 시대적 요구에 걸맞은 의학교육의 목적 및 목표의 재설정 과정을 시작하게 되었다. 그 결과 개정 작업을 통해 새로운 교육목표를 설정하게 되었으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 기본진료능력을 지닌 의사를 양성한다. 2. 원불교 교리 이념을 반영한 윤리적, 도덕적인 의사를 양성한다. 3. 평생 학습하는 연구하는 의사 혹은 의과학자를 양성한다. 4. 사회적 책무를 수행하는 리더십을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. 5. 지역 사회에 공헌하는 봉사정신을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. Purpose : With the changes to the medical environments and to the medical educational systems, we aimed to evaluate the current mission statement of the School of Medicine, Wonkwang University, and to revise it. Methods : To establish the new goal and mission statement, a Special Committee for the Revision of Medical School Mission and advisory group were organized in 2008. This special committee conducted through five steps of action, which are composed of investigation, education, development, surveillance of various opinions, and announcement. Results : For the development of new goal and mission, the revised, final goal and mission statements decided through the five steps of action. The new mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine was as follows; 1. Doctor who can diagnose and treat easily 2. Ethical and moral doctor who practice Won Buddhism 3. Doctor or Medical Scholar who studies lifelong study 4. Doctor who has leadership to social responsibility 5. Doctor who goes into service to a local community. Conclusion : The authors expect that the new goal and mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine would be helpful in giving the guideline on the educational process of medical school and will give the information to reform the medical school system according to the rapidly changing educational environment.
