      • 고추 근권에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis J-24의 검은 곰팡이병원균 Alternaria alternata에 대한 길항력 및 고추의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향

        Thirty bacteria were isolated from the red pepper rhizosphere. The isolates were screened for antagonism to Alternaria alteranta causing red pepper black rot. Antagonistic bacterium No. J-24 was selected among the isolated bacteria and was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphological and physiological characterisitics and MIDI system. B. subtilis J-24 showed antifungal activities against A.alternata(inhibition percentage, 99%), Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora capsici, Pythium ultimum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Stemphylium botrysum. The growth of red pepper seedling was promoted as compared to control when the microbial inoculants was mixed in bed soil. In the mixed microbial inoculants bed soil, the leaf area of red pepper was increased of 15 percent, the hypocotyl weight 12 percent, the root length 12 percent, total dry weight 13 percent as compared to those grown in the genenal bed soil.

      • 부순모래를 사용한 고강도 콘크리트의 배합설계에 관한 연구

        The amount used of aggregates for concrete is increasing rapidly since the mid-1980s in Korea. The natural gravels from river are already displaced with crushed stone, and use of crushed sand as a substitute of natural river sands, also, is getting increased day by day. This paper is presented for mixture of high strength concrete using crushed sands. Mixing design of concretes alee various water-cement ratios(w/c) such as 25%, 40%, 55% and different replacement radio of crushed sands to natural sands such as 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%. As a results, it has been shown that compressive strength of concretes with w/c lower than 40% and 25% is higher than 400 kgf/cm2 and 600 kgf/cm2 respectively.

        The abnormal b-globin of propositus(Hwang, 18 years old, boy) was purified by urea CM cellulose column chromatography and then identified by urea-polyacetate membrane electrophoresis. The purified abnormal b-globin was analyzed by alpha plus amino acid analyzer and the following results were obtained : No of gly residues is 13, ala 15, val 18, leu 18, ser 5, thr 7, asp 18, glu 11, arg 4, lys 10, his 9, pro 7, phe 7, tyr 2 and met 1. On the bases of the above results it was assumed that the abnormal b-globin, propositus Hwang, was resulted in substitution of amino acid arg for lys.

        The construction productivity is a main index to measure the efficiency on the management of the project. Also, The productivity in the construction is not only a main factor associated with cost and schedule but also affects on the success or failure of the project. Regardless of the importance of the productivity in the project, Most of the studies of the productivity is just referring quantitative factors without pre-studying the principle and concept of the lean construction factors and the number of the data associated with the productivity, collected in construction site, is also lacking. To improve the construction productivity in the domestic construction, first of all, the management on the productivity must be taken from quantitative factors to qualitative factors, then a systematic and detailed process or method must be suggested factors. As explained above, the available way to meet this situation is the lean system. Through analyzing the correlation between factors decreasing the construction productivity and waste factors, and defining a new meaning of the waste in connection with domestic construction, it is the propose in this paper to suggest a theoretical basement to apply the lean system inside.

      • 조기탈형을 위한 라텍스 개질 초속경 콘크리트의 개발 및 강도발현 특성

        현재 스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스(styrene-butadiene latex)를 혼입한 콘크리트는 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 교면포장용으로 라텍스 개질 콘크리트(LMC)의 사용은 일반 콘크리트와 다르지 않지만 라텍스에 의해 콘크리트의 특성을 향상시킨다. 그러나, 이와 같은 라텍스 개질 콘크리트와 다르지 않지만 라텍스에 의해 콘크리트의 특성을 향상시킨다. 그러나, 이와 같은 라텍스 개질 콘크리트는 장시간 양생을 요하는 문제로 인해 긴급을 요하는 곳에는 적용할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초속경시멘트를 사용한 라텍스 개질 콘크리트를 개발하고, 이에 따른 작업성 및 강도발현특성을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험결과, 지연제와 소포제를 사용한 라텍스 개질 초속경 콘크리트(RSLMC)의 강도발현을 확인할 수 있었으며, 제안된 최적배합은 초속경성의 강도발현으로 인해 현장에서 긴급보수에 적용이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 라텍스 개질 초속경 콘크리트는 교면포장, 포장체, 빌딩등의 보수에 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Concrete containing styrene-butadiene latex is widely used, nowadays, as a protective system for bridge. The usage of latex modified concrete (LMC) as an overlay system is not all that different from any quality concrete, but the improved properties impart to the concrete by the latex. However, this may not be used for repair works because the bridge lane could not be closed for several weeks for curing. Therefore, this study focused on the development of rapid-setting cement latex modified concrete (RSLMC), and on the investigation of workability and strength development. As a result, this study clearly validated the strength development of RSLMC by introducing a retarder and an antifoam agent. The proposed optimized concrete mixtures might be satisfactorily applied for the repair works in fields, because of its rapid strength development, respectively. Therefore, RSLMC could be used in many repair or overlay works such as bridge deck, pavement or building.

      • 구조방정식모형의 이해와 활용

        Recently, methods of structural equation modeling are issued in physical education research. These methods merge the logic of confirmatory factor analysis, multiple regression and path analysis within a single data analytic framework. Structural equation modeling can be used to test whether a hypothesized causal structure is consistent or inconsistent with the data. Applications of structural equation modeling are still rare, but are rapidly increasing use in physical education. The purpose os this study was to provide guidance for substantive researchers on the use of structural equation modeling in practice for theory testing and development. Especially, this study show how the SAS system's PROC CALIS can be used the test causal models and follow a two-step approach recommended by Anderson and Gerbing(1998). With this approach, the first step involves using confirmatory factor analysis to develop an acceptable measurement model. Then the second step simultaneously estimate the measurement and structural submodels. Two-step modeling approach provides a basis for making meaning for inferences about theoretical constructs and their interrelations, as well as avoiding some specious inferences.
