      • Design and Implementation of Retrieval System of Network Learning Resources Based on Semantic Web

        The gradual finding of large quantities of low-relevant or even non-relevant information is returned by the traditional keyword-based query. To further improve the efficiency and quality of network learning resources retrieval, this article designs a generic Semantic Web-based e-learning resources retrieval system model and achieves B/S mode of semantic retrieval prototype system, considering the influence of various factors for the similarity and correlation, such as degree of semantic overlap, semantic distance, semantic hierarchy, and property relation. By comparing with the traditional query, the retrieval results showed that the semantic retrieval methods to ensure precision in the case of a higher recall rate.

      • Molecular determinants of blastocyst competency for implantation

        Early pregnancy loss in humans, which often occurs due to defects that occur before, during or immediately after implantation, is a worldwide social and economic concern. For successful implantation to occur in the receptive uterus, the blastocyst must also attain implantation competency. The first evidence that the state of activity of the blastocyst determines the “window” of implantation in the receptive uterus was derived from reciprocal blastocyst transfer experiments in a delayed implantation mouse model. This model is a powerful approach to define the molecular signaling components that direct blastocyst activation or dormancy. Nearly 100 mammals in seven different orders undergo delayed implantation, but the underlying mechanism remains largely unknown. There is evidence that catecholestrogens produced from primary estrogens in the uterus activate blastocysts. Another lipid signaling molecule that targets blastocysts is an endocannabinoid anandamide, which activates G-protein coupled cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. Expression of CB1 in the Tr, and uterine synthesis of anandamide, suggest that endocannabinoid signaling is critical to implantation in mice. Levels of uterine anandamide and blastocyst CB1 are coordinately downregulated with the attainment of uterine receptivity and blastocyst activation, respectively, in contrast to their elevated levels in the nonreceptive uterus and dormant blastocysts. Anandamide regulates blastocyst function by differentially modulating MAPK signaling and Ca2+channelactivityviaCB1. Using delayed implantation model, a global gene expression study showed that these two different physiological states of the blastocyst are molecularly distinguishable. The main functional categories of altered genes include cell cycle, cell signaling and energy metabolic pathways. This study also showed an upregulated expression of heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HB-EGF) in activated blastocysts and is complementary to earlier reports of upregulated expression of its receptor ErbB1 and ErbB4 in similar blastocysts. Recently, we demonstrated that silencing of Wnt-beta-catenin signaling in mice does not adversely affect the development of preimplantation embryos to blastocysts and uterine preparation for receptivity, but, remarkably, blocks blastocyst competency to implantation. A coordinated activation of canonical Wnt-beta-catenin signaling with Cox-2-PPARd signaling pathway ensures blastocyst competency to implantation. These findings constitute novel evidence that Wnt signaling is at least one pathway that determines blastocyst competency for implantation. More insight into the molecular basis of blastocyst competency for implantation might help to improve pregnancy rates in human IVF programs.

      • R&D investment and institutions

        R&D investment is increasingly viewed as an important driving force technology innovation and, hence, of economic growth. Most empirical analysis attribute levels of R&D investment to some non-institutional factors. This paper, however, focuses in how institutions affect the gross amount of domestic R&D investment. Using a panel-data of 21 countries over the period 1981-2005, every five years, our econometric analysis find that the strength of intellectual property rights has a significant non-linear effect on country-level R&D investment, i.e. there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between them, meaning that strengthening of intellectual property rights would negatively affect domestic R&D expenditure after a turning point. We also find that positive linear relationship is existed between levels of R&D investment and other discussed institutions respectively, such as property rights; the quality of education system and economic freedom, etc.. The results suggest that institutional differences are important determinants for different levels of R&D investment across countries.

      • A Study on New Control Mechanisms of Memory

        A physical phenomenon is observed through analysis of the Hodgkin-Huxley's model that is, according to Maxwell field equations a fired neuron can yield magnetic fields. The magnetic signals are an output of the neuron as some type of information, which may be supposed to be the conscious control information. Therefore, study on neural networks should take the field effect into consideration. Accordingly, a study on the behavior of a unit neuron in the field is made and a new neuron model is proposed. A mathematical Memory-Learning Relation has been derived from these new neuron equations, some concepts of memory and learning are introduced. Two learning theorems are put forward, and the control mechanisms of memory are also discussed. Finally, a theory, i.e. Neural Electromag metic(NEM) field theory is advanced.

        Unified Overload Method of Slope Stability Analysis Based on Potential Sliding Direction

        The overload method is difficult to be promoted in slope stability analysis for its disunity of loading forms and directions. Based on the traditional overload method and the Strength Reduction Method (SRM) in which the limit equilibrium state of the slope was reached by reducing sliding resisting force without changing the sliding force, a new way to reach the limit equilibrium state of the slope was developed by increasing sliding force without changing resisting force. Referring the loading forms in Gravity Increase Method (GIM) and sliding direction determination in Vector Sum Method (VSM), the theoretical relationship was built between overload coefficient and safety factor of Vector Sum Method (VSM) and the unified overload method based on overall potential sliding direction was proposed. The loading forms and directions were unified by this method, respectively. Sliding surface could be determined while solving the safety factor and the developing direction of overload method in slope stability analysis application was indicated. Three representative slopes with fixed sliding surfaces and two slopes with unknown sliding surfaces were taken as examples to compare results from Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM), Strength Reduction Method (SRM), Vector Sum Method (VSM), Gravity Increase Method (GIM) and overloading method along the horizontal direction with each other. The safety factor resulted from the method proposed in this paper was close to the one from Vector Sum Method (VSM) and the location of sliding surface was close to the one from Strength Reduction Method (SRM). Thus the reliability of the method was testified.

        Kinetic modeling for chromatographic separation of cytosine monophosphate and uracil monophosphate

In this study, chromatographic separation of the two nucleotides CMP and UMP was sim-ulated by the equilibrium-dispersive (ED) model, and the adsorption isotherms in the ED model were determined bythe inverse method. Prediction performance of the model was validated under three diferent kinds of conditions andthe importance of selecting isotherms was discussed in detail. Excellent agreement was achieved with the experi-mental band profiles and the prediction of the ED model.         Tuning the physicochemical properties of axitinib by crystallization: Preparation, calculation and Structure-property relationship

        Crystal engineering is a radical method to modulate the physicochemical properties of the drugs to meetthe needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Examined herein are six axitinib solid-state forms, includinganhydrous forms (Ⅳand XLI), solvates (acetic acid, nitromethane and n-propanol), and cocrystal (nicotinamide). Comprehensive characterization containing morphology, hygroscopicity, solubility, fluorescenceand powder tabletability were performed. Calculations of lattice energy, packing coefficient andenergy framework rationalized the structure–property relationship of these six forms from the packinglandscape. This system illustrates that form IV and cocrystal improve the solubility of axitinib, but thehumidity stability is also decreased. Six crystal forms show polychromatic solid-state luminescence rangingfrom violet to indigo to green. Form IV and cocrystal with slip plane structures exhibited superior tensilestrength and compactibility than isotropic form XLI. Elusive form VI can be obtained by controllingthe humidity levels during desolvation of the solvate. This work not only realizes the regulation of betterphysicochemical properties of axtinnib for industrial manufacturing, but also provides a detailed understandingof the structure–property relationship of drugs in complex polymorphic systems.

        Construction of National Fitness Online Platform System Based on Mobile Internet Technology

        최근 몇 년 사이 국민체력이 화두가 되고 있다. 어떻게 하면 건강하고 효과적으로 운동할 수 있을지가 시급히 해결 해야 할 수 있다. 정보 공유 플랫폼으로서 인터넷 플랫폼은 편리하고 빠른 피트니스 안내 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며 국민 피트니스 활동에 중요한 역할을 한다. 매스 스포츠 피트니스 가이드에 인터넷을 적용하면 피트니스 지식의 편리한 획득에 도움이 되며, 매스 피트니스의 과학적 특성과 정확성을 높일 수 있다. 모바일 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 국민 피트니스 온라 인 플랫폼은 모바일 인터넷 기술이 결합된 플랫폼으로 시민들이 피트니스 기록, 교육 동영상, 결과 피드백 등 3가지 측면에 서 피트니스 과제를 완성할 수 있도록 지원한다. 사용자 피트니스 비디오의 추천을 완료하기 위해 플랫폼은 비디오 기반의 협업 필터링 추천 알고리즘을 사용한다. 이 플랫폼은 인기 패널티와 추천 콘텐츠의 풍부함을 증가시켰다. 플랫폼을 통해 현재의 피트니스 가이드 네트워크 플랫폼에 존재하는 문제점을 발굴하고, 타겟팅된 개발 대책과 제안을 제시한다. In recent years, national fitness has become a hot topic. How to exercise healthily and effectively is an urgent problem to be solved. As an information sharing platform, the Internet platform can provide convenient and fast fitness guidance services and plays an important role in national fitness activities. The application of the Internet in mass sports fitness guidance is conducive to the convenient acquisition of fitness knowledge, and can increase the scientific nature and accuracy of mass fitness. The national fitness online platform based on mobile internet is a combination of mobile internet technology, which assists citizens to complete fitness tasks from three aspects: fitness records, teaching videos and result feedback. To complete the recommendation of user fitness videos, the platform uses video-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. The platform has increased popularity penalties and the richness of recommended content. Through the platform, the problems existing in the current fitness guidance network platform are discovered, and targeted development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
