        The purpose of this study was to compare sex differences of blood lactate concentration after strenous 800m sprint running and recovery 15 min. Trained-middle distance runners(Male:11, Female:10) participated as subjects of this paper. All subjects was performed a 800m sprint running, repeatedly. Blood samples for analysis a blood lactate concentration was collected in rest, warm-up after, lst 800m run after, recovery 15 min and 2nd 800m run after, respectively. The results and conclusion of this study was obtained as follows : 1. Male 800m best record in lst and 2nd run was shown a significantly high record, compared to female(lst: p<0.01, 2nd: p<0.001). 2. Blood lactate concentration after lst and 2nd run was not significant difference between male and female. However, Blood lactate concentration of both group displayed more high levels in 2nd run than lst run(p<0.001, respectively). 3. Blood lactate concentration of recovery phase was shown a significantly high lactate removal ability in male, compared with female(p<0.001). As results of above, Peak blood lactate concentration of male and female was not significant difference, but, male was shown a faster lactate removal ability compared with female.

        The Multimedia is the variety-elements of a communication added to herein with a view transmit simultaneously the wide-Information of the Letter, voice, image, animation etc,. This Paper has studied on the system of a high speed transmission in order to design convenience to user to transmit high speed more than the Multimedia service to increaseing nowadays. To this end, it has used for the B-ISDN in order to upgrade a high speed large scale transmission and a service-Quality and also selected the O-FDM by means of the multi-carrier Modulation. And so, it has been increased the transmission-speed and reduced the production-Rate of error to use the QPSK by means of the Digital Modulation system and to apply the TP, VMTP, WETBLT, and DELTA-T by the protocol of a high-speed communication system in order to the Second Generation-Multimedia service. This paper will be expected to contribute the high speed transmission System in the Second Generation Multimedia service.

      • 益胃升陽湯 및 加減方이 家兎의 摘出腸管 運動에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the action of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Cimicifugae in Yikwiserugyangtang(益胃升陽湯), Yikwiseungyangtang was divided into six samples : Sample Ⅰ : Yikwiseungyangtang Sample Ⅱ : Water extract of Yikwiseungyangtang excluded R.Bupleuri and R.Cimicifugae. Sample Ⅲ : Water extract of Yikwiseungyangtang excluded R.Cimicifugae. Sample Ⅳ : Water extract of Yikwiseungyangtang excluded R.Bupleuri. Sample Ⅴ : Water extract of Yikwiseungyangtang increased R.Bupleuri and R.Cimicifugae to 3.75g Sample Ⅵ : Water extract of R.Bupleuri and R.Cimicifuage. Effects of Yikwiseungyangtang and its variants on the contractile force of isolated rabbit ileums are as follows : 1. Yikwiseungyangtang was significantly increased the contractile force of isolated rabbits ileum. 2. The contractile of Yikwiseungyangtang was significantly inhibited by atropine. 3. The contractile force of Yikwiseungyangtang was not inhibited by cyproheptadine. 4. In the contraction of Norepinephrine(10^-3M), Sample Ⅱ, Sample Ⅵ and Sample Ⅴ were increased the contractile force than that of Sample Ⅰ. 5. In the contraction of acetylcholine (10^-3M), no change observed in contractile force than that of Sample Ⅰ.

      • SSB와 VHF 통신시스템에 대한 원격제어 연구

        해안국과 군대의 기지국에서는 기존의 SSB와 VHF 송수신기에 의한 무선통신은 아직도 매우 유효하게 사용하고 있다. SSB와 VHF의 장비는 해상과 육상에서 정보전달에 매우 중요하다. 해안국과 터미널간에 있어서 기존 SSB와 VHF 송수신기에 의한 통신상대는 1:1 방식이다. 그러나 이 1:1의 방식을 1대 다수로 한다. 그러면 주파수를 아낄 수 있고, 또 해상에서 조난, 긴급, 안전통신 및 군용통신에서 효과적으로 할 수 있다. 또 1대 다수방식은 인터럽트를 할 수 있다. 그것은 중요통신의 신속한 전송에 편리하다. 이 논문은 기존의 SSB나 VHF 통신장비에 ICS를 설치하였다. 이것은 하나의 단말기에서 여러 송수신장비와 통신을 할 수 있다. 이 장비를 VHF 통신에 설치하면 원거리에 있는 선박과 양호한 통신을 할 수 있다. 그러므로 이 방식은 통신범위를 넓힐 수 있다. ICS에 의한 회선교환 방법은 PPT 신호와 음성신호가 변조된 ASK로 원격조정을 한다. ICS는 회선교환기를 통하여 단말기와 송수신기의 접속을 수시로 변경할 수 있다. 이렇게 하기 위해서 ASK방식에 대한 정보전송, ICS의 시스템 개발. 제어 알고리즘의 구현, 멀티프로세서의 시스템 개발, 전송방식, 모니링을 연구하였다. 따라서 이 논문은 원격제어를 위한 무선통신장비의 희선교환 제어방식으로서 해상통신, 군용통신, 어업통신 등을 위한 무선국 통신장비의 개선에 기여도가 클 것으로 기대된다. The radio communications by SSB and VHF transceivers are still used very efficiently in coast stations and military base stations. The SSB and VHF equipments are very important to transmit and receive informations in the sea and the land. The communication system by the conventional SSB and VI-IF transceivers between a coast station and a terminal is an one-to-one system. In this dissertation, however, the conventional one-to-one system is expanded to one-to-multiple systems. Then, frequencies can be used effectively for distress, urgency, safety traffic, and military communications. In addition, one to multi-number systems can be used to interrupt, which is useful to transmit rapidly in the information traffic. An ICS has been proposed and added, in this dissertation, to the conventional SSB and VHF communication systems, which can realize one-to-several terminal communications. When the ICS equipments are set up to the VHF transceiver, It is possible to communicate with ship in far distance the communication range can be enlarged. The line switching system by the ICS is to be remote-controlled by ASK modulated PTT signals and audio signals. An ICS can change a connection between terminal and transceiver through a circuit switching system at any time. For this purpose, the author has researched and developed a ASK transmission system, ICS system, control algorithm, multiprocessor system, and monitoring system. As a conclusion, the developed line switching control systems and equipments can be used effectively for maritime communication, military communication, fishery communication, etc.

      • 투기종목 선수들의 무산소성 역치의 특성

        The purpose of the present study is to determine the levels of maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of boxing players(n=23), ken-do players(n=18), Judo players(n=12), T.D.K players(n=18). Treadmill test was used to measure maximal state and anaerobic threshold of metabolic variables. Treadmill exercises protocol was 2-min incremental test from an initial work load of 0MPH(grade : 0%) to all-out by step of 1.0MPH(grade : 2%). The results of measurement was as follows : 1. Absolute(1/min) and relative(ml/kg/min) maximal oxygen uptake was highest(5.08l/min, 65.01 ml/kg/min) in Judo layers, followed in order by the T.D.K players (4.37l/min, 64.74 ml/kg/min), Boxing players(4.18) l/min, 63.19 ml/kg/min) and ken-do players(3.81l/min, 58.65 ml/kg/min). It is not significant difference in the relative maximal oxygen uptake, but is significant difference between group in the absolute maximal oxygen uptake(p<0.001) 2. AT-VO₂(l/min) and AT-VO₂(ml/kg/min) in the anaerobic threshold was highest (3.71 l/min, 47.28 ml/kg/min) in Judo players, followed in order by the T.K.D players(3.29 l/min, 48.75 ml/kg/min), boxing players(2.90 l/min, 43.91 ml/kg/min) and ken-do players(2.82 l/min, 43.52 ml/kg/min). It is not significant difference in the AT-V02(ml/kg/min), but is significant difference between group in the AT-V02(l/min). (p<0.001) 3. %HRmax and %V 02max in the anaerobic threshold was not significant difference between group.

        건어물을 이용한 조리음식의 미생물학적 위해 감소를 위한 조리 전처리 적용 효과

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the microbiological hazards of dried fish (Jwieochae,0jingeochae and Bugeochae), and to apply pretreatment methods to increase the safety of cooked dried fish within foodservice establishments. Microbiological inspections were conducted on Total Plate Count, Coliforms, E. coli, E. coli 0157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. and Listeria monocytogenes. The study results are summarized as follows. According to the Hazard analysis, there are many problems showing high numbers in terms of Total Plate Count and Coliforms, which were both well over acceptable standard levels. E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus were detected at certain foodservice establishments, while E. coli 0157:H7, Salmonella spp. and Listeria momocytogenes were not detected at all. By applying various Pretreatment methods, such as washing, blanching, panfrying and microwave heating, the levels of microbiological hazards were able to be controlled and lowered. Blanching was the most effective method, followed by panfrying, microwave heating and washing. The Total Plate Counts gradually decreased with increasing number of times washed and seconds panfried. From these results, it is concluded that to guarantee food safety, cooked dried fish raw materials should be kept hygienically and appropriate pretreatment methods applied before cooking.

      • 여자 유도선수들의 트레이닝과 시합시즌에 따른 혈구세포, 헤마토크리트 및 헤모글로빈 농도의 특성

        The main objective of this study was investigated a "Sports Anemia" phenomenon as estimation a profilex of hematological status during training and competition season. Eleven elite women judoist was recruited to participate as subject of this study. The experimental periods was done lasting for one years and began on March and ended on October. that is, it was done a 1st measurement on March, 2nd measurement on June, 3rd measurement on September. After 3rd measurement all athletes was performed to judo competition and then, it was done a 4rd measurement on October after resting a 4 weeks periods. Values for all hematological parameters are within the normal range for elite women judoist. White Blood Cell (WBC). There was a significant difference between the WBC count of March(1st measurement) and June(2nd measurement), September(3rd measurement), and October(4rd measurement) (F-value=6.077, p〈.01). Red Blood Cell (RBC). There was a significant difference between the RBC count of March vs. June, September and October (F-value = 7.857 p〈.001). Hematocrit (Hct). There was no significant difference throughout training and competition season (F-value=1.233). Hemoglobin (Hb). There was no significant difference between the hemoglobin concentration of training and competition season (F-value= 1.962). Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV). There was a significant difference between the MCV values of March vs. June, September and October, Also, between the MCV values of June vs. October and September vs. October (F-value =44.638, p〈.001). Mean Cell Hemoglobin (MCH). There was no significant difference between training and season, except March vs. June (F-value =4.137, p〈.05). Mean Cellular Hemoglobin Content (MCHC). There was a significant difference between the MCHC of March vs. June, September and October (F-value = 28.609, p〈.001). Our results suggest that Mean values for hematological parameters following training and competition season in elite women judoist are remained within the normal range, and that "Sport Anemia" cannot observed a throughout training and competition season.

        IT 산업은 '98년이후 연18.8%의 성장을 지속하여 IMF 경제위기 극복과 경제 재도약의 핵심동력으로 성장하여 CDP비중이 '97년 8.6%에서 '01년 12.9%로 증가하고 생산액은 76조원에서 150조원으로 2배 증가 하였다. CDMA, 반도체, TFT-LCD 등은 세계 1등 상품으로 자리잡고, IT분야가 우리나라 수출을 주도하고 있는데 급속한 IT산업 성장의 핵심 원동력은 전략적인 연구개발 투자에 기인한다. 정부에서는 정보통신기술개발을 위해 '93년부터 정보화 촉진기금을 설치하고 "정보통신연구개발사업"을 통해 이를 집중 지원하여 왔는데 정보통신 산업발전 및 정보화촉진을 위해 1993∼2001년간 총 5조 8,252억원을 투입하였고 출연사업으로는 3조 1,012억원을 투입하였다. 정보통신연구개발사업 중 출연사업은 정보통신분야의 기술진흥과 정보통신산업 발전을 선도하기 위한 선도기술개발사업과 IT 신시장 창출 및 IT 산업경쟁력 제고를 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 지원하는 산업기술개발사업, 정보통신분야의 우수한 신기술을 보유하고도 자금 부족 등으로 사업화를 못하는 개인 또는 중소기업에게 시제품개발 또는 산업화에 소요되는 사업비를 지원하는 우수신기술지정지원사업, 그리고 표준화사업과 연구기반조성사업 등이 대표적인 정보통신연구개발사업으로 사업별 지원내용을 살펴보았다. 또한 인력양성을 제외한 정보통신연구개발 출연사업에 1993∼2001년간 총 2조 1,755억원을 투자하여 매출이 28조원이상 발생하는 등의 각종 성과가 있었는데 사업별 성과를 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하였다.[1][4]

        조대술을 이용한 비교적 큰 함치성 낭종내 전위된 치아의 맹출유도에 관한 치료증례

        The dentigerous cyst originates through alteration of the reduced enamel epithelium after amelogenesis is completed, with accumulation of fluid between the layers of the enamel epithelium or between this epithelium and the tooth crown. It is always associated with unerupted teeth. there are two methods of treatment which are generally accepted. One is the enucleation of the cystic sac in its entirety, the other is the Partch operation, or the marsupialization, by which the cyst is uncovered or 『deroofed』 and the cystic lining made continuous with the oral cavity or surrounding structures. We have 3 cases involving management of impacted & displaced teeth after marsupialization of a dentigerous cyst. We would like to summarize the results of the report as follows: The teeth which had been displaced near the bottom of mandible and dislocated distally or mesially by the pressure of the cyst on which had been displaced and inclined abnormally by the pressure of the cyst, have a tendency to erupt rapidly into their normal position soon after marsupialization, even without the application of orthodontic measures.
