        지하수법과 토양환경보전법의 통합에 관한 고찰

        Es hundelt sich bei dieser Abhundlung urn Ueberlegung zur Gesetzesaenderung fuer Einheit des Bodenschutzgesetzes und des Gesetzes fuer Grundwasser Koreas. Da beide Gesetze nicht nur fuer die Entwicklung bzw. die Nutzung des Bodens und des Grundwassers, sondern auch fuer Umweltschtz dieser Emmissionen erlassen wurden, haben sie hinsichtlich ihrer Inhalte vielfaeltige gemeinsame Aspekten. Zu nennen sind folgendes: - die Regelung fuer Entwicklung und Nutzung des Grundwassers und des Bodens - die Regelung fuer Aufstellung der Planung fuer Benutzung und dessen Umweltschutz des Grundwassers und Bodens - die Regelung fuer Festsetzung der Schutzzonen des Grundwassers und Bodens - die Regelung fuer Untersuchung der Verschrnutzung des Grundwassers und Bodens - die Regelung firer Schadensersatz auf Verschmutzung des Grundwassers und Bodens. usw. Angesichts der aenlichen Inhalten dieser Gesetze kann die Einheitlichung beider Gesetze viele Vorteile mit sich bringen, die sowoh1 fuer den Uin eltschutz als auch fuer die Nutzung des Grundwassers und Bodens bedeutsam sind. Bei der Vereinheitlichung dieser Gesetze soll die Regelungen ueber die Zustaendigkeiten verschiedener Behoerden geaendert werden, daduch die Aufgabenerfuellung der Behoerden noch effizienzer zu sein.

        韓國에 있어서 傳統과 法 : 공법분야를 중심으로

        Bei dieser Abhandlung handelt es sich um die Probleme, die in Korea wegen der Abbrechung der Tradition im Rechtssystem befindet sind. Untersuchungsgegenstand ist nur auf die Traditionen in Bereich des oeffentlichen Rechts beschraenkt. Obwohl es verschiedene Gedanken auf den Natur des Rechts geben, ist es nicht zu verweigern, dass die Tradition im engeren Verhaeltnis mit dem geltenden Recht stehen wird. In Korea wurde das alten Rechtssystem durch den praetzlichen Abbruch des koreanischen Koenigreichs abgeloest. Seitdem wurde das Rechtssystem des japanischen kolonialen Machtes in Korea in Kraft gesetzt. Nach der Bildung Republik Koreas wurde das westeuropaeische Rechtssystem in Korea eingefuehert. Die Entfernung(Der Abstand) des geltenden Rechts von den alten Tradition bringt sich viele Probleme. Eine davon ist zu nennen, dass das demokratische Rechtsstaatsprinzip sich in korea nicht gut verankert worden ist. Die Rolle der Traditionen im oeffentlichen-rechtlichen Bereich wurde bei dieser Abhandlunng weiter anseinandergesetzt.

        경제성원리의 행정법에의 수용

        Es handelt sich bei dieser Abhandlung um die Rezeption der Wirtschafthchkeitsprinzip in Verwaltungsrecht. Zur Zeit hat sich die Rechtstaatsprinzip beim Verwaltungsrecht mit unumgaeglicher Bedeutung gepraegt. Die Wirtschaftlichkertsprinzip wurde laengst im Berelch der Wirtschaftswissenschaft ins Auge gefasst. Sert juenger Zeit macht man auf die Wirtschaftlichkeitsprinzip im Bereich des Verwaltungsrecht als eine sinvolle Prinzip Aufmeramkeit, die nicht nur im Gebiet des Finanzrechts, sondern auch in allgememen Verwaltung von bedeutung ist. Bei dieser Abhandlung wurden folgende Punkte auseinandergesetzt: - Rechtliche institutionen, in denen die Wirschaftlichkeitsprinzip verhaeltnismaessig stark gepraegt ist - Begriffe der Wirtschaftsprinzip - Hamonisierung der Wirtschaftslichkeitsprinzip und Rechtstaatsprizip - Neue Steuerungsmodell in Verwaltung, in denen die Wirtschtslichkeitsprinzip stark aufgefordert wird. - Rechtskontrolle auf die Anwendung der Wirtschaftlichkeitsprinzip, usw.

      • 제과ㆍ제빵 종사원의 직무만족에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine in which way the job satisfaction of hotel confectionery and bakery employees affect the production of high quality product and productivity efficiency and which factors influence their job satisfaction and work efficiency, and to identify what problems there were and what solution there would be. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the employees in the hotel confectionery and bakery departments were significantly different in educational background, age, service term, position and salaries according to the socio-demographic variables. Second, the factors associated with their expertise were ample knowledge, major, systematic training, aptitude and chance of being recognized. Third, the factors related to cuisine environment were facility use, material storage, product development, the status of environment, equipment and facilities, facility management and dependency. Fourth, the job satisfaction fo the employees exerted a significant impact on work efficiency. Fifth, the factors connected to work efficiency were the right person in the right position, interdepartmental cooperation, knowledge on standard mixture and its procedure, and equipment use. Their job satisfaction varied according to whether their post fitted in their ability and whether there was smooth interdepartmental cooperation. The job satisfaction also was affected by whether good equipments were utilized based on standard mixture. The findings of this study suggest that the expertise of confectionery and bakery employees, educational training, cuisine environment, and modernized facilities act as vital factors to improve the job satisfaction and the job performance.

      • 부산지역 수돗물과 지하수의 중금속 농도

        This study investigated mean airborne CO concention of 15 workplaces, suspected of CO exposure and conducted self-reported questionnaire completion and indirect COHb concentration measure using Micro II Smokerlyzer to healthy 702 adult subjects from 1999 May to 1999 September in order to find a relation of CO exposure and occupational factors, socioeconomic factors, and health related behaviors and confirm the related conditions in the screening test for CO exposure. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. In the CO exposed and non exposed group, COHb concentrations of the smokers were 2.55±0.96% and 2.21±0.97% and that got a statistically significant difference, There were not statistically significant differences in the age and total smoking index. Passed times after the last smoking, Working time/day, and working duration were statistically significant difference (p〈0.05). 2. In the CO exposed and non exposed group, COHb concentrations of non-smoking group were 0.94±0.35% and 0.68±0.47% and that got a statistically significant difference. There were not statistically significant differences in the age and working duration but Working time/day was a statistically significant difference(p〈0.05). 3. In the CO exposed group, r-square of multiple regression of the smokers was 38.5 % and passed time after the last smoking, working time/day, and job category were statistically significant differences (p〈0.05). And r-square in the CO non-exposed group was 38.3 % and age, passed time after the last smoking, and total smoking index were statistically significant difference. 4. In the CO exposed group, r-square of multiple repression of the non-smokers was 66.3% and job category and airborne CO concentration were statistically significant differences(p〈0.05). But r-square of non-smokers in the CO non-exposed group was 1.0% and there was not a statistically significant difference(p〈0.05). 5. In the smokers of CO exposed and non exposed groups, relation of COHb concentration and passed time after the last smoking was expressed as exponential function, Y = 2.9182e-0.0083x and r-square of this function was 37.4%. Therefore it was more than 150 minutes that passed time after the last smoking was when COHb concentrations were measured as less than 1%. In conclusion, variable, that was statistically significant to COHb concentraion in the both CO exposed and non-exposed smokers, was a passed time after the last smoking. We suggest that you have to restrict the smoking of smokers at least 150 minutes in the exposed and non exposed group before COHb concentration measure in order to exclude smoking effects

      • Analysis of Dietary Supplements intakes in Korean : Report Based on 2019 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey Data

        Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall pattern of dietary supplement intake as a method to maintain health. Based on the purpose of this study, it was intended to be used as basic data to establish the necessity of health functional food and the correct intake method. Methods/Statistical analysis: Statistical analysis method, Frequency analysis and chi-square test method was performed to analyze the data using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Findings: When looking at whether or not they have taken dietary supplements continuously for more than 2 weeks in the past year, the number of women who answered 'yes' was high at 62.5% (2,462 people). Looking at the general matters of the survey subjects, '50-59' was 66.4%, '60-69' 63.5%, and '40-49' 63.2% in that order. Regardless of the level of learning, it was found that the experience of taking dietary supplements was high. By income level, 'low' 51.0%, ' Low & middle' 55.6%, ' Middle & high ' 59.4%, and 'High' 65.3%, indicating that the higher the income, the higher the experience of taking dietary supplements. Improvements/Applications: Based on this study, we intend to use it as a guideline for follow-up studies on the perception of nutritional knowledge and whether dietary supplements are consumed according to the guidelines of nutritional knowledge.
