감정노동과 감정부조화가 노조몰입에 미치는 영향: 직무소진의 매개효과를 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구는 조직구성원의 감정노동 및 감정부조화에 주목하고 이로 인해 발생하는 직무소진과 노조몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 것이다. [연구방법] 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구의 문헌을 고찰하고 일곱 개의 연구가설을 설정하였다. U시와 B시에 소재하고 있는 대학병원 종사자를 대상으로 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종적으로 187부의 설문자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 그리고 매개회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 감정노동 및 감정부조화가 직무소진의 하위요소 중 감정고갈과 탈 인격화에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정노동과 감정부조화가 노조몰입에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 직무소진의 하위요소 중 감정고갈이 노조몰입에 대해 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 감정노동이 노조몰입에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 직무소진의 하위요소 중 감정고갈이 부분매개역할을, 감정부조화가 노조몰입에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 감정고갈이 완전매개역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구를 통해 대학병원 종사자가 직무수행과정에서 겪게 되는 감정노동과 감정부조화의 결과로 직무소진과 노조몰입이 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다. [Purpose] Focusing upon emotional labor and emotional dissonance of organization’s members, this study empirically examined their effects on job burnout and union commitment. [Methodology] For this purpose, we reviewed previous literature and we developed seven hypotheses. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through questionnaire survey from workers of university hospitals in U city and B city. Data from 187 respondents were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, regression, and mediated regression analysis. [Findings] This study found that emotional labor and emotional dissonance is positively related to job burnout(emotional exhaustion and depersonalization) and union commitment. Also, it is found that job burnout(emotional exhaustion) is positively related to union commitment. The results showed that job burnout(emotional exhaustion) mediated partially the relationship between emotional labor and union commitment and job burnout(emotional exhaustion) mediated fully the relationship between emotional dissonance and union commitment. [Implications] This study empirically assessed job burnout and union commitment as some of main consequences of workers’ emotional labor and dissonance at university hospitals.

Nowadays, the demands for urban economic development as a kind of public service have been greatly increased. Conventionally the central government has taken charge of economic development. but now autonomous urban economic development by the city government is demanded. The local cities are the center places of their regions in many aspects and play important roles for their regional development. In short, the local cities are economic centers, nodal points and growth poles. Therefore, the economic role of the city is important and is required to be improved for the belanced regional development. This study is focused on the economic role of the local city government and the strategy for the role playing. Part 2 deals with the necessity of urban economic development and dicusses the relationship between the local city government and the central government for the activation of urban economy. Part 3 identifies the problems of urban economy in Korea and reviews overall types of strategies which can be taken by the local city government. part 4 presents examples of successful local economic development efforts in U.S.A. and explores practical tips on implementing some common strategies such as inducing new businesses, retaining existing businesses, and revitalizing commercial districts. Finally, Part 5 deals with economic development strategies which are applicable to the city government in Korea and their restrictions.

Changes of central venous pressure after the induction of general anesthesia in patients were retrospective study. Without any sudden increasing of circulatory volume during induction period CVP was led to a result. The induction, itself plus positive pressure ventilation were suspected to the reason of increasing CVP.

We must consider the physical effect. Mass game must be beautiful to see, made orderly and regular. Especially mass-game connot be made by an individual and there are many difficulties to guide mass-game in university. I illustrated my small work, the wave of stir and I think I must have more beautiful creation in the future.

More than any other major twentieth century novelist D.H. Lawrence is concened with 'the female mode of being'. A lot of Lawrence's subject matter relates very strongly to the importance of the 'feminine', and he has pursued persistently 'the female mode of being' in his novels. Few women writers describe "women" better than Lawrence. Lawrence's 'female mode of being' is different from that of the traditional women. Lawrence's 'female' tries to break the traditional bounds of thinking, and explore, progress, advance, think and fell in the world of a man. In Lawrence 'the female mode of being' involves in it 'the male mode of being', and through woman Lawrence searches for the perfect expression of his ideas. Lawrence is writing about the liberation of the self through woman, and Lawrence puts himself in the guise of one of the female characters. Ursula, of "The Rainbow", represents Lawrence himself. Lawrence's 'female mode of being' is considered as 'becoming', 'beyond' and 'duality of man/woman. In this study an attempt is made to survey the 'female mode of being' in "The Rainbow". We can find three major characters in "The Rainbow", Lydia, Anna, and Ursula. these three Brangwen women face outwards 'the world beyond' to enlarge their own scope and freedom. They expect more fascinating realms of experience and '…the woman wanted another form of life than this, something that was not blood-intimacy… the world beyond.' Ursula is the central character in Lawrence's works. She makes the lonely journey, taking responsibility for the own life. She becomes independent and self responsible, gets out of the old world, and attains the freedom of a man. But Lawrence's attitude is that women must go beyond feminism to find a new world that neither men nor women know about. Ursula is intended to attain the 'big want'.

D.H. Lawrence의 Dualism

The most striking feature of Lawrence’s thought is its dualism. Lawrence detects in nearly all things and events a dichotomy. All things have the opposite forces in them and reality itself exists only as a pair of opposites. In his works the opposed forces are seen symbolically in terms of dark and light, the sun and the moon, intellect and blood, will and flesh, male and female, love and law, conscious and feelings, knowledge and nature motion and inertia, The Son and The Father. This dichotomy is similar to the Yin and the Yang of Chinese philosophy. The Yin, the feminine, passive, unconscious principle opposes to the Yang, the masculine, active, conscious principle. I have surveyed briefly the Chinese dualism, the Yin and Yang, and compared the dualism of Lawrence with the Chinese dualism. The Chinese philosophy is systematical and mystical, while Lawrence’s theory of dualism is empirical and his successes are in immediate intuition. To lawrence’s dualism the duality of male and female is central, because the central field of Lawrence’s philosophy is always the study of man. He tries to establish “a new relationship”between man and woman, and he presents this new relationship using the rainbow image, which symbolize “the wholeness of being”, “a perfected marriage relation­ship”, and “a transfigured self.” He describes it as “equilibrium of stars”, and “the crown”. But the Male-Female opposition is not merely sexual one. Lawrence is not constructing the world on the model of sexual duality. The male mode of being contains in itself the female mode of being. Lawrence’s dualism is not a mere dichotomy, it is a conflict. The conflict itself is a necessity for existence and Lawrence turns the conflict into a “raison d’e^tre”. Lawrence’s dualism is the theory that the contending forces must retain their separate identities and a relation between the opposites is not a fusing of the two into one but a complementing of the one by the other. In this study an attempt is made to survey the dualism in Lawrence’s major works.

대학생의 음주 실태와 건전 지도에 대한 연구

The purpose of the study is to analyze negative behaviors by drinking and suggest ideas for formulating sound drinking attitude for college students. 500 college students have been selected as subjects for the study. The results show 84 percent of subjects drink at least once a week, and 66 percent among 84 percent of subjects drink too much to excess. As a result of drinking, they waste their time and money, undermine their health, have problem in human relations, increase chances of mistakes and accidents, and neglect their school work. 94 percent of subjects are in need of a sound drinking guidance program, and 78 percent of subjects like to apply to a group counseling program for it. The group counseling program for formulating sound drinking attitude consists of eight different topics which are understanding sound drinking attitude, regulation human relations, abstaining from drinking, formulating sound human relations, deciding self-regulating drinking attitude, and making an alternative plan to get rid of stress. Seven college students who have attended a tentative group counseling program for this purpose satisfied the program, and have acknowledged the changes for their drinking attitude from negative to positive. The result tells us that the group counseling program for formulating sound drinking attitude should be executed in colleges.

가족체제 향상을 위한 가족상담 프로그램

To develope the program for improving the family system this research aims for self-growth of an individual in the family, control of role expectancy for improving the mutual relationship in the family and practising the method of communications for solving discord and problem in the family. The program runs in the process of lecture, activity, debate and evaluation for each session and the subjects of each session are as follows : 1. The understanding of family system and family counseling 2. Guidance of the children in the family 3. Support of the family and congruent communications 4. The family system and circular causality 5. Congruent communications and self-respect 6. Equivalence of the family relationship 7. The role of one's status in the family 8. Clearance of the family role 9. The settlement of discord and the solution to the problem It is highly shown from the emotional aspect and the value aspect in the verification of the effect and it has no effect in the behavioral change.
