Inclusive education is the international trend these days not only in developing countries, but also in many other countries as well. This study investigates inclusive education in the case of Korea. Inclusive education is considered as effective means of combating discrimination attitudes, creating welcoming communities, building an inclusive society and achieving education for all. In accordance with consideration, it is expected to have a positive impact on attitude toward people with disability. However, Korea faces challenges to implement inclusive education because of competitive school culture. This study aims to explore relationship between attitude toward people with disability and inclusive education in Korea where academic performance dominants schools. In order to analyze the effect of inclusive education to individual’s attitude toward disability, multiple regression analysis is employed. Data was collected by a questionnaire survey. 160 undergraduate students at four universities in Korea participated in this study. It was found that experience of interaction with people with disability positively affects attitude toward disability as well as knowledge of disability. Interestingly, those who are enrolled in high-ranked university showed more negative attitude toward people with disability compared with those who are enrolled in middle-and low-ranked universities. Inclusive education appeared not to have statistically significant with attitude.
