Z-80 마이크로프로세서를 이용한 TTL IC TESTER의 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, detailed circuit design is given on a TTL integrated-circuit tester that can test a wide variety of 14-pin and 16-pin combinational logic systems. PIO NO.1 on the Microcomputer board is dedicated to performing the interface of key board and 7-segment display. PIO NO.2 is the major component in the chip tester. It is interfaced to the IC under test via the sockets that bring out the PIO signals to the microprocessor control system. PIO NO.2 is programmed for mode 3(control mode) operation on both of its I/O port, but PIO NO.1 is programmed for mode 0 and mode 1 The IC chip under test is automatically checked for correctness by a short program and resultant data is displayed in the 7-segment LEDs.
요로조영상에서 요관폐색 및 음영결손을 보인 환자에서의 요관경검사

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of ureteroscopy for the ureteral filling defect or obstruction on the excretory or retrograde pyelogram(RGP). Materials and Methods: The 72 patients with filling defect or intrinsic obstruction ureteral lesion on the excretory urogram or RGP underwent ureteroscopy to examine and treat the lesions. We used the 9.5Fr. or 11.5Fr. rigid ureteroscope with 5Fr. working channel. Results: The results were as follows; I. Among the 72 patients, 39 were male and 33were female. The mean age of patient was 45.7 years. 2. Ureteroscopy was successfully performed in 70 cases(97%) out of 72. In 2 cases, the advance of ureteroscope was failed. 3. Among 70 successful cases, ureteroscopy revealed 45 radiolucent stones, 9 ureteral stricture, 2 ureteral TCC. I metastatic tumor, 3 blood clot, each case of ureteral polyp, epithelial hyperplasia and Von-Brunn's nest. In 7 cases, no causative lesions were identified. 4. 41 out of 45 radiolucent stones were successfully removed by ureteroscopic procedure and 9 ureteral strictures were dilated. 6 cases of ureteral mass were successfully biopsied for pathological diagnosis. 5. 23 cases of post-operative or fever were treated conservatively and 10 cases of mucosal tearing and 1 case of ureteral perforation were treated with double-J stent indwelling. Conclusions: The ureteroscopy is effective modality to evaluate and treat in the ureteral filling defect or obstruction on the excretory urogram.
Methicillin 내성 포도구균의 PCR에 의한 mecA 유전자 분포 조사

본 연구는 methicillin 내성 Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)에 특이적인 유전자인 mecA 유전자를 검출하기 위하여 전라북도의 두 병원에서 황색포도상구균 31주를 분리하였다. 이중 penicillin에 내성인 20균주를 디스크 확산법을 이용하여 methicillin, oxacillin, ampicillin, vancomycin, penicillin에 대한 다약제 내성 성상을 확인하였고, 중합효소 연쇄반응 (PCR)을 이용하여 mecA 유전자를 확인하였다. 디스크 확산법을 실시한 결과 methicillin 내성균주는 20균주 중 10주 (50%)였다. Methicillin에 내성인 10균주를 PCR법으로 확인한 결과 7주에서 554bp의 DNA 증폭이 관찰되어 mecA 유전자가 존재함을 확인하였다. In order to the investigate epidemiological characteristics of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), 31 stains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from the equipments of two hospitals in Chonbuk. And their antimicrobial resistance patterns against 7 kinds of antimicrobial agents and the identification of MRSA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were studied. Seven strains among 10 strains of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus showed 554 bp DNA which was a part of mecA gene in PCR analysis.
Phase-Shift를 이용한 시분할형 부하병렬 고주파 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

A half bridge time sharing type load parallel high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one and this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-Shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle(φ) of Phase-Shift. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

In this paper the band-stop filter that rejects the undesired 3th and 5th harmonics generated from high frequench generator is analyzed and optimized. The length of the band-stop filter is setup initially a quarter of a wavelength fo the harmonic, but initial filter structure is unable to cutoff the harmonics because of the fringing effect at the input of the choke. To reduce the mismatch between the cutoff frequency and the harmonics, the length of the choke is optimized by using iterative Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm.

In this paper, we implemented the failure detecting and monitoring system for traffic signal lamp and ballasts. The hall CTs of the local detecting system measure the current flowing into lamps via ballasts and ascertain whether the lamps or ballasts are out of order or not. These test data are transmitted to the main monitoring system using wireless telecommunication. So, we can see the status of the traffic signal lamps or ballasts promptly. There are many methods for detecting disorders of power sourdes, ballasts, and lamps. We can apply some methods such as current converting method, voltage drop methods, and glow charge inspection methods for it. In this study, the current converting method was implemented. For the automatic detection of disorders of lamps, the current is detected using CT sensors after turning on lights. If the current is detected, the digital signal "1" is assigned/ If the current is not detected, the digital signal "0" is assigned. These digital data is than transferred to the main control system in local control box via RS 485.
비선형 되먹임 선형화 기법에 의한 유도전동기의 비간섭 제어

본 논문은 최근에 개발된 비선형 되먹임 선형화 기법을 유도전동기에 적용하여 고성능 및 고효율을 얻을 수 있음을 보여준다. 여기서 제안한 제어기는 d-q 동기회전좌표계와 x-y 고정자 고정 좌표계 사이의 변수변환이 필요치 않을 뿐만아니라 전동기 매개변수 에 강인한 특성을 갖고 있다. 또한 연산이 가능하고 실현이 쉬워 제어시스템의 샘플링 주기도 짧아지는 장점이 있다. 본 제어기의 성능을 수학적으로 보여주기위해 성능분석을 제시한다.
