한약업사(韓藥業士)의 ‘한약 처방’에 대한 민속지적 연구
박경용 부산대학교 한국민족문화연구소 2007 한국민족문화 Vol.29 No.-
This article is to investigate the construction and cultural means of 'Korean herbal medicine recipe'(韓藥 處方) in traditional medicine and pharmacy through an ethnographic approach. For this, I applied to a method of the oral life history through a deep interview of the Korean herbal phaimacists(Hanyakupsa:韓藥業士) in Youngnam province. Korean herbal medicine recipe is a champ and a process, and an action which concerning knowledges is collected, applied and formed and which Oriental medicine principles is practiced on real clinic spheres. In fact, it has been operated to heal our body from physical inharmony to harmony by mixing various medicinal stuffs(藥材). Knowledge for recipes have been handed down through patron-client relationship and self-education, making specialists their teachers, group study at informal academy. For appropriate recipe, Korean herbal phai Inacists first should examine minutely disease conditions by several diagnosis methods ?seeing, asking, hearing and judging various body conditions. Korean herbal medicine recipe is constituted of original(本方) and additional oneOl(加味方). Now, additional and addition-reduction recipe is increased steadily due to changing of physical constitution and low of the effect of medicinal stuffs. Therefore, it is necessary for Korean herbal pharmacists to improve various and long time clinic experiences as well as theoretical knowledge in medical books.
Re-engineering Distribution Using Web-based B2B Technology
Gyeung-min Kim 한국유통학회 2001 流通硏究 Vol.6 No.1
The focus of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) has been extended to inter-business process that cuts across independent companies. Combined with Supply Chain Management (SCM), inter-business process reengineering (IBPR) focuses on synchronization of business activities among trading partners to achieve performance improvements in inventory management and cycle time. This paper reviews the business process reengineering movement from the historical perspective and presents a case of inter-business process reengineering using the latest internet-based Business-to-Business (B2B) technology based on Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR). The case demonstrates how CPFR technology reengineers the distribution process between Heineken USA and its distributors. As world's first implementer of web-based collaborative planning system, Heineken USA reduces cycle time from determining the customer need to delivery of the need by 50% and increases sales revenue by 10%. B2B commerce on the internet is predicted to grow from $90 billion in 1999 to $2.0 trillion in 2003. This paper provides the management with the bench-marking case on inter-business process reengineering using B2B e-commerce technology.
Determinants of Business Process Outsourcing in Human Resource Function
Gyeung-min Kim,Hyun Jung Won 한국데이타베이스학회 2008 Journal of information technology applications & m Vol.15 No.3
The management of organizational Human Resource is steadily shifting away from pure hierarchical to market mechanisms that involve external vendors. HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has recently emerged as a significant administrative innovation in an organization’s strategy. Our paper attempts to understand firm-specific factors influencing the scope of HR BPO needs. Study results show that IT maturity and firm size are influential factors on the scope of HR BPO needs. We hope that our attempt at empirically examining and predicting this emergent phenomenon will stimulate others to look at this important strategic challenge facing firms from a theoretical perspective. Such research initiatives will allow us not only to better understand this complex phenomenon, but also to drive useful management prescriptions grounded on theory-based research.
Detection of Sulfated Glycosaminoglycan of Human Fetal Tooth Germs by HID-TCH-SP Method
Gyeung Ju Park,Chong Heon Lee 대한구강악안면병리학회 2005 대한구강악안면병리학회지 Vol.29 No.5
rt is well known that glycosaminoglycans are 01' fllndamental importance to the processes 01' morphogenesis and cytodifferentiati on dllring the teeth development , With HlD-TCH-SP(High - iron diamine-thiocarbohydrazide-silvel protcinntc) , s lllfatcd glycosaminoglycans such as chondroitin sulfate and heparan slllfate have been localized a t the III trastrllctural level i n a wide variety of tlssues The pmpose of this stlldy were to examine slllfated glycosaminoglycan at llltrastrllctllral level fo 1' the phase of morphogenesis and cytodifferentiation of hllma n fetal tooth germs, and to detect the protein expression of slllfated glycosaminoglycan by immunoslot blot Human tooth gerll1s fl'Oll1 the a lveolar bone of twenty still born fetuses we1'e fixed in a mixtllre of 2% gllltaraldehyde/1% forma ldehyde, The 미 t 1'athin sections were stained witb HID-TCH-SP and were treated with 0, 05% solution of t esticular hyaluronidase to identify the histochemical properties 01' tbe HID-TCH-SP stain deposits , For semi quantitative protein assay , immllnoslot blot was done Sulfated glycocongugated deposits were localized in DEJ, peri tubular dentin , and mantle dentin matrix‘ enamel prism sheath , interrod area , and enamel matnx Heparan sll l띠 te deposits i n DEJ resisted to testicular hyalllronidase treatment prior to HID-TCH-SP staining, Immunoslot blot s howed that• chondroitin sulfate was detected higher in enamel and dentin extract, while heparan sulfate was relatively expressed in enamel and dentin extract, but rarely expressed in enamel or dentin extract It suggest ecl that chonclroi tin and hepa ran slllfate woulcl play an important role in the formation of DEJ, while chondroitin sulfate would in the clevelopll1ent of enamel prism sheath, enamel matrix, and mantle 01' peritublllar clentin of human fetal tooth germs,
The Structure of Compatibility Beliefs In Mobile Entertainment Service Adoption
Gyeung-Min Kim,Kihyun Kim,Hyunjung Lee 한국데이타베이스학회 2013 Journal of information technology applications & m Vol.20 No.1
Noting that compatibility beliefs are important antecedents of technology adoption, the objective of this study was to assess compatibility beliefs that affect users’ intention to adopt a mobile entertainment service (MES). We developed a set of key compatibility beliefs: compatibility with life-style, compatibility with social meaning, and compatibility with past flow experiences. We then defined the key dimensions of each construct and developed operational measures for those dimensions. We tested the theorized effects of each of the compatibility constructs on MES adoption. The results support the effects of compatibility beliefs on users’ intentions to adopt MES.
