      • QUAL2E 모델에 의한 남강댐 상류하천의 장래수질 예측

        A water quality of the upper stream in the Nam river dam was simulated by QUAL2E Model. The Simulated constituents were BOD, DO and SS. The change of water quality in 2001 and 2006 were predicted to evaluate the pollutant load contribution. The conclusion which is obtained from this study are as follows: 1. From the simulation of water quality of the upper stream in the Nam river dam in 1996 using QUAL2E Model, the BOD concentration in Gyeong-Ho river was 0.98mg/l~ 2.88mg/l with the exception of the most upper stream, and the water quality in down stream was more polluted than that in upper stream by 0.28mg/l~1.0mg/l. The BOD concentration in the Duk-Chun river was 0.98mg/l~ 2.88mg/l 2. The BOD concentration in the Gyeong-Ho and Duk-Chun river in 2001, 2006 was predicted to be over 1.37mg/l~3.40 and 1.59mg/l~3.93mg/l, respectively.

        Discribed in this are following : A. First, the outline of thesis content's problems(the meaning, the scope) were glance over Administrative Action of Judicial Review. B. Second, this thesis proceed to the main issue, focusing on the meaning a detailed survey of the scope of Administrative Actions was by analyzing the decisions of the Supreme Court and the appeal court of justice in Korea and Japan. as follows : (1) the meaning of Administrative Action, (2) the acts of administrative office or under the command of it's office, (3) the directive relation acts of national rights and obligations (4) individual and concrets acts (5) the refusal acts (6) administrative action of different view decision and judgements(rulings) of appeal. C. Third, the relation of practical acts and Administrative Action is surveyed surveyed continually and authority practical acts viewpoint. and then, the subjects of Administrative Action of Judicial Review unavailable administrative acts, special power relation acts, and the exception of Administrative Action of Judicial Review ((1) the noticed disposition, (2) the dispositions of the Public Procurator's Office atc) became an issue. D. In conclusion this thesis proposes the following : the scope of the Administrative Actions and the content of the Judicial Review should deal with the situation of the administrative changes and Administrative Actions of legal litigation are restudied (social and economy effects are influenced in approach of future, intervention of court in administrative schedul's(plan's) effect is compared profitable or unprofitable points).

      • 政策議題形成과 參與에 관한 考察

        A policy is "a social practice", solving problems and guiding change in a society. Thefore, policy study divided into several stages such as policy-making, policy implementation, and policy-evaluation. But the Agenda-Setting stage which is a beginning stage of the policy study has been much neglected up to date. The purposes of this article are 1)to describle the agenda-setting process', 2)to set up the model which is re-oganized by Cobb's Modle, and 3)to apply this model to the real-cases. Policy agenda-setting process is defined as the process of getting the public problems to formal agenda status, and the type of the process can be classifed as 1)outside initiative model, 2)mobilization model, and 3)inside-access model, which are defined by Cobb & Elder. Therefore, adopting Cobb's Model, this article analyzes the realcases which are Seoul-Pusan Highway Construction Project, the 1968 Education Revolution, and Massan Free Export Zone. The first case confains the category of the mobilization-model, the second case the category of the outside initiative mode1, and the third case the aategory of the inside access model.

      • Radiation Stress에 의한 尙州海水浴場의 海濱流 解析

        In this paper, authors analyzed to discuss on the nearshore current characteristics with radiation stress concept. And authors calculated on the nearshore current velocity at SANGJU beach. Discussed and calculated results are as follows; 1. The direction of incident wave affected with radiation stress and nearshore currents. 2. With the analysis results, nearshore currents at the vicinity of groin increased coastal erosion at SANGJU beach. The model results show a qualitatively good agreement with observed patterns in the field.

        In this paper, authors analyzed to discuss on the near-shore current characteristics at the vicinity of groin with radiation stress concept. And authors calculated on the near-shore current velocity at SANGJU beach. Discussed and calculated results are as follows; 1. With the analysis results, near-shore current velocity is about 4 times that's of non-groin and radiation stress is about 3 times that's of non-groin. 2. The pattern of near-shore current is very important to sediment movement. 3. In this study, to compare numericial analysis with esbablished data was qualitatively harmonized.

      • Pilot Overhead Reduction Using Linear Interpolation for SC-FDE Transmission in Time-Varying Channels

        This paper shows a new SC-FDE transmission structure to perform stable channel estimation and equalization, reducing the overhead caused by pilot from conventional SCFDE transmission structure. In conventional SC-FDE transmission structure, the overhead caused by pilots is huge because it uses pilots in every SC-FDE block for channel estimation. Therefore, this paper proposes a new SC-FDE transmission structure that transfers many SC-FDE blocks between two pilots and then performs channel estimation and equalization via linear interpolation at the receiver to reduce pilot overhead.

        좋은 시민에 대한 학생들의 인식 조사 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate students` perception of `Good Citizen, `which is a primary goal of social studies education, in order to seek better strategies for teaching social studies. For this study, 460 students participated in the survey which provided concrete statements about `good citizen`. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) Students perceive `good citizen` as non-political, primary group-oriented, ethical citizenship rather than political, national, voluntary citizenship. 2) The factors which produce statistically significant difference in students` answers are age, the grade in social studies, and the preference for social studies. The younger the students are, the more passive perspectives they hold. The better the students` grade in social studies is, the more they prefer ethical aspects of citizenship. 3) Students think that their parents and teachers are more influential than their friends and mass media in the formation of citizenship. Based on the above results, we can conclude that social studies education and school teachers are very important In citizenship education and social studies curriculum develpoers should consider students` age, grade and preference.

      • 풀 화재의 열방출률 측정을 위한 판형 열유속계의 적용성 평가

        열방출률(Heat Release Rate, HRR)은 화재로부터 방출되는 단위시간 당 열에너지(kW)를 의미하며, 화재규모 및 위험성을 평가하기 위한 가장 기본적 물리량으로 인식된다. 열방출률은 연료의 질량감소율(Mass loss rate), 연소생성물의 엔탈피를 통해 측정될 수 있으나, 복합가연물에 대한 적용성 및 연소생성물이 겪는 열손실 정량화의 한계로 다양한 화재조건에 적용되는데 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 연소과정에서 생성 또는 소모되는 화학종의 농도를 고려하는 산소소모법(Oxygen consumption method)이 열방출률 측정에 널리 활용되고 있다. 산소소모법에 기반한 열방출률의 측정은 가연물의 종류 및 열손실의 영향을 받지 않는다는 장점이 있으나, 화재로부터 발생되는 연소생성물이 전량 포집되어야만 적절한 측정이 가능하다. 이로 인해 산소소모열량계는 포집후드 및 배기 fan의 성능에 따라 특정 규모 이상의 화재에 대한 열방출률 측정에 한계를 가지고 있다. 특히, 건축물 규모의 화재에 대한 열방출률 측정결과는 소방설계를 위한 유용한 참고자료가 될 수 있으나 산소소모열량계의 한계로 인해 충분한 화재 DB의 확보가 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 화재로부터 방출되는 열에너지의 종류 및 특성이 고려될 수 있다. 화재의 총 방출열량 중 일정 비율은 복사열에너지 형태로 방출된다. 또한 특정 거리 이상의 조건에서 화염으로부터 방출되는 복사열유속은 등방성 복사(isotropic radiation)로 간주될 수 있다. 이러한 특성들에 대한 고려를 통해 본 연구에서는 헵탄(heptane)풀 화재의 복사열유속에 기반한 열방출률의 측정이 시도되었다. 이 때 복사열유속의 측정에는 선행연구를 통해 응답성능 및 정확도가 검증된 Plate thermometer (PT)가 활용되었다. 매우 간단한 복사열유속 측정장치인 PT를 활용한 열방출률의 예측은 대형 화재의 규모평가 및 이를 고려한 화재안전설계에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
