This thesis is on the study about a female situation lacking communication in five Korean feminine noels in the latter half of 1990's. These works represent the women's lives which acquieses their daily lives in the disconnection with others (their husbands), and society (cultural convention centered on the men). The characters continue to acquieses their exhautive ordinary lives. Futhermore female lives expose to various male violence (disconnection of the conversation, liaison, and physical violence). They try to escape from the reality through the writings, drinking, smoking, and divorce. These novels treat female lives being alienated from their husbands because of male dominated ideology with their silent voice. Therefore they lay a emphasis on women's ordinary experience from the incisive insight, so that readers realize one of the survival terms of the women in our contemporary.
Abrupt Hard Mass Caused by the Push of an Ice Cream Stick after Gastric Perforation in a Dog

A neutered male Maltese, 11-year-old, presented for hard mass at right flank suddenly. Patient vomited andhad anorexia before the presentation, but it is improved after. On blood tests, there were no remarkable findings. Onphysical examination, firm mass (2.9 × 2.6 cm, firm) was detected. No remarkable finding was shown in radiographyexcept for right upper-medial abdominal subcutaneous soft tissue mass. Punch biopsy was performed for histopathologicexamination. During the punch biopsy, ice-cream stick (11.5 × 1.2 cm) appeared from the hole on right flank. Additionally gastric perforation was detected on ultrasonography. Emergency surgery was performed for the perforation. On histiopathologic examination of the mass, marked, diffuse, neutrophilic and mild eosinophilic dermatitis/cellulitiswith no infectious agents was observed.

사물인터넷을 기반으로 실시간으로 소화기 주변의 상태와 화재 발생 여부, 소화기의 상태를 확인할 수 있는 웹 시스템과 화재 알림을 받을 수 있는 애플리케이션을 설계하였다. 소화기 주변의 온도와 습도를 측정하여 화재 유무를 판단하고, 화재를 감지했을 시에 LED 불빛과 경고음을 출력한다. 자이로센서를 이용하여 소화기의 쓰러짐 상태를 파악한다. 웹페이지에서 소화기의 상태 및 소화기 주변의 온습도 상태, 화재 여부를 확인할 수 있다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 이용하여 회원가입, 로그인을 수행할 수 있으며 화재 알림을 받을 수 있다.
들깻(잎) 중 작물 잔류성 시험 및 생산단계 잔류허용기준 설정연구

본 연구는 들깻(잎) 중 생산단계 농약잔류허용기준 설정을 위하여 생육과정 중 시간경과에 따른 경시적 변화를 조사하였다. 포장시험의 경우 금산(포장 1),곡성(포장 2) 및 음성(포장 3) 소재의 농가에서 작물 잔류성 시험을 진행하였고 농약을 살포한 후 살포일로부터 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10일차에 걸쳐 총 7번의 시료를 채취하여 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 농약성분별 정량한계는 모두 0.05 mg/kg 이하이었다. 분석법 신뢰성 확보를 위해 상추 및 가지공시료에 농약성분별 회수율 실험을 실시하였으며, 처리수준은 정량한계, 정량한계의 10배, MRL 중 2 수준에서 결정하였고 분석법 기준인 회수율 70~110%, 변이계수 10% 이하를 만족하였다. 확립된 분석법을 활용하여 포장시험 시료를 분석하여 잔류농약 경시적 변화를 확인하였으며, 95% 신뢰수준에서 감소상수 하한값을 산출하고 농약성분별 생물학적 반감기를 산출하였다. 이를 토대로 출하전 일자별 농약잔류허용기준(안)을 제시하고자 한다.
Development of High Energy Particle Detector for the Study of Space Radiation Storm

Next Generation Small Satellite-1 (NEXTSat-1) is scheduled to launch in 2017 and Instruments for the Study of Space Storm (ISSS) is planned to be onboard the NEXTSat-1. High Energy Particle Detector (HEPD) is one of the equipment comprising ISSS and the main objective of HEPD is to measure the high energy particles streaming into the Earth radiation belt during the event of a space storm, especially, electrons and protons, to obtain the flux information of those particles. For the design of HEPD, the Geometrical Factor was calculated to be 0.05 to be consistent with the targets of measurement and the structure of telescope with field of view of 33.4º was designed using this factor. In order to decide the thickness of the detector sensor and the classification of the detection channels, a simulation was performed using GEANT4. Based on the simulation results, two silicon detectors with 1 mm thickness were selected and the aluminum foil of 0.05 mm is placed right in front of the silicon detectors to shield low energy particles. The detection channels are divided into an electron channel and two proton channels based on the measured LET of the particle. If the measured LET is less than 0.8 MeV, the particle belongs to the electron channel, otherwise it belongs to proton channels. HEPD is installed in the direction of 0º,45º,90º against the along-track of a satellite to enable the efficient measurement of high energy particles. HEPD detects electrons with the energy of 0.1 MeV to several MeV and protons with the energy of more than a few MeV. Thus, the study on the dynamic mechanism of these particles in the Earth radiation belt will be performed.
Multi-Dimensional Suppression of Normal Hematopoietic Cells by MN1-Induced Leukemic Cells

Leukemogenesis comprises engraftment and self-renewal of leukemic stem cells, but also causes insufficiency in normal hematopoietic cells. Here we have investigated the influence of leukemia on various stages of normal hematopoietic functions using meningioma 1 (MN1)-induced acute myelogeneous leukemia model. When normal hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) were co-transplanted with MN1 leukemia cells, the ability of normal HSCs to execute self-renewal was profoundly suppressed, as demonstrated by lower numbers of competitive repopulating units (CRUs) in the reconstituted bone marrows. The inhibitory effects become more prominent in the competition of leukemic cells for bone marrow niche. Moreover, when normal bone marrow cells were co-cultured with MN1 cells in vitro, the apoptosis of normal bone marrow cells (BMCs) were >2 fold increased, as compared to the culture of normal BMCs alone (p<0.05), whereas MN1 cells in the culture were not affected. The apoptosis of normal BMCs occurred more frequently in the mature myeloid cells than in lineage-negative populations in a manner dependent on direct contact with leukemic cells. Interestingly, the mean survival of leukemia mice was more closely correlated to the extent of bone marrow ablation caused by different dose of radiation to mice than the numbers of leukemic cells transplanted into the irradiated mice. Taken together, our results show that leukemia cells exert inhibitory effects on the multiple stages of normal hematopoiesis, and that such inhibitory influence should play as a key factor in the morbidity of leukemia during the course of illness.
