열처리된 ZnO:Al 투명 도전막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성

The heat treatment effects of the undoped ZnO and Al doped ZnO(ZnO:Al or AZO) transparent conductive films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering were investigated. The variations of the electrical and optical properties with heat treatment temperature and ambient gas or conditions were studied. The resistivity of the undoped ZnO films, heat-treated in air, vacuum and H_(2) plasma for 1 hour, increased rapidly above 200 ℃ , 300 ℃ ,400 ℃ and 400 ℃, respectively. And the resistivity of the ZnO:Al films heat-treated in air also increased rapidly above 300℃ . On the other hand the resistivity of the ZnO:Al films heat-treated in vacuum and H_(2) plasma were observed constant resistivity regardless of heat treatment temperature. The optical transmittance above 550nm is about 90% for all films regardless of impurity doping, the heat treatment temperature and ambient gas or conditions.
턱걸이(Pull-up) 수행 시 숙련자와 비숙련자의 근육사용 차이에 관한 운동학적 연구

This study was conducted to find out the difference in the use of latissimus dorsi muscle and forearm muscles between skilled and unskilled people when performing pull-up. The subjects of the study were one skilled in the department of sports science at Soon-chun-hyang University, one unskilled person who had no problems with the musculoskeletal system over the past year, and a total of two people who could do pull-ups more than 20 times. A total of one experiment was conducted, and two tests were conducted. The electromyogram data of the light back and forearm muscles were compared using a wireless electromyogram measurement device (EMG). As a result of the study, first, when performing pull-up, the unskilled person performed the movement with the strength of the forearm muscle rather than the light back muscle compared to the skilled person. Second, when performing pull-up, the skilled person showed similar use of force in both pull-up movements, and for non-skilled people, the activity of the forearm muscle in the second movement was significantly increased.

Amonia gas sensitive ZnO:In thin films were prepared by In(100 Å)/ZnO(3000 Å) double layer deposition onto the Si-wafer substrate thermally grown with 1000 A SiO_(2) and the subsequent heat treatment process. Dependence of the sensitivity and selectivity of them on heat treatment temperature was investigated. The thin film heat-treated at 400 ℃ showed the highest sensitivity at an operating temperature of 300 ℃. The selectivity towards CO, NO_(x) gases was observed in the same temperature.
진동에 의한 혈관 내 폐 보조장치에서의 기체전달의 향상

When the Microporous hollow fiber membrane(MHFM) was contacted with whole blood, the serum leakage(membrane fouling) was occurred in the MFHM. In general, the MHFM was in use at most intravascular lung assist device(IVALAD) which was often occurred the serum leakage, and these serum leakage were reduced the gas exchange. In this work, we tried to improve gas exchange on the IVALAD by using vibration technique. As a result, it was showed that the vibrating method of this module was very effective due to the reduction of serum leakage on MFHM. Therefore, this method was increased gas exchange, respectively.
심한 낙타혹(Hump)의 형성을 동반한 제 2 형 막증식성 사구체신염(Dense Deposit Disease) 1예

Dense deposit disease (DDD), known as type Ⅱ MPGN, is an uncommon form of glomerulonephritis. It is an acquired primary glomerular disease, characterised by electron microscopic evidence of a continous, dense membrane deposition replacing the lamina densa. There is associated alternative pathway complement activation and a C3 nephritic factor maybe present. Patients with dense deposit disease tend to be young at clincal onset and more commonly have persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria, and acute nephritis episode and persistent depression of the serum complement level. The prognosis of dense deposit disease is worse than that of typeⅠMPGN. We experienced a patient with dense deposit disease that presenting persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria and having subepithelial hump. It is a first report of dense deposit disease having subepithelial hump in Korea, therefore we report this case with the review of relevant literatures.
Antioxidant Activity and Anti-wrinkle Effects of Aceriphyllum rossii Leaf Ethanol Extract

We evaluated the antioxidant activity and anti-wrinkle effects of Aceriphyllum rossii leaf ethanol extract (ARLEE) in vitro using human dermal fibroblasts. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of ARLEE were 578.6 and 206.3 mg/g, respectively. At a concentration of 250 μg/mL, the electron-donating ability of ARLEE was 87.1%. In comparison with the vehicle, ARLEE treatment at 100 μg/mL significantly increased type I procollagen synthesis (p < 0.01) by 50.7%. In vitro ARLEE treatment (10 mg/mL) inhibited collagenase and elastase activity by 97.1% and 99.2%, respectively. Compared with the control, ascorbic acid treatment at 100 μg/mL significantly decreased matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1 protein expression (p < 0.01) by 37.0%. ARLEE treatment at 50 μg/mL significantly decreased MMP-1 protein expression (p < 0.01) by 46.1%. Ascorbic acid and ARLEE treatments at 100 μg/mL significantly decreased MMP-1 mRNA expression (p < 0.01) by 26.1% and 36.1%, respectively. From these results, we conclude that ARLEE has excellent antioxidant activity and even better anti-wrinkle effects than ascorbic acid in human dermal fibroblasts. These results suggest that ARLEE could be used in functional cosmetics for the prevention or alleviation of skin wrinkles induced by ultraviolet rays.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 주택시장의 상황과 전국 각 지역의 고유한 특성요인을 구성하여 주택가격 변화율에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고, 지역별(수도권과 비수도권)로 영향요인의 영향력을 비교함으로써 유형별 주택가격변화에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 전국의 주택시장 가격변화 회귀모형은 수도권 지역이 가격변동이 심하며 건설이 활성화되어 있고 고령인구 비율이 높으며 고학력자가 많은 지역의 주택가격변동이 심하게 나타남을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 수도권 지역의 주택가격변화 회귀모형은 가구 수가 많으면서 주택보급률이 높은 지역의 주택가격의 변동이 크지 않으며, 고학력자가 많은 지역일수록 주택가격의 변동이 크다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 비수도권 중 대도시를 포함한 회귀모형의 경우 혼인건수가 많아 사회적인 인구구성변화가 크게 나타나는 지역과, 건설이 활성화되어 있는 지역일수록 주택가격의 변화가 크게 나타난다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 비수도권 중 대도시를 제외한 지방중소도시를 대상으로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 지방중소도시에서는 재정자립도 및 지방세 총액이 높을 수록 주택가격변화가 심하고, 주택보급률이 높고 문화시설이 갖추어진 지역일수록 주택가격의 변동이 크지 않다고 할 수 있다. 택지개발 등으로 주택과 문화시설 등 편의시설이 적절한 수준으로 보급되어 있는 지역은 추가 주택수요가 많지 않으므로 가격의 변동이 크게 일어나지 않음을 유추할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the unique characteristic factors of the housing markets in Korea and determine the factors affecting the rates of the housing price changes and thereby, compare the influential powers of such factors between regions(capital and the other region) in order to put forward some suggestions about the housing price changes by type of the housing market. The results of analysis can be summarized a follows: First, as a result of the regression analysis for the nation-wide, the housing prices had fluctuated most in the capital region as well as in the regions with higher rates of theel derly population and those with higher academic background. Second, as a result of the regression analysis for the capital region, the housing prices had fluctuated less in the regions where the rate of housing ownership was higher, while they had fluctuated more in the regions where the rate of the population with higher academic background was higher. Third, in case of the regression model covering the non-capital regions including the local metropolitan cities. As a result of testing this model, it was found that the rate of the housing price changes was higher in the regions where the number of marriages was larger, the social population structure changed much and constructions were activated. Fourth, as a result of the regression analysis for the local small and medium cities, the housing prices had fluctuated more in the cities with higher rate of financial self-reliance and higher local tax revenues, while they had fluctuated less in the cities with higher rate of housing ownership and more cultural facilities were distributed appropriately owing to the housing site development project.
