The purpose of this study is to design the dual band J-type antenna for vehicles. Nowadays, as the concern of mobile communication convert particular service to personal service, the using frequency band have increased. As in proportion the increase of the using frequency and services, we must many antennas in a vehicle. The purpose of this study is to develope the dual band J-type antenna having impedance matching at dual band, omni-directional directivity. By simulation and measurement, we design the dual band J-type antenna for vehicle, and the results of this study are as follows. First, the development of the dual band J-type antenna used √/4 impedance matching method. Second, the relation of the two wavelengths is not particular. Finally, the result of this study can be used for the dual band antenna of vehicles and the antenna for the base station of PCS

신경 회로망을 이용한 Discrete Cosine Transform Chip 설계

Many Kinds of fast algorthm for DCT(Discrete Cosine Transrorm) that has been adopted in a wide range of digital image processing were developed. This paper describes that the general DCT algorithm appropriate to systolic array consists of the hardware by combining basic circuits using neutral network and existent digital circuits. In the neutral network used for this paper, decoder using single layer perceptron model and adder, subtractor and multiplier using UFT(Unidirectional Feedback Type) model proposed by Kyungpook national university VLSI & CAD lab.

만성 C형 간염 환자에서 페그인터페론 알파2a와 리바비린 병합 치료중 발생한 벨마비 1예

페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합요법은 만성 C형 간염의 일차 치료법이다. 저자들은 만성 C형 간염 환자에서 페그인터페론 과 리바비린 병합 요법 중에 발생한 벨마비 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 환자는 5년 전부터 만성 C형 간염을 앓아온 48세 남자이며, PEG-IFN α-2a 135μgm 피하주사 주1회와 하루 1200㎎의 리바비린을 투여하였다. 치료시작 후 9개월째 환자는 오른쪽 안면의 근력약화를 호소하였으며 벨마비로 진단되었다. 페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합요법을 지속하면서 관찰하였다. 환자의 벨마비는 페그인터페론 치료를 중단하지 않았음에도 3개월후 증상이 회복되고 이후 벨마비 재발 없이 현재 경과관찰 중이다. 만성 C형 간염에서 페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합 요법시 벨마비의 발생 가능성을 염두에 두어야 하겠다. A Case of Bell's Palsy Associated with Combination Therapy of Pegylated Interferon Alfa-2a (PEG-IFN) and Ribavirin for Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection Pegylated interferon alfa(PEG-IFN α) and ribavirin therapy is the first line treatment for chronic hepatitis C. Mild complications of the therapy are common, but more serious complications are rare. We report here a case of Bell's palsy that occurred in a patient with chronic hepatitis C virus infection during combination therapy of PEG-IFN α-2a and ribavirin. The patient was 49-year-old man with chronic hepatitis C (genotype 1b) for 8 years. He had compensated liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly. Therapy with PEG-IFN α- 2a 135mcg/week and ribavirin 1200mg/day was initiated. After 9 months of the therapy, the patient showed a loss of muscular tone on the right side of his face. A diagnosis of Bell's palsy was made. The Bell's palsy resolved over 3 months despite continuation of the combination therapy.

상악 전치부에 발생한 낭종성 치아종의 치험례

Odontomas are odontogenic harmatomas which are composed of hard dental tissue. This lesion is composed of more than one type of tissue and, for this reason, has been called a composite odontoma. Odontogenic cysts are derived from epithelium associated with the development of the dental apparatus. Dentigerous cyst originated after the crown has been completely formed by accumulation of fluid between the reduced enamel epithelium and the crown. It also associated with crown of impacted tooth. Cystic odontomas are closely similar to dentigerous cysts clinically and radiologically. Treatment of choice is total removal(enucleation) or decompression(marsupialization). We represent two cases of Cystic odontomas with literature review in 69-year old male and 55-year old female occured in anterior maxilla. The leisions were successfully treated by marsupializaion.

Mozzarella Cheese의 무기질 함량에 관한 연구

본 실험은 국내에서 생산, 판매되고 있는 5개사의 Mozzarella cheese 25개 제품을 구입 하여 일반 성분과 Ca, P, Mg, Na, K, Fe 등의 무기물을 분석, 비교하므로서 국산Mozzarella cheese의 품질을 검토하기 위하여 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. Mozzarella cheese의 평균 일반 조성은 수분 49.01%, 지방 22.54%, FiDM 44.16%, 단백질 24.36%, 회분 2.55%였으며 PH는 5.29였다. Mozzarella cheese의 평균 무기물 함량은 Ca 696.44mg, P 466.31mg, Mg 22.08mg, Na 310.8mg, K 82.84mg, Fe 0.36mg이었다. Ca, P, Mg 등은 C사 제품이 797.41mg, 536.61mg, 25.54mg으로 가장 높았고, Na은 A사 제품이 450.83mg으로 가장 높았으며, K, Fe 등은 B사제품이 98.92mg, 0.51mg으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 Ca, P의 비율은 1.5: 1로 적절한 수준을 유지했고, Mozzarella cheese 645g에는 Ca, P, Na 등의 무기물 1일 권장량이 충분히 함유된 것으로 나타났다. This experiment was carried out to find general composition and mineral contents such as Ca, P, Mg, Na, K and Fe of domestic commercials Mozzarella cheese. Twenty-five products of 5 company were analyzed. The results obtaied were as fellow: The average contents of moisture, fat, fat in dry matter, protein and ash in Mozzarella cheese were 49.01, 22.54, 44.16, 24.36 and 2.55%, respectively and average pH was 5.29. The average contents of Ca, P, Mg, Na, K and Fe were 696.44, 466.31, 22.08, 310.8, 82.84 and 0.36mg, respectively. Among products, product C was highest in levels of Ca, P and Mg, which were 797.4, 536.6 and 25.5mg, respectively, Na was highest for product A which contained 450.8mg. K and Fe were highest for product B which contained 98.9 and 0.51mg, respectively. Generally, the ratio of Ca to P was 1.5 : 1 and within the proper range. It was found that 645g of Mozzarella cheese was able to fully meet the daily recommendation of minerals including Ca, P and Na.

댑단부를 갖는 PC 리브 슬래브의 단부지지조건

본 연구에서는 댑단부가 있는 PC 리브 슬래브의 단부 지지조건에 대해 실험적으로 평가하였다. 실험결과, 양단 고정상태보다는 단순지지 상태에 가까운 초기 강성과 파괴메커니즘을 보였다. 보수적인 관점에서 실무에서 양단부를 단순지지 상태로 가정하여 설계하는 것은 타당한 것으로 판단된다. Boundary condition of PC ribbed slab with dapped-end was experimentally evaluated. Test results showed that the boundary condition was closed to simply supported condition based on initial stiffness and failure mechanism of PC ribbed slab. In practice, it is reasonable to design the PC ribbed slab with the simply supported condition.

태조 이성계의 어궁과 궁술에 대한 소고

조선의 활쏘기는 널리 유행하였고, 그 솜씨는 중국이나 일본보다 훨씬 뛰어났기 때문에 이웃나라에서는 어떻게든 조선의 활쏘기를 배우려고 하였다. 조선의 궁술이 발전함에 있어서 태조 이성계의 궁술은 중요한 역할을 하였다고 본다. 먼저 이성계는 신기에 가까운 궁술 실력을 토대로 고려의 명장으로 성장할 수 있었으며, 이성계의 궁술은 이후 고려시대를 마감하고 조선을 창업할 수 있었던 정치력의 근간이었으며, 려말선초의 사회·문화적 변혁을 선도할 수 있는 강력한 버팀목이 되었다. 조선을 개국한 이성계는 활쏘기를 즐겨했고 장려했기 때문에 조선 전기의 활쏘기는 유비무환적인 군사훈련으로써 궁시의 효용적 가치가 커졌고, 활쏘기를 단순히 사냥과 전쟁을 위한 무예로만 보지 않고 사람의 덕을 관찰하는 기준이자 인재를 선발하는 근거, 통치를 하는 수단으로서 적극 활용됨에 따라 사대부가 반드시 익혀야 하는 무예의 하나로 인식되기에 이른다. 이러한 성리학적 사고에 의한 유가적 사풍은 조선전기의 정치적 안정과 왕도정치를 위한 사회·문화적풍토 조성에 일조하였다고 할 수 있다. 국사편찬위원회에는 함흥본궁에 있던 이성계의 어각궁과 어장전, 어통개, 어궁대 등을 찍은 사진 4장이 있다. 이 사진에 나타난 각궁은 조선 초기의 전투용 각궁의 형태를 보이는 유물이다. 현존하는 각궁의 실전에 사용되었던 무기였다는 점에서 조선 중기 이전의 유물은 드물다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 문헌에 나타난 조선의 활과 화살, 사진에 나타난 각궁과 유사 유물을 비교 분석을 통해서 조선 초기의 각궁의 특성을 가늠해보고자 하였다. 먼저 어각궁은 일반 각궁에 비해 매우 넓은 활 체간을 지니고 있으며, 이에 반해 줌통은 매우 작은 형태라 할 수 있다. 또 정탈목은 골신이 형성된 듯 두툼하게 보이고 예각으로 많이 꺾여 있으며, 고자는 마치 칼끝을 연상시키듯 날카롭게 형성되어 있어 조선 초기의 전투용 활의 전형적인 모습을 보여준다. 어장전은 세 마디의 대나무를 이용하여 제작되었고, 수리과에 속하는 말똥가리의 깃을 넓게 사용하였는데, 이는 비행속도는 느리지만 견고하고 안정적인 화살이었기에 이성계가 즐겨 사용하였던 것이다. 마지막으로 어궁대·어통개는 세종실록 과 국조오례의서례 병기도설의 실려 있는 형상과 매우 유사하다는 점에서 조선 전기의 형태를 잘 보여준다. 이 글은 실제 유물이 확인되지 않은 상태에서 사진을 통해서 분석한 글로서 겉으로 드러난 형태를 위주로 분석하다보니 많이 미흡한 상태라 생각된다. 이 글을 통해서 향후 여러 문헌 자료를 보완하고 궁시 유물과의 비교 분석을 통해서 조선시대의 궁시의 변화양상을 정리하는데 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람이다. Archery was popular in Joseon, and so outstandingly advanced that neighboring countries such as endeavored to learn its secrets. In developing the art of Joseon archery, Yi Seonggye, the founder of the dynasty, played an important role. First, his extraordinary archery skills provided a strong ground for him to become a renowned commander of Goryeo kingdom, and for his subsequent rise to political power to change dynasties and bring about the sociocultural revolution of the late fourteenth century. Since Yi enjoyed and encouraged practice of archery, it became an essential military training and was recognized as one of the compulsory martial arts for elites. The National History Compilation Committee houses four photographic images of Yi Seonggye’s horn bow (gakgung), long arrows, quiver, and bow case which were housed in Hamheung Palace. The set in the photograph apparently conform to early Joseon-period sets of combat bow kits. Since surviving pieces of actually used combat kits are rare, this paper traces the characteristics of early Joseon horn bows through comparative research based on old documents, and study of similar surviving objects to the set in the photograph. Although this study is confined to a rather superficial study of Yi Seonggye’s bow kit by photographs - due to the current inaccessibility of real objects - they are significant clues for grasping features of combat bows kits in of the period. Despite such shortcomings, it is hoped this comparative research will contribute to organizing the history of Joseon archery weapons and culture.
