The Role of Innovative Work Behavior in Management of Public Transportation in Indonesia
Gusti Anisa WULANDARI(Gusti Anisa WULANDARI ),Dewi SUSITA(Dewi SUSITA ),Mohammad Sofwan EFFENDI(Mohammad Sofwan EFFENDI ) 한국유통과학회 2023 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.10 No.2
This study examines the low performance of state civil servants related (ASN) to the management of public transportation at the Directorate of Road Transport (DRT), Ministry of Transportation, Indonesia. This study surveyed 103 ASNs, using a quantitative approach using the Amos SEM software. The results showed that Knowledge Sharing (KS) and Work Engagement (WE) directly influenced Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) as well as Job Performance (JP). Meanwhile, IWB had a significant, direct effect on JP and acts as a full mediator in the effect of KS and WE on JP. The descriptive data obtained also showed that respondents’ statements based on gender have differences related to the IWB variable, where on average, women were better than men. However, for other variables (JP, KS, and WE), the data showed that, on average, the statements of male respondents were better than women. This study recommends that the DRT pay attention to IWB as a key factor mediating KS and WE towards increasing JP by maintaining the best indicators and improving the weakest indicators. Furthermore, this study recommends that future research refine these results by adding the variables of gender and educational level of the respondents.
Student Satisfaction and Perceived Value on Word of Mouth (WOM) During the COVID-19 Pandemic
I Gusti Ayu Ketut GIANTARI,Ni Nyoman Kerti YASA,Tjokorda Gde Raka SUKAWATI,Made SETINI 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.6
Maintaining distance has become an effective pioneering measure in reducing the spread of the coronavirus outbreak (called COVID-19), so that distance learning has become an option for educators. This study seeks to explain the role of student satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived value on word of mouth (WOM). The population of this study is students in Bali who had attended online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample size consists of 260 people selected with a purposive sampling method. The analysis is using SEM-PLS. The results shows that perceived value had a positive and significant effect on WOM. Perceived value also has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and student satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on WOM. There are several variables that need to be added, such as the online system itself, the quality and ease of use of online media. Satisfaction can mediate the effect of perceived value on WOM partially. Therefore, it is important for higher education institutions in Bali to increase the perceived value obtained by students, especially in the functional value, to increase student satisfaction and ultimately have an impact on increasing positive WOM about online lectures.
How Product Innovation and Motivation Drive Purchase Decision as Consumer Buying Behavior
RAYI, Gusti,ARAS, Muhammad Korea Distribution Science Association 2021 유통과학연구 Vol.19 No.1
Purpose: A good physical appearance greatly affects a person's self-confidence, especially when the media constantly depicts that beautiful men and women are those with perfect bodies, which later forms the perception that being fat or too thin is not attractive. That is in line with the increasing knowledge and the need for nutritious foods and drinks for diets. Therefore, this study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the Weight Rejuvenation Program Everyday product innovation towards millennial purchase decision and the motivation of having an ideal body as a moderating effect. Research design, data, and methodology: Distributed online Google form questionnaires to 96 audiences who commented on "Mute" web series. The respondents consisted of 63 women and 33 men from the millennial generation who lived in Greater Jakarta and were classified as the middle to upper economic class. After all of the data were collected, they were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares. Results: Product innovation had a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of the millennial consumer, but motivation did not have the moderating function in the relationships between product innovation and purchase decision. Conclusions: The main factor for product innovation that can be accepted by millennials is the product quality that remains good.

Background: Osteosarcopenia, a combination of osteopenia/osteoporosis and sarcopenia, is a common condition among older adults. While numerous studies and meta-analyses have been conducted on the treatment of osteoporosis, the pharmacological treatment of osteosarcopenia still lacks evidence. Denosumab, a human monoclonal antibody, has shown encouraging results for the treatment of osteosarcopenia. Our systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to investigate the potential dual role of denosumab as an anti-resorptive agent and for other beneficial muscle-related effects in patients with osteosarcopenia, and to evaluate whether denosumab can be a treatment of choice compared to bisphosphonate. Methods: Relevant literature was collated from the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), PubMed, and Google Scholar databases. The primary outcome was denosumab’s effect on lumbar spine bone mineral density (LS BMD), handgrip strength, and gait speed change. The secondary outcome was the effect of denosumab on appendicular lean mass (ALM). The outcomes were presented as mean difference (MD). A random effects model was used in the analysis to represent the population. The risk of bias was assessed using funnel plots. Results: Out of the 3,074 studies found, four full-text studies met the inclusion criteria, including 264 and 244 participants in the intervention and control groups, respectively. Regarding a primary outcome, our meta-analysis showed that denosumab showed no significant differences in LS BMD and gait speed changes compared to other agents—MD=0.37, 95% confidence interval (CI), -0.35 to 0.79; p=0.09 and MD=0.11; 95% CI, -0.18 to 0.40; p=0.46, respectively. Denosumab had a significant effect on handgrip strength change compared to standard agents—MD=5.16; 95% CI, 1.38 to 18.94; p=0.007, based on the random effects model. Conclusions: Denosumab was better than bisphosphonate and placebo in improving muscle strength (handgrip strength). Therefore, denosumab may be favored in individuals with osteosarcopenia to improve muscular performance and reduce fall risk.
A Comprehensive Optimization Approach Based on Cloud Computing for Logistic Sharing System Planning
I Gusti Ayu Purnamawati,Atheer Y. Oudah,Hasbullah Bin Othman,Irwan Bin Ibrahim,A. Heri Iswanto,Aan Komariah,Afanasiy Afanasievich Sergin,Imanuddin Hasbi,Yasser Fakri Mustafa 대한산업공학회 2022 Industrial Engineeering & Management Systems Vol.21 No.3
Due to the global size of the production space and a large number of suppliers and service recipients, sequencing op-erations and logistics are very important in achieving optimal production system performance, reducing costs and reducing time. Since, in the cloud manufacturing space, each of the production activities of a product can be assigned to different resources in different places, logistics services are needed to communicate between these resources. Thus, the study aims to propose a model for a comprehensive optimization approach based on cloud computing for logistic sharing system planning. Given the results, regarding both operational services and logistics services in the cloud manufacturing system, in addition to the optimal allocation of activities and logistics services, it is possible to plan and schedule the sequence of operations and logistics to minimize the total cost of the cloud production system. Stud-ies are also being conducted on sharing logistics systems in the cloud.
Importance of Sclerostin as Bone-Muscle Mediator Crosstalk
I Gusti Putu Suka Aryana,Sandra Surya Rini,Czeresna Heriawan Soejono 대한노인병학회 2022 Annals of geriatric medicine and research Vol.26 No.2
Loss of bone and muscle mass is a frequent aging condition and has become a growing public health problem. The term “osteosarcopenia” denotes close links between bone and muscle. Mechanical exercise was once thought to be the only mechanism of crosstalk between muscle and bone. Sclerostin is an important player in the process of unloading-induced bone loss and plays an important role in mechanotransduction in the bone. Furthermore, bones and muscles are categorized as endocrine organs because they produce hormone-like substances, resulting in “bone-muscle crosstalk.” Sclerostin, an inhibitor of bone development, has recently been shown to play a role in myogenesis. This review discusses the importance of sclerostin in bone-muscle crosstalk.
