This research intend to discuss the necessity so that the disabled can find the right for their sports activity and think of their basic right such as the legal ideas, the reality, the functions and the contents of the physical education and sports, and the necesstiy to build up the laws. And then it come to a conclusion as follows. First, the laws of the sports for the disabled should contain the guarantee of the social approach right and the equal of opportunity to them. They must be a value conception possible when the social environment is improved that the real disabled can make an access freely. And the reality that they can approach should be made through the process for their welfare because it isgenerally shaped on the noraml people. Second, the sporting rights of the disabled should be carried on in a survival place and need to make sports laws in an organizational size to make an harmony with the modern society and have a rational relation with several social institutions. Third, to make normal social life, the disabled should be able to get education first, work, move freely in society and approach to the sports facilities, some information, and tele-communication tools that they can enjoy sports, leasure and pleasure life. The convience facilities should be installed that they can move most shortly in using them and guarantee that they can make use of the public building, facilities and information as equally as the normal people do. Fourth, the legal knowledge to cope with regnition change about the physical education and sports, and the continuous research of their laws should be needed and be developed. From now on, we don't mandate the legal problems of the physical education and sports to the legal profession but we ought to think of and correct the indulgence and ingnorance of the disabled's right for the sports. With the critical and rational insight and knowledge, many studies and activities about the laws of the physical education and sports that can be with the disabled should be made.
A-Si:H/Cd 계면층을 이용한 a-Si:H의 결정화 연구

We studied the crystallization of a-SiH thin film. Multi crystallized Si fillms are preferred in many applications such as FPD, solar cells, RAM, and integrated circuits. Because most of these applications require a low temperature process, we investigated a crystallization of a-SiH using a Cd layer. A metal Cd shows an eutectic point at a temperature of 321°C. THis paper present Cd layer assisted crystallization of a-SiH film for the various grain growth parameters such as anneal temperature. Cd layer thickness and anneal time.

We have investigated Pt and RuO₂as a bottom electrode for a device application of PZT thin film. The bottom electrodes were prepared by using an RF magnetron sputtering method. We studied some of the property influencing factors such as substrate temperature, gas flow ratem and RF power. An oxygen partial pressure from 0 to 50% was investigated. The results show that only Ru metal was grown without supplying any O₂gas. Both Ru and RuO₂phases were formed for O₂partial pressure between 10-40%. A pure RuO₂phasewas obtained with O₂partial pressure of 50%. A substrate temperature from room temperature to 400°C was investigated with XRD for the film crystallinity examination. The substrate temperature influenced the surface morphology and the resistivity of Pt and RuO₂ as well as the film crystal structure. From the various considerations, we recommend the substrate temperature of 300°C for the bottom electrode growth. Because PZT film growth on top of bottom electrode requires a temperature process higher than 500°C, bottom electrode properties were investigated as a functiona of post anneal temperature. As post anneal temperature was increasedm the resistibity of Pt and RuO₂was decreased. However, almost no change was observed in resistibity for an anneal temperature higher than 700°C . From the studies on resistivity and surface morphology, we recommend a post anneal temperature less than 600°C.

SOI(Silicon On Insulator)기술은 MOS(Metal-Oxide Semiconductor), CMOS(Complementary MOS)등의 전자집적회로 제조시 소자의 고속화, 고집적화, 저전력화, 발열 특성의 향상 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 간략하게 Bonded SOI웨이퍼의 제조를 설명하면 SiO₂를 성장시킨 웨이퍼와 경면 가공한 다른 웨이퍼를 접합하여 열처리 등 후공정을 행한 후 한쪽 웨이퍼를 원하는 두께만큼 박막으로 가공한다. 본 연구에서는 기본적인 Bonded SOI 웨이퍼의 제조 공정 기술을 획득하고, 이를 통해 두께 3㎛ 이하, 표면거칠기 5Å이하의 상부 실리콘 박막을 가공하였다. SOI(Silicon On Insulator) technology is many advantages in the fabrication of MOS(Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) and CMOS(Complementary MOS) structures. These include high speed, lower dynamic power consumption, greater packing density, increased radiation tolearence et al. In the smiplest form of bonded SOI wafer manufacturing, creating, a bonded SOI structure involves oxidizing at least one of the mirror polished silicon surfaces, cleaning the oxidized surface and the surface of the layer to which it will be bonded, bringing the two cleanded surfaces together in close physical proximity, allowing the subsequent room temperature bonding to proceed to completion, and then following this room temperature joining with some form of heat treatment step, and device wafer is thinned to the target thickness. In this paper, The process of Bonded SOI wafer manufacturing is described briefly, and we made an attempt to manufacture the Bonded SOI safer that Si layer thickness is below 3㎛ and average roughness is below 5Å.
후두 편평세포암종에서 Galectin-1 및 -7의 발현 의의

Background and Objectives: The role of different Galectins in the pathogenesis of different types of malignancy is being profoundly investigated recently. In this study, the author investigated the level of Galectin-1 and -7 in the layngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue to define its relationship to the tumor progression. Materials and Methods: Paraffin-embedded tissue specimens from 77 patients, who were diagnosed as laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma from 1993 to 2007, were immunohistochemically stained for Galectin-1 and -7. Results: Galectin-1 expression was positively correlated with tumor stage and nodal involvement. Galectin-7 expression was increased in better differentiated tumors. Conclusion: Expression of Galectin-1 and -7 can be used as a valuable indicator in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma under certain limitations.

1985년 8월부터 1996년 1월까지 중증근무력증으로 진단받은 환자 52례에 대한 임상적 고찰을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 전체 환자 중 남자가 19례(35.8%), 여자가 33례(64.2%)이넜고 11세에서 20세 사이가 12례(23%)로 가장 높은 빈도를 보였다. 2. 환자의 초기증상으로는 안검하수, 복시 등의 안구증상이 37례(71.2%)로 가장 많았고 modified Osserman의 분류에 따라서도 가장 증상이 가볍고 약물치료에 잘 반응하는 1군이 36례(69.3%)로 가장 많았다. 3. 환자가 호소하는 증상의 비특이성과 회복과 재발을 거듭하는 질병의 특성으로 인해 발병이후 진단될 때까지의 시간은 비교적 오래 걸렸고 1년이상 경과하며 진단된 경우도 16례(30.8%)나 되었다. 4. 자가면역질환이 7.6%에서 동반되었는데 갑상선기능 항진증이 2례(3.8), 인슐린의존형 당뇨 2례(3.8%)였고 종격동 전산화 단층촬영소견에서 흉선의 비대가 의심되었던 환자는 6례(11.5%), 흉선종이 발견 되었던 경우는 3례였다. 5. 환자의 치료는 대부분 항콜린에스테라제나 부신피질호르몬을 병용하는 내과적 치료를 하였으며 약물의 치료에 반응이 미비하거나 악화되는 경우 혹은 종격동 전산화 단층촬영상에서 흉선의 이상 소견이 보인 경우에 2례(3.9%)에서는 흉선절제술이, 1례(1.9%)에서는 혈장여과요법이 추가 되었고 흉선절제술과 혈장여과요법이 같이 병합 치료된 경우도 3례(5.9%)있었다. 6. 전체 환자중 2명에서 자연치유의 경과를 보였으며 이들은 모두 1군이였다. 그리고 흉선절제술과 부신피질 호르몬 투여로 완치된 예가 1례있었다. The authors experienced 52 patients with myasthenia gravis who were diagnosed at the Department of Neurology, Yeungnam University Hospital from August 1985 to January 1996. The following results were obtained through diagnostic evaluation and treatment. 1. The ratio of male to female was 1:1.7 and the most prevalent age group was second decade. 2. The most common initial presentation symptom was ocular(71.2%) and the peak incidence group was stage I(69.3%) according to the modified Osserman's classification. 3. In 16 patients(30.8%), it took more than a year to diagnose due to symptoms which were relapsed and remitting. 4. Of 52 patients, 2 cases were associated with thyroid disease(3.8%) and 2 with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(3.8%). 5. All of those who received anticholinesterase and corticosteroid therapy were improved with the exception of 5 cases which were improved after thymectomy and/or plasmapheresis. 6. Spontaneous remission was occured in 2 cases(3.8%) of ocular myasthenia gravis. And 1 case of group II was cured through thymectomy and long-term corticosteroid therapy.

Intermittent aeration processes have been much of interest as an excellent alternative for nutrients removal for upgrading secondary wastewater treatment plants, with minimum modification. Also, operational flexibility of those proposes a good opportunity for newly planed plants. Here, a pilot study was conducted to evaluate the performance of a continuous flow intermittent aeration process (KSDeN^TM process). The influent was collected at the effluent channel of the grit chamber of a large sewage treatment plant. The influent characteristics with standard deviation were 243.2±170.9mg/L for TCOD_cr, 47.5 13.9mg/L for T-N, 8.4±8.3mg/L for T-P and 5.2±1.8 for C/N ratio. Effluent of 1^st sedimentation tank was 208.2±87.6mg/L for TCOD_cr, 35.0±10.3mg/L for T-N, 4.8±1.9mg/L for T-P and 6.1±2.3 for C/N ratio. The average removal efficiencies of TCOD_cr, T-N and T-P were 93.6, 77.0 and 86.4% and effluent TCOD_cr, T-N and T-P concentrations were 12.5, 9.2 and 0.7mg/L respectively, satisfying regulatory limits. Alkalinity deficiency was not observed during the oxic periods, which is one of the special features of an intermittent aeration process. The results showed higher COD, T-N and T-P removal efficiencies and stability with varying influent conditions, compared to other conventional fixed phase nutrients removal processes.

The competition might be overall, omnidirectional, and continuous. Creative talent takes significant role in human activities. Creative talent which can be defined as diversion of ideas, originality of ideas, differentiation of spirits, advanced technologies, and more valuable activities is consequential topic for university students who uncover the future. Creative talent not only gives vital energy to the miscellaneous and dull everyday life but also allows development of medical science, scientific technology. These factors eventually consent a human to have new satisfaction. Correct understanding and development of creative talent can be the base of making quality of our life and life itself more positive. For improvement of creative talent, motivation factors need to be investigated. And establishing atmosphere which students could accept the environment and problem as their own is critical. Students also need to capture induction of motivation to solve the given problem positively.

Because the analysis link is a major arterial road which is located in a metropolitan, I illustrated analysis of problems and methodology for solution, considering an improvement of link average travel speed and a minimization of average stop delay time per vehicle at each signal intersection.
요추간판 탈출증 환자의 수술전,후 및 안정 회복에 따른 요부 등척성 신근력의 변화

The purpose of this study was to determine the quantitative assessment of lumbar extension strength change for pre-operation, post-operation and following 4 week rest in hernia-operated patients. Twenty-four(11 males and 13 female) subjects participated and was tested at 3 times for pre-operation, post-operation and following 4 week rest. Each test involved the measurement of maximum voluntary isometric torque at seven degrees(72˚, 60˚, 48˚, 36˚, 24˚, 12˚, 0˚) of lumbar flexion using the Medx lumbar extension machine. There was no significant improvement of lumbar extenstion strength between pre-operation and post-operation for male at all degrees but for female significant increase was appeared at major degrees except 48˚, 0˚ between pre-operation and post-operation and at all degrees between pre-operation and following 4 week rest. Result further on body weight ratio show same results except that there was significant increase for female at all degree except 0˚ between pre-operation and post-operation.
