      • 沿岸航行 船舶用 DBS 受信시스템의 開發

        This study is motivated to develop a tracking antenna system for receive the DBS signal from koreasat in the coast sailing ship. Therefore, this system is made to small size, light weight and simple operation which is must to low cost system for popularization of small-size ship and adaptive possibilities with very useful on a ship in the coast of Korea peninsula. The antenna mount structure is a compact size and easy operation to the Az-axis type which is operated by step motor. The antenna unit is a domestic made plate type of micro-strip array and ship's moving detection is using the gyro sensor for ship's moving control. We are used to algorithm of step-tracking and ship's moving compensation. The compensation is adapted to the closed loop control method by detection from gyro sensor. The system is consisted of MCS-51 micro processor, ADC, comparative amplifier, step motor driver, mechanism and assemble program.

        Trp P-1 변이원성에 대한 Resveratrol의 항돌연변이 효과

        Trp P-1에 의해 유도된 돌연변이원성에 대한 resveratrol의 억제효과를 Salmonella typhimurium TA 98, 100를 이용한 Ames test법으로 검색하였다 먼저 틀변경 돌연변이를 일으키는 S. typhimurium TA98과 염기치환 돌연변이 특성을 지닌 S.typhimurium TA 100에서 Trp P-1의 변이원성을 비교한 결과 S. typhimurium TA98에서 복귀돌연변이의 뚜렷하게 수가 증가되었다. 이러한 결과는 Trp P-1의 돌연변이 유발은 틀변경을 주로 일으킨 돌연변이 유도란 사실을 뒷받침하는 결과로 해석되며,S. typhimurium TA98에서 Trp P-1의 최적농도는 400 ng로 나타났다. S. typhimurium TA98의 생육에 영향을 미치지 않는 농도까지 resveratrol의 농도를 assay당 2, 10, 25, 50 100, 300 ㎍으로 증가시켰을 경우 항돌연변이 효과는 각각 13%, 30%, 52%, 65%, 81% 및 89%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 Trp P-1의 변이원성에 대하여 resveratrol은 강한 돌연변이 억제효과를 나타내며, 용량 의존적으로 억제함이 확인되었다. The antimutagenic activity of resveratrol on the mutagenicity induced by Trp P-1(3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido{4,3-b}indole) was studied using the Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and 100. Trp P-1 showed strong mutagenecity in S. typhimurium TA98, but was higly decreased mutagenecity in S. typhimurium TA100. This result suggests that the mutagenecity of Trp P-1 can be mainly induced by the DNA lesions causing frame shift. Resveratrol itself did not show antibacterial effect upon 300 rig/assay. Resveratrol showed the strongest inhibitory effect with dose dependent manner on the mutagenicity induced by Trp P-1. The inhibition rates of resveratrol at concentration of 2, 10, 25, 50, 100, 300 ㎍/assay were 13%, 30%, 52%, 65%, 81%, 89%, respectively.

        This study is investigated by experimental method and FEM about the effect of notch root radious(ρ) on the fracture of GFRP. The smaller ρshowed the fracture behavior which was mainly caused by the propagation of the stable crack, but the fracture behavior in the larger ρwas mainly caused by the spread of damage. The experimental value of the nominal stress could be estimated by FEM simulation and the load-displacement curve could also be drawn. According to the results simulated damage zone by FEM, as the ρis smaller, the damage begin at low stress.

      • Carbon tetrachloride를 투여한 rat의 hepatic lipid 축적에 미치는 vitamin E의 효과에 관한 연구

        The present studies were undertaken to evaluate the effect of vitamin E, CCl_4 on the change of hepatic triglyceride, hepatic cholesterol, hepatic phospholipid in male rat. The result obtained from this study were summarised as follows: 1. Hepatic phospholipid of CCl_4 treated rat was increased in proportion to CCl_4 dosage but after concomitant injection(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4, hepatic phospholipid was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection. 2. There was no effect on hepatic cholesterol concentration either CCl_4 alone injection(I.P) or concomitant injecton(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4. 3. Hepatic triglyceride of CCl_4-treated rat was significantly increased in comparison to that of normal rat but hepatic triglyceride of rat concomitant injection of vitamin E and CCl_4 was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection.

        동결온도가 진공포장 동결육의 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 진공포장 동결육의 품질에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 수행하였다. 해동드립은 -3℃와 -20℃ 동결이 60일째 각각 5.23% 및 5.17%로 동결기간이 경과함에 따라 현저하게 증가하였다. 가열감량은 water bath와 pan에서 가열한 것이 모두 동결초기보다 동결기간이 경과함에 따라 현저하게 증가하였다. 그러나 -3℃와 -20℃ 사이에는 현저한 차이가 없었다. 염용성 단백질의 추출성은 동결기간이 지남에 따라 감소하였고, -20℃ 동결이 -3℃보다 추출성이 더 높았다. 수용성 단백질의 추출성은 동결기간이 경과하면서 증가하였고 -3℃ 동결이 -20℃보다 현저하게 높았다. 그리고 L, a 및 b값은 저장초기가 동결저장 중보다 높다. Myoglobin의 변성율은 -3℃ 동결이 -20℃보다 비교적 높게 나타났는데, -3℃ 동결의 15일째가 96.0%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 전단력가는 동결저장 중 현저한 변화가 없었고, 근원섬유의 소편화도는 동결초기보다 동결저장이 더 높았지만 동결저장 중에는 변화가 없었다. pH는 -3℃와 -20℃ 동결저장 모두 45일까지 감소하다가 그 이후에는 증가하는 경향이었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of freezing temperature on quality of vacuum packaging freezed beef. In case of thaw drip loss, the freezing of -3℃ and -20℃ were 5.23% and 5.17% to 60 days respectively, were increased significantly during freezing. The cooking loss of water bath and pan were increased significantly during freezing than the beginning of freezing, but were no different between -3℃ and -20℃. The salt soluble protein extractability was decreased during freezing, the -20℃ freezing was higher than -3℃ freezing. The water soluble protein extractability was increased during freezing, the -3℃ freezing was higher than -20℃ freezing. The L, a and b value of the beginning of freezing higher than during freezing. The myoglobin denatured percentage of the -3℃ freezing was higher than -20℃ freezing, the 15 days storage of -3℃ freezing was highest to 96%. The shear force value was not change during freezing, the myofibrillar fragmentation index during freezing was higher than the beginning of freezing, but was not change during freezing. The pH was decreased to freezing 45 days, after that increased.

      • Vitamin D3 and Beta-carotene Deficiency is Associated with Risk of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma - Results of a Case-control Study in China

        Objective: The aim was to evaluate roles of vitamin D3 (VD3) and beta-carotene (BC) in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in a high-risk area, Huai'an District, Huai'an City, China. Methods: 100 new ESCC diagnosed cases from 2007 to 2008 and 200 residency- age-, and sex-matched healthy controls were recruited. Data were collected from questionnaires, including a food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) to calculate the BC intake, and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was used to measure the serum concentrations of BC and VD3. Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calculated in conditional logistic regression models. Results: The average dietary intake of BC was $3322.9{\mu}g$ (2032.4-5734.3) in the case group and $3626.8{\mu}g$ (1961.9-5827.9) in control group per capita per day with no significant difference by Wilcoxon test (p>0.05). However, the levels of VD3 and BC in the case group were significantly lower than in the control group (p<0.05). The OR values of the highest quartile and the lowest quartile of VD3 and BC in serum samples were both 0.13. Conclusion: Our results add to the evidence that high circulating levels of VD3 and BC are associated with a reduced risk of ESCC in this Chinese population.

        효소제를 첨가한 비지의 발효과정중 탄수화물 성분변화에 관한 연구

        This study was aimed far the utilization of carbohydrate in the soybean curd residue by pre-treatment of hydrolytic enzymes and following natural fermentation. The content of carbohydrate of soybean curd residue was 40.2% on the dry basis and that of total dietary fibre was 21.7%. The composition of dietary fibre in cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin were 53.1, 46.8% and 9.4%, respectively. The amount of glucose was increased through the fermentation and its increase was accelerated by pretreatment of hydrolytic enzymes. This phenomenon was believed that glucose, amino acids and fatty acids produced by hydrolytic enzymes improved the nutritional sources for microorganisms involving in the fermentation of soybean curd residue. However, the amount of starch and cellulose was decreased during the fermentation and the rate of disappearance of starch was faster than that of cellulose. The optimum temperature was 30℃ for the increase of glucose amount and the decrease of starch and cellulose in the soybean curd residue in the fermentation. The results taken together suggest that the soybean curd residue is worth to be utilized after simple treatment of enzymes, and the residues can be added to the Meju preparation.
